I have had this for almost 2 years and the front is starting to bubble. When I spend over a thousand dollars on something why is it up to me to replace? I have so many Samsung appliances, multiple tvs, fridge, washer dryer ..all connected to the smart hub… I’m going to stop buying Samsung. I don’t want to pay for extra warranties. These should be built to last more than a couple years. And the parts and the technicians cost more than replacing the entire machines? It’s sad Samsung. Do better for your customers and the planet.

Regret buying this dishwasher from the start. 3rd time using it, there was a leaking error. Got a tech in after 3 weeks, they blamed it on my dish-pods. Used it a handful times after and got the same error. Waited weeks for another tech to come out and they said a hose was broken. Then waited 6 weeks for the part to come in... Now not even a year later it's not filling up with water but no error has been coming up. Now it's no longer under warranty as it's only covered for a year. I travel a lot and hardly ever home. The amount of times it has been used, it shouldn't be broken this often I didn't want applications that had handles so I went with this one. Regrets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had a great experience so far with this dishwasher. although it is a bit bigger in size than my previous washer, the inside seems smaller. that does not take away from it because i am able to fit everything i need in here. i love the top drawer were i put utensils, i love the clean stainless steel look and it does a great job. i even enjoy the timer that tells you how long the wash cycle is. all of my dishes have come out clean. i thought the door release at the end would bother me but i like that it gives the dishes a better chance to get completely dry. its also super quiet, i've actually opened it a few times to make sure it was actually running!

Up until now I've always had no-name branded dishwashers and they've always left something to be wanted. Struiggling to clean dishes, failing to dry, noisy, ugly, not enough room, hard to control... no more! This Samsung dishwasher is a blast. All my dishes are always spotless, and actually dry! The dishwasher opens when it's almost done to vent wihch is surely helping with the drying. It's super silent too, I barely notice it's running unless I'm right next to it. It also looks great, especially in the black stainless steel finish. It has 3 racks for dishes and utensils so space is never a concern.

Previously purchased 4 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 2 washer dryer sets, 2 stoves, microwaves, sound bars, etc. etc. Recently spent $8,000 on kitchen appliances just over a year ago. Dishwasher malfunction started a few weeks ago. Now only 2 weeks out of warranty. Repair coverage declined. NO GOODWILL OFFERED. Too bad. Currently shopping for washer dryer... I was not home when it was delivered. the design is great it goes well with the rest of my Samsung kitchen appliances. The inside of this one is a little smaller than my previous dishwasher but I'm sure I will be able to overcome that. I was surprised to learn that I can connect it to wi-fi, like the other appliances, I love that it pops open when cycle is complete, my dishes are wet when I get to them. I like that it is so quiet, I did not know it was on. The fingerprint resistance surface, make for less wiping, it is awesome. I still have some controls to observe and will be doing that soon. So far, I like what I see.

A couple of my favorite things about this dishwasher are the amount of space for dishes and the variety of wash settings. The dishwasher is so quiet that you wouldn't know its running. I like the wifi capabilities as well so that I can see how long a cycle will run. The only negative about this dishwasher is that it pops open at the end of a cycle. It has taken some time to get used to shutting it before our small children find it open. Overall, I would recommend this dishwasher if you are looking for an efficient smart appliance.

We had a full kitchen renovation and bought all new Samsung appliances. We recently moved into a new house and had to leave all but the Refrigerator at the last house. We had to replace the dishwasher immediately because it was leaking and ruined the hardwood floors. Naturally we bought the Smart 44dBA Dishwasher with StormWash+™ in Black Stainless Steel. We love the color and the fact that it has a sensor to let us know if there is a leak. Would recommend Samsung to anyone and everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my Smart Dishwasher with StormWash by Samsung. First I must say this is one of the most quietest dishwashers I ever dealt with. For a heavy wash it takes two hours which I use often especially dealing with pots. When the wash is finish, the door plays a cute tube and the door pops open. That feature is amazing because when I put dishes to wash, I can head to bed and not have to worry about the steam staying trapped inside. I also love the utensil holder thats at the very top. I can align my utensil in slots that are flat instead of standing up like my previous washer. So far I have no complaints about the dish washer and would definitely refer it to others.

