First time pre-order, the process was simple and easy. Specific tracking came through an external site with a courier service. This phone is downright amazing! Huge step up from any of the A line phones in performance, battery life, features (tons and tons of it at that), and the AI features are a game changer. I got this phone a couple weeks ago and it is wayyyy better than the 2024 one.
I went from the s10e (6 years old!!) to the base s25. The upgrade is insane! Things load before I can even thing, the vibration motor has improved, and compared to my brother's s24 the cameras are the same but the processing is significantly better. The customization is amazing. Dont even get me started on galaxy ai, it's absolutely amazing. I use the object eraser when I take pictures of my kitties and it works so well. I love everything about this phone. The one thing that does bother me though is the charging animation when the phone is unlocked, it looks choppy, but i suppose its because oneui7 is still in beta or something. Otherwise i'm greatly satisfied with this phone.

I have had my phone for less than a month and am still finding new features that make this phone better than the S23. I am very pleased with it overall, but when it comes to customizing notification rigntones it is waaayy too complicated! With my S23 it was simple, just click on the contact in messages and choose a new ringtone, but with this one I had to google it to discover that there is a feature turned OFF initially that must be turned on, then you have to search all contacts or apps and click on a setting that does NOT say anything about changing the ringtone to be able to choose the new ringtone. PLEASE make it simple again!!!

Hmm... for context I'm coming from a pixel 7. The s25 phone it self is good. I swapped out due to antenna issues pertaining to dropped calls. There are a few things that I look forward to testing with this phone such as emulation.... but over all id say it's a luke warm entry. Not much has changed in daily performance for me. The non expandable storage is very disappointing. The lack of a 3.5mm head phone jack is also disappointing. I have so much audio equipment I can't directly use any more without some dongle. On a good point though it certainly has a better sound chip then my last phone. The battery life is comparable to my last phone. The screen visually isn't much different other then being smaller. id say other then some small gripes about the ui (just getting used to the change) its a decent interface. Over all it just doesn't feel like that much of an upgrade. I would surmise though that if someone was coming in from not having anything it would be a fantastic phone.

I find the phone very fruustrating because of all thhe ads that come when i start. I gave it a low rating because every time I open it I am plagued with many ad tabs and I can't find a way to stop them. I did not pay good money to have this very annoying feature and nothing in the sales information said they were part of the deal. They are so frustrating they make it appear they are the main feature of the phone. I know I will enjoy the phone once I find a way to get rid of the ads.

Pre-ordered the Samsung S-25. Was using S-20 and was satisfied with that. I ordered theS-25 primarily because it has Android 15, and because of the slightly smaller size. The SMS text is more secure than the Samsung messaging. The other features are very similar to the S-20 so there was no learning curve. The camera abilities have a few more settings and are fun to play with. The AI features are not overly impressive but I was not planning to make much use of it anyway. The unit is extremely well put together, and very slippery. I immediately got a case and screen protector. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the S-25.

Just purchased the Galaxy S25+. Last phone was a S20 Galaxy FE, this phone is definitely different. So far it is a good phone, though I am still getting used to all the features. I miss the old messaging app that existed on older galaxy phones, maybe I can still use it, but Google messaging does have some advantages. I haven't used it much for media, but the speakers seem pretty clear. I dislike that the micro USB slot has been removed. My case makes the sidebar a bit difficult to access, it is a Pela case which wraps around the front of the phone. I have written a suggestion to Samsung enable further customization of the sidebar.

Love the phone in every way and the direction they're going with the flat display, more rounded corners, rugged titanium boarder and tougher display. Upgraded from S23U and the trade in value was not something I could pass up. Don't be fooled by the three star review it should be 5 but as it is a "samsung" if you know you know. Get it three star lol as for the Bluetooth features missing from the S Pen while it's not something I care about it's kinda a step backwards but maybe a cost cutting measure. Only thing I wish was different is that the jet black colour was actually jet black, my S23U was jet black compared to this phone but not a big issue.

I bought this phone almost a year ago and I haven't regretted buying it. The battery of the phone lasts for over 8 hours and the camera can take crystal clear shot, high quality videos and its overall great. I love the slick, silver, small design of the phone it allows me to carry it anywhere either for traveling or for work. The performance of the phone is great having 120 hz which is amazing for video games and watching videos. The display is alright its kinda a little bit basic for more modern phones but I didnt have much of a problem with the phone. 8.5/10

The design for the ultra is amazing. I love the way it feels in your hand and the screen to body ratio is by far the best thing on this device. The speakers on the device sound way better than my old device. The sound feels full and the bass is definitely deeper. One thing to note is that typing is easier on this device I don't know if it's because the screen size has changed or Samsung improved the sensitivity but I make less mistakes while typing. Log video is a god send. I used my old device for my YouTube and this one is going to make my videos so much better. I have so many luts I want to try now. Can't wait. Well worth the upgrade!

