Using the MovingStyle as a Desktop

One of the features that MovingStyle comes with is a touch screen. As such it can act as a touch‑enabled desktop display when paired with a Samsung smartphone using Wireless DeX. In this setup, the display behaves like a portable touchscreen monitor running a desktop‑style interface powered by your phone. Follow the guide below for more information. 

Pre-Checklist:

  • Wireless DeX is available on the following Samsung smartphone device: Galaxy S9, S10, S20, S21, S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, Z Flip7 & Z Fold7
1 On the Samsung smartphone, pull the quick menu down and select "WireLess DeX".

2 A device menu will appear. Select the MovingStyle from the list

3 A pop-up will appear. Press "Start Now" to confirm selection.

4 Accept the connection request on the MovingStyle.
5 Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection. When completed, the Samsung DeX screen appears on the MovingStyle.

 Note:

  • Ensure the Samsung smartphone and MovingStyle are connected on the same Wi-Fi.
  • Maintaining a short distance between the Samsung smartphone and MovingStyle is recommended for a smooth wireless connection.
