I am writing to report a concerning issue with a product I purchased on July 31st. Initially, the device functioned correctly; however, it has recently begun to overheat, even during periods of non-use. I initially attributed this to the product's newness, anticipating that the issue would resolve itself. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Specifically, when I utilize the device with Android Auto, it overheats significantly and experiences frequent performance issues. I have attached images demonstrating the device's elevated temperature. This overheating prevents me from using essential applications like Google Maps while driving. I requested a replacement, but my request was denied due to minor cosmetic scratches on the external screen, which are inevitable after a short period of use. I am disappointed with the product's performance and the resolution offered. I would greatly appreciate it if you would reconsider my request for a replacement, as the issues I am experiencing appear to be unique.

I bought this phone almost two months ago, not only I am surprised with the performance, I do use my phone for games now and then an I expected it to be okay, but the screen looks amazing, fps are smooth! I commute for almost 3 hours a day so being able to use the front screen saves me a lot of battery, I can do a full 12 hours with heavy use without thinking about the battery, the front camera is good but being able to use the back camera too while seeing yourself on the screen is amazing. Also I was a little scared for how fragile the screen would be , but the quality of the glass in the front screen is way better than expected, really happy with my purchase!

The phone is amazing, but not perfect. Flip7 is light weight, beauty designed. easy to storage in any pocket ans the IA feature are awesome! But, the new processor is not good in all, some games and Samsung DEX run a little laggy in comparition of the S24 with an Snapdragon processor. The Camera and video recording is just OK. Could be great if you design something powerfull like the Fold but handy like the Flip.

I ordered during the preorder period, last month and received it two days before it became publicly available. It's my first foldable phone but I've been a Samsung user for over a decade now. Buying this phone feels like taking a risk to me because of the mix reviews that I've read online about the Z flip line but I hope to have a positive experience with this phone. So far so good, it's been a good ride. I wish the camera was good though and the crease non-existent. The battery is average but maybe it will get better after it has finished studying my usage pattern.

I've had my eye on the flip line for some time now and after seeing the press release of the official flip 7 I knew now was the time. Extremely thin... Actually, it's so thin the wind will blow it out of your hand if you're not careful. Not the most comfortable to use without at least a silicone case for grip as the finish is slippery. Camera is actually not great which does suck but I'm not much of a photographer anyways. Overall a very slick, fun, handy phone to own. I love it.

L'IA est exellente, je l'utilise pour effacer des chose/personnes sur les photos mais necessite connection internet. Seul point noir c'est la charge un peu lente mais l'autonomie est étonnement bonne, a peu près 9-10h d'écran possible. Nouveau sur OneUI et l'interface est vraiment simple et complète, aucun bug a signaler depuis l'achat.

I had this phone for 2 months. I was at the dinner table. My dad called. I answered it and then closed it. Opened a few minutes later when I got a text and the screen was cracked in the middle of the fold. Samsung refused to do anything about it. Didn't even want it shipped to them to see it. Just flat out refused to even look at it. Quiting physical damage. Worst phone I have ever owned. Its garbage now. I wanted to love it so much. I told people how great it was and then this happened. I did nothing to make this happen. It was only 8 weeks old! I have used Samsung phones for as long as Samsung has made phones! I feel like my loyalty has been worthless. I will buy Google phones from no on. Despicable. Shame on you and your terrible products you cannot even stand behind.

Very easy to carry in pocket or a small handbag. It has a lot of handy features even folded,you can still use the 50mp camera for selfies with an all screen view stretching right from edge to edge which is called as infinity flex window. You can also use Google Gemini,the voice AI, when the phone is folded. It has the powerful exynos 2500 processor which is the strongest ever processor. The battery is 4300mAh so it lasts quite a long time. Overall I really enjoyed the new features of this little gem and having it in my little purse.

I brought this a week ago, the phone screen broke at the location where the phone folds. There is now a giant line in the middle of the screen where the bend happens, and I can't use the touch screen anymore. I expected the phone to have a line at the bend after long use, but not within the first week. Luckily, I have the warranty package (care+), but I still have to pay extra to get it repaired. Disappointed the main feature of the phone, the folding, is what caused the phone to break.

