It's the fanciest washer & dryer we've ever had but the display is well designed and easy to use. The washing machine has features that weren't on our previous model (by another brand) such as the detergent auto dispenser for running multiple loads and the automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle so wet laundry doesn't get musty if left inside too long before putting in the dryer. It would be great if a pedestal set was available (we have the set side by side) so we wouldn't have to bend down to get the loads of laundry in and out of the machines.

Theres no more forgetting wet clothes in there for hours! The automatic detergent dispenser has been a lifesaver, especially with my kids doing their own laundry now. They dont exactly measure soap, so having it dispensed automatically means no more soap overload situations. Plus, when they just need to wash a couple shirts or gym clothes, there's actually a small load setting that doesn't waste a ton of water. It's those little things that make daily life easier!

You can add it to smart things directly from their display, just don't try do add them from your phone at the same time, you'll just confuse yourself and the system. I love the automatic soap and fabric softner dispenser, these units are truly built for the modern smart home. There is every possible wash and dry cycle you could ask for, from Normal, to heavy duty, to bedding, to delicate, if you can think it, this set has it. The washer performance is top notch, my clothes were almost dry when I took them out, thanks to the excellent spin cycle. That just makes the job of the dryer easier.

I really enjoy being able to have this hooked up to the Samsung SmartThings app as well. This helps with staying on top of the laundry when it’s completed. Another interesting thing about this washer is being able to load the laundry detergent and softener in so I don’t have to manually add it myself every load. The washer and dryer are incredibly capable, they have a lot of space, and provide a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to customizing the washing and drying, and in case you are unsure, let its AI decide how to better handle the work. The technology is just incredible, a colorful touch screen display, with supports for multiple applications, like Youtube or Spotify to make the wait easier, and also sensors and applications that track your water and energy usage. I'm extremely happy with this acquisition.

The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand. I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads. I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty. Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

It has convenient slots for the detergent and softener so I don’t have to bother with dispensing it. The best feature for me is that it can alert me through the app when the clothes are done so I can just go back downstairs to pop it in the dryer. It has the cool option to automatically open the door so mildew doesn’t build up. It’s a nice size too that can fit a lot of clothes. Definitely would recommend.

After retiring, we moved into a space that was ½ of our old house. We were looking for something stackable and with smart technology. This did not disappoint. The stacking kit create a link between the washer and dryer so you only have to use the washer touch screen. Everything is connected to the "Smart Things" app, which I thought was "cute" but who would use it? Well we do! No more forgotten loads, messages when cycles are done on our smart watches. We love the feedback on water usage and have learned to optimize our loads. As far as cycles go, we tried a few, but the the AI sensors does a way better job of picking the correct cycle. There are only 2 of us, so we find there is more capacity than we need. for some reason it takes 50% less time per load than our old machines. Highly recommended

It's very quiet and there are plenty of cycle choices available. Being able to have the app send me notifications helps me be more efficient in getting my laundry done. I really enjoy being able to fill the washer with laundry soap and get a reminder when it needs to be refilled when empty. It’s so much easier than having to add laundry every time along with being able to adjust how much soap needs to be in each load is great. Another plus to this washer is all the different ways you can wash different loads of laundry based on its type. It washes extremely clean, and has an option to open the door after the cycle has completed, which is a definite plus. I love the automatic dispensers that will dispense just the right amount of soap. It is quiet as well, which is great! My only improvement would be that if I could customize loads and save those. Otherwise this machine is fantastic! The auto dispensers allow me to use a different detergent than the rest of my family, and have two separate dispenser options. There is also a manual dispenser if need be as well. I do think it's a bit weird that it can connect to youtube and spotify; I'm not sure what the need for that would be. It does an excellent job connecting to the smart things app - I also love that it will notify me when the cycle is complete. We store ours side by side rather than stacked - would definitely recommend!

