Your washer will automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent and softener for each load, so you don’t need to worry about using too much or too little detergent. I received my order yesterday...I was promised with free installation but was not provided. I confirmed day before delivery with them via online chatting and it was confirmed that my order do have free installation included but delivery people refused. When I talked to samsung they said it was not mentioned on invoice . It was their system error but I suffered. Later they said because I had trade in so it removed free installation...they were just escaping their responsibility..My advice what you order make sure it's on final invoice...DON'T BELIEVE IN THEIR WORDS....I have all snapshots as proof...that 1 star is for customer service experience...I haven't used the machine yet so can't say ...

It has been very useful and convenient for me and my partner. Since we have a small apartment, we needed a compact but multifunctional washer dryer combo already. Since we are both working all the time, it is very easy for us to use the wash + dry function when we leave for work and will come home to clean and fresh laundry. It has multiple functions as well, so with small batches of laundry we can just use the wash function and hang the clothes to dry. I just cant set up the smart function on my phone since the laundry area is very far to our router and cant connect to our wifi for the smart functions. But so far a very recommended product!

At the time I bought this washer/dryer I was bit hesitant as it has little to no reviews. Being combo washer and dryer, I was afraid it would do a bad job at both. I pulled the trigger after researching other Samsung washers/dryers and they had positive feedback. Thankfully I pleasantly surprised, it delivered what it promised. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the long cycle times especially when it comes to the dryer. I can see an option for the washer to configure a lighter load but not the dryer. It is perfect for a couple using the dryer function on occasion. Having two in one machine has saved much space in a tiny apartment laundry.

Managed to get this on a fairly discounted price and wow, it is AMAZING. I've only had it for a few months so far but i LOVE it. The convenience of running the whole cycle, wash and dry in one machine and once it's ready the door is opened for you is so amazing, I've also set up a notification that plays across my samsung speakers to let me know when the cycle has finished. It's also recently had a firmware update which has vastly improved the software of the display which is now very fast and looks fantastic. Could not recommend this machine enough.....if you can get it for a good price.

The Samsung AI Washer & Dryer is a game changer. I no longer need to use clothes hangers for drying, which saves a lot of time and effort. Even during the drying cycle, it’s surprisingly quiet and barely makes any noise. The convenience, performance, and low noise level have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The only downside was the delivery service. The delivery team even joked about why I had bought such a heavy machine, then simply dropped it off without unboxing it or assisting with setup. Considering the unit weighs over 160kg, expecting customers to unbox and move it themselves is unreasonable, even for most adults. This part of the experience fell well short of the quality of the product itself.

The quick wash cycle gets through a full load in about an hour and the drying actually works properly. Handles our family washing no worries. We even washed our king doona and it fit fine. Best feature is connectivity to Smart things app on my phone, with that I can control monitor every cycle. I can customise cycle on the go and send it to machine remotely - how good is that !

Bought this machine a month ago. Performance is okayish.. I wish the dryer was a bit more efficient. Clothes remain a bit damp even after running a full drying cycle which is disappointing. The smart things app is below average, being Samsung I was expecting the app to have more features and better interface.

I recently bought this washing machine and dryer combo, and I’m very impressed with its quality. It is very quiet and washes and dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time. There are also plenty of washing options to choose from.

Good washing machine. Cleans well and has a good range of programs. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit louder than I expected, something to be aware of if you're looking for a quiet machine.

Cotton washing takes about an hour, and the clothes are very clean. I haven't tried the Super Speed yet. Drying takes about 2 hours, and dries well. The only downside i found was, the wifi connection is not stable.

I bought this just over a month ago, Delivery and removal of our old washing machine went smoothly. Very happy with the washing machine and the functionality. Love being able to set it to wash and dry in one and then just put the clothes away.

Got this washer dryer after the old one died. The AI Wash adjusts settings for each load and its works well. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The 9kg size fits big loads so less laundry days. Drying works okay but thicker items need more time. Quick wash is handy for daily refreshes.

​This machine is built for the reality of modern apartment living: you need massive washing power, you don't have space for two machines, and you are always in a rush. If you play by its rules, it's a phenomenal appliance.

The washer-dryer leaked water from underneath on first use. Poor quality, disappointing reliability, and frustrating customer service made the refund process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend it.
