The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.

I'm using the Samsung Fold 5 right now and love it, too. Thus, two months ago I bought this Washer/Dryer Combo and was very excited to have it but it did not work as I expected. Got error code the first time using it: "The washer isn't draining propertly. Clean the drain filter...". Requested a return. I'm so disappointed.

I used to have a huge washer and dryer so I would do laundry about 3 x a week and save because I am doing fewer loads. This takes smaller loads (or else the time needed really goes up). I do need to figure out how to be able to stop in between the cycles so I can remove microfibers--just hasn't been such an issue that I have taken the time to look into it. And, the automatic detergent injection makes my clothes smell nice longer. I don't know how the engineers did it but the clothes are less wrinkled if I don't get to the right away--I love that.

I needed to do laundry at my pool house bathroom and chose the Samsung combo because it saves space. It was easy to install because it doesn’t require a vent and uses a 110 outlet with GFCI. All you have to do is just plug it in. It has detergent and softener dispensers that make doing laundry so convenient. We put our bath and beach towels in and just turn it on and forget about it. It is connected to WiFi and using the SmartThings App I can monitor it as needed with a notification that it’s finished. It’s easy to monitor cleaning products and cleaning cycles because it notifies you through the app. It does take longer to dry but that is perfect for my needs and saves money. I love that I don’t have to place clothes in a separate dryer and can just set and forget. I fold the towels the next day and the machine is ready for my next load. Love it!

I’ve had this washing machine probably for over a year now, and I’ve done well over 300 loads. And I must say I’m extremely impressed. It goes fairly quickly, and I don’t worry about any of my clothes being wet. I’ll throw my clothes to wash at night, and they’ll be nice and dry, 100% ready for me to wear the next morning. Moreover, on the washing section, I’ve been very impressed with its cleaning abilities, especially on heavily soiled and stained products. I do have white towels with old blood stains, among other things, and every time this washing machine gets those stains out. I hope that, with a software update at some point, I will be able to change the spin speed for the wash cycle without turning off the dry portion and starting the dry manually. The important reason is that I've noticed this washing machine tends to wrinkle clothes very easily due to the very high spin used by the AI Opti Wash and Dry. Of course, nothing will ever be 100% perfect, but this does come really close

We picked the all-in-one to save space and to avoid re-doing gas connections. It is super convenient. On top of that, I love that I don't need to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I get an app notification once everything is washed and dry. If you want to take a few pieces of clothing out of it before drying, you also get an app notification. Super convenient. I also love the soap and softener auto-dispenser, I was definitely over using those, now the machine takes only what is needed based on the load.

I absolutely love this machine. I love the fact that I can put a load in and go to sleep and wake up with clean clothes. I love the compactness, and the space it saves in my laundry room. The screen is very easy to use. I just wish that I had gone with the vented version, I really have no need for the ventless that I have. I've also found it very hard to get a replacement lint filter/ trap. It's very hard to clean the heat exchanger as you cannot remove it. Other than that it is very efficient with my family's laundry.

We opted to get the Bespoke combo unit and it was super easy to install in that spot. The way you can go from wash to dry without transferring loads is a great convenience for us. Set it and go! It offers a very large capacity of 5.3 c.f. I had never heard of Ventless dryers before, but was familiar with heat pump technology, so I was all in on that idea. The energy rating on this machine is great. You only need a 120-volt outlet and it is Energy Star rated. The smart app from Samsung is easy to use and intuitive. A side benefit is that it looks modern, clean and is a space saver as well. 20 year Warranty on the Inverter motor is a bonus.

It is wider than the other appliances, but also allowed us to move our deep freeze into the laundry room. It holds a full hamper full of clothes. I love that I just load it up with my preferred laundry detergent and it can auto-detect to use based on the load. At the end of the cycle, a summary of the wash is provided if you choose AI to let you know what took place.

Tengo la lavadora anterior a esta algo se descompuso llevo más de 2 meses en servicio tecnico oficial de samsung. Exacto 2 meses sin lavadora una compra de 1 millón de pesos y nisiquiera ellos mismos la pueden reparar. Esta sin garantía ya que tiene un 1 año y 9 meses pero aun así ninguna disculpa ni nada por parte de samsung chile.