I have had to close the doors in my laundry room with my previous sets, as they tend to shake and end up all over the place, and when I did my first cycle, this washer remained in place and was so quiet that I felt confident that I could do my laundry without waking up the baby. I was also able to listen to Spotify or check on my laundry through the app since I was able to add it to my SmartThings app. The extra cycles and AI cycles features of this washer are a huge plus and one I have never encountered before! The capabilities and features are well thought out and well incorporated into the washing machine. It is very efficient in space saving, water consumption, energy consumption, and just very convenient to use at any time! I cannot wait to see what other features they plan to add in the future! Washer is great looking and makes the clothes smell fantastic, however the most recent software update broke the ability to press the start button on the washer to start a cycle. Instead I have to initiate a delayed cycle for 1 minute of delay and it will start. Once that happens the start and pause button work normally. They need to release a software update to fix this bug.

Gone are the days with antique looking beige unites with clunky knobs and switches. This unit had luxury written all over it. The black and stainless appearance with a single large touchscreen on the front looked amazing. Probably my favorite feature of the washer is the detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Each has their own reservoir that automatically dispenses the liquid base on the amount of laundry! It even actively monitors the level and will tell you when its running low. It has a number of different cycles and I've found it very easy to switch between them on the touchscreen. I've, however, been using the AI cycle which automatically senses the amount of clothes as well as how dirty they are to adjust the settings. I'm extremely happy with the large capacity as well -- fewer loads is always welcome. It has an entire operating system with apps too! At first I thought this was overkill. I mean, who wants to watch Youtube or listen to Spotify on their washing machine. However, I was folding clothes one day and put a video on and I was hooked! Overall its a wonderful washer and I'd recommend to anyone.

They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it. Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

The integration of those units and Samsung’s “SmartThings APP” gives exact washer operation information at your fingertips wherever you go. Using OptiWash+, I can reduce the guesswork. Yes, it's now science & maybe more complicated. Once the cycle is activated, each unit shows “Sensing the load…” as it smartly determines the best option to do the wash or dry. Sure enough, if you want more complicated options, the display “More Cycles” is available. Now, my appliance is a small computer built in. It will display weather info. The 7” touch screen is big and easy to read and control. You can always touch: Help” if you have questions without leaving the laundry room. I am sure those washing liquids (TIDE) can be ordered directly or automatically in the future within the APP or display. The type of washing detergent is liquid, allowing you to use it in conventional ways. However, to utilize the full AI washing function, liquid detergent is better. The liquid detergent holders (two types) can hold up to 30 cycles or loads. Accessing the door seems a little lower, as you need to be down on the floor if you install those side by side. When you stack them together, the bottom side controller (Washing Machine) will operate both units. With the Samsung AI washer, I can easily handle my laundry. The operation is quieter compared to other brands. I really like the style and ZEN-LIKE design. As a result, the laundry room is no longer dark or hidden.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the new Samsung Bespoke AI washing machine is that it is beautifully crafted. Just looking at the machine, you can feel that it is a high-end appliance and really a statement piece. Setup was a breeze. My home is already setup to run on SmartThings, so connecting the washer to the internet and adding it to my account took no time at all. There is a handy compartment where you can add a hefty amount of both liquid detergent and softener, enough for many loads of laundry. An indicator on the home screen displays how much is remaining so you know when to add more (after 8 loads of laundry so far, I have yet to have to refill anything). It is amazing how much quicker loads are done compared to my last washing machine! This, in and of itself, will save my family of 5 a significant amount of time - especially as we all tend to wait until the weekend to do our laundry. Time will tell if the washing machine has serious longevity (I'm slightly concerned about everything running from a touch screen) but so far so good, and we've been very happy with the purchase! Even my kids have been excited to do their own laundry, which is certainly a win! One thing to note: There are a LOT of options and settings. I am still learning about all of the features of the washer (and dryer). It would have been helpful for Samsung to have included an actual user manual that explains the different settings, what they are, when certain cycles should be used (and why), but unfortunately the only paperwork included with the dryer was a very basic installation guide (and of course all of the safety disclaimers). I am someone who generally reads a product manual from cover to cover when I get something new. This was a miss by Samsung, in my opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying my new Samsung washer with AI technology. This washing machine has all of the bells and whistles and then some. There are a multitude of options already preloaded that you can use to get your clothes nice and clean. There is also the option to pre-load your detergent and your softener so you don’t have to remember to add that every single time. It makes loading and pressing play to get the job done so much faster. It’s also good because I don’t have to tell anyone how much of anything to put in the washing machine does it for me. I also like the technology to have a message sent to my phone that my laundry is finished. If I can’t get to it right away, there is also an option to run a wrinkle reducing cycle that continues to steam my clothes until I have time to get them out of the washing machine. If you are into a lot of options, you can always just use the AI cycle. This option will work to determine how dirty the clothes are and how much time they should actually be in the washing machine to get clean. This is a great catch all for any cycle of any clothes to get the job done. The sleek design looks really nice in my laundry room and I like that there is the option to stock the dryer on top of the washing machine. This is a great space saver. The extra functions such as YouTube and ring doorbell loaded onto the machine, seemed silly at first, but they have actually come in handy. It’s really amazing all of the advanced technology this washing machine comes with. Dishwasher also has a very large capacity. We have been able to fit in a king comforter and a rug at separate times, and the capacity is large enough that each was cleaned very well when we took them out of the washing machine. If you are someone who likes having the bells and whistle and lots of options, this is the washing machine for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer and dryer are probably one of the best two things that I've bought as a set they complement each other the options that the washing machine has I've never seen a washing machine with so many options to clean but Samsung is made it easy they've given you an AI feature which basically knows exactly what needs to be done with the clothes that are in for that load and what they've done to make it even easier is they've let that AI feature transfer over to the dryer so whatever the washing machine does the dryer does the corresponding task but what a dryer is supposed to do dish washing machine has a pet option where if your pet bed gets dirty toys dirty anything that your pet gets dirty Harry it allows you to put that in press the option and it cleans your pet's toys and or bed by making all the adjustments for you you'll never have to worry if you're putting it on the right setting because Samsung when you're setting everything up it'll go through a series of questions and as you ask those questions when you start washing your clothes it'll give you those options for washing your clothes I'm glad they came out with this because now I enjoy going to the washing machine putting in my clothes. The amount of clothes that you can wash in one load it's it's amazing you can almost wash everything in one load depending on how much clothing you have with the automatic detergent dispenser it makes things easier so you're never putting too much detergent on your clothes and then getting that feeling that you have detergent still on your clothes the spin cycle literally dries your clothes if you had a clothesline you could put them up on the clothesline and everything would be perfect and lastly if you have any of Samsungs products TV tablet phone as you're hooking this washing machine up to the Internet it'll see all of the other Samsung products and it'll send out a notification letting you know when your clothes are done you will not make a mistake if you buy this washing machine and dryer

