I bought two of these monitors at once. Both monitors had pixel defects on the right side as shown in the picture. There is no quality control at all. This is an unbelievable product. They said it would take a long time to exchange the product and I am very dissatisfied with this policy. Samsung's problem of not properly inspecting the product cost me my time.

The crisp colors and eye care options allow me to use it for long periods without eye fatigue. The connectivity options come in very handy as one thunderbolt wire charges, connects Ethernet and screen to the monitor which helps minimize wire clutter for a clean desktop. The speakers produce good sound that is crisp. It's also lightweight and easy to adjust to different heights and angles when needed. Overall this is a great purchase that I would recommend to anyone looking for wide monitor for multiple use scenarios.

Only negative comment is it does not have an indicator light to tell you if the monitor is on or off. It would be nice to have this indicator light. The other comment is that some time the power button (to turn it off) does not respond. It always happens after I shut down the laptop. I also love the pixels quality because the screen looks great in person, the colours are really accurate, I’d better than the XDR’s! But yeah when ever I’m bored with my application I instantly make a switch to YouTube or Netflix and the quality is way high up, incase someone is looking for monitors options they should definitely opt in for this, I’d personally recommended this to all the WFH people.

Purchased a few weeks ago and still assessing. Very easy set up and pretty straightforward process for adjusting settings. The only glitch so far was one morning it decided it didn’t want to connect to my Mac. After testing all the connections and looking on line for glitches, I unplugged it from power and reconnected it to power and everything went back to normal. Another negative is the cords that come with it should also be white so more aesthetically pleasing from the back like an LG monitor.

I was initially worried about the glare/discoloration from the curved screen, but have not had any issues so far. I got this monitor to use for both work and light gaming, so the single cable USB-C connection and charging make the transition quite easy. Personally, I found the monitor too close when placed directly on my desk and moved it to the window sill to be slightly farther away. It's a whooping 34" inches which is more than enough to get my wow factor up and running, but then it's curved too!!! I can see a perfect veiw no matter where I'm at in my room. KVM switch works most of the time but sometimes it just stuck on one screen and don't switch to another screen. Interestingly, KVM stuck on the computer with USB C connection but all it requires plug off and plug in the wire to fix the switching problem. other than that, it's a great monitor, good color and brightness, reasonable speakers and the text look crisp.

Escolhi este monitor devido as funcionalidades do Easy Setting box. No site informa "O programa opera em Windows 7, 8, 8.1 e 10 (32 e 64 bits) e funciona apenas com monitores da Samsung." Ao tentar fazer o download e não obter êxito, insistir com a assistência técnica recebi a seguinte informação "Infelizmente, não há disponibilidade do Easy Setting Box para download em computadores que não sejam da Samsung". Ou seja, a informação de venda é uma e na prática é outra!!! Me sentindo roubada, pois não consigo usar o recurso, motivo pelo qual selecionei este monitor.

I bought this monitor a few months ago and for the most part it works well. While the the pixel resolution is better than my previous curved monitor, it doesn't appear to be as sharp as my HP AIO. I didn't want an AIO configuration any more because it's difficult to upgrade parts of the system without replacing the entire system. This monitor was a good solution. My only real complaint is when I start up my new desktop, the monitor will start up with the system some of the time. At other times the screen remains black. When this happens none of the monitor buttons appear to do anything and the only way to get the screen back on is to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. Is there a better solution to wake up the screen?

Built in speakers are good but not fantastic. Has a thunderbolt input and only a single downstream thunderbolt output port. It could use another one. Automatic video detection that select the the port to be used but is slow to react and sometimes does not detect at all. The solution is to power down the monitor off if this happens then power on again. Overall good quality and states that it is made in Mexico.

I noticed the Samsung S6 and loved the white colour. I didn't realise the curve was more defined than I'm used too, but it is actually so much better than the flatter display I have at work. The only thing that would make this monitor better is if it had 2 X USB-C ports for switching between. Other than that, it is perfect!

It is also invaluable to me as a method for staying in touch with family and friends through social networking. In a world where we are all supposed to be connected through a thousand interlinked devices it can still be difficult to find the time for regular meanigful interactions with the people closest to us so anything that helps to bring us closer together is a godsend. I cant say that im always dilligently working and that my monitor is only ever displaying spreadsheets and emails but i often find myself streaming videos at times when I should be focusing on other tasks because the resolution is so clear and the images so life like that it's almost like living the experience.

The 100hz refresh rate actually looks like 100hz, and on a VA panel, this is impressive. It handles all my open windows well too as I hoped for, so that’s great. Overall, I am very happy with my new monitor. The visual quality and ultra-wide/curved elements make it fantastic for both work and gaming. Speakers and KVM have both been game-changers. I'm thrilled with the quality of the monitor. That said, I think the product photos are misleading. One of the reasons I chose this monitor over others I was comparing it to was its color. In the photos, the monitor appears to be crisp, bright white color. In reality, it's a very, VERY warm white - nearing a yellowish-cream/beige color. It is listed as warm white at the bottom of the specs, so I put that 100% on myself for not reading the fine print, but I was admittedly disappointed/thought I received the wrong product when I first opened the box. If you are looking for a bright white monitor to match a certain decor or aesthetic vision, this might not be the one for you. Otherwise, this is a great monitor.

I purchased two of these monitors a little over a year ago and had been quite pleased with them. However, after about 15 months, one of the two has developed 2 dead pixels and the other a single dead pixel. I'm usually quite happy with Samsung's quality, but these are the first monitors I've ever had that randomly had pixels die over time - especially such a short time.

I'm not overly concerned with the display to be great as an oled/odyssey monitors. I was looking for a decent display with these features. This is a pretty great setup.

Just bought this monitor and was able to use it with my macbook pro 16" using USB C all well for 2 days, until it started to just fail. no more charging and video signals through the supplied USB C cable. Checked on youtube and it seems that I had to unplug the power cable for 30 secs and plug back in for USB C functionality to resume working. What is going on?

I didn’t want to fork out money for what I thought would basically be the same monitor but man! It feels like my eyeballs are taking a bath. So easy on the eyes. I’m a programmer and stare at my screen at least 8 hours a day. This is money well spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this monitor for WFH with my Office laptop. I connect everything to the monitor ex. USB Keyboard and mouse adapter, USB headphone dongle, webcam. I only have a type c cable hanging out to connect to my laptop, when it's connected it charges my laptop and connects everything to it automatically. It's widescreen so I can multitask with it.

I feel less strain on my eyes looking over spreadsheets and files for long periods of time. This was also a size increase for me, so the extra space has saved me time scrolling back and forth. I highly recommend.
