Compared to previous models, it sits more snugly on the wrist, making it much easier to keep on throughout the night. The white finish gives it a premium, stylish look that regularly catches people’s attention. The 1.3-inch Super AMOLED display is vibrant, sharp, and easy to read even in bright sunlight, making it a pleasure to glance at notifications or fitness stats. The rotating bezel is a delight to use, and the new One UI 8 interface feels smooth and responsive. Connectivity has also been seamless — pairing with my phone was quick, and notifications, calls, and music controls all sync instantly without any dropouts. I particularly enjoyed the personalised running coach, which tailored workouts to my pace and progress, and the sleep tracking features, which offered clear insights and practical bedtime guidance. The stress recognition tools are also a thoughtful addition, helping me take short breaks to reset during the day. One area I feel could be improved is the battery life. I generally get around 1.5 days on a full charge, and a 3-day battery would make the experience even better. On the plus side, accessories are easy to find, affordable, and with a strap adaptor, older straps can still be used. Overall, this is a stylish, capable, and highly functional smartwatch that blends everyday wearability with advanced fitness, connectivity, and wellness tools.

I have used it during a variety of activities including running, cycling and swimming and it performed faultlessly for each activity giving me useful and accurate information both in real time which was easily viewed on the clear and bright display even in bright sunshine . If you want to delve deeper into the stats , the Samsung Health app is much better than i remember from previous experiences , and importantly for a large percentage of runners you can also easily sync with Strava. And as a bonus it is comfortable to wear and it also looks good. Only gripe is, battery life could be better .

I've spent a fair bit of time fiddling with the various features and can say I'm very much satisfied with the wide range of features available. This represents a significant upgrade from my previous smart watch in style and functionality and I won't be looking to change it up for a long time to come. Also, the strap is of a nice, high quality. I've experienced straps breaking in the past, but this one seems strongly made, and comfortable to wear too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Main thing that makes this watch better then the Ultra is the size. For a woman's hand fits perfectly combining style and functionality. It is heavy but that is not a negative thing. Just need to gey use to the weight. Colores are standard to choose from so everyone will find one that they like. I like the rotating panel at the top of the watch that moves the screens, that is a very handy feature that previous version does not have. Watch is powered with UI 8 which has quite a few unique features plus it is loaded with AI features. Watch can be used as standalone thanks to the LTE option build in. Health and exercise features still top of the market with very accurate step count. Definitely one to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the SAMSUNG Galaxy watch8 classic LTE as I decided it was time to upgrade my previous smart watch from another brand,The watch is packed with great features and has excellent health and excercise monitoring and offers so many different ways to personalise and style your watch to your personal preferences,I also really like the bezel feature which adds not only that little bit of extra style but is a great practical way to navigate the watch itself. The only slight problem for me is the battery life,My work involves a lot of walking and im finding that with all the automatic features and monitoring that the battery drains a bit quick for my liking and that I have to charge it on a daily basis so I can,WhichDoes mean I dont use it to its full potential for fear of draining the battery before I can get home to charge it,Now this is something I may get used to once I get into the habit of charging daily as my previous watch needed to be charged every two to three days. To sum up though this is without doubt the best watch I have owned with loads of features and many more to discover that is not only stylish but very practical and works seemlessy in tandem with my Galaxy phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic really packs in the smart features, such as the new AI based Gemini assistant, the sleep tracking which now includes sleep apnea detection, the new Running Coach is the ideal trainer as it offers 160 different training plans, plus the usual features you would expect to find in a smart watch. The health and fitness apps on this watch are the main reason for owning this watch. I have been using the Running Coach to monitor my progress as I train each day. The Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic has the benefit of looking like a traditional high-end watch when the face is displaying the default watch face but offers the benefits of a fully functional smartwatch. The watch it comfortable to wear and looks great but is rather bulky for a smart watch. Pros: - Traditional Design with a host of smart features - Useful programmable Quick button and rotating bezel - Changeable straps - Fitness/Health Apps - Simple to set up and - Bright and responsive screen Cons: - Short battery life when used to full potential, it required recharge daily with the way I used the watch, also requires approx. 90 minutes to charge fully. - Only available in one size, 46mm - Only when connected to an Android phone are the smart features fully functional. It does have the option to set up without connection to an Android phone, but features are limited. (I tested both set ups to compare user features with and without connection to an Android smartphone) Summary: I love this watch with all its features. It is relatively large so it may not fit everyone but since I have a large hand it fits amazingly. I can do everything on it practically like a second phone. Its design is so classy I can even wear it with formal outfits and still get my steps up. With my health issues this watch is handy as I can control my blood pressure and then generate a report to show my doctor. I am very glad I decided to purchase this watch. Samsung never dissapoints!

It's also easy to paid down when wearing one of the more comfortable fabric watch bands. The rotating bezel is also a great way to move between notifications and tiles. The new health tracking features are great, it now has vascular load and antioxidant tracking, which are nice extras on top of the already large suit of health tracker. Overall a fantastic smart watch!

