I was worried about the fit, but after a quick adjustment, they stay in my ears perfectly. The Noise Cancelling works way better than I expected. My favourite feature is definitely the "Voice Detect"—it lowers the music volume so I can talk without having to stop my songs. Great value for everyday use, highly recommend!

I was trying to buy the buds 4pro but mistakenly bought the buds 4 and am not pleased it cant even fit into my ears properly it fells off easily hw i wish i can return it

That said, they're incredibly comfortable and coming from Buds 3 non-Pro, they're a marked improvement in comfort. No issues with them staying in place, haven't felt like they've been close to falling out. ANC is excellent, easily blocks a noisy room without any issue, keeping sound clear. As ever the auto connect to Samsung devices makes use very easy and they can swap between devices easily for quick use. Lastly, they look great too, really impressed by them all in all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro pre-order, along with S26 Ultra, received on 6th March ahead of general UK release date. Love the smooth "blade" prefer this to the previous Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, don't miss the blade light either, thought that was pretty ineffective, if you have them in your ears what's the point (other than advertising to other people)? ANC active noise cancelling *is* better/enhanced when compared to my Buds 3 Pro, I think the Bluetooth range is slightly improved too, I live in a 200 year old cottage with walls like a fortress - can stream audio when in the basement without dropping signal! Voice activated feature could be useful, however personally I prefer not to use this, never have. Battery duration is adequate, not in the habit of keeping earbuds in for 5+ hours myself and never gave the Buds 3 Pro a caning either so think there's ample "juice" - even using ANC. Audio quality and clarity when paired with my S26U Ultra will keep me satisfied, all-in-all continue to love the Buds 4 Pro eco system.

Quiet identical with Bud 3pro. With a dual-driver system, they produce clear highs, rich mid's and deep bass for an immersive listening experience. The active noise cancellation works great and reducing background noise while maintaining audio clarity. Battery life depends on the use but can last 6 to 7 hours on full buds and case charge. Listening to my music has been a delight and I couldn't be happieier. The AI-features on the buds are a pleasant extra that I didn't know what to expect I would get from, but this extra has been a bit of a revelation for me. They look great too, with a very modern and stylish design, and they've been put together with total quality. My only negative would be the in ear fit, as they can be a little loose and there's no way to fix that really. But overall these are really good and would recommend them to anyone who wants to get the most out of their music listening.

The sound quality is excellent very clear with deep bass and balanced highs. Whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or the Qur'an, everything sounds crisp and immersive. The active noise cancellation works really well too. It blocks out a lot of background noise, which makes a big difference when I'm outside or driving. The comfort is another big plus. I've worn them for long periods and they sit nicely in the ears without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. The battery life has also been solid so far, easily lasting through the day with normal use.

The Samsung Buds 4 is the latest, improved version. The earbuds fit perfectly in the ear and stay securely in place even during intense activity. Listening to music is pure pleasure; the sound is full, there's no noise, and you can lose yourself in your favorite songs. Calls on the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 are fantastic; no unwanted noise interrupts the conversation. The only downside to the Galaxy Buds 4 is the lack of tips. The user experience would definitely be even better.

The touch controls on the sides are a nice touch, and the head gestures to answer and decline calls are an awesome feature, plus the charging box looks very fresh. My only gripe is that you don't get any charging cables with them, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, they look great and feel fantastic. Don't forget to download the Samsung wearable app for additional features if you're not using a Samsung phone.

They took a min to get use to putting in my ear correctly, but once they are in they sit comfortably, and are super easy to connect. They also are really intutive, i take them out and they know, the music and audio is really clear and you can adjust the volume really easily. They are super handy for hand free phone calls and dont pick up background noise and is actually clearer than when on my phone. They are super easy to charge and stay charged for a while. They are magnetic to the box so i would say they would be hard to lose as they slip back into the case. The design is really slick and modern and is also great for smaller ears. Overall i am happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I decided to give the Galaxy Buds 4 a go, I'm so pleased I did, they are sleek, modern and so much more comfortable for my ears than my old Buds. It did take some getting used to adapting to a different shaped bud but I'm very pleased with the fit and comfort of the Buds4. The sound quality is excellent, with active noise cancellation which is a great safety feature. I use the Buds4 everyday at work, the battery life has been great. I also use them on walks and theyve been fantastic; it's easy to pause and adjust the volume from the Buds4 themselves. I'm very pleased that I've upgraded to the Buds4.

