I’m disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I’ve had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I’ve checked the filters and everything is clean, so that’s not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully designed unit. It is very quiet. I love the touchscreen and the fact that the unit talks to you during certain steps. I appreciate being able to put detergent and fabric softener in a large dispenser and have it automatically dispense based on amount of clothes and cycle. The pedestal is a great size and can fit multiple liquid detergent bottles (large wholesale size). The drum size is larger than I could imagine which is great! I truly love not having to worry about moving clothes from the washer and dryer...I don't have to worry about forgetting to move the clothes to the dryer anymore. Top tier appliance with amazing performance!

So I can do a load and know when it’s finished I can start folding instead of loading it into another machine. And the App is equally amazing. I can control and get notifications about the loads while physically not being near the Washer-Dryer. And it works for all manner of loads, from kids clothes to comforters, it handles it all quickly and quietly. I think every mom needs this. I am in love.

The clothes do not get balled up because the dryer turns clockwise and the turns counter clockwise. Not sure about the fancy smart phone operation or the touch screen. We shall see how well it all holds up. My unit is vented so total time to wash and dry are about the same as my former stack unit. So far, very happy. I do wish there was an owners manual instead of going online for information and operations. I also don’t like that to get faulty or error codes you have to go to your smart phone instead of the unit touch screen.

WARNING. This product WILL NOT connect to the internet if your service provider uses Ipv6 or 5g (the current standard). After hours on the phone and video calls with samsung tech support they basically said "oh well, sorry about you luck". No solution, no resolution, I would have been content with not using the smart features and give me a small rebate. It will definitely effect my buying decisions knowing that samsung product is a gamble. Why would they design a device that isn't compatible with current internet protocol? Beats me, but I'm not only disappointed, I'm pretty amazed. Also they told me they don't have a customer service team, so there's that.

Totally changes the way you do laundry, just set the completion time right before you get back from work and then you don't think about it at all. Washes great, drying takes noticeably longer than predicted, but it does end up dry. You just have to learn the about how much longer and compensate (30-40min for clothes and 1-1.5 hrs for sheets/towels for us). UI works well on the washer and on the app, I only wish you didn't have to confirm the cycle physically on the washer since in my mind I usually load it first and then think what cycle do I want.

My only issues were the hose under the washer and dryer that has the detergent was leaking when i got it then the tech broke the door. So now i am wating for a new door. You cant change the way the dryer dries on small load so you have to wait for it to finish and then go down and put it on low instead of high. Which ki da defeats the purpose of having a combo. I wish there was a way to change that. So in all setting you can adjust the dryer weather low or high heat. The capacity is great i can was my king comforter in there no issues. I do a least one load of landry a day and other then that havent had any issues.

I have to admit I was wrong. It takes less than two hours to wash and dry a load. I usually put the dryer sheets in and take some clothes out between the cycles but it’s so easy since I receive notifications on my phone. I need to also mention that I have so much room in my laundry room now, I absolutely love it! I realized that with bigger loads I have to set the dryer to “more dry”, otherwise some thicker clothes would be still a little bit wet. Other than that I didn’t notice any issues. I will never go back to a standard washer/dryer after this. The ease of loading your laundry, setting it and never having to transfer the laundry to a dryer is unparalleled. It is an absolute game changer to be able to set the machine, go out or go to sleep, and return to dry clothes. With the auto detergent dispenser and automatic opening door, I don’t even have to worry about measuring detergent or mold building up inside the machine. Make sure you set the detergent concentration in the settings - most are 2x or 3x rather than the default setting (1x). Now just need the machine to fold them too. 😆 For the most part things come out dry. I noticed there have been a few blanket loads where I had to put a Timed Dry cycle on afterwards. Similar to what I had to do with my previous standalone dryer unit. Also, looked at standard dimension on site when I bought it. Neglected to consider ‘venting pipe’ behind. Even with flex venting host my unit does not fit in my standard laundry area (bifold door setup), so we had to take bifold off on one side. Looks kind of goofy—but love the machine so I guess I’m stuck with this setup. Overall, happy with purchase.