The Watch arrives in perfect packaging, with a helpful guide to walk you through every step of setting up and all the features available. Set up as a whole did not take long at all, as this was an upgrade from the previous Gen Samsung Smart watch. The strap is a great material, very comfortable on the wrist, and the return of the spinning bezel is greatly appreciated as it makes navigating through apps and notifications easier compared to the touch screen variants. As with all recent Generations, the watch face display is personalisable to fit your daily life. The brand new quick button on the side is an excellent new addition which can be setup depending on your daily needs, alongside some new health monitors available!

The watch has many useful features and the 'face' is changeable, which I like. It is good quality and well-made. I would recommend this watch and it would be easy to use for someone who isn't tech confident. I like the sleek design and the interchangeable straps, although the spare I was sent was the wrong one. I like the fact it can be kept on in the shower. The step counter is fantastic and gives a good insight into daily exercise. The size of the face might be a bit big if you have a small wrist, but otherwise it is a great design.

The return of the bezel is a game changer and definitely a welcome upgrade to the s5 pro I previously used. The body of the watch is slimmer making it feel more comfortable than pervious models. The display is noticeably brighter and battery is lasting around 2 days. Blood pressure monitor once calibrated seems to be fairly accurate as does the step count. Im so glad samsung have reintroduced the bezel as it makes the whole watch come together and gives a more premium feel as well as ease of functionality.

Samsung Galaxy watch 8 classic is nothing less but perfect and I've watched which brought back many classical legacies after two years and can be regarded as the Watch of the year easily not just because of its advanced hardware features and sensors or upgraded storage and battery or better connectivity as well as the display but also the system and the software and the overall it was experience as well as the assistance by Gemini and a new action button Plus the band with super comfortable contact but a classic outer look which just suits perfectly with the Watch and fully defines the snug Fit. The overall watch Factor and design has really pleased me and considering it is an upgrade from my older Galaxy watch 7, this new interface just feels right and I have actually started connecting with the Watch overall and can't be any happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro to the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic feels like shifting from watch with decent battery life and features to a device packed with new features but a not so great battery. I get a full day without much issue but the need to charge on daily basis. It's a shame the watch cannot charge a little faster. The watch looks great, more like an actual watch than a smart watch, which is a huge win. I was not sure how I would find the dial but I love this feature, being able to scroll through tiles without fiddly screen scrolling is fantastic. Health tracking is great, with a few more added features than my previous watch, this will more of a long term test. Overall the watch feels snappy and great to use. The AI features are a nice edition and handy to have on my wrist rather than reaching in my pocket for a phone.

This device is packed full of features; the new One UI 5 is unreal, by far the most engaging and easy-to-use UI. From the notifications being a more bubbly, easy-to-read design to scrolling down on tiles. The running coach is amazing; after 12 minutes of assessing your activity, it recommends a running plan and is your very own running coach. I opted for the athleisure band in graphite. I believe this to be the best hybrid band from the layout, complementing both a formal and casual outfit.

It all works and integrates easily - which is so important when you want to do things quickly and efficiently. It this case i was migrating from Ultra to Watch 8 Classic. As always, this process just works. I really like the look and feel of the Classic watch - it feels like a watch including the very elegant and comfortable strap. There some additional functions on this watch for those of you that are motivated by health statistics, and they are very useful. I particular like the running app and as it tells me in my ear how quickly I'm running and how much distance I have covered. Day to day, the watch and different watch faces work well, and the integration to work apps and devices work well, and the alerting is very non intrusive but effective. Love this watch - highly recommend.

First off, it actually looks like a proper watch, not a block of tech on your wrist. The bezel is back and I didn’t realise how much I’d missed it until now scrolling through apps feels so natural. It runs really smoothly, no lag, and pairs perfectly with my Samsung phone. I get all my calls, texts and notifications instantly, so half the time I don’t even bother pulling my phone out of my pocket. The health stuff is spot on too. Sleep tracking is actually useful this time and the fitness tracking has been super accurate whether I’m cycling or just going for a walk. The battery easily lasts the day and a quick charge in the morning is enough to keep it going. Honestly, it’s just a solid watch. Looks good, feels premium, and makes life easier. I used it like before for my running and gym sessions and was pleased with the the improved interaction of the side buttons and the accuracy of the data captured. The battery life is easily 2 days and furthermore with the battery saver mode which led me to use it as my primary watch. I like the way the straps connect to the body and am looking forward to swapping them easily to another type. Overall I have been pleased to make the switch to an updated Samsung smart watch and am looking forward to use the running coach feature and also using it when i restart swimming.

I have very thin wrists but this doesn't look overly big on it which is great. I love the bezel that you can use to move around screens. The apps in the screen look much more modern and the enhance health insights are great although I haven't yet managed to get data for sleep apnea despite wearing the watch as specified. There are more options for the side buttons including different uses depending on a long press if a double press. I would definitely recommend.

