First of all, great features but they don't work so you have to turn them off. Secondly, basic features like vacuum do not work and leave debris on the floor. When mopping, it gets stuck in the same place. There is a picture of a 5 year warranty but it's actually only 2 years. Absolute scam and should be reported to trading standards. Finally, no replacement mop pads or dustbin filters are available for it. Absolutely disgusting from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum is a mighty robot with multi functions. There are detachable mopper pads that do an excellent job of mopping up spills. The vacuum is very intelligent and does not bump into furniture. You can use an app to control its path as well. The charging port is fairly large compared to other robots but is able to clean the vacuum so it saves me the hassle. The charge is also very good and lasts for a few hours making sure that the vacuum cleans almost every inch of a room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying this is hands down my favorite robot vacuum. I have had several in the past and this unit blows them away . The Lider mapping works perfectly mapping my home and it even converts the image into a 3d layout. You are able to section off each room and have no go zones. The mopping feature is my favorite part . The vacuum will mop my entire first floor and actually lift the mop pads when is senses carpet or rugs. It also drains the dirty water and refill with clean and streams the mop pads to kill all the germs. My only regret is not getting the unit with the camera. Go get one for your self ASAP

I really don't recommend this product. I've always trusted Samsung's quality, but it's unacceptable that after only a year and minimal use, it's already broken. The battery is faulty, and the charging port isn't working properly. The worst part is the support I've received from Samsung. I've tried several times to get a warranty for this product, but unfortunately, since it was an online purchase and I don't have the original receipt, they can't provide it. They know that with the serial number, it would be much easier to track it since I bought it through their website. In short, I think this will be the last time I buy Samsung, and I certainly won't recommend them.

I was against buying this vacuum because of the price but my husband was persistent so we pulled the trigger. I am so glad we bought this unit it is worth ever penny. The navigation works so well it shocked me. The mopping feature allows us to mop twice a week with out lifting a finger. The pads on the mop get steam cleaned eliminating any bad smells. The smart things app is super Intuitive I'm not a tec women and even I understand how to program daily cleanings. Trust me if you are in the market for a robot vacuum this one is a winner

The living room looked vacuumed, the carpet had the visual effects that tells you someone had recently vacuumed. I am in love with this product. First it takes 3d mapping of each room and give a time estimate to clean and mop . What’s the best thing I like about this is ,it’s doing both vacuum and mop at the same time and lots of saving .time and energy here . It can detect the carpet and floor perfectly and working accurately on the corners and if there is any obstacles . Have awesome features I really like about is auto wash ,dry , refill the water and empty the dust . It’s a life saver for me .i can manage everything now with just my fingers using smart things app .

No tiene detección de objetos, fui al súper y se quedó mi perrita en casa, la aspiradora programada, por la hora inició limpieza y pasó por lugar restringido en el mapa, embarró horriblemente los deshechos del perrito por toda la casa fue una ABSOLUTA tragedia limpiar la casa y limpiar el robot. Tengo bancos de barra y siempre se queda ahi atorado, si es una gran ayuda para mi ya que tengo hijos pequeños y una mascota pequeña, sin embargo siempre debes estar al pendiente en su ciclo de limpieza y mi idea era dejarla trabajando mientras no estoy en casa y pues no fue opción. Si no tienes mascotas y dejas libre el piso es excelente.

I took a punt on this even though I saw a lot of negative reviews about in online. Unfortunately I've been disappointed. For an eye watering £1299, it has only managed to partially clean my home once. Mostly it just goes around in the same circle until the battery dies, like it's confused or think something is in the way, when there isn't. The one time it did manage to partly clean the place, it went into the kitchen and mopped for a out 1 metre and then returned to the docking station to empty the water and remove the mops to finish it on just vacuum mode. I've tried resetting it, checked the sensors are clean, lowered the sensitivity modes to no avail. I tried to contact Samsung technical support who suggested I book a repair but on both attempts they just stopped responding after i said yes. It was 10 pm I noticed so maybe they finish but to just cut you off without even saying anything is just odd to me. Also, when I used the recycling option for £300 discount, which isn't based on the value of the item, I accidentally added robot as the item i was recycling instead of cordless. After give 2 email addresses to contact (both wrong departments they stated in the email reply) and 2 phone calls and various online chats I was promised that it would be changed on the phone and updated once done - it wasn't and turns out they can't change it once the order is made. Fair enough but now I have traded in a working £400 robot vac as scrap which whizzed around with no issues whatsoever for a £1300 robot that just starts going around in circles until the battery dies in various places. the battery is going from 100% to 65% in approximately less that 10 minutes For £1300 I could have got a flagship robot vac with a well known brand but I was loyal to Samsung and now I've completely gone off the company for life