I have the most weirdest shaped ears and always have problems with ear buds falling out but these just fit perfectly, and I am sure it is because of the design and because they are lightweight. There was no fidgeting to get them to stay in place they just do stay in place and don’t feel heavy. They were easy to set up, turned my Bluetooth on and that was it. The sound quality is something else, very clear and crisp, great for music and amazing at drowning out background noise. I was completely unaware that my kids were trying to talk to me until I turned around and saw them. I don’t know what else I can say, they are just great quality and worth every penny. Normally I don’t go for expensive ear buds but these are worth it. There is no cable with them but I am sure most people have one lying around .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when the Buds arrived, the packaging was compact and the buds were in a see through case which looked great. The set up was extremely easy to connect, Bluetooth recognised buds and as soon as I open the case they connect automatically to my phone. The downside for me is the fit, they don't fit securely enough that I would feel confident enough to wear outdoors especially if using when exercising. I also, struggle when using swipe controls, it is not easy to turn volume up and down, with them often falling out my ear at the slightest touch. The sound quality seems to be well but due to the fit this means the noise cancelling is ineffective. I did check on samsung website how to wear earbuds to help with fitting but no matter what I have tried nothing helps. While the sound and available features are good, the fit just doesn’t work for me, and because of that I would not recommend.

Audios quality is so much better coming from the galaxy buds pro. The active noise cancelling is great when using outside and on the train. Connecting to my phone was seamless. Took no more than a few seconds. Battery I'm sure will be great but will need to test this out in thr coming days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 for around two weeks now, and they’re really good for everyday use. Sound quality is rich, and the options to personalise and adapt the sound is such great feature. I’ve caught so many ‘hidden’ sounds in songs that I never noticed due to have poor quality with other headphones, so this really was a standout feature for me. The second being how comfortable they are to wear. I have very small ears and typically a lot of ear buds/ earphones won’t sit comfortably in my ears or stay in at all, the Buds4 can be worn for a long time with no discomfort and it doesn’t affect any of the sound quality either. Battery life is decent, and the gesture controls are clever and innovative, however I did find it a bit fiddly initially and it took some getting used to. The look and feel are great and classically Samsung, the size of the case is slightly bigger than what I’m used to but ultimately isn’t a big deal. Overall, the Buds4 are a great upgrade if you value sound quality, sleekness and comfort for a fair price. I've been converted and can't see myself straying from Samsung for ear buds now.

First of all, I always have trouble with earbuds because most of them don’t have silicone earbuds tips, so I find it hard to get them to fit my ears properly. That wasn’t a problem here because, despite the design, these earbuds fit my ears perfectly – I give them a huge thumbs up for that. The sound quality is stunning. I use them at the gym, so the music playing in the room and the noise from the machines (especially the treadmills) are cancelled out by the active noise cancellation. Even when I’m sweating, the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 stay firmly in place, they don’t budge, and the sound quality remains perfect. I have no trouble making voice calls using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4, and the call quality is excellent, the people I’m talking to can hear me very clearly. Connecting them to devices is very straightforward, and controlling them is simple too; the instructions that appear once they’ve been paired ensure that the operating procedure is clear. The packaging of the Galaxy Buds4 is very stylish, making unboxing them a real pleasure. The case is very well designed, compact and user-friendly. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and can wholeheartedly recommend the Galaxy Buds4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great pair of pods for the office and recreational use. Having previously had Samsung galaxy pods i was excited to get my hands on these. On opening them I loved that you can actually see the pods inside the case, what a great idea as with my previous ones I did misplaced them a few times not knowing they were not inside the case. I have used these for work calls and gym sessions, they fit nicely in my ear. For work calls they shut out external noise and are nice and loud. In the gym I love that you have to pinch them to operate modes or slide to turn up and down, so you will not get any accidental touches or song skips. From a full plug in charge I got about 3 hours use before needing to put back in the case to recharge. Then with the case charging I got 4 or 5 charges before having to actually plug into mains and charge the case again so they are great for travelling. Setting them up with my Samsung phone was flawless. I am very happy with them and how good they look . The sound is so crisp and clear when listening to music and the controls are easy to use. Probably more of an office/commute pod for me as I feel any vigorous activity they may pop out. But all in all I am very happy with them

