This is a review of my ULTRA 25 PHONE AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Totally disappointed with Samsung. I have only used Samsung phones since the release of the first smartphone phone. I will never buy another one. The service provided is subpar! Even trying to fill out this survey sucked. I sent my phone in fir service and it came back with more damage. The Samsung care + rep was rude and aggressive. They are a third party . If this was clearly stated when care + was purchased I would have not bothered. I purchased a Fold Z as a backup and know regret spending more with Samsung

I bought this from the Samsung website but apparently the keyboard is only available in the French version so if you are used to the US keyboard do not get this. The keys don't make any sense to me. I went to the local Samsung store and they only had the French keyboard as well. Also for this price there is no backlit LED? This is very stupid from Samsung.

Absolutley garbage. Compared to the s10 keyboard cover this thing is a joke.. You can not adjsut the viewing angle, has no place for the S-pen and the S-pen falls off the magntic holder on the top of the tablet even if you look at it the worng way.. Probably made it this way so you keep losing the S-pen making your purchase multiple S-pens or just do with out after you lose it a couple times... How could you expect people to pay 300 for this cheap plastic? I paid 105 with discounts and feel I got ripped off.. It looks cheap and it feels cheap, no backlit keypad, the keyboard doesn't detach, just flips around to the backside and your fingers are always hitting the keys, and the list goes on and on.. Stay way away from this and just wait for them to eventually start coming out with some good 3rd party keyboard covers..

I also received the French keyboard while the product image only this page clearly shows English keyboard. I thought I selected the wrong item, but apparently there's only one version. Very disappointing at Samsung with this purchase.

Absolute piece of garbage. Aside from the fact that there’s no trackpad, backlit keys or s pen holder the keyboard is in French Canada standard. Keys make absolutely no sense. I just need an English qwerty keyboard.
