I didn’t think it was possible to love an appliance as much as I do this vacuum cleaner. I couldn’t justify the cost of a Dyson but when this vacuum went on sale, I thought I’d spend a little more than I normally would hoping it would be a worthwhile investment. I wish I did it sooner. This vacuum is perfect, it looks beautiful, it has a wall mount that doubles as a charger and it has the attachments for vacuuming your car or mattress etc. It’s powerful and a dream to use. If I could find a man that could make me as happy as this vacuum, I’d marry him (and give him 50% of my assets) in a heartbeat. Will buy again if ever required…. But it won’t be a while as it’s got a good warranty.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago after another vacuum died , and jeez this was an amazing upgrade for great value. With pets and a baby we vacuum daily and this has made such a difference to picking up cat hair and keeping surfaces nice and clean for the baby to crawl around and explore.

Purchased this pet vacuum brand new and it has been nothing but trouble from day one. Hair constantly gets clogged in the wheels, causing them to jam repeatedly and leave marks on the floor — clearly a major design flaw for something marketed as “pet-specific.” Dealing with Samsung customer service has been a nightmare. After multiple contacts, there were no real solutions offered — just a token offer of a 15% discount on a future purchase, which is frankly insulting given how faulty this product is. Extremely disappointed. Save your money and avoid this vacuum — it’s not fit for purpose.

⚠️ DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM – COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY ⚠️ This is hands down the worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased. It’s supposed to be designed for pet hair, but the wheels clog constantly with fur, making it unusable. The wheels jam, it drags, and it leaves black marks all over the floor. How does a “pet vacuum” not account for pet hair? It’s an obvious design flaw and a joke of a product. This vacuum is NOT fit for purpose. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Look elsewhere — this thing belongs in the bin.

Save yourself the heartache in the long run and buy a Dyson vacuum. We purchased a Jet vacuum and within a short time the plastic ‘bin’ failed. Sadly they have a very thin section of plastic that latches the waste container onto the vacuum, we had one replaced and now a total of 3 have failed over the last 4 years. Also the clip on the waste container has also failed. Our old Dyson is still working, it did need a replacement battery however they appear to almost indestructible.

I purchased this vacuum two months ago. Firstly the Jet65 Pet has the most powerful suction of a cordless vacuum of many I have used. Emptying is easy. Charging of battery is quick around 2.5 hours. However the stick could stand higher for taller people. Also the battery life isn't great. Forget using high mode unless vacuuming one or two rooms. I have been using from low to medium and have never have been able to finish the whole house no matter how quick I run over the floors which is very annoying. The cost of a second battery is too expensive. Battery life disappointing more so the cost of a spare battery.

I bought this several months ago and it has proven to be a worthwhile investment. It was easy from setting up and light to use anywhere in my house. I was surprised by the power the vacuum had a lot of suction and battery lasts me lo g enough to clear the floors in a medium sized four bedroom carpeted house. Did I mention I have a pet a small pomeranian so it's strong enough to clean pet fur too when she sheds hair. Easy to plug in to charge and doesn't take long for it to charge. Would recommend this to anyone with pets or kids as it surely gets the job done.

I purchased this to replace a 5 year old Hoover stick vac and a 1 year old plug in upright Bissell that both broke. This vaccum has so far outperformed them both. While it doesn’t have the suction the Bissell had, it also doesn’t require to be plugged in; with more then enough power then to suck up per hair and small dust; while having the manoeuvrability of my old stick vac. This really does meet half way between the convenience of a stick with the power of a plug in, all at a decent price and low long term maintenance with easily washable filters. Realty, I am so happy I got this over a more expensive Dyson.

