I was once again stunned by Samsung's new iteration of super powerful hexajet 280W cordless vacuum. With this new vacuum that has up to 100 minutes of vacuum time is wild. And it's so easy that our children can vacuum with it and put it away in the mess free clean station that comes with it. By mess free I mean even the children by the push of a button can dispose the sucked up debris into the disposable garbage bag that came free with the unit. All in all Samsung continues to innovate and BLOW the competition away.

Fantastic product. I have used many vacuums including Samsung, LG, and Dyson. This one beats all of them by a mile. Automatic empty of the bins, smooth action on the rollers, relative quiet noise on the suction makes it all an amazing vacuuming experience.

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI 280w Stick Vacuum on Black Friday. It was on a general special (not a Black Friday sale) for $1399 at Harvey Norman and I managed to get an extra $30 off, making it (still) cost a whopping $1369. I am not used to spending big bucks on fancy appliances, but I have no regrets. If you're chasing the best of the best stick vacuum but your current one still does the job, I probably would wait for this one to come down in price. Is it an excellent product? Absolutely! Is it worth $1399? ...probably not. It's absolutely beautiful. You normally want to hide your vacuum cleaner in a closet, but this is a masterpiece you wouldn't mind making the feature piece of your living room! The accessory caddy is visually appealing and a terrific idea- but this version comes with an extra accessory (the spray sweep tool) and there is no extra slot to store the extra attachment. That was actually quite disappointing to me as it looks silly sitting next to it and now it will probably be tucked away somewhere never to be thought of again. The vacuum is terrific for my floorboards. It has more than enough suction on the medium setting. The suction and performance of this vacuum is superior to any other stick (or even corded) vacuum I've ever used, and I'd even go as far as to say it leaves another competitor's brand starting with "D"'s products in the dust- pun intended. The light made the dust stand out under furniture like cots which I hadn't even realised was there with my old vacuum light, and it disappeared as fast as I saw it with this vacuum. On my most recent use of the vacuum, I found that there could be a potential problem with the "AI" on my vacuum as it started adjusting the suction every five seconds on the same flooring. It hasn't done that before, so I am hoping after it's emptied and charged that it will have resolved itself. I have checked to see if there were any blockages or tangles in the head that the self-diagnosis feature hadn't picked up on (I LOVE that feature for future potential problems and reminders to clean the filters) but it was clear. Fingers crossed. I will be contacting Samsung if this continues. I tend to like the medium setting and that gives me approximately 50mins runtime, which is clearly displayed on the screen. I have read that even the lowest setting hasn't given people anything close to 100mins as claimed, but I have not tested that myself. It is heavier than expected, but still light enough to do the whole house in one go without feeling buggered. It may be a little too heavy for some elderly or otherwise weaker people. I love the multi-floor head so far, but have yet to try it on carpet. The hard floor head is a little disappointing. After one use, there was more dust collected in the roller piece than there was in the dustbin, making it hard for the roller to, well, roll. I even think the fabric on the roller is shedding after one use. Disappointing. I have used the multi-purpose attachment with the bendy attachment using the vacuum as a handheld for cleaning my prams. I am very happy with that piece. I have yet to use the pet tool. I tried out the spinning spray sweep head and I am really unimpressed. You have to constantly manually press spray. I was expecting it to be automatic. I did read somewhere that on the first use you need to repeatedly press spray to clear the air out of the line (or something like that), but I'm disappointed. It's an incredibly slow process and I'd much rather my steam mop or even manual mop for a quicker and more effective clean. My finger was sore from constantly pressing spray. If I use it again, I think it'd be easier to spray the floor with a bottle by hand. It also only came with two different sets of pads. I imagine that, like a steam mop pad, they won't last forever and you'd have to replace them regularly and I'd hate to imagine how expensive they would be. The water tank is very small. It managed to get me through one living room. I think Samsung could have put more time and research into this feature to have made it more practical before releasing it. I know it is not meant to replace mopping, but it's far more effort to use it to just freshen up a room than it would be to actually mop. Speaking of spare parts, upon enquiry at Harvey Norman at how much I'd be looking at to buy a spare battery and dust bags, they informed me I'd be looking at $350-$379 for a spare battery and $30 for a box of dust bags. So if you have a large house or will regularly be using a higher suction mode and therefore draining the battery faster and will likely need a spare battery, keep that in mind. I do think that this model should have included a spare battery like other models do, especially at such a huge price increase! I'm hoping that it will be at least a couple of years before my battery starts to deteriorate, but I consider that to be very pricey for an already pricey product. The automatic dust bin disposal feature is impressive. I normally would empty my old vacuum's dust bin and dust out the filters but the charging/emptying station does it much more effectively and efficiently. As an asthma sufferer, I absolutely love the self-empty feature and am comforted in knowing I'm not releasing any of the dust I've just sucked up back into the air. Having said that, I have turned the automatic emptying feature off as I clean up many small messes throughout the day and it seems pointless for the hard working vacuum to suffer through that process excessively and needlessly, potentially adding to wear and tear. I do wish the charging station had an on/off button too. I do not like the idea of leaving it on charge after it's fully charged. I could turn it off at the wall, but it would be nice to have that option. In summary, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI 280w Stick Vacuum outperforms every other vacuum I've used and it is stylish to look at. Its battery charge holds better than its competitors and its suction power is unmatched. It is not without issues, however- the accessory holder has one less slot than the accessories provided, the hard floor head's roller gets clogged way too easily, the spray sweep tool is practically pointless, spare parts are extremely pricey and there may be an issue with my specific product's AI technology. It is an exceptional product but a little more thought could have been put into it by Samsung before being released at such a huge price point, or at least a spare battery should have been included to add a little value to the cost. It seems the only justification for the price is that the product's name includes the concept of "AI".