The hardware is really good! Suction 9\10! Wet mopping 9\10! Cleaning job overall - 8\10! However, the software... it is not working okay. Obstacle recognition - never gets proper results. A plant pot? Surely it is a cup or a plate, haha. Furniture leg? No, it is a "sock". Also, it can stuck on a simple sun glare from a shiny floor and avoid a pretty large area. Another joke is scheduled cleaning. BST (British Summer Time) it fails to recognize, so if you have scheduled your cleaning at 6PM, yup it will run at 6PM and also it will send you about 10 notifications an hour later (at 7PM) that cleaning can not be started by schedule. I could continue the list on and on, but that is just a top of an iceberg. If they improve the soft, I would name it the best vacuum (I had 2 others previously).

Tengo la aspiradora desde hace ya un año y es un dolor de cabeza, IA no tiene, choca con obstáculos, no detecta cables ni cosas regadas en el suelo, se queda trabada en las alfombras, no venden los repuestos y las aspas se desgastan y rompen con facilidad, yo recomiendo buscar otra opción, esta tiene buen precio pero la pasaras mal, no la podrás programar para que pase sola ya que siempre tiene una u otra dificultad que debes atender in situ, he tenido otras aspiradoras de diferentes marcas y esta es la peor.

I bought this product 2 months ago. Overall the product is not too bad. But I have not have good experience with this product as compare to other brand robot vacuum cleaner. This product can stuck easily at the brush area which I have cleared it for 3 times at least since my usage. It has also bumped into my full length mirror that was placed on floor and the which was then broken into pieces and scratched my floor badly. The cleaning will always stuck at my carpet or floor mat. Anything that is not at then level of the liDAR level will not be detected eg, my slippers or shoes which is not at this liDAR level, will be ran over by the robot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot with vacuum and mop for about a week and I'm very happy with the product: Setup Super quick. Take all the plastic wrap off. Plug the base into the wall, and then slide the robot into the base. It takes about an hour to fully charge the first time. I then downloaded the SmarThings app and finished set up there. App Very easy to use. You'll need to map out the house the first time, which takes 5 minutes where the robot roams around and scans the rooms. Vacuum Vacuum is very easy. There are a few types of routes you can select from the app, but the robot does a good job cleaning up dust and pet dander. Mop The mopping option was amazing. I set the robot to mop slowly and it did a good job cleaning my hardwood floors. The robot is smart enough to not go on area rugs. Overall I'm very happy with the robot. It's smart and knows to go around stairs and obstacles, and charges and cleans the pads on its own. I really like the steam option to sanitize the mop brushes after it's done cleaning. I highly recommend this product!

Download the Smart things app. First out of her base Alice maps the house, which impressed me how smart she is and how well the App works. She vacuums and mops. She knows the difference between rugs, wood floors and ceramic floors. She does not mop the rugs. She has a set emptying bin. When Alice is finished with her cleaning or needs aa charge she heads back to her base for a much-needed rest. Alice has no problem going around furniture. She is a smart girl; she does not bang into furniture or walls. She does a fantastic job cleaning the rugs or floors. No streaks left when she mops. I like that the mopping pads wash and sanitize themselves. The smart thing app lets view where Alice is cleaning, set up a cleaning routine and more. Alice is top notch! Her cleaning power and intelligent features are impressive. The 3D mapping is the best. The All-In-One Clean Station is a win/win, it automatically empties the dustbin and washes the mop pads. Alice is a joy to have in the house, she is a great big help. Her suction power is fantastic.

Alice is one smart cookie; she can automatically adjust to the different types of flooring in the house. Alice can manage the pet hair, crumbs and all the other messes the Bradybunch leaves behind on the floor. With the app I can easily manage her, check her status and more. I can set specific cleaning times. The suction power is incredible. Not only does Alice vacuum the floors, but she also mops the floors, she is amazing. I am expressed with how well Alice covers the floors wall to wall, with no spot left behind. Super easy to set up, it takes about an hour to fully charge the vacuum after set -up, please be sure to download the Smart Things APP. The first time you map out the house, Alice will scan and get to know the layout. I love using the App. It shows me exactly where Alice is! With the App I can set zones, set up and set up cleaning times. She is smart and knows enough not to mop the area rugs, she does an amazing job on my tile and hard wood flooring. The steam option, I like, sanitizes, and cleans the mop brushes. The extra-large clean water and dirty water reservoir is outstanding. I like that I only need to add fresh water once a week and empty the dirty water once a week. It also drains the dirty water and refills with clean water. Alice is smart and will not bump into your furniture or walls while vacuuming or mopping. Her LIDAR Navigation with 3D mapping, she detects all the rooms and furniture creating an accurate 2D/3D layout of the house. After Alice is finished with her cleaning tasks, she returns to her home base to rest and charge up. This vacuum/ mop combo is a game changer.

