Cuando compré el lavavajillas en la pagina se mostraba que quedaba al ras, pero a pesar de dejar el espacio que dicen las instrucciones 63.5 cms de fondo, el lavavajillas quedó salido, el tecnico dice que debe quedar asi porque samsung diseño el panel en la parte superior entonces debe quedar salido para poder manipularlo. Adicionalmente quedaron unos cauchos laterales negros a la vista, el tecnico dijó que es un diseño tambien de samsung. NO puedo creer que una marca en la que confio tanto no haya contemplado estas situaciones tan basicas. Adjunto imagenes de como se ve la instalación.

i can honestly say i’ve never loved a dishwasher before, but i do now. this dishwasher is beautiful. i love the white glass front so much - it’s easy to clean, and looks so nice in our kitchen. it has many features that i love: besides being extremely quiet and efficient, it automatically opens a few inches when it’s done so it doesn’t stay closed all night after being run, and it has a digital clock that shows how much time is left on a cycle. also! you can adjust the height of the middle rack, so if you have something tall you need to wash it’s easier to fit. i can’t think of anything else that i would hope for in a dishwasher.

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s stainless yet magnetic. Silent yet has lights so we don’t open it while it’s running! Dishes come out nearly perfect. This replaced a very loud plastic tub/door model and it performed flawlessly. Easy to add via smart things app. Storm wash is great. Filter is simple and easy to take out for cleaning. The dishwasher actually drys quite well if you use rinse aid both with or without door release. High temp dry does air gas’s off some oily smell, likely the sound deadening mats but it’s fleeting as we ad on more cycles.

There are just so many stand out features that I love. It is quiet. It cleans my dishes well. I can load the dishwasher and then from my phone set a time for it to run. So that it runs at night when I am not around. It also then auto opens the door when it's done running. So when I wake up. I just have clean dry dishes. I love how it connects to the smartthings app. So it reminds me if it ran out of rinse aid. When to clean it, and how many detergent pods I have left. It makes my life easier and looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love it!

I love the added rack for utensils as it allows you to remove the bottom utensil tray to fit large items or use it for added utensil space. The dishwasher is very sleek and modern. The dishwasher is extremely powerful using the StormWash+. This dishwasher is so quiet that you cannot even hear it running. It is wonderful to not hear the dishwasher running while you are trying to entertain or relax. The dishwasher also dried the dishes faster than I've ever experienced. We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is the way to go! The great thing about it is that is cleans my dishes spotless. It's quiet and effective. I love the fact that it doesn't have a heating coil to dry the dishes, but it has a unit similar to a blowdryer to dry the dishes. No more melted plastic ware on the bottom. This unit is near silent compared to my old dishwasher. The one thing that could be improved on the the 2 upper racks. The middle rack scary jets keep falling off 75% of the time when I pull out the rack. The top rack is a little close to the top spray nozzle so you have to becaureful how you load it, or it will hit the nozzle. All in all, it's a good dishwasher, I just hope they improve the rack situation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m extremely happy with my upgrade from Samsung Bespoke dishwasher. It is decently quiet and very efficient. The options for washing are diverse. I mostly utilize the quick wash. No residue and clean. The auto release door is my favorite feature. It allows the dishes to dry completely. The smart feature is a plus. You can start the load while away. I’ve had the dishwasher almost 2 months and have no complaints thus far. The sleek look compliments the look to match my other Bespoke products. I’m very fond of Samsung products. My last set from them lasted me 14 years!!! Well beyond the competition. Features. Efficiency and looks all in one!

Our Refrigerator has 2 top French doors, a bottom freezer and a middle changeable temperature drawer. Fantastic for white wine, drinks and beer. It has changed the way we buy and store food. It is so easy to find everything. The Dishwasher is programable and is a huge improvement over out old one. the Microwave has a ton of program options and has great venting. The gas range is beautiful and performs well. The serial number on the range is absurdly hard to find. It is located under the left burner control knobs and can only be seen if you open the oven door and look upside down.

The features and cycles are cool. You can program it to run a few hours later and it runs super quiet. It has an air dry setting instead of having the coil on the bottom. You wash plastic items without worrying about it melting. The door opens when there is 15 minutes left and that helps with the dry and there is no water odor left behind. The best dishwasher I have ever owned

I can fit larger utensils and odd-sized bowls easily without playing Tetris. • Noise Level: It is incredibly quiet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this dishwasher has a design flaw that causes the sprayer arm attached to the top rack to keep falling off. We thought it was a defect in the first unit but the replacement unit has the same issue and almost every night we have to struggle to snap the spray arm back. It is cumbersome and irritating. The quality of the components does not seem to live up to Samsung's reputation. We are Samsung household but unfortunately will not be getting another one after this terrible experience.