After a year and a half of using my Samsung Z Flip 6, it simply stopped charging when closed. I researched and saw many reports of people with the same problem on internet forums, which apparently is a manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service and they said I have to take it in for repair and that the brand doesn't cover it because it's out of warranty, which is absurd considering there's clearly something wrong with the product model and not with my specific device. After much reluctance, it seems I'll have to switch to a competitor, since I've never seen my husband experience any problems, even with his much older phone. Very sad.

Abierto tiene aún 1 pulgada más que s23 ultra y estoy super satisfecho. Y con la pantalla exterior puedes hacer un sinfín de cosas donde no es necesario abrir el teléfono entero para operar con el. Como punto a mejorar, diría que es difícil abrir con una sola mano y estaría bien que se valorase la incorporación de algún botón para que se abriera el teléfono con solo 1 mano.

Amatrice des Z Flip et en possession de mon 3e, c'est la premiere fois que j'ai presque hâte de la sortie de son successeur en 2026 pour que celui actuellement ( le 7) soit repris. Il est bien plus fragile et semble comporter des défauts sur l'écran principal. ( clapet qui claque fortement quand on le ferme, bruit de la protection qui semble déjà vouloir en finir, sorte de craquement dans un coin comme une bulle d'air ou du jeu. Il y a des bugs, une ligne parfois qui est apparue dans la pliure le temps de quelques secondes bref...rien de rassurant sur le long terme et c'est dommage. J'en regrette presque mon Z flip 6 qui semblait plus robuste.

Not only has streaming Netflix been such an enjoyable experience with this new device, but also all of the work I get done (and even faster!) thanks to the AI that comes equipped on the phone. Things like reminders, getting travel updates and the Now Brief every morning - I've got so much extra time in my day that I get to utilize elsewhere. This phone brings me back to the pre-smartphone era where every new phone I got actually felt fun! The large cover screen in combination with Good Lock means there are days I don't even need to open my phone at all. The inner screen does still have a noticeable indentation once you've used it for a few days -- I thought it would really bother me but I just forget about it after using it for a minute or so. I've had it for about a month and the hinge feels good and doesn't make any sounds. I do worry about the longevity with so many moving pieces and delicate inner screen, but it's hard to imagine ever going back to a slab phone after this.

Coming from an iPhone since middle school (we're talking two decades ago) it has been an interesting transition to the samsung world. Mostly smooth but with some minor hiccups that mostly involve data tranfer everything has been great. The customization on the Flip 7 is incredible and I'm sure I haven't even scratched the surface yet. The screen, the UI, the quality of the OS are just so refreshing. I haven't explored Galaxy AI yet I have never used a phone with AI so I'm not sure what I would even use it for. I am excited to continue to learn about and explore my new Samsung Flip 7.

My main reason for wanting a flip is because it is nice and small in contrast to the ever-growing size of new smartphones nowadays. Pros: Compact. Photo window. Face recognition. Biometrics. Camera features and quality. Natural photos option. Easy data transfer. Cons: No earphone jack. The folding indent. Hinge raised (sides). Cannot separate sounds from vibration for notifications. You can only choose both or neither. Only 1 sim slot. Lack of colour variations. Just hoping it lasts many years.

The colour is gorgeous and it's such a cute phone! When folded it fits perfectly into the palm of my hand and it's so convenient in my smaller handbags. The addition of the smaller screen enables me to answer calls and messages quickly and I love that I can take a quick selfie without opening it up. When unfolded, the screen is a fantastic size and the crease is almost invisible! It's really lightweight with a thin outer frame. I really do feel like I have the best of both worlds.

The new Infinity FlexWindow adds extra style to the device, making it particularly appealing to an influencer crowd but also if you're eager for that more immersive experience. The Voice AI on FlexWindow makes this device so convenient for when you are on the go and in need of answers or advice from Gemini. Extremely easy to use also, even for beginners. The 50MP rear camera makes taking photos especially selfies, super easy. Great for those family days out of capturing a night out with friends whilst holding your device securely in the palm of your hand. This has to be one of my favorite features.