Do not buy one of these. The idea is good, the app is pretty great, and ‘some’ of the tech works really well, but the overall product is unreliable - base station floods, onboard dust tank doesn’t empty - and Samsung service/support is by far the worst I have use in the last 10years. We purchased in November 2024. We had various teething issues with mapping but it did generally figure things out, and did a fairly good job of hoovering and mopping in the background each night. Then in Dec we realised the onboard dust box wasn’t emptying itself. Eventually a full reset resolved this. Then in Jan we found the Cleanstation tank/washing bay wasn’t emptying. More calls and emails to customer support, who very very clearly aren’t trained on these machines - try resetting it again etc. Eventually, after 2 weeks of wrestling with the useless customer service/support team, they agreed it needed collecting. By this point the device is barely 6 weeks old, but it’s outside the return window so warranty kicks in and you have to use their Service agent. They say they will arrange for it to be collected. No time given, no warning til DPD announce they will be collecting ‘that day’, and will be bringing a box. DPD and box arrives, but device doesn’t fit in box. Not even close. Customer services says ‘oops, it’s a new model (which it isnt) and we don’t have any larger boxes’. Very sorry, call you in 48 hours, taking personal care of your case now, etc. Hear nothing. Courier calls a few days later saying they are being tasked to collect it and deliver direct to service agent. Courier is good and does as promised. That was over a week ago. Since then, Samsung have tried sending DPD again, again with too small a box to collect a device that was collected over a week ago. Not a squeak from Samsung/their agent about what’s going on with my machine. Emails and live chats promise call backs. Calls to the help desk are answered only to explain that their system is being updated and they can’t do anything but they will call me back. No eta as to when. I was excited to be an early (ish) adopter, and am somewhat privileged enough to be able to afford the hefty price tag, but on the basis of my experience I cannot recommend either the product, or frankly the Samsung brand/service support offering. If someone from Samsung gets a grip of this matter and contacts me by CoB 16th Feb with an acceptable resolution to all the above, I’ll consider reflecting their solution in an update to the above.

PÉSIMO producto, no le pongo cero estrellas solo porque no se puede. Es muy cara y no funciona, la compré en el 2024 y se descompuso a los 6 meses, me dieron un reemplazo y el cual se descompuso al año y 1 semana, ahí está también el truco de Samsung, después de ese año comentan ya no tiene garantía ( aunque menciona 2 años de garantía en batería y 10 en motor ) Pidieron llevarla con un “técnico autorizado” el cual es un técnico pésimo y que quería cobrar 6mil pesos por revisión !!!! En verdad el mejor consejo es NO LA COMPREN! Por menos dinero acabo de comprar de la marca DREAME, en verdad una chulada de aspiradora, más funciones, más compacta y mejor servicio

I've been really pleased with the Robot 3 in 1 cleaner with the VAC and Mop functions! ...However think twice about buying!! - You can't get replacement mops heads anywhere, Ive been trying for three months ...and when speaking to Samsung customer services they are unable to say if they will ever restock and recommend searching retail outlets, again searched there with no joy. So I've paid a large amount on money for a Samsung device that one of the main functions will not be available due to no accessories available. Please go with a manufacturer that gives the whole round support including accessories for you device.

Esta aspirador la compre, funciono perfecto los primeros 2 meses, en el tercer mes, empezo a solo dar vueltas sin orden para limpiar, giraba en circulos, depsues ya no encontro su base y solo daba vueltas al lado de su base, tiene buenas funciones pero no funciona. hable al servicio tecnico, lo envie y en 3 dias me confirmaron que harian valida la garantia y me dieron opcion de cambio de aspiradora o devolucion de dinero, pedi la devolucion y me cambie a la Dreame L40 ultraque tiene mejores funciones y mejores comentarios.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superb little vacuum and mop. I have been using this for around 2 months now and its so simple to use and a big help keeping the house clean. I use this as an everyday vacuum and then run a proper vacuum around the edges once a week. Sometimes the software does have some hiccups. However, this is only a rare occurrence. The obstacle avoidance is also excellent. We rarely see any furniture hit. The mop is also super helpful in keeping spills or stubborn marks at bay.