The sound quality is - tick - exceptional. The lightness in my ear, the fact they stay in my ear during heavy exercise, sometimes I take the buds out to see if everyone else can hear what I hear. This is an exceptional piece of equipment, made even better by the fact they look so expensive in their steel! Highly highly recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds4 are a substantial from the Buds2 I already own, moving from a pebble shape to a new stem design which is different from the Buds3. with this in mind I was expecting positive changes to performance and I think this has been the case generally but there are limitations. Pros So first the positives. The build quality is a real step up and the 'blade' used for controls is a significant improvement that minimises mistaken button presses and music skips, I particularly like the volume slider. The sound quality is also clearer with crisper bass good mids and less shrill highs, my music tastes are varied, and they have been able to handle anything I have thrown at them. They have also been better with calls with people on the other end highlighting better reduction in background noise. Cons The updated design has been sold as easier to wear for longer periods and allow better sound but, for me, I prefer the Bud2s which seal my ear canal, and I think provide better ANC. I'll probably get used to this as time goes on but maybe I should have gone for the Pros. Verdict If you prefer a more plugged-in feel with deeper isolation then the Buds2 are still an excellent choice, however, if you want better call quality, clearer sound, and the modern AI features then the Buds4 make a worthy upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the Galaxy Buds 4, I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging. They are presented very nicely, as you would expect from a brand like Samsung. The look of the buds gives the impression that they are expensive and well made, you can tell the difference between these and other cheaper buds. The Bluetooth connection was slick and simple, connecting to my Galaxy S10 automatically, and the app interface is very helpful. The sound quality is excellent, both with music and calls. The fact there is an equaliser on the app is very helpful too. The controls on the buds take some getting used to. The "click and slide" feature on the side of the buds for turning the volume up and down resulted in pausing and playing the song I was listening to multiple times before getting used to it! The "open fit" with these buds, meaning there is no silicone tip, is unfortunately the one issue I have with these buds. If you're sat, or just walking around, then they are fine and stay in comfortably. However if you're working out, as I was on a rebounder, you may find they end up falling out of your ears more than staying in! The open fit also negates the noise cancelling ability of these buds, I could hear the TV over the song I was listening to. All in all, these are a very good pair of buds for people just going about their daily business, but if you need the noise cancelling technology or are planning vigorous workouts, maybe a pair with the silicone tips would be better like the Galaxy buds 4 Pro.

I’ve worn them for hours while working and even during walks, and I barely felt them. Sound quality is surprisingly rich for their size. The bass is present but not overwhelming, and vocals come through very clean. I listen to a mix of music and podcasts, and both sound great. Calls are also clear , people on the other end said they could hear me well even when I was outside. The design in white looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t feel flashy, just simple and modern. The case is compact enough to fit in my pocket easily, and I like how quickly it charges. Battery life has been solid for me. I don’t have to think about charging them every day, which is a big plus. I usually get through a couple of days of moderate use before needing to top them up. The redesigned fit is immediately noticeable—the earbuds sit securely in the ear without the need for constant readjustment, which was a frequent issue I experienced with the previous generation. Audio performance is a strong highlight. The sound profile feels well-balanced, with clear highs, detailed mids, and a solid level of bass that doesn’t overwhelm the overall listening experience. The Active Noise Cancellation is also very effective, blocking out a significant amount of background noise and making music and audio feel more immersive in everyday environments. Call quality has improved noticeably. I’ve been able to take calls outdoors, even in windy conditions, without the issues I had with the Buds 2. Voices come through clearly, and background interference is handled much better, making them far more reliable for calls on the go. Comfort is another area where these earbuds perform well. Once they’re in, they feel lightweight and barely noticeable, which makes them ideal for longer listening sessions. However, I have found that putting them in and taking them out can feel slightly uncomfortable at times. This could come down to personal ear shape, but it’s something I’ve consistently noticed. Battery life and connectivity have also been solid in my experience. The connection is definitely faster, more stable, and the earbuds easily last through daily use without any issues, adding to their convenience as an everyday device. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 feel like a well-refined upgrade. With improvements in fit, sound quality, noise cancellation, and call performance, they deliver a more polished and reliable experience while fixing many of the issues I had with the previous model.