Had this just over 12 months. Never worked correctly. 9 service visits from SAMSUNG (Service Quick) they cannot fix it . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Their support is a joke. I’m have spent hours/days…. They all start back at square 1. See VIDEO and they say this is ok. It’s insanity. The unit is unsanitary and I wish I could just return it. the filter is not dirty that’s the scum/mold that grows on it from the issue Again I’ve given them 9 tries and they cannot fix its Enough is Enough

(GE) It is solid and doesn’t feel “cheap “ Has an adjustable top rack that I like for bulky items and it’s easy to keep clean on the outside. Installer was quick and professional and it doesn’t “wiggle “ in cabinet like the old one even though it is the same size as old dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering buying it.

We’re remodeling our home and decided to finally upgrade our dishwasher. I read many reviews nd saw a lot of complaints about the white being more of a grayish white, but I was hoping they were wrong. Nope. They were on point. I don’t understand why there is a contrast between the fridges “glass white” and the dishwashers “glass white” . The gap on the top is the worst! Now I’m stuck with a non white “white glass” that has a big gap between the countertop and dishwasher. I’m super bummed because the dishwasher itself is super nice and quiet. It cleans the dishes well, but the color and gap are eye piercing.

This is a solid dishwasher. It's integration into the Smartthings ecosystem is nice. Notifications pop up on our fridge, TVs and phones. However, the rating is a 5 because it has some design flaws. In thought, the auto opening door function is a no brained. In practice, the feature works 80% of the time. Secondly, the middle shelf has design flaws. See posted pics. This review comes after having the dishwasher for almost 2 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this dishwasher very efficient, but it is quiet! Very impressive if you ask me! . We ran it the first day we installed it, the light on the front indicated it was running however I didn’t think it was running because it was so quiet. I had to do a double take. Using the auto feature which senses the amount of dirt in the water the Samsung runs a shorter wash cycle than just setting for a standard run cycle. The three racks all appear to have a superior system for supporting themselves. The racks don’t feel like some cheap design, and I have some experience with other dishwashers where the plastic wheels on the racks are just not up to the task. Rest assured that these racks are in my opinion better designed than all the other dishwashers that I have had in my life and the several homes I have had. Dishes are always clean, never had any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This very quite dishwasher is packed with awesome features. It has auto door release at the end of the cycle with fan (best ever), storm wash (that removes toughest residues), tunable dry cycle, and for super fine tuning you can use smart things. We highly recommend it. It is a blessing to turn it on late at night and let it do its thing and in the morning you have clean dry dishes. This has been a problem for us since forever because we had to remember to open the dishwasher door open at the end of the cycle and we would often forget it and the dishes wouldn't be dry. This dishwasher not just doing that automatically, but also has a built-in fan to circulate the air ensuring dishes are perfectly dried. Its fingerprint resistant door makes cleaning a lot easier and you don't have to see your fingerprints on the the door all the time especially if you have small kids at home.

This makes it awkward to get dishes on the bottom rack into and out of the dishwasher. We had a service person in to check it out and he told us that was normal. No it isn’t. We’ve had many dishwashers including other Samsungs and this has never happened. I wouldn’t recommend it if this is ‘normal’ for this brand.

The dishwasher that I had before this was a unit that has the heating coil at the bottom to "Dry" the dishes. So I could never put my plastic ware at the bottom due to the risk of it melting. But he Samsung Dishwasher does not have the coil. What it has is "Smart Dry" technology. . . .Think of it as a whisper quiet hair dryer in your dishwasher that circulates hot air to dry the dishes, in combination with the door automatically opening after the cycle is done to help further the drying process. The 3rd rack above is a life saver . . .so perfect for your flatware and utensils. My favorite part of this Samsung Dishwasher is the Smart Wifi that easily syncs to your Smarthings app. You can control the dishwasher and get notifications. Oh yeah! It's Quiet and Pretty too!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is! I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen. Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. All the features and wash cycles of this dishwasher are awesome. I can have it programmed to start a few hours later, I can do a small load on the lower rack without running the top rack. It has air dry instead of a coil on the bottom so I can wash any plastic without worrying about it melting. This dishwasher has a mode for washing pans with stuck on food that's pretty great just make sure you scrape off the extra food with no rinsing required. I bought the black stainless and it goes well with my black and stainless stove great! This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! What's really cool is there's a timer telling you when the wash cycle is complete.