I’m impressed. It can definitely wash a normal sized queeen or even king comforter. Most everything is always dry when it comes out except on occasion those thick towels. But they just need to air dry a bit and they are good to go. The same with any other dryer. I’m very impressed. I absolutely love this machine. Detergent lasts a while too. Laundry always smells good. Saves so much time. I wish everyone had this option. I truly do enjoy it. Way better than I expected. I was very skeptical.

We had high hopes for this Washer/Dryer combo unit, but we are disappointed in its performance. The unit is installed on a pedestal. The level has been checked multiple times, and the Product Care Calibration ran. During the Wash cycle spin the unit will vibrate and dance. Sometimes so violently it will move a couple of inches. Called the support line and thought we had a handle on the problem. We decreased the load to a medium load thinking that was the fix. It was not. Looking into the door window during the spin shows the drum appears unbalanced. At a loss at this time. Very disappointed.

I wish there was a more detail description as to what each wash setting does Trying to figure out which one to use is just a hit or miss. Especially for white clothes. The 5.3 capacity is great. The integration of both the washer and dryer is AWESOME and convenient. The efficiency is yet to be determined because I still don’t understand all the cycles. I wish I could customize and then save my own wash cycles. That would be great. The automation is ok. Everything works on the touch screen, which has a lot of additional features you probably won’t use like watching YouTube or checking the weather on it, but it is cool. My only complaints are that the touch screen loading can be a little slow sometimes, and the capacity is not as large as the separate washer, dryers I’ve had before. I did run a small load and it came out very clean and beautifully dried. Better dried than my previous dedicated dryer. I have no regrets buying this machine and hope it continues to work for long time! It’s very space saving to only have 1 machine too!

It would be very helpful to have an easier way to access a product manual and learn how to use the machine. It took 45 minutes to figure this out. Once we did, it appears to be running nicely and is very quiet. This is our first combined unit. We had a laundry room redone, and we also weren't prepared for the vent to be at the top not the bottom so it sticks out further than anticipated and at an angle as a result. I do like i can monitor on the smart things app though I have yet to figure out how to turn on the remote control feature from the washer combo. Not terribly intuitive process.

The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.

I also put it on the pedestal, appreciate the storage and the height makes it easy to access clothes in the back of the drum without bending over. I’ve never had an issue with it cleaning even the toughest of stains and grime. Even my Alaskan king comforter fits in this thing, and it is awesome! I love the ai setting as well! However, it’s been months and I cannot get the dang thing to connect to SmartThings! I’ve even tried to go through every step in the manual, and troubleshoot, and I cannot get it connected. There’s an AP button, but you must be connected to the WiFi to use it which makes no sense to me. It’s a bummer because I love my smart home. But we have been able to use the washer without the feature. It’s just a little upsetting.

As I was used to the operation of the older units, these were pretty much the same with a few added features so it was intuitive and no learning curve. I may check out the special features at some point but right now all I needed was the basic washing and drying features. I am very pleased with the overall operation and they seemed to be much more sleek and efficient. There is a feature that connects it to my phone but do not see me trying to operate it remotely. The main thing to keep in mind is where you are installing it, mostly because of the depth. In my laundry room, I was able to add a cabinet on each side this unit and a countertop over all pcs. Has lots of wash options and can be accessed from your smartphone. I really like that I don't have to transfer the heavy wet clothes out of the washer into the dryer now. I also like that it auto adds liquid detergent and softener for each wash. It has saved a little time overall on the whole process, but not as much as advertised.

Also if you want to use a dryer sheet you have to catch it between wash and dry cycle to add the dryer sheet and if you miss getting the dryer sheet out it clogs the drain line. You can set a delay for the dry cylcle to start but if your having to go back to the unit, might as well just have a traditional set. Another downfall with this unit is if it goes down, you lose the washer and dryer. 100% if I had it to do over again, I would’ve got a traditional set.