So I have no comparison with other makes or earlier version; I can only compare them with my over-the-ear headphones. The initial set-up was easy and quick. It would have been even quicker if I had noticed that the Buds were trying to link to my tablet, while I was looking at my phone. Once that was sorted, it did not take long or much effort to link the Buds 4 to both. Now they are set up. they switch automatically to whichever of the two I am using to watch a video or listen to an audio track. I have also connected them to my (non Samsung) google tv. The sound is good. When I first put them on, they sound a bit 'thin'. But the adaptive 'Adjust sound to fit' option, which automatically optimises the sound to your ears, soon improved the sound. The 'balanced' option in the equalizer is fine for most of the music I listen to, but there are several other options available, including a custom one, for you to set your own preferences. I am very happy with the battery life. I used them on a train journey of 1.5 hours reduced the battery from full to 90%, indicating an overall life of several hours. Recharging is straightforward, using either an induction pad or a USB-C connector. I was not convinced by the noise control. It did not seem to make much difference on the train, probably because the Buds are not particularly close fitting. This has the advantaged that I am aware if someone is trying to talk to me, but it does allow for sound leakage round the buds. For convenience, they are much better than my headphones. I do not have to remember to pack them in my case, as they are small enough to have with me all the time. They are generally a whole lot less intrusive, but they are also less secure in my ears, and can easily be knocked out or, if not put in properly, fall out. So, overall, they are good and I can see a lot of advantages for me to continue to use them when I am out and about, or if I just want to listen to something quietly.

I loved the design, the noise cancellation works well, the clarity is too notch, its battery lasts pretty well, it's comfortable on the ears. However, I wasn't impressed with the connectivity. I use a Samsung S25 and a Samsung S26 when I connect my buds to one of the phones. I have to disconnect it before it can connect to the other phone. The seamless switch between both phones with the same Samsung account is not working. I had to buy a Google Buds to get that auto switch seemless connectivity to use my both phones on the same buds on the go. Samsung really needs to work on it because I was disappointed

The noise cancelling is much stronger on the Samsung buds. In busy environments they block out far more background noise than the Jabra earbuds. Battery life is solid and easily lasts through long listening sessions. With the case, I rarely worry about charging. The Samsung buds are noticeably lighter and smaller, which makes them much more comfortable for extended use. Pairing is fast and the Bluetooth connection is stable. Switching between devices is also very smooth. The sound quality is the biggest upgrade. Music sounds clearer, more detailed, and better balanced than on the Jabra Elite 85t. Overall, the Samsung buds feel like a clear upgrade in almost every category. Definitely recommended.

They’re extremely easy to connect, as soon as I open the case they connect automatically to my phone. Charging is quick, and connecting them to my laptop was also very straightforward. They also look very snazzy, much more modern looking that previous versions. The downside for me is the fit. Like the Buds3, they don’t stay in my ears. No matter how firmly I push them in or what angle I try, they start slipping out as soon as I move my head. Because of that I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them outside in case I lost one. Also, when I try to adjust the volume using the swipe controls, it often makes them slip out too. So while the sound and features are great, the fit just doesn’t work for me.

I do love the packaging and style as its very different from the previous ones. The aesthetic added to it is quite cool and is to my liking. Silver and white is a good combination. Sound when paired with my Samsung Galaxy Fold is as impressive as I would expect from a premium brand and Iove the options when controlled via the inbuilt integration with Settings. I still have to rewire my brain to remember the touch commands swapping from a different brand, but I'm sure once I get there, it will stick and I can turn the volume up! Pairing is a breeze using the case open, and now that I have phone, watch and buds, I'll invest in a combined wireless charger to manage all three overnight. Having looked at the Samsung option, I think I'll skip theirs as there are cooler alternatives around. All in all, a nice bit of kit!

When I put them in my ears they only held for a few minutes and fell out. Not sure if it's the shape of my ears, but I have to keep pushing them in for fear of them dropping out. The sound is great, easy to pair with the phone. Soon as they connect the sound is transferred to the buds. I found the controls a bit fiddly. Not easy to turn volume up and down. Very easy to turn off though! Will continue to persevere and see if the experience improves. I was told by my brother I should have gone for the Pro version as the fit is far better.

I was worried about the fit, but after a quick adjustment, they fit perfectly in my ears. The noise cancellation works much better than I expected. My favorite feature is definitely "Voice Detect" – it lowers the music volume so I can talk without interrupting my listening. The touchscreen on the headphones works flawlessly, with a tap gesture to pause or resume playback. Only the volume control is a bit fiddly, meaning you have to swipe precisely for it to work, although my wife says it's easy. Perhaps my finger size matters and I have more difficulty using it. In summary, these headphones obviously don't guarantee they won't look out of place, as everyone's body type varies, but they are a significant improvement over the previous model. Great value for everyday use, I highly recommend them!