Bought it a few weeks ago and had it installed by Samsung. Dishwasher is great, but installation was a disaster. Installers could not communicate, refused to install the dishwasher under the counter (they claimed that the door needed to be sticking out so you could operate the panel on top), they were unable to communicate, had never installed this model before, and did not even have hose clamps to install. I will have to spend extra time and money to fix this, and get it installed correctly. It is not fully balanced, the bottom plate was installed incorrectly (and bent in the process).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dishwasher a few months ago as part of Samsung Insiders Review Program. I generally rate my dishwasher appliances under these criterias: 1) Ease of use and durability 2) Degree of cleanliness 3) Duration of cycles Here are my responses to my criterias above. 1) Incredibly easy to use. This dishwasher has three trays as seen in the picture which allows for multiple and various different items that can be washed in one cycle. The buttons, while they are tactile, are very response and very easy to use. 2) Very clean, and better than my prior generation of a different competing brand. I think what is important is that you choose the right clean cycle, i.e. heavy cycle for a large load of dishes and regular for something lighter. 3) The regular cycle is several hours but you have the optionality for an express cleaning which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this machine for those looking for a sleek and viable dishwasher for everyday use.

I wanted the ability to connect to our SmartHub, have a third rack, and be quiet! Our new Samsung hits it out if the park in all three areas. But, I have other features that I never thought of but now appreciate. The ability to see how much time is left in the cycle is so convenient. I try to keep one "water" appliance running at a time so do not use my washer when it's in use. I absolutely love that the door automatically opens when it hits the drying cycle. No more steamy or spotted glasses. Since I started on my own my moms comment to always wash all food off the dishes has been hammered in ny head. I didn't rinse off egg on our breakfast dishes and it came right off. I was amazed. Back to the noise.... its SO quiet you will swear you didn't turn it on. I am so pleased I took the plunge with our new Samsung. I look forward to completing our kitchen with other complimentary appliances.

I have had this dishwasher 1 1/2 years and already there is a crack in the top of the door and it is starting to separate. It is only me here and I use this only a few times a week when hosting dinners for guests so I wouldnt expect to see this already. It is very poor quality.

I love being able to put my utensils up here. this dishwasher has gotten my dishes cleaner than any other dishwasher I have used. I love that I can log on to my phone and choose what settings to clean. You can also only use part of the dishwasher for smaller loads. This is nice for when the kids are not home and there are not many dishes to wash. The dishwasher notifies my phone when it is done but also pops open the door, This is a great reminder for the kids that the dishes need put away, but it does away with the excuses that they didn't know if they were clean. There is a power wash for the dirtier loads and it works like a charm every time. We cook a lot but have very busy lives so having a dishwasher that can keep up with us and help us keep on track is a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this dishwasher! I love my Smarter things app and having everything in one place so that I can control it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how beautiful this dishwasher is. The balck stainless outside, stainless steel inside look gorgeous. The unit is so quiet I'm amazed. The smart features in the Smart things app are amazing, see picture. They are actually very useful. As I walk up to bed I can simple ask Bixby or Google assistant to start the dish washer. It also shows you how much time is left on the wash, allows you to save settings and cycles. It even has a dishwasher tab counter to help order more soap tabs when needed! You can even send it schedules to self clean itself. This dishwasher is our new favorite thing in our kitchen. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. I have never had a dishwasher do that before. Also the recessed handle on the model we went with makes it more elegant and blends in better with the cabinets around it. It also is much safer for those with little ones because they won't hang on it and possibly fall. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a much-needed update from my old dishwasher that was no longer effectively cleaning my dishes. It has so many convenient features. It is very spacious with 3 racks instead of the usual 2. The top rack is convenient for larger and longer utensils as well as smaller items. The racks are also adjustable to accommodate large dishes and/or pots and pans. It has several wash cycles and options, including a 60-minute express wash and a StormWash feature to target dishes that need more intense cleaning. It is also so quiet, I can't hear it at all when it is running. Besides my dishes coming out sparkling clean now, my favorite upgrade is the ability to connect to Samsung's SmartThings app with Wi-Fi. I get notifications on my TV when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher door also auto-releases at the end of the cycle, so no guessing on whether or not I forgot to turn it on.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and its efficiency. Samsung has outdone itself again with this appliance and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised with how well this dishwasher cleans, but that's not surprising given Samsung's reputation for high-quality products. In fact, Samsung has taken over my entire kitchen. The dishwasher runs quietly at 42 decibels, so it doesn't interfere with our television viewing. It has a considerably larger capacity inside than my previous one, so we don't have to run as often (have a household of 4). The third rack can be used to store silverware or Tupperware lids, freeing up space on the bottom rack for plates. I wish there was a bit more place on this rack for little bowls. The center rack can be adjusted up or down to accommodate taller objects. Although we try to semi-clean the dishes before we put them in, it has a Stormwash mode that cleans even the toughest of crusted food particles on the plate. The center rack can be adjusted to fit taller objects. It works well with wine glasses, water bottles, and coffee mugs. Every time, the dishes and glassware are pristine. It boasts a clever energy-saving mechanism that helps dry the dishwasher by opening it allowing them to air dry.