Tried a Samsung phone for the first time because the novel folding mechanism caught my interest. Mechanically, the phone is excellent. Great form factor and updated hinge design. But this phone's battery drains too quickly, approx. 2-4% per hour brand new on stamina mode with no apps installed. It's all the mandatory Samsung bloatware and constant network traffic when supposedly inactive. The Flip 7 is a battleground for AI dominance, where Bixby and Gemini compete to see who can steal the most data and waste the most battery charge. The UI is very poor; the clock widget features tiny text on an oversized tile and the calendar has oversized text on undersized tiles. Quick access icons don't have text labels (unless you deliberately perform a double swipe) and change to a different symbol when you toggle them?! Baffled trying to look for the icon to enable auto-rotate because the rotating arrow symbol changes to a rectangle in portrait-only form. Just change the icon from dark to bright. I think the phone has great potential but no serious user would tolerate the battery drain. I would never recommend Samsung to my friends with so many other competitors at this price. Give your hardware engineers a raise, and DON'T give your software interns busy work "overhauling" UIs with nouveau minimalism.

The setups Keep getting adaptable so I arrange my home screen on needs and my folders are organized. The phone gets smarter and ai features getting to make my life easier. Appointments that are texted to me are automatically asked to ,add to my calender. All my apps work and I hope to get a simple clean font for smaller print. My phone does it all I wish it had a bigger battery and lasted 12hrs then it would be the perfect Pocket phone..

I bought the z fold 7 less than a month ago and it's been really nice the phone I really impressive and sturdy for its thickness
Very disappointed with Samsung’s trade-in program. My Fold was in perfect condition, only the factory screen protector had minor scratches. The evaluator didn’t realize it was just a protector and marked it as damage. No fair way to dispute, only forced options. I won’t use trade-in again.

I have only had to replace it once, due to an aesthetic concern.Specifically the side of the screen detaching, that was over time though. The replacement unit is performing adequately, although the center of the screen, where it folds, is beginning to exhibit signs of wear. A significant enhancement for any flip phone would be to increase its storage capacity. It appears that the flip model does not offer expandable storage, unlike the fold model. Having the Galaxy AI is if I ever need to use it.

From the cover screen and being able to use my apps without opening my phone is a game changer! Using the Kindle app on the cover screen is my entire personality, its so easy to hold and flip through the pages without needing to actually open the device. It's such a small screen, but you can do so much on it like check the time, use apps, etc. Unlike the Motorola razr that I wanted to get but this stood out because of how bright the screen was, it's battery life. And overall, how nice it is. Unlike other devices, the bloatware was actually useful like the app Block Blast and Solitare. I use those apps everyday. One downside is that Galaxy AI is not the best right now but thats ok! It's cellular service is the best unlike the iPhone and this phone doesn't overheat. This phone made me switch over from iPhone. I had the Z Flip 5 before upgrading to this phone and the only thing I didn't like is that the factory screen protector came undone in the middle, where the hinge is located, after about 13 months of using it. It was a real pain trying to find a place that could attach a new screen protector and actually do a decent job where it stayed on. I'm hoping the Z Flip 7's screen protector won't fail as fast as my old Z Flip 5 did. Other than that the phone is great, that's why I chose to get a new flip phone after two years.

Gives you a few features that feel cool, and gives you a slightly different experience than the usual regular phone. I do like that O can customize the majority of it, however Samsung messages is very limited with customization, and Google messages you really can't customize much. So that's a big frustrating. So far the only complaints or things I don't love about the phone is the aspect ratio on a lot of things is weird, so apps look too zoomed in. Also the camera isn't great, but more than that it's very limited on the editing options as well, even using the Galaxy ai features.

When I saw the Flip 7 with its expanded cover screen and refined design, I decided to finally make the leap—and I’m glad I did. The main screen is gorgeous. Bright, responsive, and smooth with that 120Hz refresh rate. Watching videos or scrolling through social media feels no different from my old Galaxy S23—but cooler, thanks to the fold. Typing took a day or two to get used to because the phone is narrow when unfolded. But now it feels fine. The crease is still there, but I honestly forget about it unless I’m looking for it.

The Pros are decent battery life, very customisable after you download Good Lock from the app store and a very clear display. The cover screen is great and very useful for checking notifications. The phone is very thin and takes a little getting used to but no issues in terms of durability so far. The screen size is decent both on the main screen and cover screen and feels good in your hand. The camera is average for smartphones in this age, being able to use the main cameras for selfies is a bonus. When running high demand tasks the phone does feel noticeably warmer.