They have impressive sound quality and have some great AI features for quick information. They are durable as they are built of metal. They have good active noise cancelling feature as well as 360° sounds. The only issue I have is that they hurt my ears after usage as the Buds4 don't come with rubber tips where the Buds4Pro have them. The buds4 are a great step up from my current buds2. The buds come with a charging cradle which allows the buds to always remain charged with power to be used as well the cradel has both USB C and wireless charging compatibility allowing more options when charging the cradle. The buds4 have a great feature of device switching between the Samsung ecosystem devices allowing you to switch from listening to music on one to device to answering a phone call on another device quickly and seamlessly.

They look really clean and minimal, and the case feels compact enough to easily carry around in a pocket. Definitely one of the better-looking pairs of earbuds I’ve owned. Delivery was also surprisingly fast. They arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. Setup couldn’t have been easier. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was literally listening to music within about a minute of opening the box. You just open the case, connect on your phone, and that’s basically it. No complicated steps or apps needed. The only slightly odd thing was that they don’t include a charging cable in the box. Not a huge issue if you already have USB-C cables around, but it did catch me off guard since most earbuds usually include one. Overall though, great first impressions: stylish design, ridiculously easy setup, and quick delivery. Definitely happy with them so far.

I've tried them out on a dog walk and on the treadmill, and all good so far! I'm to get use to the hand gestures yet. I'm sure its just practice. The sound quality is outstanding! I thought I had great sound from my previous earphones, but these buds have dynamic sound and great bass! I have realised just what I was missing out on. Sound blocking is great as well. I have answered a call on them when out and about and it was clear and responsive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 is very good, and the noise cancelling actually works better than the Buds3 in my experience. They’re extremely easy to connect, as soon as I open the case they connect automatically to my phone. Charging is quick, and connecting them to my laptop was also very straightforward. They look very snazzy, much more modern looking than previous versions. The downside for me is the fit, like the Buds3, they don’t stay in my ears. No matter how firmly I push them in or what angle I try, they start slipping out as soon as I move my head. Because of that I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them outside in case I lost one. Also, when I try to adjust the volume using the swipe controls, it often makes them slip out too. So while the sound and features are great, the fit just doesn’t work for me, and because of that I probably wouldn’t buy them again but I would recommend them for the features

Connecting and Setting up was breeze – Just open the case , viola and it connected to my Samsung phone seamlessly. The bud themselves fit well was able to wear these for long periods of time without discomfort. The Sound quality is excellent .Battery life is excellent and the case is easy to charge. I have tried the advanced features for instance the ability to activate the digital google assistant direct from the Samsung buds 4. Using your voice to control your media controls play , pause skip music just by using your voice. Also used the live translation feature which was cool but my experience wit it has been mixed. l tried with mixed views. Overall l am pleased with the Samsung galaxy buds 4. I will 100% recommend these Samsung Buds.

The fit is really good, they feel comfortable in the ear and so far they have stayed in no matter what activity I'm doing. The quality of the sound is excellent, very clear with a good balance and a great depth to the sound. The noise cancelling is also excellent although I tend not to use it with this feature. Design wise, they have a great, modern and stylish design. The case is also great, perfect size for carrying around. The charging case is more compact, it is easier to put the earbuds into the charging case and they produce a better quality of sound. As I didn't go for the pro version it's a one size fits all but I find that theses earbuds fit me fine. I don't think I could wear them while doing sport or running though as I feel they would fall out of my ears. My old earbuds sometimes had bluetooth connection issues when my phone was in my pocket but I have not found that with these new earbuds. The pinch technology on the older earbuds didn't always work but it did feel easier to use than this new design as I have found them harder to use so far. The battery life seems good but I have not fully ran then out yet and the sound clarity is better than the predecessor which was also good. The noise cancellation is very useful as I can not hear people talking when out and about, I only hear my music. I am happy with my purchase of these new Galaxy Buds4 and will be using them constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the first pair of Samsung Buds that I have tried. I have other Samsung products and now I’m asking myself why did I not get some before. I can honestly say these are the best buds that I have ever used and I have used several well known brands in the past. Firstly they look good. They are sleek and shiny and fit nicely in the case. The magic begins on opening the case, with instant connection to my phone. They sit nicely in my ears with no fear of one dropping out. I love that they work if you only want to use one bud, as my previous ones did not. They have a nice rich tone when listening to music and pick up both high and low tones really well. I like to immerse myself in my favourite tunes and they definitely achieve that. I have used them with audiobooks and again the sound is clear and well rounded. I have also used them for phone calls and found calls to be crystal clear with no drop outs. All in all these are fabulous buds that I would recommend to anyone, in fact I already have. Well done Samsung, these are great!