First Impression: Appearance - What an elegant looking dishwasher! Very well put together and looks sleek! Loading/ First wash - we were finally able to run our dishwasher for the first was last night. There were times where I thought I hadn’t started the wash cycle because it’s so quiet that I thought it was off! Our last dishwasher sounded like a Mack Truck driving through our kitchen! Loading the machine was fairly easy and straight forward. We really like the utensil basket and how much can be washed at one time. Although we had a bowl that wasn’t completely washed, the rest of the dishes were spotless and dry! Our last washer had a tough time drying. The third rack is something new to us but, I can see how useful it can be! I can’t find much wrong with the machine yet although, my only grip so far is that the controls can be a little bit of a hassle to press because they sit just below the lip of our countertop.

First of all it gets the basics right , there is lot of room to fit all our dishes in its 3 adjustable racks and it cleans very well even in its normal cycle mode . Dishes come out sparkling clean and dry cycle after cycle . It runs bery quiet as well, you can barely hear it running ! For heavy duty cleaning the Stormwash mode is amazing . I love the fact that there is a small rack at the top that I can put pointy utensil like chopsticks in, where it won't slide down the rack. That can get really annoying. The smart system is pretty cool. It tells you when the wash is complete. It also has a option to clean the dishwasher. I also like the fact that it opens when it is complete and starts heating the items inside to dry it. Cons: I normally have something negative to review for a product but for the most part, I have not come up with one for this item yet. It is easy to use and does its job perfectly and did I mentioned QUIETLY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I purchased this model after helping my Mom upgrade to a similar model last fall. We have both been equally pleased with our Samsung dishwashers, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade. The biggest surprise is just how much I can fit into this dishwasher, it's huge! We have a family of six so this really helps cut down on how often we are running it. I love having the silverware tray on top; the middle rack is very flexible; and the bottom rack is great. Most importantly, the dishwasher is doing a good job cleaning and drying. Gel detergent works well, and pods seem to work especially well. I especially like the auto release feature - it cuts down on confusion as it visually signals to family members the dishwasher is "clean". It is super quiet and if you're upgrading from an older model, you will wonder at first if it's actually running! Smart dry is also a great feature allowing flexibility in where you place plasticware. Overall, I am very impressed and, surprisingly, have no suggestions for improvement. However, the manual didn't explain some of the features well, but these are easily found online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely beautiful cleaning machine that is as quiet as it is strong at cleaning. I highly recommend this for not only its looks but its functionality! I am really impressed with how well it cleans dishes on all three racks regardless of the size of the dishes loaded into it. The auto open door function is an added treat that not only signals when the dishes are clean, but help to air dry the contents and reduce the chance for mildew. It was a breeze to install, in fact, it took more time and energy to uninstall the old unit than put in the new one. We are still playing around with the unit and discovering all of the features like the smart sense app integration. If you are not techno-savy it works beautifully independently as a plain old dishwasher with intuitive button controls. This unit is well worth the investment in my opinion and having a 12 year old Samsung refrigerator, their quality has only gotten better over the years. The stainless steel finish matches our other ss appliances in the kitchen even though our microwave and range are from another manufacturer. There is no gold hue to the nice white steel that you get with other brands that use cheaper stainless. Put simply, I am thrilled with our purchase and feel that Samsung has hit this one out of the park.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers, including my last dishwasher. After several weeks of use I love the Samsung dishwasher with it's smart dry features! It has several different cleaning and drying options, and I love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. I've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs, from bottom rack only, to storm wash. I'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit all the different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. For those that love Yeti cups as much as me, you can fit a full size Yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise and the only dishwasher I've used that can do that! The stainless finish stays surprisingly clean, even with kids and dog that like to mess with it regularly. The buttons and options are intuitive and I was able to get comfortable with it in short time. I don't see a lot of value in the smart things app for the dishwasher, so haven't used it I highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience and have the dishes actually come out dry after a cycle.