The quality is top and the when you pick it up you feel it. The strap is a leather and rubber mix that feels nice and is so comfortable that is by far the best strap that I have used. The rotating bezel is what sets this watch apart. The software is really good , they have made it now so that is easier to navigate and is very customisable. Withs the rotating bezel is so easy to go up and down, move between pages it just blends so nicely with the UI it works in symbiose with on another. The AI assistant is Bixby and you need to stick with Samsung health app and Samsung pay. The widgets are nice and big and display nice stats on you health and fitness. There are lots of sensors blood pressure, ECG, Heart rate, etc you have all you need to track workouts and health. The battery with all the sensors on and using it mid high to heavy is a 2 day battery. This is an amazing watch and will be in my wrist all the time.

My main motivator for getting it was that I hoped it'd help me build healthier habits, and oh boy did it deliver. From the small things like the reminders to get up and move every few hours (I'm usually at a desk for 10+ hours a day), to the motivational reminders to get out and do some exercise, the watch has been great for giving me extra push I needed to go out and get moving. It also keeps track of my heart rate so I can better pace myself better during exercise. All that however was expected and was why I bought this in the first place... What I didn't expect was for the watch to nearly replace my need for a phone. The watch is super responsive and with Gemini built-in I have no need to pick up my phone for home automation or simple web searches. I've also added a data plan and it seamlessly handles navigation, contactless payments and streaming music & audiobooks. I charge it in the mornings and as long as I have a charged pair of headphones to connect to it's the only bit I tech I need to carry with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is a vast improvement over the old galaxy watch 4 its replacing, the screen is bright and the os is zippy, the auto exercise function works great and accurately picks up when I'm walking, the watch has good styling and the bezel feels great to use, nice and smooth, the battery life is good for a smart watch, does not last as long as a dedicated fitness tracker, the watch connects effortlessly to my samsung phone and the notifications come through with no issues at all, all in its a great watch and I would recommend it to anyone after a decent smart watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy watch 8 is a huge improvement for me compared to previous models. It is quick, responsive and gives me all of the information I need/want, right at my wrist. Straight out of the box it powers on, allowing me to set it up from a previous model or from new and I loved that I could use my Samsung account to get stuck in. So far the battery life has been a huge difference and lasts me a complete full 3 days before needing to be recharged, which is incredible. The new exercise functions are really good and the detailed feedback that you can now get, is a much needed improvement to compete in the market. The new run coach is what peaked my interest the most and so far, has really helped me to improve me running. The screen size makes answering calls and messages a breeze and the watch itself is very responsive too, no lag times or mistakes here! The colour options were a great addition too, really enjoying having a cleaner and more sleek looking watch, which doesn't scream "smartwatch" which is a huge plus as a woman. Overall, I am really pleased and really enjoying getting to grips with the galaxy watch 8, I can only assume it's going to get even better the more I use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During my time using the Galaxy Watch8 Classic, I’ve been impressed by how comfortable it feels, especially when worn overnight for sleep tracking. Compared to previous models, it sits more snugly on the wrist, making it much easier to keep on throughout the night. The white finish gives it a premium, stylish look that regularly catches people’s attention. The rotating bezel is a delight to use, and the new One UI 8 interface feels smooth and responsive. I particularly enjoyed the personalised running coach, which tailored workouts to my pace and progress, and the sleep tracking features, which offered clear insights and practical bedtime guidance. The stress recognition tools are also a thoughtful addition, helping me take short breaks to reset during the day. One area I feel could be improved is the battery life. I generally get around 1.5 days on a full charge, and a 3-day battery would make the experience even better. On the plus side, accessories are easy to find, affordable, and with a strap adaptor, older straps can still be used. Overall, this is a stylish, capable, and highly functional smartwatch that blends everyday wearability with advanced fitness and wellness tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the SAMSUNG Galaxy watch8 classic LTE as I decided it was time to upgrade my previous smart watch from another brand,The watch is packed with great features and has excellent health and excercise monitoring and offers so many different ways to personalise and style your watch to your personal preferences,I also really like the bezel feature which adds not only that little bit of extra style but is a great practical way to navigate the watch itself. The only slight problem for me is the battery life,My work involves a lot of walking and im finding that with all the automatic features and monitoring that the battery drains a bit quick for my liking and that I have to charge it on a daily basis so I can,WhichDoes mean I dont use it to its full potential for fear of draining the battery before I can get home to charge it,Now this is something I may get used to once I get into the habit of charging daily as my previous watch needed to be charged every two to three days. To sum up though this is without doubt the best watch I have owned with loads of features and many more to discover that is not only stylish but very practical and works seemlessy in tandem with my Galaxy phone.