This washing machine goes above and beyond my expectations in every aspect—from capacity and smart features to energy efficiency and cleaning performance. Here are my top favorite features: 1. Impressive Capacity & Performance - The washer easily handles bedding and large loads, thus saving time with fewer laundry sessions. 2. The SuperSpeed Wash feature is the most innovative feature which I experienced first time, that finished a large/heavy load in under 30 minutes and still no compromise in cleaning. 3. Smart Technology - this is something I was not so sure of at the beginning. The washer has a 7" LCD touchscreen and Samsung Smart things app controls make selecting cycles and monitoring laundry incredibly convenient. After a few wash cycles, the washer "learnt" my habits and started recommending the appropriate wash cycle, which truly feels futuristic. Finally, the washer’s built in Wi-Fi and SmartThings integration is cool, and mobile app notifications remind me of laundry duties. 4. The Flex Auto Dispense System is a very unique and thoughtful feature in this washer takes all the human error and accidental over usage of laundry detergent. The app as well as the screen on the washer shows the levels of detergent and softener which is super helpful. 5. I have noticed specialized cycles like Steam Clean which I am going to try soon, and as per the manual will make sure that my family’s clothes are not only clean but also free of allergens. 6. There is an option to “Auto Open Door” and “Drum Clean+”. I am happy to have these features, and I think these are simple touches, but they make a big difference in laundry freshness. Child lock and a well-lit drum are some subtle things that made me feel good and safer while using this washer. 7. My state provides incentives and since I am upgrading my laundry, the ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating is a huge plus. These days I am super concerned about long-term savings and the environment, this ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating will contribute to savings. This washer is more than just an appliance, it is a combination of superior performance, convenience and smart features. I was able to do small loads like socks and heavy load like bedspreads and comforters, and this washer handled both jobs equally efficiently