My favorite feature is that the door can pop open at the end of the cycle to let out steam and aid in drying the dishes. The stainless steel color looks so attractive in my kitchen and the front handle is very nice looking as well. My favorite function is Storm Wash+. It really blasts my dishes clean! Purchased this unit in late December 2023. 6 months in, complete break down. Technician is unable to repair and the process is now being dragged out as they can't issue a direct replacement until "at least 3 attempts to fix". Unacceptable quality for a brand new machine. Build quality is questionable with the front panel being extremely flimsy and the drying racks wobbling. Lots of condensation as well when it comes to the "drying" features. Overall very disappointing. I will not be buying a samsung dishwasher again.

Dishes are soaking wet, even when the door opens and is left for several hours. It is the job of a dishwasher to dry the dishes! Racks are not designed well, cups don't fit, nowhere to put bowls, when you push the rack in the tines don't hold things they just all fall over. I do not understand how a dishwasher could be made and sold, when it does not dry the dishes.

Among the most useful and thoughtful features is the auto open feature which seems to help very much in having all the dishes bonedry after a full wash cycle! And another amazing feature is the wifi connectivity! You can use the Samsung SmartThings app to control and also see how much electricity this dishwasher is using after every single use (hint it doesn’t use much!). I however do wish it came with a feature that also measured water usage which would have been very useful to know. Regardless, this has been a great purchase. All in all, it looks stylish, technologically advance, and very efficient! What else could you need?

Summary: poor quality, bad warranty and aggressive customer service I bought this dishwasher in October 2022 and received it in November 2022. In April 2023, I noticed that the top corner of the control panel was cracked. No contact had been made with the corner (no contact or contusion marks). Plastic had clean cracks that initiated from a location where there is a screw, indicating either a plastic defect or over-tightening of the screw. I placed a warranty ticket and called as instructed. First customer service agent was nice and reviewed images of the defect. They said that "cosmetic damage" is not covered by the warranty, but offered to forward me to a higher level. The higher level agent was immediately adversarial and condescending. I can understand not covering damage caused by the user but to not cover quality issues and to be so aggressive in customer service is not acceptable. I have been a loyal Samsung customer in the past, but I will never buy another Samsung product.

This dishwasher has stopped working after 10 months of use. Samsung will not cover it because the warranty start from day of delivery and not installation. Their techs that that send out have horrible reviews too and are difficult to work with. This is $800+ appliance. It should not be breaking within 5 years of services and yet it has. I will not be recommending Samsung appliances to anyone as the warranty are complete garbage roo. I have to pay their techs almost 30% the cost of the machine just come diagnose the issue which is madness. Stay away from this junk,.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung smart dishwasher with stormwash+™ 44dba with recessed handle in black stainless steel is a great addition to my kitchen samsung appliances. it took less than 5 minutes to setup and add to my samsung smartthings profile in the app. it has a sleek design, polished, clean black stainless steel color and overall design. i quickly connected it to my wifi and can operate it from the smartthings app. the auto release door feature is great. the multiple racks can be easily accessible and glides open and close without force. my favorite option thus far is the delicate wash cycle, i can clean my treasured dishes gently but thoroughly. i am completely satisfied with the dishwasher and so proud of my samsung choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was absolutely surprised by the quality of this dishwasher. It has met and exceeded our expectations completely! My favorite thing has to be how quiet the unit is. It is so quiet that I wasn't even sure it was running at first! I love the little LED light on the upper right corner on the front of the door so you can see how much time is left. Everything comes out super clean and I love the sanitize option of dishwasher! The auto release works every time which I like a lot to help the drying process and in my opinion, eliminate any dry spots on glasses, dishes, etc. Nonetheless, even though my view of Samsung is extremely high, I am still impressed with this dishwasher and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a new one!