Samsung consistently puts out excellent products and this vacuum is no exception! First- it's beautiful and sleek when sitting in the charger. Second, it has great suction and I love that it's cordless. With the attachments, it's super easy to clean all those cracks and crevices that are so difficult to reach at times. Charging is easy as is the self-cleaning function. Since I have deep carpets, tile, hardwood and throw rugs, the fact that it senses what type of floor I have and adjusts is revolutionary. This is one of the best vacuums I have ever used.

Changing its self as you move from room to room. I was surprised by the strength of the suction. And love the fact it empties itself. It doesn't like bigger pieces of dirt though and becomes blocked quite easily. Pros empties it's self. Lightweight Multiple tools. Cons. When using the small crevice tool it feels very flimsy like it's going to snap. Small dust chamber. I would recommend, however I don't think I justifies the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am so pleased with this vacuum , it really does do a great job. super docking and charging station. it also empties itself ! really good selection of tools and heads, one for pet hair too. comes with a handy tool holder and an extra battery. my floors look great . I find the head with the led light on it really helps to see the bits you have missed, definitely the dogs hair you think you have already picked up. having two batteries as well really helps when doing the whole of the floors in house . Overall I would highly recommend the vacuum.

I like the AI feature that adjusts the power to the floor type, the telescopic handle adjusts to myself and my husband, the battery life is lone enough to do the whole house and then some and the cherry on top is the automatic empty station where I don't have to touch any of the debris or have dust everywhere!! I pair this with the floor robot vacuum with empty station and my cleaning is made easier. Thank you for making products that make my life more productive!

The AI knows when to trigger more power and will conserve energy with its level. I’m used to vacuums having to be in full power to suction anything off the floor but this vacuum does it with ease in the lower power levels. Removing my wife’s hair from the brush is easy and love the different vacuum heads and extension capability for those hard to reach areas. I would recommend this vacuum to all my friends as it’s also great to leave out with its sleek stand and matte black colors.

I typically vacuum a room at a time throughout the week. Today was my first time vacuuming the whole house. I did so and I had 10 minutes remaining battery for my 2000 ft² home half of which is tile. Pretty impressed. However come time to place the vacuum on the auto clean station nothing came out. The vacuum turned on and wanted to suck the contents of the bin out but there was a clog and I don't know if this is something I should expect doing the whole house cleans since this is the first time this issue happened. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions were very impressed but I’m not sure the tech justifies the cost. We have had this for 4weeks now and probably use it every day. Whilst it came with replacement bags, at the current run rate I’ll be investing in more bags than I’d expect - why is there not the ability to empty bags and re use ? I was happy with the extra battery and it’s quite impressive in turbo mode but it drains the battery very quickly. Overall I would not recommend to a friend at the price point but would suggest as a back up vac for those with a wired solution.

The buttons are easy to push. The smart technology is cool as well as you can connect it with your smartphone. There's no issues with picking up hair either. The multiple speed options make picking up anything easy. I really like the clean station that's built into the charging station. Whenever youre done, it cleans the container so there's no need to keep manually cleaning. Overall, I think this vaccum is awesome!