Software and app integration are seamless, with smooth syncing across devices and easy customisation options. Battery life averages 30–36 hours per charge, which is solid, and charging is quick enough to fit into my routine. I love that when using map navigation, I don't need to walk around London with my phone out. Bonus for safety! The screen is big enough to text via whatsapp and send messages back and forth via audio - great for use when out and about without having to bring your phone out constantly. I like that the vibration is gentle yet effective, and the ability to tailor watch faces and settings makes the experience very personal. As a female, I was initially concerned about the size and bezel since they stopped the 42mm, but in practice it feels comfortable and balanced on the wrist. Overall, it’s a sleek, well-rounded smartwatch that combines style, practicality, and strong performance. I would prefer for the battery to last longer but so far, I don't have to charge it every night which is ideal. I'm looking forward to exploring this additional benefits as time goes on. I'm keen to gain more insights to my sleep pattern and exercise data.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit smaller than I thought but sits really nicely on my wrist. I can comfortably wear it when I sleep (which is required for some clever functions). It does so much more than tell the time although it does that well with a range of watch faces to suit your style and even your colour scheme for the day. There are a lot of functions on the watch, I haven't got to all of them yet but I really like the sleep monitor which tracks sleep over time and you can see if you are on track, sleep being so important. It monitors my vascular health and provides reassuring guidance and hints if you might need to contact your doctor - although mine has been thankfully fine. It can detect sleep apnoea which is really useful and I suggest everyone have it do the check which is optional. I like to do my daily walks and the watch is great at tracking my steps as well as my route and heart rate. It can, if you like, suggest training routines and keep you too them. I have found that so often I would miss calls even when I was sitting near my phone, no longer because my wrist buzzes and I can even answer on the watch. I also get all my messages through to the phone and even read the message chain in certain apps. Overall its like a secretary on your wrist and has been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Watch 8 Classic to replace my ageing (tech wise at least!) Galaxy Watch 5. The first thing to say is that the 46mm watch face is significantly bigger, but in no way do I consider it too big, and nor is it heavy or imposing. The display is a significant improvement on the Galaxy Watch 5 - bigger, brighter and clearer. The brightness is more than enough to be able to see the face clearly when outside and in direct sunlight. The next big improvement is in battery life, which is around 2 full days rather than the 1 day I was getting from the Watch 5. This is a game changer for me as it means that I can now use the sleep functionality, which I was never able to do consistently with the Watch 5 as it would be too low on battery. I've slept with the watch on for a week now, and it is comfortable (I'm a side sleeper) and gives great feedback and sleep tracking data, which seems to be accurate. As well as the obvious, I mainly use the watch for exercise tracking, and so far so good. Auto detection is great, and the step tracking is accurate to my other devices, give or take for a margin or error. Overall, I would highly recommend the Watch 8 Classic. It’s a noticeable upgrade, especially if you're coming from an older model, and it delivers on comfort, battery life, and performance

Now most people would say that its only packaging but i have to admit this packaging was very compact and impressive. Open the box and was greeted with the watch face now considering i ordered black i have to admit i though it was a chrome watch at first so i had to check but this is what they call black so i now understand that it isn't the case. The bezel is really nice just like watches used to be rotates very smoothly and it does have a quality feel about it. Its nice that you have the option of controlling your phone either by the bezel or screen for most things. there is plenty of features to play including the normal health and fitness side of things. GPS seems to be spot on and you have a nice array of apps the features to play with. AI is an interesting development on this watch its still got a lot of learning to do but you soon get involved into a conversation with a computer that can be quite entertaining but there is potential there for some useful assistance. the watch strap is a watch strap . if it doesn't suit your taste there plenty of designs you can buy but i will say that the connection method is the best iv seen on watches you can tell thought has gone into it. I'm looking forward to having lots of fun with this watch being a newbie that i am

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Watch 8 classic is my first smartwatch. It has many features to track health, including unique ones like vascular load and body composition, as well as common things like heart rate, it even tells the time! I was most impressed by it monitoring me being sedentary too. If I don't move for an hour, which happens in an office job, it gives me a jolt and suggests some basic stretches. I was really surprised by this feature, it tackles one of the modern issues of health in an elegant way. The battery seems to last me around 36hrs or so, It would be nice if it lasted longer, but maybe my enthusiasm for a new gadget is draining the battery more than expected. It charges a lot faster than I expected though, around an hour from fully drained to 98%. The design is quite timeless (pun intended), the rotating bezel works well to control things, making it much more usable and pleasant to use than just the screen. I went with the hybrid strap, which has the looks of a leather strap, but the feel of a rubber strap that suits athletic style use more, The sheet amount of holes and them being close together is a good feature, as my wrist swells over the day, and this allows easy relief when necessary. The screen is great quality and totally legible on a bright day outdoors. The GPS seems very accurate too in tracking my walks. I've got large wrists, 8"/20cm and the 46mm size fits nicely.