We bought this dishwasher when renovating our kitchen and I had high hopes based on what the salesman told us. This is the worst dishwasher ever. The racking doesn’t allow you to nicely place your dishes, the top rack is tight for mugs and the the bottom rack isn’t much better. If you want somewhere to put your bowls it has to be in the top because there isn’t the proper racking for it on the bottom. It is really loud while running so we not like to keep this on at night after we go to bed. The worst part is that our dishes are never clean. No matter what setting there is always leftover food on several dishes. And we rinse our dishes before putting them in and make sure we aren’t overloading it. I highly recommend another brand.

The best part about this product is the intensity at which it washes. I used to have issues with my old dishwasher of it leaving streaks or small food particles even after a good wash. The storm wash delivers a more aggressive wash without damaging the dishes or creating any scratches etc. The autorelease vents off steam and I love that it is a smart device in the fact that I know how long the cycle will take. There is plenty of space for cutlery and other items and it is extremely quiet. It is eco efficient and has a very sleek look. 100% recommended!

I have tried others before and they never seem to get the dish fully clean or they have been extremely loud. When running this dishwasher it is super quiet, some times I have to check the app to make sure I started it because it is so quiet. I love how when the cycle is finished the smart things app will let me know and the door auto opens. the dishes also come out dry which is great because I can put them away immediately. I also like that the top rack is adjustable to give more room for taller glasses

I’am very happy with all the features that are on my Samsung dishwasher from express wash to sanitize to delicate,normal,heavy etc so many to use and learn. I love that there is a washer blade at the top rack and one at the bottom rack. The 3 rack system is great cause if you have a small load you can just use the bottom rack feature. I also like the slide out tray for longer utensils like knives, tongs and larger spoons etc. I’am very happy with the stainless steel color and you would nor believe how quiet it is you do not hear a sound super quiet plus when dishwasher has completed all cycles the door opens slightly for air to vent. Very happy with my choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can't believe how quite this dishwasher is. It's hard to notice that it is even running. Fantastic upgrade from our old dishwasher. We no longer have to scrub the dishes before they go in. Love the amount of wash cycles available. Have not been able to try them all but looking forward to it. The door release when the cycle is complete is very helpful for the drying time and a reminder that is done. We also enjoy the smart technology, we can check on the status on our refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to anybody.

This is my first time having a third rack and it is so convenient. The dishwasher is so quiet, I have to make sure it is running. There are three lights on the front to indicate which stage of the cycle it is on. The controls are on top of the door. My favorite cycle is the Express wash. The front handle matches all my other Samsung kitchen appliances. I was a little worried about hitting the handle while working in the kitchen but it is the perfect height and does not pose a problem at all. I find it easier to open the door with the handle instead of the recessed version. My dishes are nice and clean. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy.

The options it offers us between the storm wash, the 60 min quick wash, the ability to just do the bottom rack, adjustable shelves, etc. I can go on and on. This replaced a much older machine we had that still worked but just didn't clean anywhere as good as this one does. One of the best features we found is where the door pops open at the end of the wash cycle to allow the dishes to dry nicely. We definitely would and have recommended this to our friends and family.

These appliances connect to wifi and you can control them on your phone. It has a special storm wash area to clean your extra dirty dishes or for pots and pans. I am amazed at how clean the dishes are without pre washing them. It runs very quietly which I greatly appreciate. When the cleaning cycle is done the door pops open to aid with drying with less spotting on the glasses and dishes. I also love the third rack on top for utensils. It separates them better so they all get very clean and frees up space in the dishwasher for other items. The stainless steel is fingerpaint resistance which makes cleaning a breeze. It is a very stylish and modern looking appliance. I just love it.

