My wife and I really like the Bespoke AI French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Makers. This stainless-steel refrigerator is large (plus easy to clean), the French doors make it easy to access, keeps food cold, the freezer works great, and we love the dual icemakers. Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold, and the FlexZone drawer is incredibly useful. love that can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what I need-it's perfect for extra drinks during gatherings or freezing bulk items. The beverage center and built-in water pitcher are also super convenient and something I didn't realize use as much as do. Storage is well thought out, with plenty of room and adjustable shelving that actually makes a difference when organizing groceries. The double ice maker is a nice bonus, especially for entertaining.

That being said, there are some things that I really like, and some things that I wish were more like my old Samsung 297 model. Mostly, at this point, I'm concerned about the dimensions of the shelving and drawers. So far it has been difficult for me to come up with a "set-up" that is logical. For example, keeping similar items near each other. Unbelievably, given the size of this unit, I am running out of space when I try to organize as I would like. Of course, this might change as I have time to play around with the arrangement. A positive is that it looks fantastic!

We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.

We did not see the need for that since it’s a fridge and not a computer. I like the styling and ability to change the panels to have different colors. We had a former Samsung fridge with the integrated ice machine and it always had problems with the ice maker. We’re glad this has the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs and it’s enhanced with the 2 different ice shapes. We enjoy the pitcher and fill station. It’s nice to have a pitcher ready to go to make lemonade or a mix. So far we’re very happy with our purchase!

It's not perfect: some of the shelves are weird heights and can't be adjusted, but overall we're very pleased. I love the dual ice maker, and the water pitcher is awesome. I honestly wish they'd done a larger pitcher and just gotten rid of the individual water cup filler. I love the freezer at the bottom: No more produce lost to the bottom of the fridge because it's now almost at eye level! I like the quick access to the beverage center and the center pull-out drawer, which we use for quick-grab snacks. I would recommend this fridge to others. We've been happy with it so far!

This fridge is just perfect. Great size, space and shelf disposition, including the doors. The beverage center is amazing and so is the ice maker with two sizes. The middle drawer is wonderfully useful to preserve meat longer at -1, not to mention using it for wine, particularly Champagne. It looks beautiful and modern (mine has white fridge doors and metallic blue drawer and freezer doors). It is by miles the best fridge I ever owned and have not found it a fault yet.

Drawers are so smooth with plenty of door space. We opted for thr matte grey panels and I love it. It's definitely a lot bigger than imagined but blends in well with our kitchen. I love how you're able to addition to your Samsung SmartThings app to be able to indivuslly control the Fridge, Freezer and FlexZone. The Power Freeze option came in handy with our latest storm here in FL to make sure our food stayed cold in case of an outage. Overall 10/10 with the sleek look of the door panels, space and connectivity.

My wife fell in love with the turquoise and white colors of our new Samsung Bespoke 4 door, French door refrigerator as soon as she saw it on the showroom floor. We both like that 1) it's very roomy, 2) there's a middle drawer that can be used either for refrigeration or freezing, 3) the left French door can be fully or partially opened to either access the full contents of the left side of the refrigerator or to just access the contents that are on the inside of the left side French door. We also like how easy it is to set the refrigerator and freezer temperatures using a smart phone app. It's also very quiet which is much appreciated.

We bought this fridge about a year ago and so far we have been happy with it. Some positives would be the dual ice maker, the beverage center, so you always have the option to have cold water and the middle drawer for storage of cheeses and butters, so you don’t have to open the entire fridge. Our few negatives would be that the second shelf only has one side that slides back for taller items (that doesn’t give it much space at all for stuff like milk, juice bottles, wine) and our other negative would be that the interchangeable doors are super basic colors with no doors of style. We would love to see some panels for farmhouse decor.

Despite all of the issues I've read about the ice maker and other issues with Samsung refrigerators, we haven't had any problems at all. The refrigerator itself is beautiful and having the water and ice inside the doors is so much better. We have received a ton of compliments on how nice it looks and it's really the focal point in our kitchen. Even the delivery guy stopped to take a picture as he had never delivered one before! I love that we can change out the glass panels as well. All in all the fridge is not only beautiful but functional!