Me siento decepcionado con la experiencia. Compré un Jet Bot y, después de apenas dos meses de uso, comenzó a fallar: le costaba mucho regresar a la estación de carga, entraba y salía repetidamente y podía quedarse horas en ese ciclo hasta que alguien lo acomodara manualmente. Posteriormente quise darle otra oportunidad, pensando que tal vez el primer fallo fue un caso puntual, y compré una segunda unidad. Sin embargo, esta vez surgió un problema distinto: fallas de carga. A veces solo llega al 13%, otras al 31% o al 45%, incluso tras días sin usarse. Ahora debo llevarlo nuevamente al servicio técnico, donde el proceso demora alrededor de un mes solo para confirmar si tienen los repuestos, y otro mes adicional en caso de devolución. Lamentablemente, la experiencia termina siendo más frustrante que el beneficio de tener el robot, a pesar de lo bien que limpia cuando funciona.

Wonder when the robot is ever going to fully clean a house without getting stuck, constant notifications that it can't begin it's schedule cleaning because it's not at the dock even though it's actually attempting to vacuum. Good luck with the mop, the pads keep coming off so nothing ever gets mopped. I've had one day with no issues, well almost no issues it did a brief clean then couldn't get back to it's station to dock. Everytime I look after it "cleaned" I find the area dirtier than it was before the clean. Almost like it just moved stuff from one area and dumped it to another area. I'll try a reset to see if it fixes the issues, but if not I'm returning it. As of now complete waste of money.

With a full house and 3 fur babies, the AI object recognition is a must have. It navigates around dog toys and my furniture like a boss. The extra large clean water and dirty water capacity is astounding. The fact that I only have to add fresh water or empty the dirty water once a week makes this a must have. Using the SmartThings app to name rooms, setup routines and check cleaning progress all at my fingertips is refreshing. I absolutely love how the Jet Bot combo can detect the various floor types in my home and adjusts based on the type. I was concerned about the mop on my carpet but to my surprise the mop pads lift when it encounters carpet. The vacuums powerful suction literally picks up the tiniest crumbs, mud and pet hair from my fur babies. This Samsung Jet Bot combo is a must have, you will not be disappointed!

I purchased this vacuum, as my wife requested addition to our household in form of a robot vaccum. She has high expectations for such equipment and was initially underwhelmed and struggled to map the ground floor in our house. I asked her to be patient and try again and the mapping was successful. It performs very well, cleans and mops the floors very close to edges and helps to keep the floors cleaner adding more free time to do other things. App is intuitive and my wife is very happy with it. Pleased with the purchase. The only negative I have is that spare mop pads are not currently available on Samsung UK website and this needs to be resolved asap - please make all maintenance / spare parts available.

Compared to my old robot vac, this new one is lightyears ahead. The Jet Bot is able to vacuum and mop, and with the AI technology it can detect walls, furniture, items and people too. Through its AI detection system it will not bump into items but rather get very close, which is nice since it won't leave scratches or marks. It can also detect all the rooms, walls, and furniture, creating a very accurate 2D/3D layout of the home. This is nice because it allows you to create custom setting per room and at the end of its cleaning it will show you exactly where it cleaned, and how long it took. Best of all is that it self returns to its housing unit, self cleans, wash, dries, and empties itself. Only minor improvement we see is if it could lock in the mop pads as occasionally we do find that it falls off in the middle of cleaning and then we need to go relocate it and put it back on. Other than that it is a wonderful piece to have at home.

Very impressed so far with the robot. Had waited ages for a product that did both mopping and vacuum with an auto empty charge station and was willing to pay the premium when it did finally arrive. Does a brilliant job.,, when it decides to. The software is a massive let down. Kinda feels like 95% of the development was spent on the hardware - which thus far seems amazing, and then the software was an afterthought. (Not sure if I’d better on android but the iOS app crashed regularly) Frequently gets lost, decides not to do some areas for no reason (or if there is a reason there’s no easy way to find out why). The mapping is kinda okay: should be a way to add rooms or point in the right direction. - took 3 attempts to get it to map one room in my house as it kept driving past the open door and ignoring. Got one more (small) room which I can’t split off (bathroom) so refuses to mop. Overall… works amazing when it works, but software is defo lacking. Hopefully with a bit of development this changes as I’m aware is a new product. Maybe feels a bit like a beta.