I am notorious for starting clothes, and forgetting to put them in the dryer, and having to rewash them. Although this was a very expensive purchase, I think overall, it will make my life easier. Next time. They should make a clothes, washer that also folds the clothes. that was a joke. I did not. I can’t believe how quiet it is. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because for my work pants. I have to pull them out of the dryer, so they don’t drink and I cannot figure out how to do it, besides, starting a wash cycle, pulling them out and then starting a dry cycle as I cannot lower the temperature of the heat on the dryer.

I’ve not had any issues with dryness, but I do change it to more dry. I’m careful to not over full it and I don’t mix heavy and light items. It tells me water and ebergt use each load and month. The lint trap is so easy to clean. It’s deeper than a standard washer or dryer so be prepared but still worth the space saving! I love this thing. It does everything and so many settings - I’ve been so happy with it - no more forgotten moldy loads of laundry which is the issue we bought it to fix.

You can fit alot in it so that’s good. It could do a better job getting fur off of clothes though. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so house full of fur. I’ve noticed a lot of fur is in the front rim of the door seal when I take clothes out. The lint filter brush doesn’t pull it all off when you empty it so I take my vacuum to it. I have done about 6 loads in it and it already had a software update. I do like the fact my phone alerts me when it’s done and I can add dryer sheets at the end of the wash load. I even named it Cinderella so when it says it’s complete it says Cinderella has finished the cycle.

A good idea on paper, but overall I find the washer/dryer combo annoying. Compared to a stackable combo, it doesn't really save that much space. It tries to do too much for you, from dispensing the detergent to not unlocking the door if I pause it during the drying cycle. The bleach tray is in a really inconvenient location, too high up, and the lint filter is harder to clean than traditional models. On my last normal wash/dry cycle, a towel got stuck at the top and never feel down and didn't get dry at all. It's hard to figure out what the difference is between all the cycles. Would I recommend this? Probably not.

Being able to put clothing in at night to be completed by the time you wake up and the same with putting in a load before going to work saves so much time. There is no need to use your old "system" in which you wash and dry, then put in another load in the wash with this combo unit. The best little spoken part is that after the dry cycle the washer/dryer is now dry. This means you don't need to worry about a moldy washer like all front loading washing machines

Manual that came with it is too generic and does have specific information for this model. Not flexible enough with things like spin speed or dryer temp.It automatically selects those according to the cycle you select and you can't override it. We like the unit, seems to work well, just wish it was more flexible like a regular washer and dryer and don't like the little icons that give options for something that we have no idea what they are.

The normal cycle washed and dried my clothes in 130 minutes and the load was dry. I like that I do not have to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer and there is a delayed option to stop the machine in between washing and drying, which allows to add a dryer sheet and also remove some items I would rather hang dry. My favorite feature is the drawer for detergent and softener. No more eyeballing the correct amount. The filter seems fairly easy to keep clean. The capacity is big and sufficient for large loads. I am very impressed by how easy it is to complete a load of laundry.

It gets the job done faster than I was expecting - huge time saver when you don’t need to move the laundry to the dryer! But the clothes are damp sometimes so you have to figure out the cycles. Also need to use the pre-dry option if you want to use drying sheets and insert them manually between wash and dry cycles. Keep in mind it is a very heavy machine so once you put in the place you won’t be able to move it easily. I love the integration with SmartThings app - it notifies you when the cycle ended and even shows you the energy and water usage per cycle! So far I am very satisfied with this all-in-one experience and I don’t think I’m coming back to a separate washing and drying!

We through the horse riding clothes and the days laundry in when we get home and by morning we have clean clothes to put on again for the next day. It prevents us from having to stay up later to switch the load over to the dryer and we can put the next load in before we leave the next morning... the combo works excellent and the AI modes for stains hasnt let us down. The machine being vented ((like a traditional dryer) was a great plus as well. With the machine being so new on the market, there were some initial growing pains but it's been working flawlessly for months and months. The capacity is truly ginormous, the cycle times are not any longer that a wash and dry combined, and it looks great. It does a remarkable job washing and drying. Highly recommend..