Cleaning has never been easier. The AI floor detection is a game-changer, cleverly adjusting the suction power to suit the floor type – an absolute lifesaver for our thick carpets. The satin black finish is perfect for avoiding those pesky fingerprints, and the self-emptying bin feature is a blessing for my allergies. Not really impressed. It's okay but doesn't work well on my carpets. AI mode goes crazy can never make its mind up. Some days works fine some days doesn't so I stick to just manually selecting the power. I have had it for a week and the dustbin has started to fail. It doesn't suck all the dust out and it's not even that much dust. The inside filter does not spin and I even set the duration longer and it doesn't suck the dust in to the bin. I have had to manually empty it mant times. Really not worth the price imo and I will be returning.

I don’t really love anything and I’m afraid I regret trading in my previous vacuum cleaner. I’ve had this since it first arrived so plenty of time to use it. Within a few days the extendable wand trigger broke. I reported it and nothing. AI capability poor and majority time use manual. Hard floor head seems to trap dirt inside constantly. General floor cleaning head pick up poor eg just a bit of cotton thread doesn’t get picked up. Constantly having to clean mini filter, too many times. The auto empty works half the time , opening from extendable handle into chamber just too narrow, constantly clogs. Diagnostics keeps saying check head roller but there is nothing inside or clogging. It’s just not good enough for the price by a significant margin.

I love the AI function, no need to use the up and down power controls, as it is seem less between wood, tile and rug, self cleaning set up is fantastic ! I Love new tech and style, this has everything ! It looks brilliant as well as performing better than any similar product I have used before. Very light, very quite and they have thought of every attachment, including a spare battery, even though we haven't had top use yet, it is great knowing we have it as a back up. After the first use, my carpet looked like it had been professionally cleaned. It is surprisingly quiet, considering how powerful it is. I have a dog and the hairs are easily removed from the carpet. The self emptying system is a dream and not a spec of dust escapes into the air. The AI feature automatically determines the most suitable setting for the surface being cleaned and adjusts itself. There are also multiple tools for all those awkward jobs around the home aswell, there is nothing I could find that this unit could not do and it did everything, really well. I even look for things to clean because using it is a pleasure, not a chore!

Pros - the vacuum is so light weight, not clunky and hard to carry about like my other vacuum. Cleaning now feels like breeze - suction power is something else, it literally picks up the tiniest spec of dirt on the floor - the ai technology that identifies the kind of floor you are cleaning and adjusts the suction power accordingly - love the different heads that came with the vacuum as that means I can clean hard to reach areas easily - love the self cleaning functionality Cons - For the price of the vacuum I would expect that it would be a combination vacuum and scrubber and not just a vacuum. But all in all I couldn’t fault the vacuum functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good vacuum! Suction is powerful and the regular modes are quieter than the average vacuum! The base with autodisposal also works really well (this in my opinion puts samsung way above dyson). Only place for improvement would be the weight and handling. Specifically, the swivel for the main head is somewhat uncomfortable and stubborn to rotate compared to competitors, making anything but straight-line vacuuming a workout for the wrists. Still a good vacuum and the ai feature is nice and pretty accurate!!

The vacuum cleaner has good suction power and is good for carpets and other floors. It's advertised AI is where it falls short: it should recognize diffreent floor types and change suction accordingly. This worked on the first days of use and now I have to adjust manually

This ai powered vacuum is so smart, it adjusts the suction power automatically and cleans my floor better than any other vac. Don't worry, you can still manually adjust speeds your self. The battery lasts forever and does my whole house. You set it on a stand that it changes it, automatically dumps the bin and bags it so you never have to touch it. And the dual action head is great for my dog hair! Definitely recommend!

It has extremely strong suction power and the carpet roller brush helps lift stuck debris off of my carpets. The AI mode is actually super intuitive automatically adjusting the power and brush roll according to changes in the floor. I have to say my favorite mode is jet mode where the unit is overpowered and picks up everything in site. Makes quick work of cleaning my home and looks great just sitting in the corner of my living room almost like a modern art piece. When you put the unit back into the charging base it automatically suctions everything out of the waste bin and the unit is ready to go again. The battery life is pretty good and one feature that I absolutely love about this one is that you can actually have an extra battery and change it as needed, in case you need to use it for a big cleaning day. I have 3 cats and 3 teenage girls. That means hair, hair and hair! All Over! The tools that came with it are amazing for all Type of furniture to clean all the pet fur. It’s very versatile and easy to use. The other feature I liked was the automatic cleaner, which cleans the vacuum every time you connect it to the charger. A down size is that it’s a little on the heavy side, but still worthy it. I definitely recommend it and I’m very happy with it! And, the look is awesome! Cool and modern.