I really wanted to give it minus 5 stars (-5 stars). The operating quality of the vacuum cleaner is VERY POOR! No quality assurance was done on the product before putting it out in the market. It jams easily: does not clean properly, leaving crumbs and particles on the floor; does not clean all areas even when you it is set to do so. Access to maintenance is poor. This product way too expensive for it to be malfunctioning on a daily. When I leave for work and it is turned to clean, it does not complete the cycle without being jammed and it stays jammed until I get back from work. This is unacceptable. I shall be making a tik tok video to address these issues. Don't waste your money. Stay away from this product!

Very good: navigates well around obstacles, mop feature is really useful, so are the automatic mop cleaning and vacuum empty features. Very easy to operate from phone once set up. It does not like small stones which can be sucked up and jam the long rotating brush under the robot but it is easy to remove the stones. Less than perfect: need to be a bit of geek to set up mobile phone control of the robot. Also although not found in the instructions, the cleaning station must be located on a firm surface such as plastic tiles. On some ordinary carpets the cleaning station (which is quite heavy) sinks into the carpet and the robot loading ramp rides up, such that the robot cannot climb up the ramp and into the station.

Disappointing Performance and Poor Edge Cleaning I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo 3-in-1 Cleaning Robot, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with its performance, particularly when it comes to cleaning edges. The cleaner simply does not reach the edges of my rooms effectively. After sending it for repair, I was informed that this limitation is a part of its design. I find it hard to believe that a product marketed as a high-tech cleaning solution would overlook such a fundamental aspect of cleaning. The fact that it cannot clean corners or along baseboards means that I still have to manually clean those areas, negating the convenience I was hoping for. I expected better from a product at this price point. The features like automatic mop washing and sanitizing with steam sound great on paper, but if the device can't perform the basic task of edge cleaning, then it's just not worth the investment. Overall, I feel like I've wasted my money on this product. If you're looking for a robot vacuum that can handle all aspects of cleaning, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Save your money and invest in a cleaner that actually delivers on its promises.

It is packed with amazing technology and have tons of features including mopping. The challenge is that the technology sometimes get in its own way. This robotic vacuum is supposed to auto charge and auto empty but most times it gets stuck going onto it’s base station and starts complaining that something is stuck - we have spent hours trying to figure out what was stuck only to find out there was nothing there. All in all a good robotic vacuum but certainly needs significant improvements.

I love the amount of choices and options for the vac/mop. The device runs pretty quietly and quickly. The spinning mop heads are much preferred to the mop pads other devices just sort of drag along on the back of their brand of device. Areas of improvement would be size of dust bin, quality of vacuum (it can leave small particles behind) and I wish you could schedule individual rooms with the scheduler, but it seems you can only do the entire floor of the house.

I was highly anticipating its arrival, and I will say it’s HEAVY duty, which caught me off guard. It didn’t come with directions on putting it together, but it was fairly easy for my husband and I to figure out. Probably took about 10-15 to fully set up. We got it going and let it do its thing, and immediately fell in love. All of its controls are done through the Smart Things app with Samsung, which we were already familiar with due to owning other Samsung products. Within the app you can control the settings from things like speed to water pressure etc. My floors have never been so clean in my life!! It works wonders and has brought the shine to life. My only dislike of this is that the charging station is a little bit bulkier than I would’ve liked and not extremely “ aesthetic” but the work that it produces makes it worth that part. It’s so nice to literally get a fresh vaccum and mop, every evening from the comfort of my couch! My Husband is a bigger fan than I am, and tries to turn it on twice a day. Thankfully you can set a schedule right from the app. We’ve even been trying to come up with a creative name for our little friend! 10/10 recommend.

I got this as a press sample, it's really a great all-round robot vacuum! Virtually all flaws from the Jet Bot AI+ have been fixed; the mop steam cleaning is truly one-of-a-kind. Absolutely no bacteria left after that :D My only two main criticisms are the lack of the ability to connect it to your house's water pipes directly as well as the lack of proper corner cleaning (on the hardware side, the robot does the best it can, given its hardware). In my opinion, this is definitely (at least) in the top three robot vacuums of 2024. Top notch Samsung!