This appliance is a game changer. I have 5 kids and we were always struggling with them throwing things in the wash and then not swapping them to the dryer, then we would have to rewash them and it was a constant struggle. Not anymore, thanks to this magic machine. Toss the clothing in, tell it when you need them done and warm fresh wrinkle free clothes await you in the morning like a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Tons of cycle options and you can do it all from your phone or with your voice. Easy for kids to use, and very quiet and no rocking, vibrating or rattling. You'd almost never know it was even running.

It so easy to set and forget and come back to clean and dry clothes. I can run it while at work or out of the house elsewhere without worrying about the vent since it is ventless. I don’t have to worry about forgetting to change it from washer to dryer and/or have to rewash when I do forget and get that mildew smell. It’s fantastic so far.

Es muy silenciosa incluso en ciclos de lavado y secado, es muy intuitiva y la pantalla ofrece muchas opciones incluso ver vídeos musicales si por casualidad te encuentras en el cuarto donde está instalada la máquina. Si le tengo que poner algunas contras es por ejemplo que si se te queda un calcetín al fondo del tambor tienes que tener el brazo muy largo o meter la cabeza en el bombo, el filtro te pide que lo limpies casi después de cada ciclo de secadora pero está contra no es muy mala, mi otra lavadora secadora de una marca también prestigiosa (AE..) Dejaba muchos restos de pelusa mojada después de terminar un lavado secado y los transfería al siguiente lavado, la máquina muy pesada olvídate de rodarla para fregar. En definitiva la máquina es un espectáculo y muy bonita en color gris oscuro

This making is awful! It is constantly erroring out and we can only use one cycle. We do EVERYTHING the machine tells us to do. Clean the filter, clean the washer, clean the dryer. The heat exchanger seems to always be an issue. Water where the lint holder is? We’ve drained it had service come out and just keep getting errors and smelly, wet clothes. Ready to get rid of it after only having it a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new washer / dryer combo machine. It saves time not having to switch the laundry to the dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete, you can also send the setting from your app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There is a storage for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine to set for auto dispense to the loads to save time and money of not putting too much soap manually. If you need just wash or just dry you can choose those settings as well. I am bad about remembering to switch the laundry and this has saved me so much time. When the laundry is complete the door pops open to vent. It has a large capacity, I can put an entire 90L basket in there to wash comfortably without it being stuffed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo is very interesting. So far, I have used it for about a month now, and I can control it from my phone. It lets you know when it needs to self-clean, and I have saved on water and electricity. Laundry detergent was a big issue in my house. I felt like my children drank it rather than used it for their laundry, but now that it has an automatic detergent dispenser, we don’t overuse detergent, which saves us money. Once you work out the settings and figure out what works for your family, the washing cycle is very easy, and our clothes are always clean and fresh. I believe I can fit at least two and a half loads in each wash, but I usually just wash what we need, and it’s perfect. So far, I have only gotten one maintenance error telling me to clean the bottom filter. It was very easy, and the machine walked me through every step. I would probably be lost if it actually broke, but it does a great job guiding you through regular maintenance requests.

Its been over a yr since I have had this and so far ita pretty good, but for heavy loads its does take a while and for dirty socks it does a decent job but not 100 percent. Overall a decent units if you wpuld like to save on space and energy friendly as compared to a traditional washer and dryer unit

I bought this product 9 days ago and it came in bad condition. One of the legs that holds the washing machine is broken and that makes it vibrate and not work properly. Their technical service simply said that I had to repair it. It is the worst purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy with this washer dryer combo. No need to transfer clothing and hurt your back. Also it uses a regular electric socket which is highly efficient. The machine senses the amount of clothing and decides on time of wash and drying and no worries it's all ready in about 2 hours plus. The detergent and softener can also be filled up on the bottom and you don't have to add any for a while. The dryer can be used separately as well and has many options as wrinkle free drying or presoak for stains. So many options. I did purchase a 5 year extended warranty just to be carefull as it's a heavy machine and hopefully with samsungs great reputation it will operate for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all-in-one washer dryer with a large capacity drum . it has a 110 gravity for electricity which is for electricity which is much easier to install then 220. all of the hose connections are easy to hook up to existing lines. This washer dryer combo has consistently done a fine job doing the washing and the drying with never one problem. This machine is very efficient, it hardly uses any soap or fabric softener or bleach only what is needed to do the job. The the ergonomics of this machine with the touchpad controls is a blessing to use. this Samsung bespoke model is one of the best all in All in One machines I have ever used.