I'm also a DJ and karaoke host and it is so easy to browse music on the phone and if I want to play something through the phone it sounds amazing! There's also the Galaxy AI feature. In addition, the camera is fantastic! I get such clear pictures and I love being able to add the watermark so that people remember where they were when they got their picture taken. I'm a hardcore Galaxy customer anyway, but I love that every time a new device comes out Samsung takes it to the next level.
Samsung finally got it right. This is my fourth flip and by far the best. The improved cover screen is much better but still needs work. You have to use Good Luck to access all apps. But the increase in size is way better the flip 6. Also when you open the flip if feels like a real phone for first time. The inside screen is bigger and new OS is great. Still needs faster wireless charging and camera still needs work. Can't access some apps on cover screen because of camera bump outs. Speakers are good and the silicon case with ring is the best. The crease in main screen is better but still needs work. The overall feel of phone is much improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few different Z Flip models in the series now, I just upgraded to a Z Flip 7 and I was looking for the crease in the glass when I got it, like all the flips and folds in the series have had, and the crease is almost impossible to see. Running my thumb over the glass I can't even feel it, yet it still folds just as smoothly as any previous to it, if not more so. The Z Flip 7 is a beautiful phone, and by far the most impressive of the Z Flips yet. This is a work of art manifest as cutting edge technology! The Galaxy AI is pretty smooth too, I'm not a big fan of AI in everything, but Bixby and the AI suite make life quicker. Way to go Samsung.
The Galaxy Z Flip7 is a nice phone overall. Getting used to the flip version but the slimmer and smaller profile while stored in my pants pocket is great. I was looking to get a smaller pocket footprint to be able to help me sit up and down easily at work without always taking my phone out of my pocket. If I would not remove the larger phones from my pocket, they would fall out and slide down the seat or side and hit the hard floor. The only downside so far is the transfer of Samsung Wallet and Samsung Rewards card stored inside the app. Still trying to resolve after a couple weeks. Support is great and attempting to fix the problem.

It is a little slippy the phone cover so I purchased a cover for safety. I love the feel of the phone, it is comfortable to hold, the sound quality is really good not in the least bit tinny as some devices are. Watching videos is nice with the screen quality being so good. It is Samsung so what could we expect. My friend is so jealous, I upgraded from a flip 5 and the difference in the whole phone, picture, sound ease of use, suberb. Transferring the data from old phone to the new phone was so easy, all I had to do was agree to the transfer. What more could you want.

I bought this phone when it first came out and the screen broke within the first month and they said it was my fault, I paid the 500 to get it fixed and now a month and a half later the screen is broken again at the seam where it folds and they will say its my fault again. Absolute garbage phone and I don't recommend it now I'm stuck with a phone bill for the next 2yrs and no phone. I guess I will be going back to Google.

The small front screen is just an extra touch of excellence, it just makes short easy tasks quick and easy.but over all awesome design and good to know I got the coolest phine out of all the people I know. Besides looks being awesome the hardware is amazing I havent had a whole lot of phones in the past but what the zflip 7 provides is pretty cool when it comes to loading times and camera quality. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that is looking for a new phone or making a new switch to Samsung.
Excellent phone—far more impressive than I expected. The front screen is a huge upgrade from the last generation, making the upgrade well worth the money. One UI 8.0 is great as well. However, Samsung really needs to improve its services to enhance the overall experience. Samsung Wallet is still regionally restricted and unsupported by many banks, meaning you can’t rely on it while traveling—which makes little sense. It also lacks key features like gift card purchases, local transportation card support, and NFC key integration. Additionally, the global version of Bixby isn’t powered by a large language model, making it less competitive than Google Gemini. If Samsung can improve these aspects, this would be an even better phone to purchase.

The galaxy z flip 7 fixed everything I didnt like about the flip 6. The hinge seems better, stronger, more durable. The front screen fits the whole screen instead of being a cut out like before which makes it WAY better. I also love how the made the phone wider, but also slimmer. When u have the phone open it actually feels good in the hand now. I like hoe much lighter it is too now. Makes holding other phones feel like ur holding a brick. The colors are also way better now than before. It was so hard choosing which one to get because they were all amazing. Thank you for listening to your customers Samsung. This flip 7 is amazing.

