I purchased the 11kg washer as a replacement for Samsung 7.5kg washer, nothing was wrong with the previous washing machine and it's been put to good use in another location, l just needed the bigger capacity. I Purchased it together with a Samsung 9kg heat pump dryer and received a fabulous discount on the bundle from Samsung! Best feature for me apart from the excellent washing results (using bubble wash on stains is like magic!) Is the "Smart things" app which gives full info. on your phone and remote control control of all functions and a notification when it's finished, plus a full detail of water and electricity used, which you can track over time.

Agree with a review I read that there is no way the drum capacity resembles a typical 10kg let alone a 11kg load. It's more like an 8kg load, 9kg absolute max. I find it impossible to believe but that's my perception. Pretty disappointed and should've checked it out at the shop rather than just do a blind online purchase. It also senses the load and for a full one (in its x drum size), it typically takes 1.5 hrs. My previous washing machine which was a bona fide 10kg machine (huge) could do a load in 1 hr flat. Again, I'm a tad upset with myself and Samsung. Would love an independent professional review into whether this is in fact an 11kg machine.

I dont know why we got this email.We had to call the fire brigade out last week as we had a electrical fault in our machine and were lucky someone was in the house at the time or as the fireman said,the house could have gone up in flames and we would be homeless.Your call centre past us over to a local repairer who was no use also,so as we got no help we went out and bought another washing machine and after years of having a Samsung we bought another make.NOT HAPPY.I have made a compaint and its being looked into

I’ve been using this washing machine for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. It’s not the quietest machine out there—there’s a noticeable hum and some vibration, especially during the spin cycle—but it’s nothing too disruptive. What really matters, though, is performance, and on that front, it delivers. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time, and it handles both small and large loads without any issues. The controls are easy to use, and it has all the basic wash settings I need. If you don’t mind a little extra noise, this is a solid, reliable machine that gets the job done without any fuss.

I purchased this front loader a couple of months ago. My old top loader was a Samsung as well. I had that machine for 15 years. It moved house with us many times. Thought it was time to try the new version. Love the steam feature, great for sheets. It washes the clothes very well. The spin cycle is so good the clothes almost feel dry when you take them out. I like the variety of wash options and the 11kg capacity is perfect for our family. Doesn't require much detergent which was a pleasant surprise. Being black it blends away under the benchtop. Its connected to my smart phone so sends me a message when the wash is finished. Couldn't be happier with this Samsung washer.

This washer is seriously next-level. It cleans so well – especially whites. They come out looking brand new every time. The steam wash is perfect for stuff that needs a deep clean or just a refresh. You can connect it to the Samsung app, so you can start loads from your phone and get notifications when it’s done. If you have a Samsung TV, it even pops up a message on your screen – no more forgetting about laundry! But the best part? If you’ve got the Samsung dryer, you can link them together, and the dryer will actually suggest the right drying cycle based on the wash. How freaking amazing is that? Honestly, this thing makes laundry way less of a chore. Highly recommend.

I bought my Samsung front loader around a month ago replacing my 15 year old front loader machine ( different brand) after it stopped spinning. What I thought was washing well on my old machine was nothing compared to my new Samsung front loader. Clothes are coming out brighter and smell cleaner even on a short quick cycle. It’s a very quiet machine, luckily I have the fancy music playing as it finished and getting the notifications through the app, to remind me I have washing to hang Still have to use a lot of the different features/ different cycles but I am really impressed so far Great machine, great price and stylish look. Grandkids love to do the “Samsung Dance” everything it finishes a load! 🥰

I bought this washer last Sunday after my old Samsung washer reached to its useful life. I choose Samsung again because my last one lasted more than 11 years which was pretty good. I am very impressed with its sleek design, many choices of washing cycles and smart feature connected to my Samsung mobile. It does not make much noise during washing cycle. Most of the information used to labelled on the older model is now displayed on LCD screen. The price tag is quite competitive too compared with other similar models on the market. I am very happy with my purchase.

happy with this washer so far. The 11kg capacity is perfect for large loads, and the steam wash function works well for freshening up clothes and tackling allergens. It's surprisingly quiet during operation, and the smart features are a nice bonus for remote control and monitoring. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the app can be a bit finicky at times. Otherwise, it’s a great upgrade!

I love the quietness of the machine. I wish there was a quick way to access a few different cycles rather than having to scroll the whole way through the list - having them at a quick glance would be easier. We were disappointed when the pump broke within the first couple of weeks making the machine extremely noisey. It was an easy process to get a warranty repair though and we havent had any trouble since. Machine does a thorough wash and we like the bubble soak feature.

Got this machine on a Samsung special and it's transformed our laundry experience. It has all the basic and advanced functions you'd ever need. The 11kg wash-load is a welcome spec for bigger loads. This machine heats it water, has excellent washing and filteration. We have a long haired cat and this handles the washing perfectly with fur free results. It's fast as well with real time alerts via the app. I am very happy with this purchase - recommend to all! Get the bigger 11kg one like we have you will not regret it!