I love the AI and wifi connection to my phone so I can have full control over my laundry while being away from home. The detergent/softener cartridges save me so much time since I don't have to dispense them every wash, but only refill once a while. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait for my washer to be done, then transfer to the dryer. Everything is done with a single "start " button. Clothes came out fresh, clean and so soft. Energy efficient, no air vent needed, 110V which saves me so much money! This is a major upgrade and we are loving it at our house.

No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.

I love that I can follow along through an app to see the progress and how much time left. This is a game changer for me. Considering that I used to constantly have to go downstairs to see if the washer was done. Now I just checked the app. You can play Spotify music thrill this machine.Check the weather, use the internet, Have your pictures from your gallery, Use bixby and so much more. It's entertaining and my kids love to do their laundry now too. It saves on time even though combined to wash and dry your load seems like it takes much longer than separate machines but when it's done, it's completely dried too. I love the AI mode because it senses your laundry and washes and dries it from the sensor. I have already recommended this to family and friends. I've only had it for a few days and so far. Have done 6 loads of laundry and they all came out perfect. This is everything I've been waiting for. The app is so easy to use and follow along. You can pause the load through your app as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family of 6 with 2 basset hounds. We washed a king size comforter on bedding and on a clothing cycle. The bedding cycle is SUPERIOR for deep cleaning. Almost exact to getting it dry cleaned! We forgot to add scent beads and with that cycle we didn’t need them! Came out as if the dog didn’t sleep with us! We could put an entire King size bed set in the tub and it all got completely washed and dried. No more separating the comforter from the sheet set anymore. Thanks to the app, the kids operate this machine easier than ever have before. On the machine they just press buttons as they do on the app. But you can also have washes on the app and just tell the kids “Bedding Wash” and the cycle is preset to your specifications. The AI helps out a lot as it knocks the wash time down from half of what our previous washer did. Used to it took 6 hours to wash and dry, now under 3 hours from start to finish. Find it a lot of fun & enjoy it! Thanks to the vibration technology It’s super quiet! The linked video you can hear how quiet it is just setting up to wash. That alone is super quiet compared to other machines! Everything is easy to read as well!

I owned this washer dryer combo for 34 days when it developed a mechanical failure during the dry cycle. Contacted Samsung support twice first time my ticket was closed without talking to a representative second time I was told this is a cosmetic issue not covered under warranty. I spoke to management and advised the same and was also told there are no service centers in my area that I should seek and independent center as this would be an out of pocket cost for me. I contacted a service center and he evaluated the machine and noted that this was a mechanical issue where the machines left block busted inside the tub causing the so called “cosmetic damage” I was told that this is covered under the Samsung warranty. Called Samsung back an additional ticket was placed again was told no service centers in my area and nothing they can do to fix it for me. If I have a non authorized appliance work on my combo it voids the warranty. Currently I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks and no one from Samsung will contact me to assist I’ve even contacted executive customer service and no one has contacted me and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers only the money they can make off of you.