It's starts with its sleek black, stainless steel appearance that perfectly matches the aesthetics of my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. The buttons on the top light-up and are easy to press. The door handle is built-in, so there is not an extra bar hanging off the front. It gives it a clean, crisp finish. I love that I can see how much time is left on the front of the dishwasher door without having to open anything. It's a light-up display when the dishwasher is turned on. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. One is adjustable which is super helpful when trying to clean larger items on the bottom and/or travel coffee mugs on the top rack. It is also easy to move back and forth - which makes it functional. I love the mini rack at the top - perfect for cleaning cup lids and silverware. I think that my silverware is cleaner because of the way it lays on the top rack. The water is able to get in between and my silverware is cleaner because of it. Finally, my favorite feature is that the door pops opens toward the end of the cycle. This allows the dishes to dry completely. They are completely dry when they come out - no more having to use a towel to finish drying the plates and cups after running a cycle. This is by far my favorite feature. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Already owning the Bespoke Refrigerator/Freezer, which we love, we wanted to try their dishwasher. There is so much to love about this unit! First, the stainless-steel interior is gorgeous. Stainless has so many advantages over plastic in the long run. The internal jet system is intricate and puts out a lot of power. The racks are well designed and hold a lot of dishes. If you have larger items for the upper or lower rack, the upper rack can adjust up or down to create more space.When running the system is very quiet while doing an excellent job of cleaning. My favorite part is the Wi-Fi capability. I can control the cycles or prewash, etc., all from my phone. It also alerts me on the progress and when the cycle is complete. No more wondering when it is done. The Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher also has a timer on the unit to show a countdown of time remaining. This is also my first dishwasher that has a dedicated top rack specifically for silverware. This makes putting things away much quicker and convenient. Also, like the Refrigerator, it is customizable. We opted for the white glass front to match the white glass door fridge. Overall, I am highly impressed with the unit and its cleaning ability. I also love how at the end of the cycle, the door auto opens a little to assist with the drying process. You will need Jet Dry or something like it to completely take advantage of everything this dishwasher has to offer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our SamsungSmart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel and we weren’t able to install it right away because of the way our old dishwasher and the flooring had been installed in our 30+ year old house. It was impossible to remove the old dishwasher without removing tile so we had to have our flooring guy come out to remove tile, install the dishwasher and replace tile. As luck would have it, the previous owners had left some of the flooring tile behind and there was just enough to replace the tile we had to remove. Our old dishwasher was made and installed in 1999 so this one is quite a difference. The 42dBA is so much quieter we can barely tell it’s on. We get notified on our phones and the TVs when the cycle is complete. We never used a rinse aid in the old dishwasher and would never had remembered to refill it if we had but this one lets us know when it’s time to refill. It also let us know it was time to run a self-clean cycle. As that’s one of the download cycles , my husband couldn’t find it on the machine itself and so he went over to our Four-Door Flex with Family Hub and looked it up and was able to download the cycle and run it from the refrigerator. Integrated appliances. We love the adjustable middle rack and have used it in both positions several times. The StormWash+ has worked well on pots with spaghetti sauce and the like. It’s easier to load than our old dishwasher and pots and pans fit better. My husband really likes the slots for flatware. All in all we are really enjoying our new Samsung dishwasher!

Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.

There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.