The biggest let down is the ai tracking the food in your fridge. It doesn't always get right what your putting in and taking out. Maybe in the future it will improve. It has all the same bespoke features of the non ai fridge, so we'll skip that in here. Writing memos is pretty handy and we tend to use it a lot. I feel you would get far more out of the fridge if you had more Samsung ai devices. The recipes from the fridge are decent but, you have youtube; just saying. It works well and keeps everything cold. So I like it.

I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process.
My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

Enough room to store leftover pizza box or whatever extra space for large items. Middle drawer is perfect for cheese, deli meats, and protein shakes. Bottom drawer is the freezer. This has two different sizes of ice. The top of the drawer has the ice and capacity for everyday things than underneath has a large capacity for everything else. The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. Change the look of the of the kitchen completely as far as the refrigerator itself is concerned it's a 29 cubic foot model tremendous use and Design of space the beverage center dual ice maker interior with LED lights and Metal cooling on the inside make it a wise decision.

The flexible drawer can be used in multiple ways depending on what I need. The upper part of the fridge is spacious and can fit various size items. The beverage center's pitcher makes it easy to fill large containers and I can use it for water infusions. The freezer has plenty of space. The drawer in the freezer makes it not too deep that stuff gets lost. The color matches most things well. I also get notifications on my phone when my 3 year old leaves the door open. They tried to schedule again without scheduling a date with me. We finally agreed on a date for A replacement of the replacement and it was dented as well, identified again by the drivers before even got into my home. Again, they showed up at my home with a replacement for this replacement of the replacement without scheduling a date with me and I was out of town. We’ll see if I ever get a quality refrigerator. And the worst part is that every one of these situations takes at least an hour of my time on the phone.

The absolute best fridge we have ever owned! You can see everything in the fridge. The front is easy to clean and stays that way because all the water/ice mess is hidden inside! The refill pitcher is a huge bonus especially here in AZ because our cold tap water is warm. The ice selection is very nice to have. I have the beverage center and when I remove the pitcher of water to fill my coffee maker or glasses, then I place the pitcher back, it fills back up right away. Both ice trays keep up with our family of 3 and that was one of our biggest problem with the other refrigerators above. The other main problem with the above refrigerators was, very noisy, the the Bespoke is so quite, I have to make was it’s still on and making ice. You will make your best investment with the Bespoke.

It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! My only complaint is the ice maker. It uses a sensor that often seems to think the ice bin is full when it isn’t. When the freezer door is closed, the ice tends to shift toward the back of the bucket, making it appear fuller than it actually is and sometimes limiting ice production. While it’s not a major issue, it is a design flaw that could be improved.
Other than that, this is an excellent refrigerator, and I would recommend it.

I think it's as equally quiet as a previous Samsung french door style I had, but is aesthetically very pleasing to the eyes. We wanted the white and green panels on the fridge to match by getting mint colored cabinets, but we ended up getting a different colored cabinets. Even then, it looks awesome in our kitchen. While our guests all end up checking it out, it's a bit tedious having to guide them on how to open it and dispense water, etc. Oh, the automatically filling pitcher is awesome too!

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast.

After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

I purchased this refrigerator almost 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed the freezer stopped making ice but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled 1/2 through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because of how much we loved it.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

I love my refrigerator. I like that I can choose my panels for the combination that works for me. I am also about to get a new set of panels if I can figure out how to order them! It will be fun to change them out for something new sometimes. The refrigerator itself works really well and I love the water pitcher so much more than I thought I would. My only criticism is the ice scoop. It is awkward to have to slide the cover closed on the ice to get the scoop and then open it to get the ice and then close it again before putting the scoop back in place... It's a small thing compared to how much I love it though!

Samsung placing the ice maker into the freezer (where it belongs) has created huge amount of space. The ice maker puts out a ton of ice in 2 seperate sizes and takes up very little space in the freezer (about the size of a small night table drawer). The beverage center is convenient, the water tastes great too. We male lemon water in the pitcher all the time. Ours has a stainless steel finish and it cleans up with a quick spray of glass cleaner and a microfiber towel. Very quiet, never hear it running, no loud ice drops. This refrigerator has received compliments from guests we have had over, everyone loves the design.

Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase.
I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge.
P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

Purchased digital and analog thermometer that shows temp out of FDA safe temperature over 41 degrees. Samsung collects data over multiple days/hours and says we are leaving door open too long. This is not true. Samsung was unable to break data down by occurrence to tell us how long door was open per occurrence. There has been no action by Samsung to help with this. Food gets warm and spoiled and have to throw out.
Freezer works well, ice maker is good, and I love the beverage center. Super disappointed with refrigeration. My 22 year old refrigerator works better! Still hoping Samsung makes this right! 3rd Ticket is still open.