Honestly, it saves a lot of time because I don’t have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. I simply load the clothes, and when the cycle is done, everything comes out clean and dry, ready to put away. I’ve also noticed that it optimizes detergent really well, so I end up using much less soap. As far as energy usage, my electric bill hasn’t really been affected like I expected, especially compared to having a traditional 220V dryer. This all-in-one washer runs on 110V, and overall it has been an excellent purchase for me. I haven’t had any issues with it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My life has changed for the better since we got this new Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry combo. It not only saves me time but also my sanity. I was HORRIBLE about remembering to switch the laundry and this new washer/dryer has been a real game changer. We have been using this wonderful machine for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. I’m 5’3” and removing items a breeze unlike our previous top loading machine. Being a bit on the shorter side, I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete. There is also the option of setting it from the app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There are reservoirs for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine that auto dispense, this saves time! We definitely made a great choice in switching out our old washer and dryer for this amazing Samsung Washer Dryer all in one combo! In my log home I needed a ventless dryer and when I saw the All In One was ventless as well as I could do my laundry with one appliance , I had to give it a try. As always with Samsung, I was beyond pleased. This unit is simply amazing ! All of our friends and family are mesmerized to watch it in action! The performance is beyond compare. We live on a farm and work clothes can be quite odorous along with stubborn stains. Our clothes come out smelling more fresh and clean than ever before ! Stains are gone ! There are so many cycles to choose from and I especially love the Tide Pod Cold setting ! I can operate this appliance from my smart phone and it even alerts me when the dry cycle is beginning and again when my laundry cycles are complete. I can set it to where the door automatically opens when finished! Add yet another wonderful feature, you have a reservoir for your detergent and softener, so you don't have to add it for each load. You can also set the amount dispensed. The lint screen is very simple to clean and the washer itself cleans the condenser after every wash load. The brushed finished is very appealing and the design is beautiful. Looks so nice in my laundry room. I just love this beyond words!

The unit's large size made finding a washer pan that would fit underneath challenging, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the drainage hose for the water filter is far too short, making it difficult to maintain properly. Initially, the lack of customization options was a downside, but the experience has definitely improved with recent updates. Once you get the hang of it, this washer/dryer combo is a solid choice

I have a small laundry room and now there is room for our laundry basket and some other stuff. It is very heavy, so make sure you don't need to move it. It took a few weeks to get the settings down, but now the clothes are coming out perfect. The filter is a little bit of a hassle, but I had to clean the standalone unit, so no big deal. Maybe an option to just stick a tube in the laundry detergent. Overall, I would never go back, if anything, if I had more space, I would have bought two of them. If I was building my house, I would make sure this would go in most of the closets, no more hauling clothes anywhere!

I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you’re also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bespoke All in one about a month ago. Our washer broke and we hadn’t bought new appliances in many years. Our current dryer vent is in a terrible location onto our screened in porch, so we had been researching heat pump equipped/ventless dryers. I had looked at other All in one models last year but there was not much selection. This year there were more options, and we chose the Samsung because of the integration with SmartThings and our other appliances. Smart things provides us alerts about the wash progress on our other devices and lets us control and send settings from our phone to the all in one. We have been using our supply of laundry pods but look forward to using the large detergent and softener reservoirs soon, once we use up our pods. The lint trap does need to be cleaned between every cycle and takes a little bit of extra effort to clean, because it has several layers and you need to remove it from a frame and remove a panel to reach all of the surfaces. We keep a small vacuum nearby to make cleaning more efficient. So far we really enjoy our all in one and find that our clothes get very dry and that the process is relatively quick. It is very nice to put in a load at night or before work and wake up or come home to fully clean and dry clothes. We are also very happy that our screened in porch is no longer covered in dryer lint! It dries completely on Normal dry 4. It washes very well It is a heavy machine, I would know where you want the guys to set it before delivery. The plus is that it has not budged from the spot they set it in, and when it spins, even though it is on high speed, it is still barely noticeable. We started the first load and left, and when we came home it was completely dry and the door was automatically opened for us. We usually use dry detergent, and it came with an 'aqua pebble' that you put the detergent into and seems to work perfectly in putting that detergent into the clothes. On our second load we got to witness the drying, and I was surprised it tumbled so slowly, but the clothes came out perfect and dry, so apparently the AI knows what it is doing. We also played with sending orders to the washer through our phone and the smart things app, and then just pressing start on the machine, and it worked great for that as well. I did run a software upgrade as it was out of date and that updated the software in quick time. Overall we are quite pleased with the washer/dryer combo and look forward to all of the energy savings from it: 1. Front load, so less water than our previous top load 2. Heat pump dryer uses noticeable less energy when drying 3. No heated or cooled household air being blasted out the roof through the vent