Firstly, it is a nice sized unit, and set up was pretty straightforward. It is nice that it is self contained and it seems to run very well, and collects a lot of dirt each and every time. It certainly take sa lot of pressure off of me to help keep the house clean. Unfortunately, I have noticed some issues with two main things: 1) I found that the mapping of my home wasn't accurate, and the app was very buggy when I tried to re-draw the lines of the rooms of my house. 2) I have a multi floor home and there seems to be no easy way to set the vacuum up to move it between floors. I kind of just have to let it start on the first floor where the unit is, and then physically lift it up the stairs, while it starts to alert me that something isn't right. 3) The app is surpringly buggy. I have 2 Samsung TVs, one fridge, and a washer and dryer all on the app and everything runs very smooth on it, so this was a bit surprising. 4) The convenience of having the auto wash, dry, dust empty and refill in one machine where I don't need to come in contact with the dirt very often was a true gamechanger. I really loved it. It was disturbing yet satisfying to see how much dirt and mess was picked up each time, and how strong the mop and vacuum really were. My messy toddlers were no match for this device, the vacuum really collected everything! Overall, it is a good machine, but for one of the most expensive robot vacuums on the market, I did expect better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chatty little robot vacuum/mop was a breeze to setup. From opening the box to the unit taking a spin around the living room was maybe 20 minutes total. Of course it had to go back and charge soon but this was definitely a simple setup. Simply remove the various tape, plug in the Clean Unit, add the mop head cleaning and ramp and add water to the clean water container. This bot talks-a lot. I will probably try to disable a few of the announcements in the future. Linking the robot to my existing SmartThings app was simple. I installed without the QR code but the app immediately found the unit, registered it and was done in less than 2 minutes. The robot is very quiet which I love. What I love even more is that my robot hating dogs don’t bother this one I think because it is quiet. I will be setting it to clean overnight and I don’t thing they will even hear it. One thing to note is that this is a BIG unit. While it is stylish with clean lines, it is large. It has a temporary home in my living room while I rearrange areas of the kitchen to make room for the larger clean unit. But it has to be large so I don’t have to fill and empty water and dust bins so often. Just be aware that if you have a small apartment, this may not be the unit for you. So far it has done a good job of mapping out the living room and it did pretty well with vacuuming in its first pass. I don’t think the mop function was set for this pass but the vacuum picked both large and small particles and handled my hardwood and area rugs easily. I also like the large bins which mean that the robot won’t require human interventions to add water or empty dust bins like my previous models. This means this unit can clean my whole main floor overnight. Previous models required more water and often a bin empty before the entire thing was complete. I’ll be updating my review as I put it through its paces, but so far I like the style and performance.

Very happy with this purchase. Firstly the app is user friendly and intuitive. As for the product itself I've been impressed with its functionality and obstruction detection ability. The functionality of automatically detecting different flooring types and self adjusting settings to suit is very useful, what was particularly impressive was the suction and general performance on thick carpet with excessive dog hair. The overall unit is quite large but the sleek design allow it to fit into the space without looking out of place.

I was kinda skeptical at first how good could a robot vacuum really be? But let me tell you, this thing is legit. After cleaning, the bot heads back to the station, empties its dustbin, recharges, and even washes its mop pads. Only thing I don't like is it may smell if you don't empty the dirty water bin time to time but this is same regardless of what product you have, right? I’ve been using it pretty much every day, and it’s still going strong. The build quality feels solid, and the parts are easy to replace if needed (though I haven’t had to yet). It’s totally worth the investment and I plan to buy one again for my upstairs. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Bought this robo vac as it was time for an upgrade and it intergraded with the SmartThings app which we have other Samsung devices that we monitor on there, the best app for smart home thus far. It doesn’t disappoint in the aspect of having all the needed technology to be able to run autonomously (schedule, water level, suction power, even monitoring pets and alert of barking when away).The AI needs some improvements, as it doesn’t always know the difference between a plate and our bedsheets lol. But you can tech it what it is which is a plus. One thing I’d like to see in the app is the ability to delete a room that you don’t want to vacuum, and in our case it picked up the outside of our house that it can’t reach. Can’t wait for updates that will help with the AI!

We then saw this one at our friends house and we loved it so we bought one. It does it all. Mops, vacuums and auto empties. The AI features are great as it enhances its function. Its scanning is very accurate so it cleans all our rooms perfectly. Its quiet so we can leave it on all night. Now we only have to do a thourough vacuum every 3 days because this does the job very well.

Pasó medio año en reparación y, cuando por fin lo devolvieron, seguía presentando fallas. Tal vez tuve mala suerte con mi unidad, pero si te ocurre lo mismo, prepárate para llamar a soporte técnico una y otra vez y cargar este aparato pesadísimo por toda la ciudad, ya que ha pasado más tiempo en servicio técnico que en mi casa.