I do not like that this fridge sticks out farther than my previous refrigerator and does not allow my cabinets to fully open due to the handles. The inside is very roomy. The shelf placement allows for large bulky items to be placed where needed. I love the fact that it makes two different size ice cubes. But it did get some time to get used to ice being in the bottom drawer verse the door. I like that it has a built-in picture that automatically refills when placed in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the most feature that everyone loves in my household is having autofill water pitcher. this is genius. this feature provides with continues supply of filtered cold water at any time that can be infused with lemon or green tea. it takes seconds to refill my water bottle. the ice maker dispenses two types of ice that is different in size, ice cubes and ice bites. this is a very fancy option to have available for making different types of cocktails. the middle door is called flex zone. i have it set up to a deli mode that has a temperature set to 37 f. i am considering to change it to a wine mode with a temperature set of 41f. this literally converts a middle door to a mini wine fridge.

It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

Purchased this fridge about 3 weeks ago. Love it. So much space and the design allows me to actually seperate different good groups into crispers and the second pull out drawer. This allows more room on the fridge shelves for platters and casseroles and leftovers . I love the self filling water pitcher. Never have to wait for cold water and the high water filter spout now allows for tall glasses and thermos fill ups. The ice tray makes two different sizes and is always full. Everything is so modern and the wi fi feature allows me to make adjustments when needed by my phone. I would buy this again .

Pros: I like the look without the handles. I use the beverage center daily, it’s great having a pitcher that autofills itself. The layout of the interior shelves is nice as it works for a good fridge flow.
Cons: when this arrived, it smelled of strong plastic. So strong that it flavored food both in the fridge and freezer. It seems like the ice machine makes more of one ice cube than another and it’s easy to hit cubes that fall behind the shelf (both when getting ice and I hear it happening when it’s spitting out new ice cubes).

It has great storage capacity. We have not had any issues. The beverage center is such an ingenious feature. The ice can get a bit messy with kids, it is just very accessible to them in the lower freezer drawer, but it isn’t bad as I like having two types of ice and the ice drawer with a scoop rather than ice off the door (which can also be messy with kids). If I ever move I have decided I will be bringing this fridge with me, as I would not want to leave it behind.

I like that the left door has 2 opening options. Full open for the food and outer door access for the automatically filled water pitcher and items on the doors’s shelve. We use the center programmable drawer to beverages, cheese and lunch meat but you could even use it for a soft freezer. The freezer drawer is plenty big for most items. We especially like the 2 different sizes of ice cubes. Normal size ones and mini. We never run out of ice. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. You can ever setup the controls to work with your smart phone. We highly recommend this 29 cf refrigerator.

I bought this fridge back in December. I am six months into owning it.
While it has a ton of features that I love, there is one feature that I want to love, but the fridge works against itself.
The water carafe dispenser. I have only come on here to tell all of you, future buyers, to know that if one half of one drop of water is on the carafe shelf, it will not fill. That's where the sensor is. And guess what, there's practically always a lil droppy drop of water down there that must be wiped off for it to work.
It really bums me out because more often than not, I have an empty water container when I myself, the dehydrated health goddess that I try to be, is also an empty water container.

The meat, beverage drawer is so handy! The interior is bright and spacious. This was easy to set up. Having two sizes of ice seemed unnecessary however the ice bits are great for crushing and small necked water bottles. I wish the water jug inside wasn’t plastic. I’d prefer glass despite the weight. I can’t abide the plastic taste of the water. Getting the fruit taste out is difficult after you’ve infused. The lower freezer is very spacious and easy to organize and have access to.

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

We decided to order the matching range, microhood and dishwasher. They have yet to arrive, but we can’t wait. My favorite past is the dual ice maker with large and small ice. Sure enough had a leak and almost all freon depleted. This was fixed and was working again. The fridge door latches on top stick and will Keep the door from Closing often so have to pay attention to that. The “in the freezer” Ice maker is a train wreck. Ice amounts are all over the place. Most of the time little to none, then all the sudden over flow. Samsung has a long history of ice maker issues and hoped they had fixed this and tried an other Samsung. Still not fixed. I would do your research. I have a feeling there are better options out there for the price.