I downloaded the smart things app and it makes it much easier. The fact that you don't have to fill the detergent and fabric softener everytime is also a plus! Also not having to switch the clothes every load makes it nice. The AI settings are very useful and I live the automatic drying time setting. The app makes it nice to get everything setup so you only have to press start. It has saved me so much room in my laundry room. I absolutely recommend this product!

Well, Samsung has made one of those daily chores so much more easier. Introducing, the Samsung 2-in-1 washer and dryer combo. Granted units like these have been around for sometime now, but they were not as mainstream and not as efficient. I love that you can simply put your clothes in the machine and select the settings and that is it, your clothes come out clean and dry, this machine does the rest. It automatically based on the weight of the clothes pulls the right amount of detergent and selects the drying time and once everything is done sends you a notification that your clothes are ready.

The unit is sleek but may be a bit deeper than an older laundry area may accommodate easily so measure carefully. Unit has many different settings. Clothes are nicely clean and once you set the cycle you will come back to dry clothes! One and done is great. The lint filter is easy to access and clean. It's a smart appliance and although we have not used that feature yet, it is great that it's there. Very happy with the purchase.

Not only does this work really well, but it is loaded with bells and whistles that actually make me look forward to doing laundry. Being able to play music or videos on my washing machine is amazing in itself, but having a single unit that washes, dries, automatically dispenses detergent and softener, and also uses AI to learn my usage and adjust accordingly is as good as it gets. It's so convenient to be able to throw my laundry in and start a cycle, and then go run errands without having to plan time in between to transfer my clothes to the dryer. This is a must have for people on the go who also love tech.

Washer is incredibly efficient with several load settings to choose from to ensure your items are as clean as possible. Had to play around a bit with the dryer settings to ensure things like towels and bedding are completely dry - but it gives you the option to do so, which is great! This set was a bit of an upgrade for us from our previous Samsung set; however, the only “upgrade” is the esthetic look of the set and higher capacity. Highly recommend!

However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

But two things are driving me nuts. ​First, the spin cycle can cause a decent amount of vibrations here and there. Even after perfectly leveling it, the machine vibrates when it speeds up. Second, there isnt a way to just run a manual cycle. Unless I cant figure that part out. Iv made custom cycles but still has restrictions on settings. Overall we are happy with our purchase and would recommend.

With large capacity detergent and softener tray each load is quickly started as "Sammy" (yep I name my appliances) senses each load to dispense the proper amount, plus out of all combos I have looked at this Samsung has thee best lint filter system to clean with built in squeegee!!! Making lint cleaning a breeze, I clean it after every load which takes only seconds! No need for adding extra drying time as vented system gets each load dry everytime! Would have given 5 stars if the door was able to be selected to open on right side, but that is a minor adjustment for this mom and tiny laundry room.

While bigger than a traditional washer or dryer, It frees up quite a bit of space from having separate washer and dryer and allows for more storage. From wash to dry takes just over 3 hours for a large load. Had an issue with it shaking too much and setting an error code, but was do to weak floor. Added some support, and now no more issues. selecting wash cycles is easy to use, as is the soap dispenser and lint trap. Love the smart features that give updates directly to my phone and on my samsung tv.

I have the whole ecosystem of Samsung products from phones and wearables to TVs to robot vacuums. There is a little learning curve but the OS is mostly intuitive if you are used to Samsung SmartThings and it helps my previous washer was a Samsung. My wife, who isn't really good with tech, struggles so with the settings for different program types for cycles. Fun the hardware perspective, it seems pretty intuitive, but the lint trap is kind of awkward and the bulk reservoirs below create a few drops off mess no matter how careful you are. I think I'll be ordering the pedestal to help with having to get down on the floor for that part.

I am so happy with this combo machine. I can put in my wash set it and go. The AI feature notifies me when it is entering the dry cycle and when it is finished. The auto dispense feature saves time and less mess than filling each cycle. My clothes come out fully dried. The cycle times are the same as my old front loaders. There are many cycle options. If I have air dry items in the load I can set it to stop for 10 minutes after the wash. It notifies me so I can go take out the air dry items. The lint holder is easy and mess free to empty It has a report of how much water is used each month. I do wish that it came with an instruction manual. I had to look up on the website for videos of how to use some of the features. I only wish my space had room for two of these.