The house we bought last year came with a builder grade dishwasher that has been really disappointing as far as cleaning and how noisy it is when it runs... So noisy that we couldn't run it at night because it would keep us up. We jumped on the opportunity to upgrade to a Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ through the Insiders Try It program when they became available. I'm so glad we did! We've been using it at least once a day for the last almost two weeks and are 100% please with the purchase. The StormWash+ has this amazing third row for large utensils, the rack height is more adjustable than other dishwashers we've tried, and also has more wash settings. The overall appearance is sleek and completely fingerprint (and dog paw/nose) resistant. The other thing I love about this DW is that the display controls are actually hidden once you close the door, so no more bumping into it and turning it on or off mid cycle. It's also smart enough to tell you when the Finish is low and needs to be replaced AND you can start it with your phone (as long as the door is closed and you have wifi). Have you ever had trouble with your dishes completely drying once the cycle was completed? Not in this model... The door automatically opens to allow more airflow for dryer dishes and spot free glassware. Over all the dishes are SO much cleaner with this model (DW80B7070US) than I've experienced with any other. We've always pre-washed all of our dishes before adding them to the dishwasher but you don't have to do that with this one. The extra jets and turbo functions on this model are so reliable that you don't have to waste water pre-washing. My favorite thing about this DW is that it's so quiet that we thought it wasn't working... And it's been that quiet for each load we've run since. The only noice it makes is when it's done and when the water drains. Do yourself a favor and just upgrade your dishwashing experience now and thank me later!

The open concept living area and kitchen were on our list as we love to entertain. However, the existing dishwasher was just too loud for the heart of our home! We have always had great luck with our Samsung appliances, and we knew that the 42 dBA Smart Dishwasher was going to be a gamechanger for us. Not only is the dishwasher very quiet, but it also integrates nicely into our Smartthings home. Following the simple setup instructions, it wasn't long before we were falling in love with the large capacity, efficient cleaning, quiet operation, and job completion notifications that display on our TVs and smartwatch. The stainless steel finish on the inside is easy to clean and the various rack adjustments make cleaning up after a weekday lunch or weekend party a breeze. Something that really impressed us was the top rack that works perfectly for silverware. We were used to the silverware caddies on almost all dishwashers, and this one still comes with one, but we use the top rack exclusively for silverware. It keeps the silverware separate and it makes does a great job cleaning every fork, spoon, or knife, the first time, every time. Additionally, by not using the silverware caddy, and by utilizing the toolless adjustable racks and rack heights, we are finding that our large places and server ware are able to easily fit in one load. These flexible loading options enable us to reduce the number of loads we run and reduce the manual effort of washing these larger items. I cannot express enough how quiet this machine runs! A few steps away and the machine is practically silent! The Smartthings integration for routines and monitoring the status of jobs and machine status is a much-appreciated feature. Also, the door kicks itself slightly open at the end of the job to help the dishes dry more efficiently, and encourages you to put those dishes away. I cannot recommend this dishwasher enough!

There have been times where I have forgotten that the dishwasher was actually running, if it wasn’t for the timer display on the front door. My last dishwasher I could hear on the second floor of my house. This dishwasher is full of amazing and options and features which I will go over on my review. This is a smart dishwasher that can be controlled via the Smart things’ application. The app allows you to set the washing features and send that cycle to the dishwasher. The application also allows you to monitor and cancel, pause and the end wash cycle. The app also allows you to download cycles which are not available as button options such as a Baby care, Self-Clean, Pot and Pans and plastic. This washer features 7 wash cycles and a Smart Dry with the auto release door. The smart-dry cycle circulates the warm air and opens the door a few inches for better drying performance and so far, every time that I have used the function, it has worked great. Everything comes out the dishwasher nice and dry. The wash cycles can be paired with High temp wash and the sanitize option. The High temp wash rinse the dishes during the main wash with hot water to improve the cleaning performance and the Sanitize option uses hot water in the final cycle of the wash to sanitize everything. Another key feature of this dishwasher is the StormWash+ option. The StormWash+ option uses the dual arms and the spray jets to deliver more water for a better cleaning performance. I use this feature every time we do our dishes and our dishes could not be any cleaner. One of my favorite features of this dishwasher is the Pre-Blast cycle. The Pre-Blast cycle is about a 10-minute cycle that pretty much removes any stuck-on and stubborn foods. I have tested this feature out with some of our pots and pans before the actual wash cycle and it will remove all those stubborn stuck on food and you will no longer have to rinse anything before placing them in the dishwasher. Overall, my family and I love our new Samsung StormWash+ dishwasher. It has cut out our pre-rinse process and our dishes come out of the dishwasher looking brand new and the best part is that we don’t even know it is working while it’s at hard at work cleaning all of our daily dishes.