I love this refrigerator! I was initially drawn to the Morning Blue glass front. I like it that someone at Samsung asked themselves, why can't refrigerators be pretty? Now that I have it, I really appreciate the convenience of the beverage center. I didn't think I would need or use the auto-filling water pitcher but I use it every day. I like have the water dispenser behind the glass. Love the little ice bites and the roomy freezer space. And the flexible drawer that can be a freezer or for deli. I can store way more food than needed in here and organize it well for easy access later. Cooling is great with easy to customize controls, even cooling, and even a rapid cool feature for both the fridge and freezer. If you’d like, you can even track the fridge’s efficiency score via the SmartThings app. I was skeptical of the automatic ice maker at first, but myself and my family have both enjoyed the change. 2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

Keeps my food cold and fresh for way longer that a regular fridge. During the big storm that came thru I was without power for almost 24 hours and my fridge didn't let anything go bad. (We did not open it during this period )
The look of my fridge is amazing. I love the wifi connection.
Would like to buy a pink panel but they are not easy to find unfortunately but I still love my fridge. At first you could take a picture of say your dog and they would put that on the panels. I dont believe you can do that either. If you can they make it hatd to find. Lol. Still love my fridge. Lol

This is our first non side by side fridge, and we weren't sure that the new format (French door fridge with bottom freezer) would be as good, especially concerning freezer space, but it is great! The fridge itself has a ton of room, and that is before considering the deli drawer, it's awesome! The freezer actually has a ton of room, and the two kinds of ice is a bonus. The LED lighting is excellent, and the fridge has been perfect for the past for months, no problems. Finally, I love the app connectivity, the notification when the fridge or freezer is left open is very handy (kids :/).

I had an older version of the same layout and really enjoyed owning it and opted to keep the drawer feature as it can be very versatile. I really like the beverage center access with the infusion pitcher. Additionally the two different size of ice options is also a nice feature. The only draw back is you do loose some freezer space. Also I really enjoy the smart things talking to one another, like getting notifications on the TV if the door is left open. One thing I did find limiting was the shelving options are limited and do constrain over all storage options. It is kind of configured to allow for some changes, but not really as considerately as it could be.

Pleasantly surprised how good it looks. Adds a splash of color to our kitchen. Love all the features including the auto refill pitcher you can flavor the water with if you choose to. Easy on board controls. Makes both cube and ice bites. Filter easy to access. Can control temps etc through the app, and it even snitches on anyone that leaves the door open after 2 minutes. 😂
If we need to replace our dishwasher or microwave, I'd consider matching the fridge with this style.

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me.
I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex drawer is a game changer. As a mom, it’s awesome to put kid friendly, ready-to-eat snacks for easy reaching. No more climbing on a chair to reach! We are also a huge fan of the pitcher. It’s great for when you’re in a rush and need to fill a water bottle but don’t want to wait for the dispenser to fill it. I can fill an entire 40 oz Stanley and there is still water left in the pitcher. And then it refills itself as soon as it’s put back in its spot! The ice is awesome too! I was able to get rid of my countertop ice maker and save space in my kitchen. Love having a variety.

We previously had the Samsung 4-door with the icemaker in the upper refrigerator compartment, so we are very happy about getting the extra space back in that compartment! The shelves are now tall enough to fit all our gallon beverage containers without having to push the half-shelf in.
We use the auto-fill pitcher quite often so having an outside door to beverage center comes in handy. We did sacrifice some freezer space for the ice maker, but we now have a choice between big and bite-size ice. SmartThings app is a must. Overall, really nice fridge!

I also love the layout of the fridge. It has plenty of space for larger items and is very versitile. My items stay cold and store very well.
I do wish the freezer were slightly larger. Sometimes it's difficult to fit all of my items having only half of the top drawer.
The flex drawer fits our yogurt, deli meat, and beverages nicely. I like that it's easy to arrange items based on what they are.
Overall, this is a wonderful unit. I hope to have it for a long time.

This Samsung is very well designed with lots of room. Most important is the fact that the ice-maker is in the freezer section which makes the most sense. I would never buy a refrigerator with ice maker in the door or in the fridge section, simply because it always freezes and quits making ice! Also this fridge is very quiet! I did lots of research before buying it, and I hope we made the right choice! We also love the beverage center and the two kinds of ice!