I have bought 3 of these, 1 i returned with a water leak, i have 2 in my house, i love them, but they are not perfect. I originally bout 3 of the first Samsung robot vacs, 1 still works in 1 room of my house, battery replaced so over 10 years. The new AI models are fantastic but not perfect. I will run them \. When Samsung brigs out a new model i will buy another. So work that out... My floor is very clean now... Good work Samsung people. Just keep going and make them better. I will buy 1...

This product does not work. I had bought this product about a year ago, and it worked well for four months, and then, all of a sudden, one day, it stopped working. The product seemed to be okay, but it is not connected to Wi-Fi anymore. I called for service, and they sent out the product. Now I'm on my sixth time sending out the product, and the product is still not working (it's currently out for service). Every time they send it back, they say it works. But it does not connect to Wi-Fi in my house, but it works in the factory. My warranty is about to run out in a couple of days, and they still haven't fixed the problem. All I want is a refund, but they refuse to give me one because they say the product should be working. Save your money and go buy another product. There are better products anywhere else.

La idea de esta aspiradora es extraordinaria. Con mi esposa la compramos muy entusiasmados y estuvimos dispuestos a hacer la inversión por lo que prometía. Sin embargo, el primer problem sucedió cuando abrimos la caja, no hay un manual de instrucción ni videos en Youtube que expliquen qué hay que hacer para armarla y usarla por primera vez, todo fue por instinto. Una vez que la pudimos armar la usamos y funcionó muy bien. Luego, al segundo día comenzaron los problemas, cada vez que la quería usar iniciaba ciclos de limpieza y secado. Después empezó a fallar la conexión y hubo que reiniciarla. Al tercer día, dejó de aspirar como debía. Hicimos varios intentos y a medida que aspiraba algunas cosas, iba dejando rastros de mugre por otros lados. Una decepción. A la semana la devolvimos a la tienda. Fue una desilusión.

Aspira bastante bien, gran potencia y no es muy ruidosa, aunque como la mayoría de las aspiradoras las esquinas y los bordes no son perfectos por la forma redonda que tiene, pero aun así hace un muy buen trabajo. Lo que mas me impresiono es el trapeado (fregado), es lo suficiente fuerte para realmente quitar manchas del piso, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, además el hecho de que se limpie sola y los cabellos no se enreden en el rodillo es fantástico.

I bought this vaccum a year ago and had faulty and regretful experience as repaired already 3 times in a year and service team did not accept this faulty vaccum and been trying to repair numerous times. Samsung service team denied to give refund when I first reported and keep covering with service. This useless vaccum cleaner sitting at station and not functioning what it suppose to do. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

However, sometimes technology can get in its own way and that is what this vacuum epitomizes. Many times the vacuum (or the app) will complain that something is stuck in one of its wheels - upon inspection there is nothing - and you have to reset the whole thing for it to working again. We love this robot but a little more resilience would be nice.

As long as the floors are relatively clean the Combo robot does a great job maintaining the space. The spaces that are mopped end up fairly dry once the robot passes through the space. Suction power and dog hair/ dirt pick up is fantastic for an automatic vacuum. Scheduling is fully programmable and very user friendly

Would not recommend buying this product if you have a pet. Have owned for 4 months and already replaced main brush twice. Not able to complete a job without having errors and needing to untangle hair from either the side brush or main brush. Sent back for a refund as it does not work as advertised for pets, only to be told it is working within there specifications and refused refund.

We’re thrilled with the cleaning performance! We simply set the schedule, and it runs overnight, leaving us with perfectly mopped floors in the morning. It’s also a huge time saver—we created a second map for our upstairs area, and by moving the station upstairs before leaving for work, we return home to spotless floors once again. It’s been a fantastic addition to our home!

Samsung is a trusted brand and the Jet-Bot 3-in-1 does not disappoint. It seems to get smarter with every circuit giving me back precious time to do more of the things I do enjoy - not hoovering & mopping. It has coped with a busy house of 6 and a very active dog. With three long-haired humans and 1 long-haired canine I expected the brush to get tangled- it doesn’t as the suction is strong enough to cope, yet for those of us home working it’s much quieter than other robot vacuums previously tried. Winter usually brings muddy paw-prints through the house which gets me down as I cannot keep on top of the cleaning, this year with my Jet-Bot combo winter cleaning is a breeze. The Smart- Things app is simple to navigate and means when I’m away, the Jet-Bot combo with its high capacity water tank and self-cleaning mop function is still hard at work. It is a brilliant addition to the household - well done Samsung, smashed it again!

