We took our time to decide on our replacement washing machine and our new Samsung 9Kg front loader is just perfect. Ordered online from Samsung direct, the machine was delivered and the old one taken away without any hassle (old one also is a Samsung one which was purchase almost 10 years back). Installation was easy guided by the installation guide supplied with the machine, This is the best front loader we've ever had and I totally recommend this machine. With a wide range of washe options, cold, warm, and hot, and the ability to set your own washed the flexibility is excellent.

I bought this product last week and must say im very impressed with it. Its much less noise compared to my previous washer and the quick 15 min cycle works well for small loads. The machine comes with multiple wash speeds and the steam cycle is quite effective, although its available on the full cycle that runs for much longer. The bubble wash feature gives it an additional soak and does make a difference. Only downside is that it uses much less water compared to other machines. Would highly recommend this product as it also integreates with the smart things app

I recently got this Samsung 9kg front load washer, and I’ve been really impressed. It’s super quiet and efficient, and the different wash settings make it easy to clean everything from delicate clothes to really dirty items. The 9 kg tub is the size of my previous 7.5 Samsung tub. There are a few minutes of the cycle of the machine where it is significantly loud and I was surprised. For most of the cycle of the machine, it is slightly louder than my previous machine. No matter what you put the setting of the machine on it does its own scan of the washing and then set it to what he thinks it should be, which can lead to a two hour washing cycle for general clothes.

Bought it last month and it works as expected. Sound on the washing machine is low which is an absolute bonus. I personally got the one with Manual levers to avoid many technical failures if they arise from one. Got an alert/ warning due to water not draining well and the machine stops on day one, Made sure the filter was clean and washed throughly. No Further Dramas. Con: Yes its a 9Kilo washing Machine, but drum seems smaller for 9 kilos

I bought this as an upgrade to my old Samsung washing machine. It is a major improvement in terms of its appearance and the washing options seem much clearer and more suitable for the different items needed to wash (towels etc.) I would only mention it’s water consumption is slightly higher however only a minimal amount. Great choice for washing machine for our 2 person household! Super speed wash at 39 minutes is great.

We've had this washing machine for only a day but already we love it. The speed wash is incredibly useful. It's also remarkably compact despite being 9 kg. And the little songs it can sing when it's finished are amazing! The icing on the cake is the connectivity to your smartphone where you can monitor the progress of your wash from anywhere. Can definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a great washing machine.

This washer has been a solid upgrade. The 9kg capacity is perfect for our family, and the steam wash feature genuinely makes a difference on tough stains and getting rid of wrinkles. My old F&P (god bless) finally died after 17 years of service. RIP. I've only had the new machine for a few weeks, so far I'm really happy with it. My first front loader, it is super quiet and very efficient at cleaning.. I haven't had the time to use all the bells and whistle on it yet but there is time. It does take longer to wash things, as a top loader can do a full load in 20 mins. So that's the only thing I miss. But I can see the samsung it does a thorough job. I'm looking at getting the dryer too.. I've heard that they can link up with load via app to wash and dry the same load efficiently. I wanted a samsung, I do have quite a few of their products already, tv, fridge, smart phone, tablets etc. So I know reputation is good and haven't had many problems. Why didn't I get a new F&P? If I could afford it I would've... so samsung.. don't bail on me in 3-5 years.. I would be really annoyed.. let's hope it's has a high life expectancy.

We've had this washer for a few weeks now, and have tried different settings. Overall, a quiet machine with ease of use with the App. One star short because dirty socks came out only 50% cleaner -- but perhaps I haven't tried the Steam feature that might do the trick.

Only just bought this machine after checking all reviews so a bit early for full judgement. We have used it and several of the modes and so far very pleased. We replaced an 11 yr old Vzug the Samsung is a bit noisier but gives a better result

For a supposed smart washer, it’s not very. Last used settings aren’t remembered, so you find yourself pressing multiple buttons each time. Even with the app, you can’t create a custom cycle ‘recipe’ to save your preferences.

Fantastic product, that looks good and performs great. Wife loves the preset programs and the ability to download further settings and link it to the smart things App which enables you to operate it from your smart phone.

I bought this 4 days ago, it's working perfectly of course. The premium delivery was easy and they took the old machine away. The interface is different from the old 7.5 bubble wash, I havnt tried all the new options.

Very disappointing there was no spin cycle only rinse and spin. When using the 15 mins wash the clothes came out wet. Imagine how upset I was that the item had been reduced to $617 and I paid $729, three weeks ago.