I have owned the prior model (non-bespoke) and it had a few fewer bells and whistles, but this one has it all. The BeSpoke edition lets you choose from multiple glass color options to design the appearance to match perfectly with your kitchen motif. It has a premium designer look that will compliment any kitchen décor. Aside from being connected and controllable by your phone through wi-fi, it cleans phenomenally well. It has a cycle for everything, and it has a free spot for you to download additional cycles via the phone application. There are seven wash cycles, which include: Auto, Normal, Heavy, Delicate, Express 60, Pre-Blast, and Download Cycle. For my download cycle, I chose pots and pans heavy-duty cycle. There are also 8 additional options for use during each cycle. These include: Half load (Lower Rack), StormWash+ Hi-Temp Wash, Sanitize (NSF Certified), Delay Start, Control Lock, Smart Control (Wi-Fi), and Smart Dry. The main cleaning feature of this dishwasher is Samsung's patented StormWash cleaning, which guarantees clean dishes. Essentially, the dishwasher uses its extra arms to rain down additional water to help remove stubborn food debris. Some cycles are a little long, especially the StormWash cycle, but it gets the job done. The dishwasher is near silent at 42dBA. I can't even tell its running most of the time. This model features dual wash arms, which is a step up from the single-arm in the prior generation. It also has a stainless-steel interior, which helps cut down on cleaning and annoying dishwasher smells. There are three racks inside, including a top rack for silverware. This is a great feature as it gets the silverware spotless without taking up room on the lower racks for a silverware basket. However, my favorite feature is the Smarty Dry with the door that opens by itself when the cycle is complete. This allows for the dishes to dry perfectly. Another difference from prior models is the digital display on the front that shows how much time is left in the cycle. Before this update, you had to peek between the counter and the top of the door to see the remaining time. Finally, there is an option to delay the start of the dishwasher and a digital leak sensor so don’t worry about destructive dishwasher floods. You cannot find a more feature-rich dishwasher on the market, especially one that cleans so well.

The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.

This dishwasher worked great for about 20 months after purchase. One of the features I really liked is that the door opens slightly 15 minutes prior to the end of the drying cycle, to vent the steam and facilitate the drying process. However... after 20 months of daily use (I live alone), the detergent dispenser has now failed (doesn't open anymore) along with the rinse agent dispenser. I've also noticed that the upper rack is starting to rust. This thing is falling apart way too early.

My first impression of the new Samsung dishwasher was that it was sleek and looks like it can hold a whole lot. We do have a big household so that is a plus. I love the different options it has as well. After a few uses, the dishwasher didn't seem roomy enough, so I took out the utensil rack on the bottom rack and utilized the very top rack. After finding out how to arrange the utensils on the top rack, it was a game changer. LOVE how clean and organized it is. It is SO quiet. The only thing I would change about this dishwasher is for it to have a dry option by itself. Also- there is a slight delay when choosing the options. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Switching the panels is very easy. Not only does the dishwasher look nice, but it works great. My favorite feature is the storm wash+. Storm wash feature makes sure all the food that's baked on pots and pans comes off. The smart things app is also nice. It alerts me when my cycle has been completed. I also love how much the Rinse aid spot holds. I don't have to worry about filling it up All the time. This dishwasher isn't noisy. I have no complaints about it.

this is only a comment about the finish of the bespoke "white glass" dishwasher. it's grey, not white. next to our actual white cabinets, the difference between the posted photos on this web site and the real thing we received today are like day and night. it doesn't matter how good the machine may be, it's not white and we must regretfully return it and look for a different machine. be warned if you are looking for a white dishwasher, this one probably ain't it - it's a dull grey to my eyes - unless you are matching it to other samsung "white glass" appliances. too bad, it ticked all the right marks otherwise.

We needed something quieter and decided to get this one. We haven’t been disappointed with this feature. It’s so quiet that sometimes I double check to make sure it’s actually on and washing. The dishes come out clean without spotting. At the end of the drying cycle the door pops open to allow excess humid air to escape – this is great because I don’t have to towel dry residual water from the dishes. They are completely dry and ready to put away. The only drawback for me is the lack of space for taller things like cookie sheets. They fit, but only if you remove the bottom rack cutlery basket and use the top rack shelf. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. All in all, we are very happy with our new, *quiet* Samsung dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher for a new house we built and moved into a year ago. I don’t know where to start. I couldn’t possibly recommend the Samsung Bespoke appliances more highly. I also bought the fridge and propane gas stove to match. For the cost, it’s beautiful, contemporary design just can’t be beat. Every feature has far outperformed other appliances we’ve purchased for other homes. The dishwasher is whisper quiet, cleans meticulously and is well organized. It dries dishes completely and efficiently without wasting heat to do so annd the door pops open when it’s finished. Our appliances are white, which is what I was looking for. Stainless appliances now seem dated to me.

