I love the induction cook top and the convection setting. Otherwise, it’s very loud when it is heating up with a buzzing noise, and very loud fan when it is turned off, which can last for 10 minutes. Not ideal when you have an open concept lay out. Other than the convection setting, the oven is not accurate with its heat (using an external thermometer), despite adjusting it according to the manual. So all in all, probably wished I had purchased a different induction oven.

I love this stove, they say a watched pot doesnt boil, but wow this one does in no time. The true convection is great. I’m still learning all its functions, but I do 🥰 it.

We purchased our first Samsung tabs just before Christmas. It has had a workout over the Christmas season and everything about it has been exactly what we need: large capacity for turkey roaster plus roasting setting made a perfectly golden turkey; convection for evenly baked cookies, stove top with double element worked perfectly to move the roaster to stovetop to make gravy, and best of all, no effort to clean the induction top after a few spills here and there!

I love it. It’s sharp, sleek and heats up water in the blink of an eye! I enjoy the smart things app, I can control my range from anywhere. The surface is non scratch so I can use my cast iron pans without hesitation. The only thing I find perculiar is that the TOD doesn’t stay on. I’ve tried everything to get it to stay on but I guess it’s part of the design. For a futur model maybe try to have it stay on with the light full time. That would be A+.

This range has the most up to date technology that I know of. I find it very convenient being able to control my stove on my phone. I can have meals ready when I get home. Or just the convenience of being able to control everything from my phone. it has a large capacity for cooking. The configuration I understand completely.

Being a newbie to induction cooking, I’m in love with how fast it is. The surface is easy to keep clean without cleaner and scraping. I just wet wipe then microfibre it dry. Everything I’ve cooked thus far has turned out superb.

So far so good, only thing is : Clock cant be always on Oven and stove is easily turned off by accident. Scratch resistance is amazing ! Choosing temperature could be more intuitive. Intelligent feature are a bit useless.

Beautiful functionality and esthetic. I would want to rate this as top notch; however these practical aspects make it impossible to do so: 1. Stovetop configuration makes for difficult 3 or 4 pot use and aren't sized for typical pot and pan sizes. 2. Spills have nowhere to go but down the sides and into the back fan. 3. Safety locks are convoluted in accessing and deactivating. 4. Interface not considered for pet or child home. 5. For all the papers and QR codes, there are no menu layout guides or tutorial walkthrough for the actual functions... strange and frustrating.

I’ve only had this about a week , but so far so good. It was a problem signing up for the bonus Pots as they did not have a way to do so on the Canadian site and I had to wait over an hour online and after several people and being told, I’m not eligible, to find someone to explain to them where to go on their own site to show that I am entitled to them and where it shows the offer. Hopefully there is now somewhere on the Canadian site where you can go to redeem them. The other issue is that the manual that is online is very poor. I couldn’t figure out how to set the timer in minutes and the manual just says to switch to minutes from hours but doesn’t tell you how to do so. It turned out that I had to set zero hours and then hit OK for it to switch to minutes. Other than these two things I would’ve given it five stars.

I bought this a month ago and i'm impressed by the stove surface which is really easy to clean. I also like the cool down function at the end. It would have been a 5 stars if the interface was more user friendly. I don't understand why the temperature and cooking timer have to be set with a slider instead of just click on numbers. You have to turn on the oven to turn off the light, which is a bit weird and i still can't find how to have the clock displayed when the oven is not used. That being said, it's a really good product.

I boiled potatoes and the water overflowed and the control panel stop Working, i both this 2 monts ago and now they are telling me i can't used water with my stove and refuse to repaire or change it

After owning this range for just over a year I feel like I can give it an honest review. Initial impressions were really good. Very easy to use, even easier to clean. Heat distribution across cookware was fantastic. At this point the only caveat was not being able to lock the controls while the oven is in use. Although not a problem if you don’t have toddlers! Now for the bad. It’s really, really disappointing that shortly after the one year manufacturer warranty was up things started to go wrong. The heat distribution mentioned started to falter and rings didn’t seem to remain at a consistent temperature. Definitely not caused by my good quality stainless steel cookware not being induction ready! Then the whirring. It started quietly at first, not much of an issue but a bit concerning. After about a month it is almost unbearable. The whirring has an added clicking sound to it. It’s hard to explain exactly what it sounds like. Not really loud but it’s just the right volume to make using the range really annoying. Especially since it was pretty much silent for the first 13 months of ownership. For $2000 and a reputable company like Samsung I would expect a lot more. Having owned this oven for nearly 15 months I would strongly recommend avoiding this at all costs or at least consider buying extended warranty for peace of mind. In hindsight I wish I’d bought a gas range but chose to go electric due to the rising cost of natural gas. Seems pointless to try and make financial and environmentally conscious decisions only for something to end up in landfill after less than a year and a half of use. This would have been a great appliance had the quality not been so profoundly poor.

We took delivery of our range 2 days ago. So far it has been quite and easy learning curve to know the operation. I usually hang the tea towels of the oven door but can’t do that with this Samsung. We had to download a manual as the one that was included had none of the icons explained. So far so good.
I recommended this product.

We purchased a Samsung induction range because of its simplistic, neat design and unique cooking surface two months ago. It turned out that the operation of the oven and stove top are as simplistic as it's design. We love our range but admittedly, haven't tried out the air fryer and all features yet.
I recommended this product.