It has a classic, old-school look, but it is packed with all types of smart features. And it has a rotating bezel! Just spinning it and hearing that little click is so satisfying. It looks really good and high quality on your wrist, not just some clunky gadget. The screen is also great. It's so bright and clear that you can actually see it in the sun, no problem. No more squinting to read a text when you're outside! All the different watch faces look amazing on it too, really sharp and colorful. Screen size-wise > could have gained 2-3mm by removing the black band on the edge inside the bezel but that's probably only a matter of opinion. And it is not just about the look. It is full of features that make your health and fitness goals feel easy to achieve. Sleep tracking suggestions that are really helpful, heart rate and all other health related standard indicators, various workout modes and AI coaching is like having a personal trainer on your wrist. Battery life - what you would expect from a smartwatch filled with sensors. You can get a solid two days by turning off the Always-on display. This means that you can wear it all day and night for sleep tracking and everything else without stressing about battery life. Seriously, if you are looking for a smartwatch that does not compromise on style or features, the Galaxy8 Classic should be at the top of the list.

I used a different brand in last few years, but now I can see all the amazing features I missed out on. The watch fits my wrist perfectly, there’s no bulge at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic really packs in the smart features, such as the new AI based Gemini assistant, the sleep tracking which now includes sleep apnea detection, the new Running Coach is the ideal trainer as it offers 160 different training plans, plus the usual features you would expect to find in a smart watch. The health and fitness apps on this watch are the main reason for owning this watch. I have been using the Running Coach to monitor my progress as I train each day. The Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic has the benefit of looking like a traditional high-end watch when the face is displaying the default watch face but offers the benefits of a fully functional smartwatch. The watch it comfortable to wear and looks great but is rather bulky for a smart watch. Pros: - Traditional Design with a host of smart features - Useful programmable Quick button and rotating bezel - Changeable straps - Fitness/Health Apps - Simple to set up and - Bright and responsive screen Cons: - Short battery life when used to full potential, it required recharge daily with the way I used the watch, also requires approx. 90 minutes to charge fully. - Only available in one size, 46mm - Only when connected to an Android phone are the smart features fully functional. It does have the option to set up without connection to an Android phone, but features are limited. (I tested both set ups to compare user features with and without connection to an Android smartphone) Summary I love this watch with all its features. If they could increase the battery life this would be the perfect smartwatch. The limited battery life is the reason I can only give 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic for a few days now, and it's clear Samsung has listened to feedback from users a delivered a great refined smartwatch. Coming from the Galaxy Watch 6, the differences aren’t massive at first glance, but the upgrades are real once you spend time with it. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic brings back the physical rotating bezel, it feels premium, and makes navigating the watch so easy. Compared to the Watch 6’s digital bezel, this is a noticeable improvement in both precision and user experience. The stainless steel build also gives it a solid, classy feel that the Watch 6 just didn’t quite deliver. The display is bright enough to see clearly in sunlight, and touch response is excellent. Performance on the watch is faster, apps launch with less hesitation, and animations are smoother. It's subtle, but when you go back and use a Watch 6 side-by-side, the difference is obvious. Battery life is also slightly better despite the more powerful hardware, even with an e-sim using LTE on the watch. Speaking of LTE, it works flawlessly. I’ve left my phone behind on quick errands, and calls, messages, and notifications come through just fine. Health and fitness tracking remains solid, with auto-detection working faster and heart rate monitoring feeling more consistent than it did on the Watch 6. The updated watch UI OS is cleaner and easier to navigate, and the setup process with a Galaxy phone is still so easy and straightforward. Everything syncs quickly, and integration with Samsung Health is tight and intuitive. The Watch 8 Classic isn’t reinventing a smartwatch, but it does everything the Watch 6 but does it better. The return of the rotating bezel alone makes it feel like a proper upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking forward to the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic for that rotating bezel... something I have been missing ever since Samsung started experimenting from the Watch 5 Pro onwards... and I am really, really happy that it is back. Navigating through notifications, scrolling through messages received on WhatsApp, and especially when trying to flick through tiles - it makes such a difference to usability having this feature. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is an excellent WearOS watch with Samsung's tweaks helping add that little bit extra to the experience, and the fact that there's also 3 physical buttons now also helps a great deal. Performance-wise, the watch is snappy, does not lag, and can churn through all the things you'd expect a smart watch to do without any fuss whatsoever. Battery life is on par with most competitors, and the watch can last two days without needing to be charged, in my experience. Activity tracking is spot on, and having those extra buttons means you can set up shortcuts to your typical workout / routine with the watch's feature of putting things that are running in the background with a little icon visible on the bottom of the screen something I found quite clever, as it helps reduce distractions. In a market that has many more options since the early days, where Samsung was leading the smart / connected wearables charge, Samsung does manage to stay ahead through delivering a watch that just works... the software has come leaps and bounds, the build quality is solid and when it registered the fact that I had changed phones, it even notified me and asked if I wanted to change the phone my watch was linked to... that clever little touch made me smile. If you were to pick this watch up for yourself, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic BT 46mm looks very attractive and high end with it’s stainless steel look. At 46mm it takes up more room on the wrist (looks very big for my small wrist) but feels robust. The rotating bezel (used for going through the tiles) is very useful. The bezel has a slick feel to it. The hybrid strap has a better feel on the skin than the sporty strap. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic feels heavier on the wrist. The default watch face is a Sporty Classic – again can be customized with different options, including colour, style, etc. The display is bright with smooth scrolling of the tiles and switching between menus. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic Health functions are impressive. You have the Energy Score, Daily Acitivity, Steps, Sleep (love the snoring recording – finally can verify what my wife says!), Hear Rate monitor, etc on the Health tile. There is a Fitness tile which measures the walking, running, bike and more. You can add more tiles if you want – haven’t got round to doing it yet. The Action button by default goes to the Exercise, but it can be customized to your needs, as can the Back and Home buttons. The buttons have a nice solid feel to them. There are a ton of customizable options for various functionalities. Looking forward to setting them up eventually. The watch syncs nicely with the phone app. Finding the phone from the watch is a good feature – there are times when I cannot remember where I put my phone. Similarly you can find the watch from the phone as well. There are numerous functionalities that I need to go through which will take a few weeks to get used to. The Gestures are a neat feature. The Double pinch, Shake and Knock Knock can be customized to do whatever you want. The performance overall is quite good. The battery lasts about 2 days with minimal use.