Maybe a large part of that is the fact that this machine does it all in one... no need to swap from washer to dryer, just set it and forget it until it's done. Maybe it's also that my phone can control it and receive notifications, so that funny little jingle Samsung washers play isn't the only notice that my clothes are ready. And maybe it's the fact that it learns from my behavior, saving me time to select what it things I'm going to need and surface these options at the top of the list. No, it's not just those things. It's also MAJOR space savings by incorporating two machines in one, and doing so with a bigger drum than most washers, too. I feel like I'm at a space laundromat when I walk into my laundry room, and I truly love having such a high-end device for such a basic home need. But there's a lot of other really great quality of life features it has, too! Automatic soap dispensing? I've never even heard of such a thing, but I'll tell you it greatly helps save time, and ensures I'm putting in the correct dose of detergent each time. And wifi connectivity for smart home integrations is a huge win. Overall, the high cost is very, very well justified, and buy once cry twice is the philosophy.... cry from the cost, and then cry from happiness once you realize the benefits you're going to receive by having this machine in your life. OH... and it cleans clothes and dries them, too. :)

I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to upgrade their machine while also saving space improving energy efficiency and decreasing the time it takes to wash and dry clothes. After the machine was installed, I began to set up using the display mechanism. The AI avatar helped him walk through each item and provided a tutorial on how to use the machine. I had no issues connecting to the Internet then adding to my SmartThings app. I really enjoy being able to view or start my washer from the app. I was impressed by the size of the machine. I knew having both a washer and dryer in the same device would make it larger however it still fit easily in my laundry room. It is solidly built and heavy, so it is a little difficult to move around by yourself. The machine has the capacity for good sized loads. The flex auto dispense feature is very helpful as you can manage the levels of soap and bleach and it makes starting the washer very simple. I like that the bleach and lint filter are hidden behind the door. The multiple options for the AI combo cycles gives you a lot of flexibility on what type of load you are planning to wash. This machine provides an improvement with our energy efficiency over the two machines I would normally use. No more forgetting laundry in the washer since the dry cycle kicks off automatically.

This has saved me time and minimize waste. Regarding the interior design, The washer combo has a sleek and modern aesthetic, complemented by practical screen layout and features for ease of use. Installation of the Samsung combo unit was relatively straightforward, with clear instructions provided in the manual. However, professional installaters installed the new machine and ensured it was tested prior to leaving. However, I was so surprised after using it once. Not only does it minimize detergent, it also says that it uses only 0.8 kW of electricity at just one time cycle eventhough small amount. Moreover, clothes come out completely and nicely without wrinkle. Since then, I have tried to introduce this Samsung product to co-workers and my daughter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Update your software before you use this. I had 2 sets of downloads. I live in the USA. So we have a separate washer and dryer. It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old. A few thing for you when you plan to buy this. This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes. Setup: I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work. You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles. there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes! This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo™ 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel delivered about 5 days and so far it has been great. The dark steel color looks really nice and the touch screen is a nice touch and is pretty responsive. There are plenty of modes to choose from and you can adjust soil level, dryness, how much detergent is used, etc within the modes or just leave it at the default. The are 2 fairly large reservoirs at the bottom for detergent and softener so if those are used, you can go 40-50 loads of laundry before having to add more. Or of course you can use pods which is what we are doing now. The combo unit paired quickly with the SmartThings app which provides an option to select washing mode, adjust the cycle, etc, as well as tracking electricity and water usage. The reduction in electricity usage is pretty evident if you track those things. We are able to wash/dry 2-3 loads of laundry for the same electricity usage as a 1 cycle of a front load pair bought in 2022. The machine also runs surprisingly quiet, even when the dryer part is going. You can set the unit for energy savings and it will also track how much electricity that saved vs running a normal cycle. So far we have only used the AI modes twice but will probably test them out more going forward. Cycles do take a little longer vs conventional washer/ dryer but the fact that you don't have to transfer the load from one unit to the other makes up for that. Plus, there's less wear and tear on the laundry because they don't get as hot. Overall, this unit is a keeper and we don't plan to go back to a conventional washer dryer setup anytime.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