Yes, there are a couple that are a couple of decibels quieter, but I'm not sure you'd notice, as this one is so silent. Certainly not for the uncharge to get those one or two decibels. This dishwasher also gets dishes very clean and a new drying system gets the dishes pretty dry before the door opens and begins the cooling and final drying. There are plenty of washing options and they are easy to use by simply touching the capacitive buttons on the top of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am genuinely impressed and satisfied with this product. appearance, quality, and the craftsmanship is what makes this dishwasher standout from the rest. on average, i use my dishwasher once a day, seven days a week. i run it overnight do to its low running noise. - one of my family members didn't even belive me that it is on. what i like the most about this this dishwasher is the multitude of different cycles to choose from. sometimes when i have variety of different types of dishes, pots, silverware and can't decide on what cycle to pick, i just go with "auto" and end up with clean dishes. no matter how grease the cookware is. my favorite feature on the app is the electricity consumption report, followed by expected wash time, and dishwasher clean cycle reminder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this samsung stormwash+ smart dishwasher uses smartthings to control it if you are away. it even tells you it's out of rinse aid or it's low. quiet, amazingly quiet. three racks is great. middle rack is adjustable to accommodate larger items. the tines also move to ajust to different types of glassware. clean, the powerful jets reach every rack for excellent cleaning. the door then automatically opens to get the dishes dry so fast. this is an amazing machine beautiful and does a great job cleaning the dishes.

purchased this based on the great reviews. mistake! 1.the drying function is terrible - items are always left with water in them, no matter what i do. my 25 year old kitchenaid dishwasher dried a million times better. 2. interior racks have a lot of wasted space; huge gaps between some of the rows of tines - i guess to put larger items - but i also can't put smaller items because the spaces are too large. 3. the middle row of tines on the middle rack are very oddly shaped - they flare out, and consequently my soup bowls and small dishes don't fit and flop to one side or the other. there's also no place to really put smaller items such as plastic food storage containers. on the plus side, this dishwasher is very quiet and i like the wifi connectivity. but overall, very disappointed.

The auto open door at the end of the cycle is the best. We can start a load before bed and not have to worry about the dishes getting smelly. The top rack flatware tray is great, so much easier to load and all the utensils get clean every time. It's super quiet and I had to check a couple times to make sure it started running. Very impressive dishwasher!

Very quiet, no doubt.. Wash times can be excessive depending on settings. Several options including express wash 60 minutes.Yet if you go heavy, Storm wash, high temp, Sanitize, and auto dry low/high, you are looking at almost 4 hours.. The entirety of you will not hear. Ease of use, downloadable functions, Wifi connectivity is great. Smart Thing App needs minor work but it is smart overall. The 3rd top shelf is perfect for knives and large utensils. I'm one year in and am happy.

This is the worst product I have ever used. I have had this product for over 2 years now and I have never had a cycle where every dish came out clean. I constantly have water trapped in the bottom of the pan. It is impossible to clean and there are 12 screws just to clean the pan. I would never buy a Samsung product again and if you are thinking about this product please reach out to me and I will explain everything that’s wrong with it and why you should choose anything else.

I purposely let some food and sauce dry on the plate just to see how well it would clean expecting to have to run it twice and could not believe how sparkling clean my dishes were!! I have had dishwashers in the past but none of them cleaned like this one does. None of the others had a truly dry cycle either. Always came out damp or even still completely wet when done but this new Samsung dishwasher dry’s my dishes completely!!! I have been able to take them straight from the washer to the cabinets and have never been able to do that before. I am also very impressed with how quiet it is when it is running. I wasn’t even sure I turned it on at first it was so quiet! Very happy with this purchase and just may take it with me when I move!

I had purchased the Dishwasher in September 2022 (Installed on 9/15/2022). It has been nothing but a constant series of fix sessions. Initially around Christmas, the service team had to come in 3 times to fix an issue with the soap dispenser. Now we are seeing that the trolley / tray at the bottom is all bendy. The tray has a plastic at the bottom that snapped. I am sorry but Samsung has not lived up to the hype or expectations. I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Not only it looks great in the modern kitchen, but it delivers very quiet operations, and great at cleaning any type of dishwashing. Smart feature is also very useful to monitor its operations. this dishwasher is very functional. the inside has three adjustable dish racks. the top rack can be removed. the middle rack can be adjusted up or down. the lower rack has the stormwash+™ for pots and pans with heavy food residue. the filter is easy to remove and clean. the door automatically opens at the end of each cycle. this is a great feature because it reduces electricity usage. the dishwasher is pretty quiet. i'm very satisfied with this dishwasher.