As a growing family of 2 adults and 2 kids, we needed a large washing machine as doing 2 loads on washing day was becoming tiring and less time to spend with kids. 11kg was ideal and front laoder meant we were spending less on electricity and water . I attached my energy monitor and consumed around half the energy my old one did. Its also a water saver. Size is ideal for a medium sized laundry. Its not load so kids get a good sleep even if we wash at night. Overall a great washing machine and worth every penny.

Bought a new Samsung washer to replace my old Samsung washer. We were happy with our old one however it became damaged through our own fault. Bought this upgraded model as we needed one urgently. I have since been able to repair the old one myself. So now I have two samsung washers connected to the smart things app. Make sure you connect to smart things to get the full value of of the product. It actually teaches you a little bit about how to wash your clothes so they last b longer.

Great value washing machine. We upgraded from an 8kg Asko to this 11kg smart washer and have loved it so far. The quick cycle is standard wash are used the most and we love that we fit so much more now. We're saving money by running less loads and can easily fit larger items. We like the smart features like being able to see how long left on our phones and the notifications when the washing is done. Works particularly well if you already have a Samsung phone and use Smart Things.

We brought this washing machine about 2-3 months ago, no complaints can be made. Washes our clothes well and we love the accessibility of the Samsung smart things app. Being able to start washing loads remotely or check the status is super helpful. Seems very energy and water efficient so far. Love that there’s a quick cycle 15 min when you just need to wash a few items. It’s also super quiet and doesn’t disturb baby in the opposite room.

I was very happy with the features and connectivity of this washer the size makes it perfect for any type of load and even full quilts, and the Smart things connectivity is great to watch and control the unit for those of us that like to have some home automation. Will say having the app give notifications when complete saves those times you forgot you put a load in the washer and you walk part too late to put on the clothesline.

I brought this washing machine a little over a month ago and the door seal quality is terrible and now completely useless the machine now puts more water on the floor. The machine was used for a couple of cycles a week and no heavy use, of particular NOTE most modes have weight limits well below the 11 kg selling point. The door seal failed although careful use of the new ‘expensive’ machine but to top off the disappointment Samsung Australia flat out refuse to offer any remedy under warranty for a clear design / product quality issue. (Google the issue) Unfortunately I didn’t know!!! Instead only offered a generic response stating their lack lustre warranty policy and gas lighting customer service. Please learn from my mistake DO NOT Purchase this model of washing machine nor expect any fair or reasonable level of certainty or good faith from after sales support teams.

Great machine. There are heaps of functions that make selecting washing cycles so much easier (there's heaps). You'll love the SmartThings app connectivity if that's your thing. First time using a front loader for us. Anyone doing that for the first time should note that 11kg does not mean a bigger bowl than a top load with the same. But you will definitely be very happy you purchased it. Highly recommended.

This washing machine is a life saver. I liked it because it has a large capacity of 11kg . I can wash all our clothes once a week on my day off. Its super quiet and economical. It has many AI features too which is a bonus and can integrate it in my samsumg smart home. Price is on the high side but if you want the latest tech, samsung is the choice, hands on.

Bought this just before Christmas as our old Samsung washer had died. Couldn’t be happier. A slight glitch when it unsync’d from the app and I couldn’t get it back on, waited a couple of weeks and tried again and all is well again. Paired with the heat pump dryer for a power combo. Love them especially the AI settings. Definitely had upped the laundry game!

Clothes come out perfect… it’s easy to use … love the AI features ( can add a soak n bubble , or ask it to rinse extra times) have ran a self clean cycle too. It’s great , just buy one you will not regret it ! ( great price too, I had an asko before and it was $1200 more than this machine !)

Value for money for the price cheaper than any other outlet for a 11kg model and what’s great is my old 9kg machine is the same size as the 11kg upgrade so no stress about having additional space. Delivery was as scheduled and my old machine was taken away which is great considering verve collect in my suburb is no longer an option.

I've had this washing machine for 2 weeks, so far so good. Delivery was well communicated and delivered on time. The machine is quiet and has lots of functions. So far it is a great washing machine. It has a couple of great features. 1. The machine heats up the cold water to desired temp. Allowing hot washes without using hot water from hot water system. 2. Has a variety of washing settings to choose from which are also adjustable.

This is a smart washing machine using Ai to help assist with washing cycles. Multiple wash options with range of temperatures and loads. The app is great in assisting with any errors, as it explains what you need to do. Great to get a notification when the cycle is complete!

It would be great if it had a quick wash (30 mins) program. All programs are more than 1 hr. Even if I put in a small load (a couple of shirts), the shortest program is over 1 hr. Also, I don't know how to turn down the volume of the alarm when it finishes.