Don't waste your money. Every time I have to vacuum my tiny apartment I am angry because of how rubbish this is. The suction is terrible, and every few minutes I have to shove my fingers into the head and up the tube to pull out fluff/hair or whatever it is that isn't being sucked up properly. I have to use the highest setting in order to actually pick anything up, meaning the battery lasts about 10 minutes, so I can't actually finish vacuuming. All the vacuum does is move stuff around and creates a pile which I then have to either pick up with my hands or use a dustpan and brush. It would be easier for me to manually pick up specs of dirt at this point than to use this vacuum. So disappointing. *no pets or children, 2x full time working adults who are in the apartment during evenings and on weekends, so not a lot of mess made. My only positive is that the colour and design is nice.

Bought as a replacement for a 3 year old Samsung stick vac that stopped working. Despite being the next model up and designed for pet hair, this one seems to have less suction than the older one it replaced. The battery does seem to last much longer though, which is great. It's not life changing and it's not a full substitute for a barrel cleaner, but it keeps the worst of the dog fur under control during the week and between cleaning with a barrel vac. It's also light and very easy to use. Also significantly cheaper and just as effective as some of the more expensive brands, like Dyson.

I love this product, I bought a brand, and after I have seen this vacuum I swap right away for this one. In nutshell: I like because: lightweight, TURBO POWER literally is lifting my carpet off the floor when maximum speed is on, flexible mean the head does not comes off the floor in different angle, fast charging means the battery is fully charge within 3 hrs or even less than that (I did not count), medium speed is just ENOUGH to get the job done in right manner, simple to use, I love the design is my favour. Downside: I have adjusted my battery with a flimsy sticker just to avoid been confuse. Definitely I will buy another one for my parents as a gift! 🎁 Recommand: 10 out of 10 . 5 out of 5 👍

Would not recommend. It is made of fragile, flimsy cheap plastic parts. A section of one of the connector pieces broke within the first few months of ownership. I have now had this vacuum for less than three years and the plastic accordion section at the bottom head has eroded so the vacuum can't perform proper suction. The head container is also cheap and nasty. The materials used are clearly not suitable for it's purpose. The manufacturers will need to address this to avoid duplicating severe errors

Purchased new Samsung side by side fridge, model SRS693NLS. I have had another brands fridges for a long time and while they have been great the design features of the Samsung won me over. Primarily the handle moulded into the side of the door made the look very modern but also adds space to the fridge. It is so clear and easy to see everything inside the lighting is great and most importantly the temperature consistency throughout the fridge and freezer is terrific. The ice maker while appearing pretty basic works like a charm. We are instant converts and love our Samsung.

Excellent stick vacuum! We have a lot of Samsung appliances from fridges to TVs and washing machine. The quality of this vacuum is great and the suction is adjustable which is perfect for when you want to go from hard floors to rugs and carpet. The bin size and battery life are both very good too.

I went to the shops and tried various cordless Vacuums and the Samsung Jet 65 ticked all the boxes: great suction, lightweight, good battery life and such good value for money. We have used all the attachments, all work well on this highly maneuverable. The filtration system works well and is easy to empty. This vacuum has changed the way we clean, it's so easy to use, no long cables to get tangled, and it's beautifully designed, a robust machine, I never thought I would say this about a vacuum but it's a real joy - thank you

I bought this as a way to quickly clean around my home. It is a good vacuum, light with pretty good suction. It's one drawback is the battery doesn't last more than about 15mins and charging it takes about 30mins. The dust catcher isn't intuitive in removal or slotting back in and doesn't feel particularly solid when it clicks back in. Apart from that I have no complaints. It just needs a longer battery life. Solid 3 stars

Have owned for about 6 months. The suction is really good, but battery does not last long. Only good for quick spot cleans, not a full clean or even a small clean really. Advertised as a pet vacuum, which I don't think is accurate. I wouldn't recommend as a pet vacuum at all. Pet hair does get caught in the brush easily and stops working as a result. This does require the hair to be cut out which is easy to do to get it back to functioning properly again. Bought on sale, so reasonable for the price. Would not recommend at full price.