Like, music sounds clear, bass is decent, no complaints there. They also look nice and feel light, so at first I thought they were gonna be perfect. But the biggest problem? They just do NOT stay in my ears. No matter what I do, they feel loose. If I’m walking around, they start slipping out, and I’m constantly pushing them back in. Forget using them at the gym or anything active, it’s just annoying. I think it’s because they don’t have those silicone tips, so there’s nothing really holding them in place. So even though they’re comfortable, they don’t feel secure at all. And because they don’t sit properly: the noise cancelling isn’t that great the sound isn’t as immersive as it could be and I’m always worried they’re gonna fall out So yeah… they sound good, but the fit kind of ruins the whole experience for me. Overall: probably like a 6/10 If they fit your ears, you’ll probably like them. But if not, it’s gonna be frustrating real quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound-wise, the Galaxy Buds 4 are genuinely impressive for everyday listening. You can pick out the finer details in tracks, subtle instrument tones, little things in the mix you'd normally miss. Battery hasn't been an issue either; they comfortably last through long sessions without me worrying about reaching for the case. The case itself is worth a mention. It's compact, feels solid, and slips into a pocket without any bulk. Small thing, but it's nice when a product actually feels like money was spent on it. That said, the fit is a real problem for me, and I can't gloss over it. The standard version skips the rubber ear tips, and for my left ear at least, that means there's no secure seal. They fall out. Not occasionally, reliably, with any real movement. Gym sessions, running, even turning my head quickly. It gets frustrating fast, and for anyone buying these with active use in mind, that's a serious limitation. The audio and the design are both genuinely good. But the fit issue doesn't feel like a minor gripe, and the kind of thing that limits how you can actually use them.

I tried wearing them while doing exercise and found they kept moving in my ears and I had to keep moving them back so they would not fall out. While doing this I kept accidentally pressing the pause button which was annoying. My old earbuds sometimes had Bluetooth connection issues when my phone was in my pocket and I have found that these new earbuds still have a similar issue. The pinch technology on the older earbuds was hard to get used to at first but in the end I found out how to use them correctly. With the new earbuds I experienced the same issue as I have had to relearn to use the pinch technology due to the new shape of these earbuds. The battery life seems good but I have not fully ran them out yet. The sound clarity seems to be the same as the predecessor from what I could tell but I liked the previous models sound quality anyway. The noise cancellation is very useful as I can not hear people talking when out and about, I only hear my music. I am happy with my purchase of these new Galaxy Buds4 and will be using them constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin with, it is worth mentioning the appearance. The earbuds look nice and aesthetically pleasing. They do not stand out with any particular design, but both the buds themselves and the case exhibit high build quality. As is well known, when it comes to TWS earbuds, it is difficult to please everyone regarding the shape and the risk of them falling out of the ears. I am a lucky one – even whilst jumping, I do not lose a single one. However, I still believe it would be beneficial to have the option to purchase a simple plastic dummy model from the manufacturer to try on before ordering the actual device. The touch control panel works well, although I am personally a fan of physical buttons. Whilst I have not verified this under laboratory conditions, the battery life so far matches the manufacturer's claims: 5 hours with ANC switched on and 6 hours without ANC. I own two mobile phones, only one of which is the same brand as the earbuds. I find it highly distasteful that some of the functionality simply does not work on my second device. I perceive this as simply robbing the user of features they have paid for. The sound quality is good on devices from other brands, and even better on phones from the same ecosystem. The device performs brilliantly during phone calls and via apps such as WhatsApp or Discord. To sum up: I recommend these earbuds to owners of smartphones from the same manufacturer. I would advise other users to consider purchasing them only in the event of a price drop and if they do not require the restricted features.