I wasn't sure an appliance built to do the tasks of two separate appliances, a stand-alone washer, and a stand-alone dryer, could accomplish the tasks it was built for. I am a cancer patient and live in a two-story home. Unfortunately, my existing washer and dryer are downstairs and quite a distance from my master bedroom. I have been wanting to have a unit upstairs so I didn't have to do all that walking, especially on those days when I'm feeling really sick...dirty laundry waits for no one! The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel is a great appliance. Samsung didn't skimp when it comes to features. I really like the AI features which include both AI Optimal Dry and AI Optiwash. AI Optiwash detects the weight of your load and also the soil level. If it senses your clothes are really dirty, the machine will add some additional detergent to get your clothes cleaner. Adding more soap isn't the only thing you'll need though as the machine will also extend the cycle time to ensure your clothes get as clean as possible. AI Optimal Dry automatically selects the temperature and cycle after it senses how wet your load is. Using these two AI features does take longer than a normal cycle but I like the fact that I didn't have to do much thinking when it came to starting a load of clothes. The built-in LED screen is nice and bright and I really liked the option to pick my own avatar to walk me through the initial tutorial after I turned the machine on. One option that I really like is the fact that there is a light when you open the door. I highly recommend the WD53DBA900HZA for those of you who have a small space to put a washer and dryer. In the past, the only option was to get stackable units. With the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo, you can maximize the space above the machine for storage instead of having that second unit on top.

This machine is compatible with a regular outlet. You don’t need a 220 voltage outlet to plug it in. As long as you have a water hookup and a plug, you're ready to do laundry. The delivery people turned on the washer/dryer combo to be sure it worked. Well, I didn’t see what button they pushed to turn it on, so when I went to turn it on again I couldn’t find the on button. So I loaded the washer when they left and went to turn it on. The screen was blank. I looked on the owner’s manual; I called the hotline, I even chatted with the ai bot. Finally, the light hit it just the right way and I saw a little on/off button. I hit it and nothing happened for first two times, I hit a third time and this time it turned on. I felt like the sun came out after a month of rainy days. What I think is amazing about this machine is you can load up a lot of detergent and fabric softener into the bottom of the machine. It has 2 containers, one for each. The washer/dryer combo knows how much to take from each on each load of wash you do. So you load it up for the month and that’s it. You don’t touch it until the next month when you load it again. What a time saver. Another amazing feature on this machine is Wi-Fi connectivity. I can see where the load is at on my phone. I don’t have to keep running down the stairs into the basement to see where the load is during its cycle. Another amazing feature is you can actually turn on features like extra rinse, how much fabric softener to use, and how many spin cycles to use right from your phone. I absolutely love this machine. It is definitely a set it and forget it machine. You put the clothes in and come back in three hours and not only is it washed, but it is dry as well. This is a ventless dryer, making it safer than other dryers. Has a door on the side. You push to open the door, then pull out the lint box. Empty the lint and put it back in then Voila, turn on the machine again. My clothes smell so good after being ran through this washer/dryer combo. This machine has changed the way we do laundry in our house. I love this machine. I highly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What happens when you combine a large 5.3 cu. ft. capacity washer with tons of settings and a ventless dryer with smart connectivity, all made by one of the top electronics companies? You get one of the best laundry machines on the market! After the combo unit was delivered and installed, I went through setup and tutorial right on the unit's screen. That's right, no buttons or knobs here! The unit features a large 7 inch touchscreen LCD where all controls and settings are located. Linking the washer to your Samsung account is super easy through a QR code. Starting a wash is really easy, you simply pick one of the many, many cycles available. My first load was an official Tide POD mode. The load washed in about an hour and the dry cycle started almost immediately afterward. The entire medium sized load took 2 hours and 23 minutes. The fastest advertised load is 98 minutes, washed and dried. The large screen shows you all information during the wash and dry cycles. It shows, estimated time left as well as a tracking bar to let you know what cycle it's currently doing. Unlike my old dryer, the load was dry the first time! The sensor works very well as it did have to add an extra 20 minutes dry time, thanks to a large sheet I had added to the load. I was really impressed, the clothes smelled great and they were perfectly dried! Upon completion, the unit plays a tune and opens the door by itself, which is a great feature to vent out the interior and le the clothes cool off. All setting on the washer are also available through the Smart Things app. As mentioned before, linking is super easy thanks to the QR code. The app shows all information about the unit and cycle progress. The app also conveniently sends a notification when the clothes are done. One of my favorite things is the sheer amount of pre-set cycles available, including an AI powered mode that is supposed to save time and money. There is a section that shows your water and electricity usage, and how much you could have saved with the AI mode. Ai also learns your washing and drying habits and will display your favorite cycles on the main screen. Updates happen over Wi-Fi and after initial setup, there was already an update waiting, which refreshed the screen and some icons. Overall, I am in love with this washer and dryer combo unit! The unit has such a large capacity and I can throw in a big load and not have to worry about it until it's done. Combined with all the pre-sets, I highly recommend!