Battery life lasts better than dyson even on the small battery when on ai mode which works very well. Nice range of accessories all of which I would use to clean house or car. Only downside is the massive price tag which could get be a couple of dysons for the same price but I would gladly take this over dyson which doesn't come with as much stuff

I love this vacuum. We have had it for about 2 weeks and it works very well. Our only qualm with this vacuum is that you CANNOT purchase an additional battery. We originally purchased an additional batter that was listed as products "also purchased" . It charged on the vacuum but when I went to use it the display read "battery not compatible" I have since contacted Samsung and am returning the battery with the hope of being able to purchase the compatible battery soon or I will have to return the vacuum. We have a larger home and a second battery is a necessity. I would have given it a 5 star but the battery issue is aggravating. I hope that this issue is correct soon and a separate charge also be made available. We are a Samsung house hold and would hate to have to purchase a different brand.

It has lots of suction, and pet hairs come up in a snap! It does a wonderful job on corners and areas a normal vacuum can't normally reach thanks to the added accessories and attachments. Somehow they keep improving on an already amazing product and this time it's so much better with the AI technology that adjusts automatically when you are moving from a hard surface to a carpeted area without having to toggle any buttons. It is very powerful considering its small and light size. The battery lasts very long on a full charge and easily cleans our 3900 sq foot two story house with ease. Like its predecessors, it is also very easy to take care of and clean with the clean station that empties the bin for you without spreading dust everywhere and also automatically runs diagnostics for you to ensure nothing it trapped or tangled in the brush or tubing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum over any other competitors.

This Samsung unit is none of those things. It feels sturdy yet light and easy to move. Making turns is easy as the head pivots quite easily. The unit is extremely powerful sucking up everything I roll over. I have it standing in the corner of my living room and actually looks super cool to the point where all my guests ask what it is. The unit has a light on it which is a plus making it easier to see where I have and haven’t cleaned. I love the fact that one you plug the unit into the charging base, it automatically dumps it and it’s ready for round two. Lastly I have pets. The included pet power head is actually perfect for lifting pet hair off the coach. Like I said, I’m kind of starting to like vacuuming now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first off, I love this vacuum. It cleans super well and adjusts to different surfaces to clean accordingly. It works well on carpet and hard floors, and is even able to go over thick pile carpet/rugs. With that said, I started experiencing a problem with AI mode. It stopped adjusting automatically to different surfaces. I was able to send it back to Sam under warranty and it is being repaired. Hopefully this fixes the problem because I love this vacuum.

I have been using this new vacuum cleaner now for about five weeks and I'm very impressed. I live alone with three semi long haired cats to clean up after, I have not had to remove any cat hair from the brush bar at all. The build quality is good and robust so I'm not understanding other reviews that show pictures of broken parts, I can only assume that excessive force is being used. I vacuum almost every day with three cats living indoors and still have not filled the first cleanstation dustbag, on inspection it does feel about 75% full. The pet tool performs well and also has not had to be cleaned from pet hair build up on its small brush bar. The only downside to this cleaner is the price, I feel that to make it better value the spray spinning sweeper and the Jet Tool Accessory Kit should be included for such an expensive cleaner.

The buttons are easy to press and the AI cleaning really cool for making sure messes are picked up. The clean station cleans the dirt holder every time I use it which saves me time. It comes with extra bags for the dirt which is nice. It picks up everything I've thrown at it including hair. This is the best vacccum I've ever used.

I did a lot of research and decided the Samsung Jet AI 280W was the vacuum I was going to get. I got it for ease of use instead of carting a barrel vacuum around. It's so much easier to just grab and quickly run over the floors. I love how it empties into the bag on the stand when you put it back. Suction is fantastic - I have indoor cats and an indoor dog and that was the major requirement for me. 100% happy with it. Definitely worth the money.