We went with the vented version because of the potential for a loger lifespan a less maintenance. Love being able to to almost set and forget. It will take some routine adjustments if you like to hang dry certain clothes since you aren’t swapping clothes out. But overall hasn’t been an issue. Haven’t had any issues with drying. There were a few things that didn’t get quite dry, but our other dryer sometimes didn’t dry everything as well. Probably one of the downsides to the sensor drying. Overall extremely pleased with the purchase. The only con I can think of is the weight. Our laundry room is upstairs and the two guys delivering it struggled. Not sure what I’ll do if we ever move.

It's an excellent washer and dryer unit. It does take longer to dry the cloths and it has an odd concept of what it considers dry but its cleaning capability is excellent. The user-interface is great. I would buy it again. What I found that works is when it does not properly dry the cloths, rather than putting it on a dry cycle, you put it on AI wash & dry and turn off the wash. Then when you need it to be touched up, it gets them fully dry. Hopefully they will update the software to get it right the first time.

There are so many options with this machine to choose from. I love that you can put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the containers and the machine will let you know when you are low and the app does to. The whole cycle from wash to dry is about 90 minutes or longer. It is a great machine to have. I love it. You can fit a good amount of clothes in it too.

Bought the product 3 months ago but our cheap old washer and dryer worked 1000% better for pet hair. We have 3 small dogs that shed a normal amount. The product works well(but is very slow) for everything but pet hair removal. DO NOT purchase if you have pets. This is the first and last all in one we will own cannot wait to replace it. Usually i love my samsung products I have Samsung tvs and monitors and a Samsung galaxy phone that are all great products. This is the first item I regret purchasing from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo unit is slightly larger than my previous washer, except it performs the functionality of both the washer and dryer at once. I always wanted a combo unit because it saves time by not having to go back and move laundry over once the wash is done. Although it is slightly larger than my previous washer, the extra external size also means a larger drum, which holds more clothes in one go than my previous one. I am also a huge fan of the Wi-Fi connectivity since I can get push notifications of when it's done, further saving time. Online and video reviews say the vented version performs better than the ventless one, so I would suggest the vented version if possible. Overall, I am a fan because of how many time saving features it has, along with the synergy with my Samsung phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Modern all-in-one washer dryers have gotten dramatically better thanks to AI-powered load sensing, smart drying optimization, and automation. The biggest selling point now is convenience: you throw clothes in once, and the machine handles everything from wash to dry automatically. The newest models use AI to detect fabric type, load size, soil level, and moisture so they can adjust water, detergent, heat, and drying time on their own. Not to mention the capacity and overall ergonomics are first class.

I love this machine! it does everything except fold the clothes! The drums are larger than I thought -- for us that means no overstuffed loads of clothes. Rarely the heavier loads aren't quite dry, but it's super easy to add a few minutes more of drying time. And the large containers for detergent and fabric softener? Yay! I seldom have to deal with heavy bottles. I don't think that they missed any type of loads you would want to clean! Press the on button, select the washing cycle, and away you go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo is very efficient for people without much free time. It basically is smart enough to wash and dry your clothes and you are only responsible for putting in and taking them out. It also sends messages to your phone if there's a problem or when the cycle as concluded. The unit is large enough to reduce the number of loads as compared to a stand alone washer. The unit dispenses the detergent and softener in the right amount and that results in savings as well as fresh, clean smelling laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a new and I was apprehensive since the level of technology with this machine seemed a bit daunting but I was ready to take on a challenge. No challenge here, simply easy user, friendly options. My laundry loads from the very first were fresh, clean, crisp and dry. I’ve washed a wide variety of textiles, all with positive outcomes. My King size sheet and bedspread were handled as well as a smaller load. Happy with this purchase and I have more to experience- looking forward to my discoveries:)