Our old one was from 2008 and had been on it's last legs for a while, you had to practically clean the dishes completely & hope they came clean. Our new samsung dishwasher is so quite you don't even know it's on, the handy timer on the outside lets you know how much time is left and if you use the app it has useful features and notifies you of your completed cycle also. The third rack is really handy for spatulas and spoons. I like the fact if I have something overlarge I can raise or lower the top rack to accommodate. The ability to move the tines around or have flat on the racks is a great feature also. The look is slick and beautiful and perfectly matches our other Samsung kitchen appliances. Overall this is such a great improvement over our old one and I would move Samsung to the top of my list for kitchen appliances.

Disappointed in support from Samsung. The spray arm makes a knocking sound on my new Samsung - Smart 44dBA Dishwasher. Samsung after a virtual analysis with the repairman said the unit was damaged and said my warranty was voided, essentially washing their hands of it. I never expected this. I'm trying now to resolve this with the store and so far no luck. I've been left hanging. Nice dishwasher but no support. Thanks Samsung.

The recessed handle is functional and also doesn't stick out into the limited area and looks very nice. I love how quiet the machine is and it's almost so quiet I have to double check whether it is actually running. The 3rd rack for utensils was something I've never used before but is really nice. Utensils clean very well and there is room for a lot more than normally fits in a bucket and it also takes up much less space. I've noticed that dishes get clean but plastic comes out a bit wet and spotty at times. My only other complain is that the upper rack feels too flimsy and like it is about to detach. It rocks from side to side a bit when taking it in and out. Other than that, I'm very happy with this dishwasher and highly recommend it.

I have had this dishwasher for less than 6 months, still on warranty, does not clean. In fact, glasses are dirtier when they come out, pre-rinsed plates now have food caked on and are super hard to clean, etc. I’ve called Samsung multiple times, they have no fixes because the technician said it’s in good working condition. Have changed detergent, rinse aid, tried dishwasher cleaner (even though the inside looks perfectly clean, different cycles and settings and literally nothing works I end up handwashing 50-70% of each load after it comes out and have to thoroughly inspect each item. We only put mugs in because anything taller and cylindrical gets food trapped inside. Filter is bolted down - so annoying to clean. I’m going to cut my losses and throw it out and buy a Bosch. My old house came with one and it worked perfectly everytime. Do better Samsung!

The Samsung dishwasher is great. I love how quiet it really is. I can hear the water discharge in the drain but little else. Everything comes out very clean, and the third shelf if perfect for small and sharp items. I used the storm wash once to clean very dirt pots, and it left them perfect. I also love how it opens slightly when complete. I assume this helps remove excess moisture, but it also allows one to see that the cycle is over with just a glance. The delay feature is great, and since it makes no real noise, I can run when I go to bed. So how about looks? Sleek, classic, and modern. Love the uncluttered look. Controls on top work great, and the small indicator on the front is only noticed when the unit runs. Very cool! A great dishwasher.

I loved this dishwasher until it broke after 15 months of use. The funny part was it broke two days after recommending it to a friend. The dishwasher cleans the dishes very well and I love that it popped opened so minimal excess water was left on the dishes. Even though I love this dishwasher I would not recommend spending your money on this if its going to stop working after 15 months.

I am extremely happy with how quiet it runs. We could not run the old one when we watched TV. This is super quiet. It has a special storm wash area for extra dirty items . In addition it's a smart appliance that links to my phone. I have a smart refrigerator and stove. The Samsung smartthings app allows you to link to your phone. You can start, stop it pause a cycle. I was surprised by the auto release door that pops open to allow for better air circulation for better drying. This model also includes a special utensil shelf that I use for odd shaped items. The stainless inside and outside allows for easy clean up. It is finger print resistant on the outside which is helpful because our grandkids touch everything. I give this dishwasher a big thumbs up and 5 stars.

