Inside the transparent combo, heat is evenly circulated to the drum using the added booster heat exchanger. Drive even larger loads and improve dehumidification. Faster and thorough drying. Your washer will automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent and softener for each load, so you don’t need to worry about using too much or too little detergent. It also holds enough detergent & softener for up to 22 loads, or up to 40 loads if you only use detergent* in the flex dispenser. This way there is no need to fill up the detergent tank after every wash.

It has been very useful and convenient for me and my partner. Since we have a small apartment, we needed a compact but multifunctional washer dryer combo already. Since we are both working all the time, it is very easy for us to use the wash + dry function when we leave for work and will come home to clean and fresh laundry. It has multiple functions as well, so with small batches of laundry we can just use the wash function and hang the clothes to dry. I just cant set up the smart function on my phone since the laundry area is very far to our router and cant connect to our wifi for the smart functions. But so far a very recommended product!

At the time I bought this washer/dryer I was bit hesitant as it has little to no reviews. Being combo washer and dryer, I was afraid it would do a bad job at both. I pulled the trigger after researching other Samsung washers/dryers and they had positive feedback. Thankfully I pleasantly surprised, it delivered what it promised. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the long cycle times especially when it comes to the dryer. I can see an option for the washer to configure a lighter load but not the dryer. It is perfect for a couple using the dryer function on occasion. Having two in one machine has saved much space in a tiny apartment laundry.

I received my order yesterday...I was promised with free installation but was not provided. I confirmed day before delivery with them via online chatting and it was confirmed that my order do have free installation included but delivery people refused. When I talked to samsung they said it was not mentioned on invoice . It was their system error but I suffered. Later they said because I had trade in so it removed free installation...they were just escaping their responsibility..My advice what you order make sure it's on final invoice...DON'T BELIEVE IN THEIR WORDS....I have all snapshots as proof...that 1 star is for customer service experience...I haven't used the machine yet so can't say ...

Managed to get this on a fairly discounted price and wow, it is AMAZING. I've only had it for a few months so far but i LOVE it. The convenience of running the whole cycle, wash and dry in one machine and once it's ready the door is opened for you is so amazing, I've also set up a notification that plays across my samsung speakers to let me know when the cycle has finished. It's also recently had a firmware update which has vastly improved the software of the display which is now very fast and looks fantastic. Could not recommend this machine enough.....if you can get it for a good price.

The Samsung AI Washer & Dryer is a game changer. I no longer need to use clothes hangers for drying, which saves a lot of time and effort. Even during the drying cycle, it’s surprisingly quiet and barely makes any noise. The convenience, performance, and low noise level have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The only downside was the delivery service. The delivery team even joked about why I had bought such a heavy machine, then simply dropped it off without unboxing it or assisting with setup. Considering the unit weighs over 160kg, expecting customers to unbox and move it themselves is unreasonable, even for most adults. This part of the experience fell well short of the quality of the product itself.

Purchased 1 month ago, using discount end up 35% off making it very good value for money. Took about 10 days to be delivered to door. So far very happy with the product. Auto dispensing detergent, can set up two types. Spin is quiet, drier is very quiet. Several different cycles but have used many of them yet. Product also reminds you to run a clean cycle.

I bought this washing machine / dryer combo roughly a month ago and I love it. I adore how I can use the SmartThings app on my S25 Ultra to control the type of wash functions. Very handy. The AI features of the washer/dryer has allowed me to save both water and energy during every wash cycle. Not to mention the cool music it makes after every cycle 😉

I bought this Samsung Super Speed washer dryer to replace my ten year old machine and its been fantastic. The quick wash cycle gets through a full load in about an hour and the drying actually works properly. Handles our family washing no worries. We even washed our king doona and it fit fine. A little noisey on spin but overall really happy.

It has been two weeks since we bought this for our housrhold, experience has been positive so far. The machine is super silent and very easy to operate. Best feature is connectivity to Smart things app on my phone, with that I can control monitor every cycle. I can customise cycle on the go and send it to machine remotely - how good is that !

I bought this 3 weeks ago, and have mostly run wash cycles, the machine is quiet and wash cycles are good. Have run a couple of dry cycles and am impressed with how dry and warm the clothes come out. Will suit our use really well, as we will mainly use it for washing, and the occasional drying cycle during periods of wet weather.

Had this washer dryer three months and the AI Wash feature works well. It senses load size and adjusts automatically. The dryer dries properly so no need hang clothes out. 9kg capacity handles family washing easy and quick wash is handy when in a rush. Gets bit noisy on spin though.

Bought this machine a month ago. Performance is okayish.. I wish the dryer was a bit more efficient. Clothes remain a bit damp even after running a full drying cycle which is disappointing. The smart things app is below average, being Samsung I was expecting the app to have more features and better interface.

This washer dryer is the best on the market if you’re looking for the latest technology. Just be prepared for the 5-hour wash and dry cycle. It’s a bit longer than usual but the machine takes such good care of your clothes, that’s why it’s a little bit longer than others.

The assembly is poor. The machine is still faulty. The detergent drawer hasn't been fixed. Also, when I use the drying cycle, the clothes come out very crinkled.

Cotton washing takes about an hour, and the clothes are very clean. I haven't tried the Super Speed yet. Drying takes about 2 hours, and dries well. The only downside i found was, the wifi connection is not stable.

The product is good, but there's a bug in which I can't turn on smart control because it keeps saying my Wifi is offline. I wish this product had a feature where I could schedule my wash.

After a few weeks of use, this set has been performing great. The cleaning power is excellent, and it runs very quietly. I love the massive capacity for handling big bedding loads.
