I ask for a new Range for my Birthday this month, I was surprised that I got a Samsung Induction with Air sous, air fryer, etc. I read up on the reviews and some of them weren’t the best, but I believe they are totally wrong. I couldn’t wait to try mine out. What a difference it made with the taste of our food. I really really love my Samsung Range. And we also bought a Samsung French door fridge with ice maker back in November and we can’t get over how much room is in it. Besides it really updates our Kitchen

After one use of the glass cook top, on the middle burner, there is a ring of burnt-in spots on the outer ring where the element was not even on. A range is supposed make our lives easier, instead we are working for them. That is why there are numerous videos on how to clean glass cook tops. It is astonishing how manufacturers get away with this.

I purchased a Samsung range in early November, and it was delivered on November 18th. On November 26th — only the second time I ever used it — I heard a loud pop, looked down, and saw that the entire cooktop had cracked from one end to the other. After inspecting it more closely, I also noticed the cooktop is bowed, which clearly points to a manufacturing defect. I wasn’t overly stressed at first because the appliance is brand new and should have been fully covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty. But Samsung has refused to cover it, claiming that “cracks” aren’t included — even though the crack happened during normal use and is obviously related to the bowed surface. What makes this even more frustrating is that Samsung initially told me a technician would be sent to inspect the unit. Instead, they abruptly closed the case after an “investigation,” despite the fact that no one ever came to look at the range. How can a proper investigation be done without physically inspecting the product? My husband and I spent years saving bit by bit to finally replace our old appliances, and now we’re stuck with a brand-new range that’s damaged through no fault of our own. No cooktop should crack after two uses, and Samsung has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving what is clearly a defective product DO NOT BUY I’ve seen other reviews of this happening and the useless Samsung customer service will do nothing to help you!!!

I like that you can lock the control panel, especially with toddler in the house. As well, the pinch and turn knobs are a great safety feature as our dog has turned on our old stove several times when she was looking to steal food off the stovetop. I don't find self cleaning oven options work very well, oven is still dirty after cleaning. Also, stove top gets marked easily and again doesn't clean well. The airfryer feature is great, just make sure you put a tray under to catch drippings. The oven also turns back on after cancelling cooking. To be fair I haven't called for service yet. Overall, its an okay stove.

We’ve had this oven for 8 months and it’s treated us very well. No issues so far, I’ve used the self cleaning feature only once so far and the oven looked brand new again. I’ve tried to use as many features as I could so far and they all have worked exactly as I would hope. The stove top is as easy to maintain as any other glass top. The only single downside we have experienced is minor but the touch controls have on the range are sensitive enough to respond to our dogs nose when she sniffs around the kitchen so I have kept the Smart Control feature on as a precaution as she’s turned the oven on once or twice… overall we are happy with our choice to go with this appliance.

We did a good research after having our stove for 21 years afraid that we would not be able to find a proper replacement. It looks amazing, fits very well in out kitchen and has so many (I would say too many) features that we are still learning how to use. In general, it is a nice stove. I guess it is going to take much longer then I anticipated to get use to it for ex. it takes too long for the burners to warm up, and then it takes too long to figure what temp to keep on. The oven is nice , spacious but it does not bake evenly. The control panel is extremely sensitive.

Been really loving my new stove and oven, it's easy to clean, we use the air-dry option all the time! Saves us having to have another appliance. Has a lot of space for cooking on top and in the oven. It's super fast to preheat and it's consistently stays at the right temperature weather it's the top or bottom rack, food cooks evenly and precisely no matter where it is. Controling it with the app is super convenient! Sooner will have a microwave aswell to go above it. The front panel is a bit sensitive but haven't had too much of an issue with it yet.

I like the range overall, but one of the burners doesn’t work properly. When you turn the burner on low, it stays on high indefinitely, which makes it unuseable unless you are boiling water. A technician came and replaced it during the warranty period, but it keeps happening over and over again. Now that the one year warranty period is done. Samsung won’t help us out anymore and it seems we’ll be on the hook to pay the costs to have it changed out every year… very frustrating

I would be giving this a 5 star review because the oven its self is amazing. But the stove has issues with the burners. I have 2 small burners that barely heat up, takes 30+ minutes to boil a small pot of water and a large triple burner that cant regulate heat at all. No matter the heat strength it burns food. Can't even cook with it on low. It burns everything.

We bought it 2 weeks ago and we do not recommend this to anyone who actually enjoys cooking. The entire display is useless as its incredibly dark, it just does not light up or show time. The numbers on knobs are hard to see - we expected the display in the middle to be lit providing some warmth and light. But this is not the case. The display in the middle shows a tiny display ONLY if oven or timer is turned on. -clock does not stay on, goes into "sleeping mode" after a minute or so -display is basically OFF all the time, as the appliance does not even have a date/time. -timer is super quiet even on loudest setting -timer works for 1 minute only! Then it counts backwards without any sound (never seen this before) -Hot surface light is invisible, weak, you can easily burn -appliance is invisible if you walk into a dark kitchen at night. -We have strong potlghts and a window in the kitchen, but the knobs are invisible during nights because the display in the middle is totally black, makes it hard to cook or heat something up. -btw if you like your glass top to be shiny clean? Not with Bespoke 8500, the top is made of components so different to what we used to have, that even a drop of water spot stays on and won't come off with a wipe of paper towel.

Bought it few months ago first time bought Samsung appliance. Very happy about performance and especially range is working . The one thing I I should consider is not buying black one with the small child and hand prints ala over🤣. Will purchase Samsung again in future. Thank you for making my life easier

Had to buy this stove quickly before the holidays and it did not disappoint. Cooked Christmas dinner and desserts with convection and air fry and was all incredible. It is also very beautifully aesthetic and has been easy to clean.

It's been great, I like that I can monitor off my phone as well! Preheat is quick and cooks very evenly. Great value product. Only thing I wish is if the oven date/time stayed on all the time!

We are 9 months in with these appliances and are quite happy. Easy to use, consistent performance. Only complaint is the amount of time for a pot of water to reach a boil.

So happy with it. The most important thing about an oven is that it needs to be able to make a great pizzas and it does.

The oven is a great size but as a 5'5" person the viewing window is too low. I need to bend right over to be able to look into the oven. Heat dispersal from the oven takes a very long time (makes we wonder about the lifespan of the fan. The cooking elements are placed back slightly on the surface so bumping the oven control and accidentally starting the process of starting is way too easy. The higher wattage elements are something really love, although they don't heat as fast as i would like. As someone who bakes all of my own bread I find the proofing setting is quite useful. I was disappointed today to find that I cannot run the oven self clean cycle while using the cooktop. Using the oven and it's features is a learning curve because it's not just a matter of choosing a mode and press a button to start you have to press the control multiple times. The designers put in some thoughful features like the steam, sous vide and air fryer. Overall i really like this stove but think a few design tweeks still need to be made. Would i recommend it to friends and family? Definitely yes but with warnings about the design flaws that have affected me. It is definitely a beautiful piece of kitchen equipment and does more than my last stove could do.