I've lost many lids over the years to them falling on a heating element. This dishwasher was made for someone like me. The capacity is amazing and a third rack for smaller knick-knacks like chopsticks. Sanitizing cycles, gentle washes, and so many other nifty features in one package. I love seeing the progress on my phone and getting that alert when completed. When Samsung says this thing runs quietly, it is absolutely not an understatement. However, the tune it plays on completion is quite loud. If there was one thing I would love to see, it'd be a volume control. Aside from that, no issues with leaking or getting even the dirtiest of dishes cleaned. I normally pre-rinse, but had to test how it would handle without doing so. And yeah, everything still came out perfect. Samsung outdid themselves on it and I appreciate it.

This is a huge feature for us. The dishes would get musky if we didn't crack the door almost immediately after the cycle ended with our old dishwasher. I can't say enough good things about that. The storm wash setting is excellent as well. We only need to use it with the most soiled dishes and pans, the regular settings do a great job getting the usual clean. The 3rd rack silverware tray is so smart. There is more room than using the old bin style and each item gets clean because the silverware isn't touching one another. There are a lot of configuration options too with the racks to allow big pans or smaller dishes. Connectivity with Smart Things is cool because we get reminded when the cycle is complete in case we have to run a second load. We are very pleased.

From the out side on the top of door you’ll find the button functions to the wash for top and bottom racks. Every easy to use and have sensor touch feature. Installing it is pretty easy, while the delivery person show me my old DW was a hardline connect and they couldn’t do the installation. I happen to research and created a plug socket for the Samsung DW. The options on the DW have some many to choice from and we only use a few. While using it we notice a great function. Is super quiet. So quiet that you don’t even notice is working. Inside have three racks and two dual was head. The racks are from top places silver ware or small items. Middle place cups, bowl, or wine glass, and bottom is for regular dish ware, pots and pans and side a hold rack for extra silver ware.

Not even a full year installed, stopped working. Water not coming in. Verified no blockages. Replaced the water inlet valve. Nothing, water wouldn’t flow into the washer. Of course it’s just out of the one year warranty so not even worth fixing. According to the app, it made it through all of 70 washes before breaking. Ridiculous. Will not buy another Samsung this time.

It's one thing to talk about all the quality of life contributions a good appliance makes, but to actually experience it herself - she was beyond elated. From how quiet it is to being able to use Smart Things to monitor it, allowing you to start and stop it from wherever you are... it's just great. Oh, and how about that cleaning power? You can have all of the toys but if it doesn't tackle the core need of a dishwasher it's irrelevant... and this thing does not disappoint. Stormwash+ ensures even many of the worst caked-on messes will be taken care of and everything that goes into that Stainless Steel cavity below the counter comes out shining and ready to be put away. We couldn't be happier with ours, and now mom has one of her own. Love it.

Before getting the Samsung stormwash, I had not even heard of auto release on a dishwasher and was sceptical at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. It actually works to speed up the drying process and increases the efficiency as a result, what a great innovation. Thanks Samsung for introducing me to these new smart features!

So when this Dishwasher was available, our family was excited. We haven't had a working dishwasher in 25 years, so this was all new to us. It is very user friendly and didn't know it was on because it is so quiet. One of the best features is the AutoRelease Door Dry Function. After the wash, the Dishwasher automatically opens ajar to allow the dishes to dry. So in order to save electricity, we tend to wash the dishwasher late at night (plus it's so quiet) and let it do it's thing and have dry dishes ready in the morning It has a lot of room and special tray for silverware. The only downside, is that you can't see the display (top display) when it's closed as it's too recessed into the cabinet to see. Good thing I have SmartThings app to help with the LCD display readings. One plus is that the surface of the Dishwasher has fingerprint resistant surface.

