TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND COMPANY! Bought this range and it worked fine for 2 months. The cooktop stopped working entirely and Samsung has been unable to resolve the issue. It has been almost a month and the technician has been to our home multiple times and replaced some parts, so far they do not know how to fix it nor when it will be remedied. This is costing me money; I have taken off 2 days of work and will need to do more. I had to buy a portable burner and am using more expensive prepared foods and takeout to feed my family. I LOVE induction, but strongly encourage people NOT to Buy Samsung appliances as they are not able, or as Samsung is not willing to stand behind their expensive appliances.

This stove is disappointing. The large burner and small in the middle do not fully heat. I’ve had mine for 6 months, the coil in the large burner has been replaced and no change. Samsung says it is running as it should. The large burner only the middle gets hot. It takes a very long time for the heat to disperse and I don’t think it ever does evenly. I had the owner of the appliance center out, a Samsung tech out who brought their own pans with same result. The pans Samsung sent as a promoits not the pan were the same too. The small middle burner can be the same heat setting as a small on the left but one will be sizzling and one will not after same amount of time. Very disappointing. Will not buy or recommend this brand for appliances again.

This was an excellent purchase as it had more features than I wanted for a very good price. The air fry is what I was looking for but all the other cooking options were top of the line. It has a small footprint for the large oven. The stove even alerts you even if you forget to turn it off and you can shut it off remotely. You can also start the oven and follow specific recipes that guide you on your phone. Having the fan vent directly upward to the above oven fan is also a great benefit as it is much cooler around the oven as you work. There is also extra space on either side in the oven to finally fit my large pizza pans.

It's been over a year and a half we had this Samsung Range we are both over 65. Tremendous change in cooking style so fun and fast even I am cooking now so hubby's beware! If you like fast perfect cooking this is it!!! I put a flat plate on top of left side and are cooking perfect seared steaks! We addes a few pans that are magnetic and bingo we are off even the electronics is easy. Would are still asking ourselves how did we do so long without this? To know is to get it....

I don't understand how this product an get good reviews. Touchscreen very annoying to use. Go through 2, 3 submenus to perform day-to-day normal coocking. Large burner barely heats for a good 2inch all around. Touch surface is a glossy glass and ALWAYS look dirty.

I will admit that I really enjoy all the features this stove provides. The oven is large enough for a turkey roast pan, it cooks evenly on the convection settings. I have enjoyed cooking pies on the regular settings too. The stove elements work really well. As soon as I shut them off the heat stops. I really like that I can monitor the oven from my Android phone for it lets me know the remaining cooking time and that I can turn it off at any point if needed. Great technology in all aspects. I am very pleased with its overall performance. I would recommend this stove 100%.

Most of my appliances in my house are Samsung and the smart features are one of the main reasons I like to keep everything connected. It is aesthetically pleasing in terms of the color, design and features. It has a large oven capacity as well an air fryer option so you don't have to have a separate air fryer. The temperature airflow, smart features accessible via wifi and the connectivity and user experience are top notch and offer an incredible all round experience.

Seems powerful for its price point! Compared to our last stove, it’s been a nice upgrade. While we aren’t fans of stainless steel, the black matte cooktop is visually appealing. It’s lacking a couple quality features, such as a place to hang tea towels and (my largest complaint) no option for the clock to stay on permanently. It only activates after turning off the oven, then the clock turns off after a few minutes.

I’ve had this induction range for about a month and it works wonderfully! I replaced an old electric range and cooking has become so much faster. I love how sleek it looks and how it really elevates my kitchen. The controls with the app are also brilliant! If you’ve ever been worried about forgetting to turn off your stovetop, the app will tell you whether you did or now. This was a fantastic buy!

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve spent over $10k on Samsung appliances, and this induction range is easily one of the best. The matte glass on top is flawless—scratchless, sleek, and something only Samsung seems to perfect. The build quality is top-notch, the price is fair, and the service has been amazing. Heats up fast, easy to clean, and just works perfectly every time. Totally love it!

We are very happy with the features of our stove. I like that I can control it form my phone, I do however wish I didn’t have to push the button on the stove display each time to control it from my phone. Capacity is good, cooking is a bit uneven (hotter on the back left side), but overall works and looks great. Wish there was an opening on the front handle to hang tea towels.
I recommended this product.

I have had my new range for a few months and absolutely love it. From the really large oven to the touchscreen to the top burners! It bakes beautifully and the heat barely escapes. The timer plays lovely music! It does everything I want it to. Find a friend who has one and ask if you can use it. You will be pleased.

You can’t go wrong with this range. The cooktop glass is super easy to clean. A sponge and a little dish soap is all you need. Also scratch resistant is very nice. The control panel is plastic and greasy fingers and smudges to show up quite easily. App is nice but could only control the oven and not the cooktop.

Very convenient cooking, large element is too big, hard to find a VP proper size pot. The free pots and pans seems to be a sales gimmick, did not get it based on insufficient info. Interestingly I got this email asking how I enjoy my new appliances.

It’s like black magic. I love it. You can actually watch water boil right before your eyes. The Airfry is fantastic. I thought it would just be like convection but again with the black magic, it’s not convection, it’s actually an Airfryer!

Wow truly impressed with this air fryer, I love how quick and delicious it makes food. Any food, all food; I love it. It’s so simple to use, many heating settings and foods quick and leaves food perfectly cooked and never overdone.