I purchased this machine over a year ago, it has been back to be repaired 2x now with the repairer telling me that it's because of the hair it is picking up. I have a cat and this pet stick is meant to be exactly for this problem. I also have a mix of tiles and near new carpet so I am at a loss of why it cuts out after only a few minutes use. I will not be getting another one.

I bought this during Blake Friday and thought i was getting a good deal, however this is one of the worst Vacuums i have ever used. The main roller head needs a re-design hair gets tangled in it an ungodly amount and i think Samsung was aware of this problem as they made it easy to remove to clean, but this still requires 5-10 mins of clearing the rolling after every vacuum. The lowest setting is useless and on medium the battery lasts 10-15 minutes. On positive the battery can be charged separately, so just get another battery right? they're $150!!! this problem is made worse because the main head is around 30% smaller than most vacuums. Vacuum is terrible, so I went to return it and have now been going back and forth with Samsung's abysmal support for the past month, because the money back guarantee form is glitched and doesn't work on every browser or device i have tried. I am now having to wait another 7 business days because they can't do anything on their side, so it has to go to someone else. I have to go through this rigmarole due to Samsung's highly anti consumer return policy considers the problem i am having as 'change of mind' and they only accept change of mind for mobile devices. To recap this vacuum is terrible, Samsung's return policy is very anti-consumer and there support is the worst i have ever dealt with (i worked in tech retail for 8+ years dealing with many companies). Congrats Samsung you lost a lifelong customer and avid recommender over a budget vacuum.

I find this vacuum cleaner really drags the pet hair out of carpeted areas. It sucks up well from smooth floors. It is light weight and relatively small. I am happy with the power. Cons: It does not come with many tools. You have to clean the brushes after each use if you have pet hair, as the pet hair rolls around the brushes and needs to be pulled out. The battery charger is quite bulky and awkward to position if you do not want it fixed onto a wall. For the price, I am currently very happy.

Brought as a long awaited upgrade, after reviewing multiple brands online for months i committed to the samsung jet 65 as the price, features and reviews of performance were all substantially better than others compared. I am not disappointed. The suction was exceptional and could see dirt being pulled from a far with little effort. The batter life is just game changer for me and im not competing against the clock to complete the task of vacuming through the home multiple times. Very happy and in love with it!!

Purchased on 04/08/24. Looked good, works okay not quiet enough life in the battery so thought i would buy a spare one to extend the usable life of the cleaner (takes something like 3.5 to 4 hours to recharge), but no way, the cost is far to high, not much change out of $300 for an extra battery.

This is far superior to the Dyson stick vaccum. It has longer battery life and you don't need to hold down the button as you vaccum which can become sore after time. Head is small and flexible to navigate small spaces. Very happy with it.

Runs smoothly across carpet and rugs. Not much good on lino, just pushes dirt around. I'm happy with the suction power and amount of crap it picks up on our carpet. Two faults for me. One is the battery life. Even though specs say 40 minute run time, I haven't been able to get that, even on the lowest setting. The second issue is the roller inside the pet head isn't removable. I've had to get scissors to cut the hair off it. For the price, I would have expected better features.

Previously I had to keep my finger on the trigger to make sure that the vacuum is on but with this you do not need to do this. Excellent level of suction. Like the option that you can charge the battery separately. Chrging on the wall is good but instead of sliding the vacuum onto the charger, I would have preferred the option to slide in at an angle (as with other brands). Overall great value for money.

The suction is terrible and the brush doesn’t fully touch the ground. The battery life is awful you have to use the vacuum on the highest setting for it to suck anything up and so that obviously drains the battery. I only have a 900 square foot home and I can’t vacuum even half of it off a full charge. Save your money do not buy this vacuum you can get a cheaper one that will work much better.

I thought the Samsung vacuum would be a lightweight, weak thing compared to the big names,  since I'd used other brands before.  Man, was I wrong! This thing's a beast.  The three battery lights, the suction, the quick-change heads – awesome. I like that I can swap the battery later if needed.  The only downside is emptying the dirt – it's not as easy as others, but still, it's brilliant.