I bought an S25 a few days after the product launched in Canada and have had it for about 2 weeks. So far, it seems to be an incredibly good phone. It is taking a while to get used to using the phone (coming from using a different phone type for many years). Of all the features and benefits of the phone, the one that I appreciate the most is the call clarity! I used to have a really hard time with calls on my previous phone and I just about stopped trying g to understand what my soft-spoken daughter was saying when she called. I upgraded from a z fold 3 and have no regrets. This is a smooth interface with an incredible screen. The improvements for photos are incredible. I can snap masterpieces with ease. I don't really utilize the AI features but the are impressive. I use my phone for work and ger a solid day of use with no concerns of battery life. I wish it came with a screen protector but a quick stop a best buy had that concern resolved. I can say enough about DEX, such a great feature. As a Real Estate agent the S25 Ultra is really all I need to run an effective business...great photos, great phone and dex. Good job Samsung.

The second I unboxed this phone, my face lit up with a smile. It is so unbelievably light and comfortable ever since they rounded off the corners. And the display is so immersive, the bezels are non existent. Battery is also amazing, easily getting 8 hours of screen on time with 20% left. The Snapdragon 8 elite can take anything I throw at it and it makes the phone extremely snappy, no micro stutters are present. Cameras are excellent, the addition of LOG and the 50 MP ultra wide are great additions. All in all, this is an amazing phone and you won't regret it. UI 7 is a refined experience, refreshing and full of features. Also Android auto let's you skip to part of a song very easily too (yes I am a simple man). I bought s25 ultra a month ago and iam loving it i had large screen with high resolution, powerfull cpu and gpu that can run any if the high spec mobile games, large battery, everything has been wonderful However there are some things pulling this phone down and it is the software qualities. The new one ui 7 implemented on this phone has made a lot of redical changes such as bettery icon changes, two way split of notification and conroll center, forcing people to use ugly google messager that does not fit with the theme of the other appps using one ui design. These things makes this phone's ui us awfull.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my S23 ultra and the features and performance has been phenomenal so far. The first thing I have noticed is the battery life of the new phone, and it truly lasts for a whole day under heavy use. Also the responsiveness is phenomenal, switching between apps is so fast and it even detects app crashes and offers resolution to resolve it in one prompt. Gone are the days of going back and forth to the app info and clear cache. The new UI 7.0 and AI features are refreshing and great little helpers for daily usage. Despite of removal of Bluetooth for the s-pen which is the most missed feature, otherwise I really enjoy using this phone so far.

I bought this about 2 months ago and things seem good.. My old phone was about 7-8 years old and I do miss some of the features that this one no longer has. Overall it works well so far and no major issues. As little as it may seem, I do miss the little light that would flash if you had a message and the colours would mean different types of messages. I also miss seeing who a text may be from as it just says "messages" on the lock screen. I am enjoying a much better quality camera, as I mentioned my other phone was about 7-8 years old and didnt have updated features. The size of the phone is nice.

I wpuld say the S25 is ...OK. I did not get the plus. This being said I find the battery lifespan very poor. Like before I have even really used my phone in the morning it has dropped to 85 already. I don't have faith in it running a full day without a charge which is a step back in tech honestly for me. I want a phone that an survive the day without charging anxiety

I bought this phone about a month ago. I like it better than the previous Google pixel I owned. I'm not particularly fond of the brightness and it seems I have to turn it all the way down to zero at night. But other than that, the phone runs smooth. Has nice features. Takes great pictures and videos. It's everything a person needs with the latest in technology.

I got the phone for a good deal, however what I really didn't like about the new software is the audio output. I do not like how it's in a secluded place in the notification/settings drop down menu. Many others and I preferred the old OS where we were able to see the media controls in the notifications section

Bettery drain and AI usage is annoying, constantly being on in the back ground wasting battery life and evasion of privacy, bring back old bixby or Samsung helper, I dont want Google on my device. The fact it's forced on you is already violating human rights. This phone is no different than the s25, in fact it's a downgrade with the AI feature

I upgraded from the S21 and love the phone. Operation is pretty much the same but does have a few improvements and features that are nice. I find that the camera is about the same as my S21 and I was hoping for a little bit better, but I also haven't explored all the camera features quite yet.

The standout for the S25 Ultra this year is the software and One UI 7. Now, if you have an older phone, you will most likely get the software and have the same experience. I do like the feel of the phone and love the looks. And I agree that change for change's sake is not good, so I don't mind the phone looking similar to last year's. But for an Ultra phone and for a company that used to push hardware technology, this is very underwhelming. Silicon battery tech, a brighter screen, and other things are missing compared to its Chinese competitors, making Samsung seem stagnant. Don't get me wrong, this is still a very good phone, but it could have been great, and that's where the disappointment arises.