After years of being barely impressed and feeling fixed in the Apple Eco System, the Galaxy Flip 7 makes me as excited as I was for my first cell phone 20 years ago at age 13. Making the switch was beyond easy (just remember to disconnect your number from iMessage!) and the transition in operating systems has been exciting and fun rather than difficult. I've had it for about 3 months, I replaced my 23 ultra with it. The only thing I miss from my 23 ultra is the ram, sometimes this phone will slow down but I do leave a lot of things open sometimes. I enjoy using Galaxy AI. The flipping is magnificent and I love it so much. It creates room in my pocket. It's very versatile. I don't use the folded front screen as much as I thought I would. It's one of those things where it's nice that it's there so I don't have to open it to see my notifications. So far though, this is an amazing product.

Closed, it’s the only device that doesn’t make me feel like I’m carrying a brick around. I hate giant phones—if it needs its own pocket, it’s not “mobile.” The Flip 7 fixes that. It slips into any pocket and still lets me pay for things, navigate, read texts, control my earbuds, and manage media without even opening it. When I do open it, it props itself up for videos or quick work. And yes, the screen is big enough for Word, Excel, and all the other “I swear I’m working” apps. I’ve owned every Flip since the 3. The Flip 7 is the best of them, hands down.
I’ve been using the Galaxy Z Fold7 for a while now and the experience has been really good. The display is bright and smooth, multitasking feels effortless, and the foldable design still feels premium every time I use it. The interface is clean and optimized for the larger screen which makes studying, watching content, and browsing much more enjoyable. The battery life is decent for daily use and the phone feels durable despite being a foldable device. The ergonomics took a little getting used to at first, but now it feels natural in hand. Overall, it’s a powerful and unique smartphone that stands out from anything else I’ve used.

The thought came to me to upgrade not too long ago, so after doing some research, I wanted to try out the Z Flip 7. Honestly, having a phone that can flip into a more compact form factor is a huge selling point. But beyond that, some of the features are outstanding. I'm not a big AI user, but the galaxy AI that's in here is really fun to work with. The other main attraction to this phone is the front cover screen. To be able to check the most necessary things in the morning, without falling into the habit of getting lost in the internet is a huge gift. Would I recommend? I think I would.

Unfolding it actually felt illegal for the first time one minute it's a phone the next it's a mini iPad The cover screen is tall and skinny so one hand typing is ideal The hinge feels satisfying too Unfold to watch Netflix while eating play games with a smooth 120hz screen Batter well I can say it's not terrible but it tries Honestly it's not for everyone but if you're the type who lives for thier phone for work and content,a fold makes sense

My previous phone was the Galaxy Fold which I loved but the crease went black and eventually expanded I could no longer use the phone in the open position. This happened after 2 years of use. I was hoping to get the latest fold but it was so highly priced on our business contract I couldn't justify the outlay so instead I settled for the ZFlip. I don't like this phone, in the closed position it is awkward to open which is my main gripe. The camera, like all galaxy phones, is excellent but I miss the larger picture. As I haven't used the AI function I can't comment on how good it is but I couldn't complete the survey without giving it a star hence 1 star.

La pantalla frontal es una delicia y permite darle aún más uso. La pantalla principal, al ser más ancha, se nota también mucho. Valoro también el protector de plástico que protege la pantalla y que es de una pieza. Es decir, no tiene recorte para la cámara con lo cual se presupone mayor durabilidad. Se me hace algo raro la apertura con la nueva bisagra, no puedes tenerlo en los mismos ángulos que con la anterior generación, hay que adaptarse. El procesador instalado espero que no nos dé ningún quebradero de cabeza. El rendimiento no parece ser menor.
Le design global est magnifique épuré, l ecran est large, des efforts ont éte realisés pour que le pli soit encore moins present. L ecran exterieur est superbe, agrandi par rapport au Flip 5 que je possedais. Ce telephone est un bijou. Defaut majeur: batterie insuffisante! La description du produit vante son autonomie, mais elle s avere ridicule!! Ce telephone ne tient pas une journée. A ce prix la, et par rapport à ce que savent faire les concurrents, c est inadmissible! Je pense meme à me separer de ce telephone tellement c est un element derangeant. Je ne connais pas la robustesse de ce telephone, il faut etre vigilant à ne pas trop exposer les ecrans.