Despite that though it sits really comfortably on the wrist and is more comfy than other watches I've used. Screen is great quality and is easy to see even outside in direct sunlight. Connectivity is good and has a stable connection to phone or WiFi. Step tracking is good as well as the health monitoring features works really well. Sadly there are a few features you cant use if you don't have a Samsung phone which is really disappointing. This isn't clear in the marketing for ther watch. Sound volume of the watch is good, and overall performance is really snappy and quick. Overall a rest watch but just a little disappointing you miss out on features if you don't have a Samsung phone.

The first thing you feel, is the supreme build quality of this watch, the brushed stainless steel chassis both feels and looks premium and top quality, and then the star of the hardware is the unbelievably successful return of the rotating bezel, something that sets this watch apart from the rest. It is just a brilliant way to navigate through the watch and paired with the updated Galaxy Watch One U.I software is a match made in heaven. The watch software is sensational, allowing me to access way more information, way quicker, all thanks to the new 'Stacks' widgets that allow for concentrated and grouped information all together meaning it is way easier to keep on top of all my vitals and health and wellbeing levels. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Watch8 Classic is a great smartwatch with long battery life. The design can be a bit unusual, though, featuring a unique combination of a circular screen and a square frame. While I don't mind the shape, I feel this design choice makes it a bit chunkier. In addition, the watch band may not be suitable for big guy like me; I had to put the band in the last hole. One drawback is that this watch won't fit bands made for previous watches. It uses a proprietary attachment mechanism that clicks into place. The mechanism is easier to install compared to previous watches, but the button can be a bit hard to press with your bare hands. I had to use a pen to press down on the button to remove the strap. Although the watch can be worn at night to track your sleep, I find the watch a bit uncomfortable for to wear all night. It affected my sleep quality, causing me to wake up several times. As with the other classic lines, the watch has a dial to help navigate the menu without touching the screen. It also comes with 3 action buttons. However, the buttons are not as customizable as I would like. Only the top button is customizable to launch any app. The middle button is relegated to a handful of Samsung apps. It can also be turned off if you don't use it. The bottom button is relegated to recent apps or going to the previous screen. Now for the software and performance. The watch comes with Wear OS 6. This comes with a slight change in interface. The notifications are grouped vertically. In addition, you can combine some tiles into a daily recap screen. For me, this feature allows me to see all the important daily stats, such as weather, upcoming events, battery life, and physical attributes, all on the same page rather than having to scroll through one tile at a time. Otherwise, the interface is similar to previous Samsung watches, which I can't complain about since the UI is refined enough to make navigation through the different options seamless. The watch is snappy and responds well to user input. However, what I find frustrating is that some of the old watch faces that I used on my previous watches do not work and require me to edit them to get them working. In summary, this watch's main benefit is its long battery life. However, the watch is a bit chunky, and I don't find the default watch band too comfortable. The chunkiness means that the watch may not be too comfortable to wear to bed. Nevertheless, it is a good and stylish smart watch.

Having said that I was pleasantly surprised how much it can do and how much I have used so far. I love it all but mostly love that you can use health apps/ readings, I can look at some photos and turn them into watch faces. It looks very sleek and stylish on my wrist, with lots if clock faces to choose from. And lastly I love I can use it almost as much as I can my phone. It's Awesome, I wish I had bought one sooner.

I often climb mountains and ive seen some more fitness tracking features on this new watch. Im not a fan of the current silicon watch bands so i enjoy the new one has lots of new banda that can be chosen. The new face with the squarish backing seems like it will take a whike to get used to but it isnt ugly. Im just used to the circular type. It also has a good weight to it without being tooo heavy.