The AI mode works seamlessly across hardwood floors and rugs, where my Dyson just sucks the rug straight in and gets stuck. It’s light, easy to maneuver and it’s slim profile can fit easily under the bed to get those dust bunnies. It’s easy on the eyes, the sleek look (black) has also won over every visitor since! The power on the suction is out of this world, I have never experienced an hoover like it before. The different rollers for the different floor types was also brilliant and enabled my hard floors to experience the same treatment as the carpets for a change! I wouldn’t hesitate to shout from the rooftops about this hoover was truly spectacular.

Actually gets into the carpet and picks up everything. We vacuum quite regularly and this thing still seems to fill the tank after 1-2 trips round the house. Suction is great and picks up all hairs and everything from rugs and carpets and the deodoriser works surprisingly well at giving a fresh smell as you go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is nowhere match to my Dyson v11. Samsung says "AI", not sure where it's used. Even in high dirty areas, it doesn't increase the suction power. Overall suction isn't quite close to Dyson's. Maneuvering isn't easy on carpet. It feels too sticky on the carpet, i have to push it hard on the carpet. Only thing I love in this is the clean station. Other than the cleanstation, it's an average vacuum cleaner with hefty price tag.

Very smart This vacuum makes storing extremely convenient because I can have it out in the open. It's so nice looking that I don't need it to stay in some utility or storage closet. The suction capabilities are incredible, and I love all the different modes. It's got the ability to be extremely strong, yet also very efficient when I don't need the extra juice. I love that the emptying system doesn't get dust and the dirty contents all over my trash as I'm trying to empty it. The smart controls are fantastic. The battery is so efficient and connecting it to my wifi signal I get to see the status in the app at all times. I highly recommend this vacuum for all those that are seeking a more versatile solution, without having to sacrifice sleek design.

Have been a user of Dyson for many years. This year thought will make the switch and could not have been happier. Such a great design with the all in one clean station as it removes the task of emptying the hoover - it's all kept in a nice little bag to empty when filled. I love placing the hoover onto the station and watch it clean itself and start spinning - a clean and empty dustbin each time before its next use.

I was using a corded one for years and this Samsung Bespoke Jet Al Vacuum is a major upgrade. I love the freedom it provides. It looks great and has such a sleek design. It has multiple modes, but I love the AI mode the most. It automatically adjusts the speed based on the surface being cleaned. The suction is extremely powerful and it easily picks up even the smallest dirt particles. It comes with a few extra attachments which are really helpful to clean all the difficult corners. I was also able to connect it to my smartthings app, where I can easily monitor it's progress and charge level along with the energy usage. Love the smart technology. Charging it is so easy, just place it on the clean station, which also empties the dust from the vacuum into a bag without cleanly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think my expectation was too high for this one, it looks very sleek and elegant but more bulky than I would have liked, this is not an issue in itself. On my first use it came up with an error within 20 seconds, turned out to be a tiny bit of knotted hair, happens frequently in my house, ended up having to scan the floor first and pick anything visible I then used the AI mode, this was much better, however when I stopped it spat some bits back out, I tried running for a few extra seconds but it still happened, even tried holding in the air with it running, dropped out as soon as i put it down. When I changed the head to try to get into the corners I discovered there was very little suction even when on maximum, I ended up using my old machine to do the corners. Great if you have lots of open space but if you have lots of obstacles that cant be lifted its not ideal

DO NOT buy this vacuum. It has a major design flaw where after every use I get a diagnostic error and it won't run in the AI mode or with enough suction. I've washed the filters, reset the device and I still have have the error. Only thing that will clear it is using an air compressor each time. I expected much more from a vacuum cleaner that cost this much! Shame on Samsung for continuing to sell this vacuum.

Minor issues include self cleaning you have to tap the side for proper function. The guide wheel on the back seems to have issues rolling freely and the red felt scrubs for the floor have worn down easily. The battery life is great and the AI feature works fantastic for our various flooring. I would recommend this for most messes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is simply stunning! It looks beautiful high end. I love that it is free standing and I do not have to mount it to a wall. I love that it suromatically adjusts to the different surface types going from hardwood to tile to carpet! The battery allows me to vacuum my entire house before having to recharge it! I highly highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who wants to step up their cleaning game!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the look of the Bespoke AI vacuum. I like the ease of putting it together and the attachments that came with it. I love not having to empty the dirt out myself and viewing the charge time left on the vacuum while using it. I like that I can adjust the height. I do wish that it rolled more easily from my rug to my hard wood floors. Over all I love the vacuum and would recommend.