I love the sleek design and the recessed handle. The fact that it works with the smart things app is amazing. I can connect it to my phone to run when I need. The stainless steel finger print resistant is so great for young kids. The adjustable racks are good and I was excited to use, but they don’t fit any of the items I need them to when adjusted, or the bottom racks fall. The smart dry doesn’t dry out plastic items even with 3 hours runs, I still have to manually dry them. The buggiest concern for me is the racks configuration, they don’t point in a way that allow items to dry/be cleaned. I hope they will continue to improve these racks to match the other upgraded feature that sold me on this dishwasher.

It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. I love the feature for the silverware on the top third rack. I’ve always wanted this feature and have found it’s great to keep the silverware clear and more organized. It has a time display which is very convenient for my busy household. The best part about the dishwasher is that it is a smart dishwasher, and we can control it with the Smart Things application. We can set when we would like a load to start even if we’re not home! You can also select a specific cycle such as baby care, plastic, pots, etc. the dishwasher also has an auto release and will open as soon as the cycle is complete. I had high hopes for this dishwasher due to it's modern design and technical features, such as its ultra quiet running, auto dry/opening of the door. The third flat rack also seemed like a nice feature. I installed the unit myself and it was not difficult to do. Took me about one hour between removing my old unit and installing the new. It seamlessly hooked up to WiFi via the Smart Things Samsung app. The dishwasher's black stainless exterior is gorgeous and all stainless interior tub is the best way to go! Where this unit falls flat, is the racks. The racks seem to be pretty cheap and my wife and I are still figuring out the best way to load all our dishes into it. I did have to call Samsung support after installation because I could not get the unit to work. Turns out the child lock was on, so it was a simple fix. Support was easy and quick to get on the phone. Apparently they are available 24/7 through text as well.

Pros: Love the minimal look and simplicity of the dishwasher. The app is helpful as well to notify you when cycles are done, download new cycles and if levels are low. All else is great, noise, cleaning, etc. Cons: I wish the interior organization system was a little better. This could just be our unusual plates / bowls. I also wish there was a downloadable 30-45 min cycle. The quickest cycle currently is 60 mins and I feel like a faster one would be helpful for lighter loads or just to save money. All in all, I'd buy it again but would love to see some of these changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm at that point in life where I've lived in a bunch of places, owned and replaced more than a few appliances, and so I've come to value quality and reliability. Now, I haven't owned this dishwasher long enough to comment on reliability, but I can say it is very high quality. It replaced a Samsung model we had and the updates are apparent. This dishwasher has plenty of room and easy to adjust height of the middle rack to allow more room on the lower rack if needed. It runs so quiet that you will not know it is operating. If you owned a dishwasher from 10 or more years ago, you know how loud they used to be. This model has a stainless steel interior, and controls along the top of the door. I really like the handle in front as that keeps fingerprints off the front! The best thing about it is how good a job it does washing AND drying your dishes. I haven't had any dishes come out where I've had to go back and wash by hand. The plastic cups we have are almost dry after a cycle whereas in the old dishwasher they would still be wet. The filter is easy to access and clean. I love this dishwasher and look forward to using it for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. There are no words to describe the silence of this dishwasher. My previous dishwasher was so loud, I guess I was just used to it, but I could hear it several rooms away. I often find myself now, asking "Is It On?" I have to go look and see if the timer is counting down - yes, it's that quiet. The features are also great! Love that I can have the door pop open during the last few minutes of drying. The dishes are always dry and I know if the door is open, they are also clean. The cycle is pretty long, clocking in at over 2 hours for a normal cycle, but since it's so quiet, you don't even notice it. Love the third rack for longer utensils and cooking items. I wish the normal silverware holder could be split in half and give me more room on the main level, as I find myself only using half the silverware container now. My only wish would be that it "remembered" the options I selected, such as pop open door, and hot water wash for the next time I use it. Instead, I have to select each option, each time. Minor inconvenience though for this dishwasher. The stainless steel appearance is very sleek and elegant looking as well. Overall, love this dishwasher!