The display is crisp with vibrant colours (haven't had to take the display to max brightness, but I feel it will cope with ease on bright sunny days). Paired seemlessly with both my Z fold 6 and S24 Ultra. The sensors and user interface are very well designed, the back of the watch sits nicely on the wrist (it is alot bigger than my Galaxy watch 6 Classic, but doesn't feel like it is on the wrist). The new luggage system is a little tricky at first, but once you get use to it, it feels more secure and is actually easier to use than the old one of the 6 classic

Galaxy S8 classic 46mm bt First impressions upon unboxing is that the s8 classic looks and feels premium. The return of the bezel is a game changer and definitely a welcome upgrade to the s5 pro I previously used. The body of the watch is slimmer making it feel more comfortable than pervious models. The display is noticeably brighter and battery is lasting around 2 days. Blood pressure monitor once calibrated seems to be fairly accurate as does the step count. Im so glad samsung have reintroduced the bezel as it makes the whole watch come together and gives a more premium feel as well as ease of functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this watch for a week or so and it took me a little while to get my head around some of the new features, and some of the new ways old features work too. For example, I couldn't understand why my watch wasn't vibrating to tell me I had a new notification. Turns out that that setting was switched off by default and I had to find it in settings to turn it on. The watch has a sleeker design than the previous classics, the bezel is flatter than the old ones making it easier to use your fingers to swipe between tiles and notifications on the watch. The screen is also clearer too, if you turn the brightness level up you can see it even in strong daylight. The battery lasts a few days with regular use meaning you only need to charge it every so often. The charge is fast too. Overall, I was pleased with this new version and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first view, the watch is very stylish. Lightweight, and feels very robust. The rotating bezel feels great, it almost locks into position as you turn it, a nice upgrade from the older 46mm. The strap is also good quality life, im unsure of what it is made from but, the strap i opted for, was the hybrid camel colour and looks very similar to a leather strap, which I think really compliments the watch. I am yet to fully dive into the features of the watch, but I do like the step counter and monitors. My gripe is with the sound (and the reason for the 1 less star). The ringer is quite loud, but the volume for the notifications (even when turned right up) seems very low, so easy to miss notifications in noisy environments. That being said, and as the title of my review, great watch! I would definitely recommend to anyone (especially those that use samsung phones)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung galaxy watch 8 classic for a week now and have been using it every day, even at night to track my sleep. Firstly it looks great, the new squarer design looks good and the rotating bezel is great to use. The new sensors perform great, I have recently been tracking my blood pressure and after the watch has been calibrated against a blood pressure machine, the readings are quick and accurate. The fitness app is improved too, with the addition of the couch to 5k coach, the watch guides you and tailors your runs to match your fitness level, very handy. The screen is super bright too, whilst using this on the golf course in bright sunlight, the watch was very easy to read. The battery lasts me for around 2 days on a full charge, this is with the sleep tracking enabled. I would highly reccommend this watch to anyone, from a fitness watch to a normal watch with smart functions and controlling your phone.

There are many choices you can make, from the style of the watch face to the apps that you can add on to it. It doesn't take long to charge up and I found I would need to recharge every 2 days. Obviously the more you use it and if you use a interactive clock face, the quicker the battery drains. The straps are easy to change if required but this one is comfortable and looks stylish. As well as being a classic watch the functions on the watch are very useful. The health features are helpful, to see all the stats of the activities that I've done. Being able to read messages and answering calls are functions that I have found very convenient when my phone is on the table or inside. Obviously there is a certain distance you can be from the phone before you lose connection. The bezel can be used to swipe through the screen so you don't have to touch the clock face. This has to be the best watch I've had, with the classic look and the functions of a mini phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic for a couple of weeks, and it’s quickly become my favorite smartwatch. The stainless steel case looks premium, and the new flatter design is more comfortable than older models — I can wear it all day and even to bed without it feeling bulky. The rotating bezel is actually the main reason I bought it. I had the old Gear S3 Frontier, and I loved that bezel. It’s smooth, satisfying, and incredibly practical for scrolling through menus without smudging the screen. Samsung really nailed it again here. Health tracking is excellent — heart rate, sleep, GPS, plus new features like antioxidant and vascular load tracking. The bedtime guidance even got me to tweak my evening routine, which I didn’t expect from a watch. The watch runs smoothly, looks fantastic, and has all the smart features I use daily, from workout tracking to notifications and quick replies. The only downside is battery life. I get about a day and a half before it needs a charge. It’s not a dealbreaker, though, since it charges quickly enough to top up during a shower. If you love the rotating bezel and want a stylish, feature-packed smartwatch, this is a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having come from the Galaxy Watch6 Classic, I can say that the Watch8 Classic is a nice incremental upgrade. Overall, there isn’t a drastic change. The watch itself is light enough that isn’t not noticeable on your wrist, but has a battery that can last 2 - 3 days (settings dependent) The software itself remains familiar with some minor tweaks and additions, however it remains snappy and very usable, and the integration with Gemini works well. The Watch8 comes with a few more health sensors too, so if you’re into health metrics then it’s packed. With all health metrics on, but not the always on display, I can get to the end of the day (about 12hr) with 70% left. Hardware wise, the rotating bezel is a slimmer profile than the 6, yet it feels smoother, yet more accurate. I’m still not a fan of the squircle design personally, as I find the raised circular bezel and screen on the Classic a bit odd, as it looks like its just stuck on top of the squircle. It’s also worth mentioning that the black watch is not fully black, only the bezel itself is black with the watch body being silver. Overall, a nice refinement over the previous watches. As usual, lots of integration with the Samsung ecosystem, however I’m not sure what features will be missing if not used with a Samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall much more refined and smooth experience with a snappy interface. It feels like Samsung has finally matured the Galaxy watch series from a teen into an adult with the polished silver square frame and a more premium look. The weight isn't off-putting but you definitely know it's there. There's not much Samsung specific innovation on top of WearOS so software wise is consistent with other watches in this category. The screen is bright and crisp with no delays in responses. I am disappointed that the battery life still struggles to get past 2 days - the Galaxy watch 5 Pro has the same stamina and is 3 years older. Otherwise, a smart premium looking watch that stands out with a great choice of original and third party straps available