I run it overnight do to its low running noise. - One of my family members didn't even belive me that it is on. What I like the most about this this dishwasher is the multitude of different cycles to choose from. Sometimes when I have variety of different types of dishes, pots, silverware and can't decide on what cycle to pick, I just go with "AUTO" and end up with clean dishes. No matter how grease the cookware is. The ability to somewhat control this dishwasher from my smartphone is a plus. My favorite feature on the app is the electricity consumption report, followed by expected wash time, and dishwasher clean cycle reminder. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the guide that came with the dishwasher as it contains important information regarding proper maintenance.

The ability to adjust and the capacity is incredible. We wash everything from pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Everything comes out clean and spotless. My wife loves the 60+ setting. We had company this weekend, and she was able to get all the dishes washed and ready prior to our guest's arrival. With our previous dishwasher we had to run several loads for several hours. With this dishwasher we can wash 1 load for the same amount of dishes. The most impressive feature is how quiet the dishwasher is. We would have to speak louder, turn the music or tv up with the past dishwasher. That is no longer the case. We can talk in the kitchen, listen to music or podcasts at a normal volume level. Cleaning this dishwasher is so simple. The sanitization feature takes away the guesswork. In a word this dishwasher is AMAZING!

This dishwasher is terrible quality… look elsewhere. The racks are poor quality hence why one broke within 6 months. Now the leg support is broken and unrepairable. Everything is super flimsy and feels like it won’t last more than a year. Get a better quality dishwasher

We have used it every day and are completely impressed by how quiet this dishwasher is. The ability to adjust and the capacity is incredible. We wash everything from pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Everything comes out clean and spotless. My wife loves the 60+ setting. We had company this weekend, and she was able to get all the dishes washed and ready prior to our guest's arrival. With our previous dishwasher we had to run several loads for several hours. With this dishwasher we can wash 1 load for the same amount of dishes. The most impressive feature is how quiet the dishwasher is. We would have to speak louder, turn the music or tv up with the past dishwasher. That is no longer the case. We can talk in the kitchen, listen to music or podcasts at a normal volume level. Cleaning this dishwasher is so simple. The sanitization feature takes away the guesswork. In a word this dishwasher is AMAZING!

Great Dishwasher that cleans well at a low decibel. A good capacity of space and the door pops open when finished for a better air dry. We like the Storm Wash feature. Plus the added feature of the app on your phone allows you to know when the cycle is complete.

I am not impressed at all. I have to wash my dishes before putting them in and if I forget a piece of food it will still be there when done. Mugs come out with rings of tea or coffee still on them. I wash the filter often and also do cleaning cycles.

We are absolutely impressed by how quiet this dishwasher is. The ability to adjustment the trays are incredible. We wash pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything comes out clean and dry. With our previous dishwasher we had to run loads several times to get things clean With this dishwasher we can run 1 load, 1 time and know things are getting clean. The most impressive feature is how quiet the dishwasher is. We have a hard time hearing the unit run, to the point my wife and I have to check with each other to see if its actually running. We can listen to the tv at a normal volume level. The sanitize feature takes away the hard work of cleaning the interior of the dishwasher. The auto door opening once the drying is done is a great feature just make sure you apply the enclosed sticker to the bottom side of your counter top to make sure it doesn't swell the underside of a formica counter! Other that that " THIS UNIT IS INCREDIBLE !!!'

This dishwasher worked great for about 8months before it started to leak (fixed that issue) then started to give an overwater code. This seems to be a common issue, but is a certain sensor and a pain to fix. Now on the hunt for a new dishwasher…

Purchased July 2023 and the electrical control panel died in October 2024 2 months after the warranty expired. Cost more to repair than to purchase a new dishwasher from a new company. Absolutely do not recommend Samsung appliances.

I bought this for our kitchen renovation and we love it! I love the options that it has, and probably my favourite thing is that it pops open when the cycle is over so your dishes don’t collect condensation and cool down faster!

2 Years old so just out of warranty and does not work. Have to stop and restart it at least 10 times before it will work. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG HOME APPLIANCES. We have several and they’re expensive, pretty, and total junk.