I mean, why have the back screen if you can't use it? It will get scratched sooner or later. Other than that, I love it. I would like to add; i have a Galaxy watch 4 and im getting aggravated with it. Why do I Have to see calls on my watch? With the flip 4 I got it to stop showing on my watch. I only want to see my calls on my zflip 7FE and not my watch. Im a 60 year old woman, I don't have money to keep purchasing Samsung devices. I save ever year to buy the newest zflip. I use it to control smart view when screen sharing my phone to the TV. I love the accessibility it shares when converting files to my Google Chromebook. I love the outside cover screen feature of using apps without having to open the phone. All in all, it fits my daily lifestyle when business is needed to be handled. I also utilize my samsung pay cash with my family members being that it is easy to transfer money from one another. My Samsung sofi account is easy to access through my samsung wallet with the click of a button! I just love 💙 the galaxy over anything.

The transfer from my old phone was easy and smooth. I liked how the folded screen had different formats and even a photo album. It was thoughtful and lovely. It is great being able to know what is happening without having to open up the phone in social and work settings. I didn't like how there wasn't a messages or smses app readily available in the compact/folded screen. I will need to hunt around and look for that option but it was very disappointing. Par contre, son design rend les film protecteurs difficiles à poser et ils bougent la ou le téléphone se plie. Pour ce qui est des coques que l'on ajoute peut importe laquelle j'en suis à le 4eme cassée car elle sont bien plus fragiles que d'autres. Pour ce qui est des appareils photos je suis très déçue. Les paramètres par défauts déforment totalement les couleurs , mon S24 fait de bien meilleures photo , de plus belle qualité. Je suis du coup très déçue de ce téléphone qui est finalement moins performant que mon ancien

The battery can last me a full day, but when I went on a trip where I was taking a lot of photos and videos I did need to top it off. People complain about the cameras but they worked well for me, some features can be confusing and need some adjusting to. Galaxy AI is fun to use, and I like the eraser function for photos, but I don't use the now brief all that much. The top portion of the screen can get hot fast, but not to the point the phone can't function, it's just uncomfortable. I like being able to fold my phone and carry something smaller. Once you get over wanting to treat the phone like glass it's a really fun phone to have.

Between the battery life being amazing to the pictures it takes it has surprised me very much. If I could improve anything it would be the screen just because I'm an noticing as time goes by where it folds the screen cover that comes on it is making a noise and becoming visible right where it folds. The speakers are loud and clear I actually enjoy watching movies on this phone. The galaxy ai is so cool I can create anything and ask anything I want So my opinion you definitely would love this phone as much as I do!

So far I am very impressed with the improvement in build quality. The hinge and closing is so much better. I know it has better protection with dust and moisture too. The front screen is fantastic. I have so many apps working with it I often don't even open the phone when using it. The addition of Galaxy AI is great and I hope is something that stays standard on their flagship models. The language translator is incredible and can allow you to communicate with anyone anywhere. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for me and highly recommend.

Galaxy AI is great for blocking all unwanted spam calls and giving me live dictation of callers before I think of answering unknown numbers. The bulge in my right pocket is slightly more prominent as a regular phone with a Pop Socket or similar phone holder, but personally the size or bulkiness isn't an issue for me. Great phone overall and sometimes its a good conversation starter/ice breaker for those with the standard unfoldable phones.

I spend the majority of my day on my phone for work, doing online sales, or scrolling socials and watching videos. The performance is impeccable when switching back and forth between different applications and never seems to slow down. I use the Galaxy AI daily to edit photos and I never need to bust out my laptop anymore. All this in a package that fits in my pocket better than any standard phone I've ever used. I don't think I could ever give up the folding feature after using this phone.

Battery life is great and the more you use it the more it gets to know your usage and makes adjustments for you. Galaxy AI is a huge plus. The small screen is so helpful when taking a selfie with the front face camera. I do wish the camera was just as powerful as the S25 Ultra, but it still does a pretty decent job. Overall very content with my Samsung Z Flip7.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
