I used the self clean button on this oven. It is less than 2 years old. The bottom enamel cracked and flaked. It produced tiny shards of glass that now fly around the oven when you turn convection on. Samsung says it’s a “cosmetic” issue. I’d definitely say it’s a safety issue. Do not buy this range.

I chatted with a Samsung tech support because our range presents a sort of peeling on the top glass after 6 months of use. I thought it may be a material defect but was informed top glass peeling is not covered by the standard warranty. This is a comment for future customers to know what is NOT under warranty, and maybe not to spill boiling milk on the top glass and try to clean it 🙂.

0 stars if I could. This is the worst stove I've used. No matter how low the setting is on the cook top, it's still way too hot. I've burnt chicken within 3 minutes on the lowest setting from start to finish. All of my meals get burnt no matter what I do. Do not recommend.

Horrible stove. One of the burners stopped working just after the warranty expired. An error message on the display said "Bad Line." The issue was temporarily resolved by resetting the breaker, but the error returned, and resetting the breaker no longer helps. Apparently, the problem is with the integrated circuit. The replacement part costs $350 including delivery, and it has to be purchased from a third-party website because Samsung does not sell the part directly through its website.

I love this stove! The air fry feature is so useful and the convection bake and roast functions both work beautifully. The stovetop is easy to clean. I love that I can control the oven temperature and light with my phone.