Charged it to full but the battery died within 15 minutes while I was vacuuming my small apartment. Only bought it due to EOFY sales and the pricing was great. But is it worth it? I wouldn’t think so. The design and weight are great but the functionality is disappointing. Customer service is also as bad as always and they provided no help and no chances of refunding the product as well.

We bought this product 18 months ago. it does a fantastic job, can be easily cleaned when full, with the brush it picks up dog and cat hair easily. We did had a problem with the head, a quick chat with Samsung and they sent out a new head within a few days so I can't fault the after sales service. if you do have pets then this is definitely the vacuum to have.

Would be a great piece of kit IF the battery lasted longer than seven minutes. It's lightweight, easily maneuverable, and perfect if you're stuck for storage space. Sadly, the battery lets it down. Great hoover however battery is shocking, will probably be returning due to this issue unless Samsung can provide an extra battery. Claims 40 mins of constant use but is only about 10 minutes and when you put the turbo suction on it’s practically dead in 3 minutes. Not good, would appreciate a reply on how to solve this issue

I've had Dyson stick vacuums for years despite the ouchy prices. Love them but there were a few irritants such as fiddly emptying and tool detachment. I had decided to get another stick as we have 3 floors and it was easier to leave one up top and one on the ground floor. Having looked around online, then gone into Curry's, checked out all their stock and decided against the ones that need disposable bags and those with short run times or fixed batteries, we arrived at the Samsung. Curry's had no stock so we headed home and checked online. I cannot for the life of me understand those bad reviews. I ordered the Jet 65 Pet which was a good deal and I have to say it has dealt with everything we've thrown at it. I run a small hedgehog rescue and we need to clean quietly so we don't stress the patients. On normal power this machine is so quiet it's untrue and it still picks up pretty much everything we've thrown at it. I recommended it to a friend and he is similarly impressed.

Great! With a cat and dog in the house this vacuum is perfect for the hard floors. I had a similar one which cost a lot more but the motor blew and I got this much cheaper one. It’s lighter and easier to move about. I’d pick this one over my old one and it picks up as much if not more fur and dust

I bought this in order to help my wife when I'm not at home and unable to help with vacuuming, she has disabilities and found it hard to push around our corded unit. She complained that she struggled with it, so I have it a go myself. It was indeed hard to use, as it tended to grip the carpet. It seemed to push larger things around too, like our dog's kibble. I needed to pick it up off the floor and place the head on top of whatever I was trying to pick up. Because we tended to use it on full power, the battery had a very poor life before needing to be recharged. Another annoying thing is that you can't charge it without putting it on the wall bracket, which we didn't want on the wall, so it has to lie on the floor in order to charge it. The other thing against it, is the fact that it has a bristle roller, so hair gets wrapped around the roller and we're continuously having to remove it. After only having it for a matter of weeks, I've given up on it and invested in a alternative cleaner.

Easy to use, comes with multiple attachments. Battery life is decent. We tend to do one floor each time and there is enough charge left over. It is great for doing corners and edges. We have a lot of issue with hair getting tangled in brushes, but this one is easy to clean.

We bought it recently and are so far pleasantly surprised at the cleaning power, even on the lowest settings. It is stable to stand upright, has a good charging dock. Battery seems to be decent, enough for a small flat for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as with pets etc... floors often just needed a quick once over; the battery on full power lasts about 15 minutes so not enough to vacuum the house, just a floor. Performance is great other than the battery life.

The vacuum is very lightweight, being cordless helps, the suction is good and very versatile to use, I don't have any pets at home so can't comment on that, but other than that it's a good machine.

It is really working as it should. I live in 3 bed house, it vacuums the entire house and still have some battery left. Run time is about 40mins enough to get the job done. It is a bit noisy.

I can vacuum the whole house switching between high and low and still have spare battery. Personally I love that it docks on to the wall so it’s always ready to use!