Broken within first year of use. Sent off for a repair and DPD / Samsung have lost the vacuum. Absolute shambles of a company and customer service is absolutely shocking. No call for three weeks and no update only to be told today it's missing. Asked for complaints procedure only to be told there isn't one. Do not waste your money or time with this company.

I wouldn't even waste your money on this. Ive sent mine back atleast 6 time in a year. I clean the floors before I send it around. The sensors stop working and just goes around in circles. The brush gets hair wrapped around it. You will spend more time cleaning this vacuum and on the phone with samsung then you will be using it.

I will start by saying I am a Samsung person, I love the brand and have phone, tablet and every TV is a Samsung. This machine and the awful customer service has soured the brand for me. Our Jet Bot AI can mop the floors but has no ability to suck anything up, the most important part. It actually gathers dust and dirt up then dumps in places like the kitchen periodically. We contacted Samsung immediately and asked for a refund or replacement, this seemed impossible to them - even though it is actually UK law. Their customer service eventually took it away for repair which is not what we wanted. It has arrived back from the repairer absolutely filthy, and now completely broken. Customer services have offered me a £50 voucher to compensate! What am I supposed to do with £50 against a machine of this value??? Avoid buying one of these - if it doesn't work they won't help you. I am considering throwing it out and buying an alternate brand. A very costly nightmare.

Been using Robot cleaners for years - this one takes the cake - doesn't bump into furniture, sends photos of the glass under the bed and after a month usage the wooden flooring has been mopped and visibly different (better) than it has ever looked in the past four yours of manual mopping very irregularly. VERY HAPPY

It's clueless - often doesn't follow the directions it's given and either cleans everywhere or nowhere. the suction and functionality is generally pretty good when it works but its inability to follow directions is really annoying.

No Spares Available - People be careful before buying this Product. You will end up chasing customer services which will point you to third party suppliers and they dont stock the spares. So my suggestion dont buy it. I am stuck with it for now. Cannot return it either as you will loose a big chunk of money :(

Can't help but think having the option to add some cleaner to the tank would assist in lifting dirt. AI is somewhat clueless as to what it's looking at. But does a great job of navigating around the obstacles

Even with many toys scattered, it still manages to get the floot 90% clean, although did get stuck once but that was my fault with small lego pieces lying around.

Some 3 months ago now I purchased a Robot Vacuum and Mop from Samsung. The device on the whole isn't great as it is often getting stuck, going to the wrong areas and not completing cleaning tasks. I've reset it a number of times as well as reinstalling the SmartThings App. It will only map 25% of my house now where as previously it did more. Beyond this it has a fault that the camera isn't working. I have called the service centre around 9 times to get this resolved and had a number of email exchanges with SmartThings team. All of these interactions (apart from one) have been incredible frustrating. When I finally convinced a member of the Samsung technical team that there is a problem and a repair was booked, the logistics partner, DPD, are useless. I was not contacted to arrange a date and therefore wasn't in when they came. On the rearranged date, they didn't turn up and sent me a photo of a random field somewhere. Before I can rearrange, the whole repair has been cancelled. Avoid at all cost!

I bought this little Robo Vac for a new house. It has been absolutely fantastic. It now does its little vacuum and mop function daily. I also got it because it was Samsung and doesn’t have the security concerns that some of the Chinese branded vacuums do. Very pleased with the purchase.

I bought the jet bot combo about two months ago, and it's been such a great purchase. It's so good to have it going during the day while we are at work, and the ability to control it via the smart thing's app is amazing! Dog hair, kids mess, nothing is too big for this machine to handle

I've taken the dock to the other floor and mapped out the second floor, but it still needs some fine tuning in combining them. I can't find any detailed instructions online.

Not cleaning well. Not mopping well. Just not doing anything well. Missing parts of floor. Just returned from the service; maybe they fixed it. Spare mop pads – not a chance to buy them. Spare cleaning plate for mop pads – not a chance to buy it. Stay away; buy a broom.

Para lo que cuesta y se batalla para que limpie, mejor que trapee alguien más. La aspiradora da vueltas sin limpiar todo el cuarto y se le acaba la batería en esas vueltas innecesarias. Por más que modifiques sus recorridos en la app, es un lujo caro e innecesario.