It also makes it easier to see all the settings at once vs. flipping through screens on the touchscreen. The capacity was a nice compromise. The cubic feet of my previous washer/dryer set was 4.2 Cu. ft. and 7.5 Cu ft, respectively. while this unit is 5.3 Cu. Ft. The total AI Combo cycle time compared to my previous washer & dryer set is slightly longer. But honestly, you don't really notice. I say that because you don't have to constantly check when the washing cycle is done and have to transfer your laundry over to the dryer. You don't have to worry about forgetting your wet clothes in the dryer to mildew, as the dryer cycle starts immediately after. They even have a 10 minute window setting if you want to add a dryer sheet between cycles. It also auto-adjusts the time. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry is surprisingly seamless and useful. It was the only cycle I've tested so far, on various laundry loads such as whites, darks, and even one with swimming clothes and lifejackets. It washed and dried perfectly. I didn't feel like I need to re-wash or add extended time to the dryer. Whatever sensors and AI processing they have in the unit appears to be working as expected. I did try the Flex Auto Dispense, which was new to me. My previous washer set had slide out drawers, but you filled it every load. I like that this has two dispensers and you only have to fill it once until empty. Makes loading the washer/dryer that much faster. The interior of the unit is very nice. The stainless steel drum is beautiful.. My only wish is that they make the interior light brighter. I like seeing my washing cycle to make sure the soap is doing its job. Other than that, no issues. The exterior is beautiful as well. It has a nice finish and the dryer vent, bleach dispenser, and auto-flex dispensers on the front and bottom of the unit are thoughtfully placed. To be honest, I didn't even know where to look when I first got the unit. It was that seamless. My wife and I think it's one of the nicest appliances we've ever had in our home. The install seemed pretty straightforward. The delivery team did all the install. It came with water lines and some additional accessories. I'm definitely saving electricity with this unit, and wish I could have gotten two. This unit is feature-packed and there are many more settings for me to try out. It's well built and sturdy. Hoping to get many more years out of it.

Having the smart things feature is great for the time and when each cycle is complete. We got the pedestal and would highly recommend getting it because the washer sits very low and having it puts it right at the size for me and I am just over 5 feet tall . The drawer on the pedestal is very convenient to have for storage. Capacity is very nice can fit a large load however it takes twice as long to dry. Touch screen is very convenient and fairly easy to use.

I was hesitant to purchase the combo after reading reviews of loads that were taking 5 or 6 hours, but my husband convinced me to get it anyway. I must say that the longest load time I have had since getting the combo three weeks ago was about 4 1/2 hours but it was a large load of blankets. The average time for washing and drying for me has been about 2 to 3 hours which is not bad considering it is both washing and drying. I appreciate the design aspect of the combo as well; it is very sleek and having only one machine created space in my laundry area for me to put up shelving. Considering my initial hesitancy to make this purchase, I am extremely pleased with my Bespoke combo and have been telling everyone I know that they need to get one!!

I loved it so much, I bought two! There's nothing like getting through your chores by wiping out the laundry in a matter of hours and because it washes and dries, you do not need to swap laundry out into the dryer. You simply visit the laundry room and it's done. The app tells you on your phone whats going on with the machine and when the cycle is complete, so there's no guesswork. They. are quiet and the display is crisp and easy to comprehend. It's also nice not to have to fill the detergent and softener so often as it self-doses and with accuracy, about 45 loads until you have to refill the containers.

I I bought this machine on 6/6/24 had it delivered 2 days later, delivery guys were great. I love this machine! I have used a few different wash types and love them all so far, and I REALLY love the delay wash feature. This saves me from having to rewash or dewrinkle my clothes all the time. The auto detergent and fabic softener feature makes things easier. I know I have only owned this about 3 weeks, but I give it 5 stars.