What an awesome device. I got the S25 for the compact size and it fits and feels so well in the hands while using. Looks classy in the samsung exclusive color and performs super efficiently. I have tried all the features and the AI photo tools are really fun and useful. Tried deleting and object from the photo and the AI filled in the empty area so well no one can figure it was removed and AI enhanced. Circle to search is another useful feature for searching anything that is on the screen quickly. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommended to anyone considering it.

Just got it through telus $0 down, only paid for the phone case and screen protector and it's great overall! Only downside is the stylus with no Bluetooth on it anymore even though I barely use it but be nice to have to take pics with it.

Have had this phone since its launch. The initial impressions were solid. Decent design, great form factor, great display, great gaming performance, great software experience with OneUI, decent battery as well. But over the time, with software updates, the phones battery has only improved that it last me about 2 days on moderate usage. Although, the camera as good as it was hasnt improved much, atleast in comparison to other rival flagships or even the S24Ultra and S25U. Its a great camera but for the price, something still feels missing. Another thing that hasnt improved much is the photo/video edit speed on the default gallery app. It feels it shouldnt take such long with the industry leading SD Elite chipset.

I bought this about a month ago from Korea and I like it. It's fast and when using the AI my phone does not slow down! (I have S21 and it does suffer bit of slow down whenever I use AI). I also like how I can press the home button (a button that looks like circle trying to be a square shape) to instantly search images and texts. Finally I got my S25 from Korea meaning the phone is made in Korea and I got it with the galaxy bud with a pretty cheap price (with the VAT refund available to foreigners, I essentially bought the galaxy ear bud for $30 and received the charger)

I upgraded from S23+ and I can't believe the difference between the two. First, the software. One UI7 is so smooth. Animation is crisp, buttery smooth, and no noticeable lags. Unlike in my S23+, it sometimes lags when swiping up to home screen or when I am updating multiple apps at the same time and then swipe to another app or home. Second, cameras. Cameras are nice upgrade from s23+. I love the telephoto lens on s25 Ultra. Photos capture great colors (not over saturated) and portraits are really good. Last, battery, last me a day of work with 50-60% still left in bed.

I was happy until the first update. Had good signal to my house in the country, after the first update, back to wifi calling. What a joke! I'm sure it has nothing to do with the cell itself, I think it's telus messing it up. After every update, the cell sucks more and more. Why even make an update it it gives it poorer performance...oh that's right, it's to make us buy a new one. Oh, and almost forgot, bluetooth is awfully week, music cuts out from kitchen to livingroom.

Not even. Practical not geasable very slippery grip easily slipped off easily dropped hard to attain a comfortable handle gets filled in space within the first couple months!phone is slow and hangs glitches cannot multitasking as expected or as manufacturing expected ! Would loved of had external card feed,multiwindow workspace, speech dialog and automatic features navigating throughout web or through internal files chews up all the memory phone just freezes, less files stem size less update size less core size half the storage is just for the android core system and every update adds up Nother 4 GB don't know what kind of update. Just keeps fitting slower and performs Windows XP level with the frequent BSOD. Cheers

Coming from a Samsung Galaxy S10e, the Samsung Galaxy S25 is a solid upgrade with a super smooth display, crazy fast performance, and Al features that actually feel useful. The camera is amazing, especially in low light, and the battery easily lasts much more than a day. One Ul 7 feels snappier, and the Al tweaks make things like photo editing and voice commands smarter. The build of the phone gives it a premium feel. Overall ,if you want top-tier performance, a great camera, and smart features, the S25 is worth it. Definitely one of tihe best phones out right now.

I'm happy with the battery consumption and overall it's definitely an upgrade over the S21 Ultra that I had previously. Unfortunately it appears to be plagued with the same extended unlock issues that my S21 Ultra had. The extended unlock never working properly was one of the top 3 things I was hoping would have been resolved with samsung's latest and greatest tech in the S25 Ultra, apparently that'd be too much to ask for. Currently it resets all of the extended unlock settings every day or two so frustratingly you have to manually go in and re-establish them again.

A great experience with this phone and really love the compact size of it. The ui is very customizable and smooth. The snapdragon 8 elite is blazing fast and haven't faced any throttling issue as found in exynos powered devices. The only major gripe I have with this phone is its battery backup can be improved upon and also the phone tends to get hot whenever I'm charging. Apart from that this phone is perfect in every way possible from the camera to the ui. If you're switching from ios to samsung, dont think twice to make the move. Proud to be a part of samsung fam

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