My family and I have been using our Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for over several months now and are very happy with it. For years in our garage we were using the typical washer and dryer separate units but there was no ventilation setup for the dryer. This caused damage to the walls. Since using this unit everything has been great. Even my mother likes it beacuse she can now not have to go and transfer clothing from one machine to the next. Make sure however to follow the warnings when the Bespoke alerts you when its time self maintenance for the dryer and wash after a certain number of cycles. Also always try to keep the vent clean. Only issue is the power button. More than likely the next model will correct the fact the button needs to be easily seen and accessible. We need a power button with a backlight. Love this machine. Hope the models have a proper power button and then most likely we would trade for it.

You’d have to run a complete cycle and add additional time with the “timed dry” feature once the first cycle is completed. It takes about 5 hours for the clothes to be done. The amount of clothes you are able to wash at a time is small as well. It can fit a handful of clothing but the big bulkier items would have to wait to either wash by itself or wash in a smaller load. As this tends to leave some of the clothes really damp. Since it’s an all in one it doesn’t take up much space. This does allow you to put this in apartments, studios, college dorms. The look of the combo is sleek. It does give modern and allows you to see clearly on what you’re selecting for your cycle.

Being able to get alerts about the status of the load on our phone and Samsung tv has been cool as well. We also like its AI wash mode.I also feel like the unit uses less water than our prior unit. Also love having an all in one unit, saved a ton of space in our laundry room. My only complaint is the lint trap channel in back (behind the actual lint trap) I had a large chunk of lint develop back there. Would love to see this fixed with an access port to clean better.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!

We know when the washer is done and the dryer is complete. You can select so many different options. You definitely have to allow lots of time for the full cycle. If you have hang dry, you can do delicates only without drying. It’s great! Your clothes wash and dry without having to move the laundry to another machine! And the best part, you store your detergent and fabric softener and the washer/dryer dispenses it for you! That’s a huge timesaver!

It is the second one after the first machine malfunctioned from the very first load after delivery and no matter how many times they came to fix it it could not be repaired. However Samsung service was wonderful and gave me a brand new machine and this one has been great. The only thing I will say has been a slight negative is that I live in Michigan and my machine is in my mud room off my garage. In the winter months it takes a very long time for my clothes to dry due to the cold. Other than that it’s a great product. 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this machine is that it washes and dries in one machine. I would always wash a load and forget to put it in the dryer. So problem solved. So far the only problem I’ve had is that when it’s in the drying cycle the clothes get tangled and come out wrinkled. I haven’t been able to find a way to have a heated dry cycle to get the wrinkles out, it only allows for an air dry cycle. That doesn’t get the wrinkles out. Other than that I am pretty happy with the machine. The drum has a huge capacity so comforters fit in easy. I like that it self cleans itself too.

It's quiet, obviously reduces space needed in the laundry which was a huge factor in me purchasing this unit. Having 2 front loaders in my laundry room was so overwhelming looking this single unit has brought about so many new design options for additional folding space etc in the room. The AI feature is probably my favorite. Items go straight from washer to dryer mode and I don't have to do anything. The biggest issue with AI is the fact you have to separate out the different fabrics. It auto opens the door so if you need to get clothes out before the dryer runs it allows you to do that and not allow damp clothes to sit there and smell. The app alerts are great so you don't even have to be in the house to know that the unit is done! I only gave it 4 stars and if I could do a 4.5 I would have! The time dry is a struggle. I have to run it on more dry twice in order for my clothes to be dry to my liking. I'm going to keep using it and seeing if it gets better as I play around with the settings.

The energy and water usage history is always showing 0 even after 3 washes. I have no idea it’s a software or sensor issue. Until the issue is fixed I will keep my one star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Samsung Bespoken Washer/Dryer combo for about two months now, and we absolutely love it! So easy to do laundry now. Throw it in, push a couple of buttons, and come back when the phone dings. What could be easier? Lint removal is a snap with a two inch soft painters brush, and the automatic washing of the internal lint route seems to be working fine. The load times ate quite reasonable, a normal load takes between two and two and a half hours. We gained much needed space and added a utility sink in that area. We love it and recommend to all our friends.