I've had the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic for about 2 months now, and I'm seriously impressed. They've added the rotating bezel back, and it feels even more solid and satisfying to use than before. The biggest upgrade for me is the battery life. I'm comfortably getting through two full days of normal use, which is a good improvement over the Watch 7. The new biosensor that gives insights into blood sugar trends is also fascinating, even if it's just for wellness tracking. Overall, it's super snappy, the screen is gorgeous, and it just works seamlessly. If you're on Android and want the best all-round smartwatch, this is definitely it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned every generation of Samsung Smart Watches, I was eager to try out the Classic Version of the 8th Generation of watches from Samsung, there is something just natural about rotating the bezel to navigate throughout the watch user interface. The rotating bezel has had a chequered history with Samsung, but for me, it’s the most natural way of interfacing with the watch, whilst it has a decent sized screen navigating by swiping means that you can cover a significant proportion of the screen and it slows down the interactions with the watch significantly. The virtual bezel that was introduced in watches that don’t have the physical bezel suffers the same fate, covering the screen, so having a physical bezel is a must!. Lightning fast (Thanks to the revised chipset) and easy to use, the watch is a big step up from the previous Classic Watch and the new features are really health orientated, so much so that it truly has driven me to eat more healthily from both an Antioxidant perspective and from the AGEs index. You get the standard suite of apps and such like, but the standout has to be the health driven features of the watch. Our health is so important to us, as what we do today health wise directly impacts us and our state of health in the future, so to have this watch means you have a meaningful way of tracking your true health, not just the amount of steps or active time, but things like excellent health tracking and bedtime suggestions, AGEs, Antioxidant Index, Blood Pressure, temperature, all of these are pieces of a puzzle that you can meaningfully track and change with lifestyle changes that your 70 year you in the future will thank. My only gripe with the watch is the battery life, Samsung need to develop some form of watch that has passive energy generation, either via solar or movement to help eek out some more battery life between charges. If they can pull that off, then they might just have a perfect smartwatch that ticks all the boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Watch8 Classic is a great smartwatch for those who value both style as well as functionality. The design of the watch is both comfortable and traditionally inspired for a smartwatch, with the star of the show being the rotating bezel dial you can use to scroll through menus with. A nice nice touch. The health and fitness monitoring features are rich and very extensive, with blood pressure, sleep tracking and stress monitoring in addition to the usual exercise tracking we are all acustomed to. The hands free calling is excellent with the speaker veing extremely clear and a good volume paired with a clear mic for call handling. This together with the dial are my personal favourite features that set the Watch8 Classic apart from others on the market. The battery life is impressive, getting me between 1.5-3 days of use on a full charge depending on use. The hands free seems to eat up the most juice but even after a 1hr hands free call and normal use, I still got 1.5 days of use without having to recharge it. Recharging is extremely quick also using the supplied magetic cable (sadly no USB C wall plug) The only 2 downsides that stop this from being a 5 star for me are the Samsung apps that cannot be uninstalled or customised for others and no USB C wall charger is included. I love the Samsung Health app, however I mainly use Google apps so I would have appreciated being able to fully set Google Fit and Google Pay as the defaults including for hardware shortcuts. For Pay especially and the long press Back button to bring up Samsung Wallet is excellent but you cannot bind this with Google Pay even after setting Google Pay as the default payment app on the watch and binding i tto the shortcut button. If this were different and you had full control over the apps and shortcut binds for everything, this would be a 5 star all the way. Overall, love this watch and it works great when paired with other Samsung devices especially within the Android ecosystem. Much recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a week with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, it’s pretty clear that Samsung has taken a thoughtful approach to improving its smartwatch experience. This single-size 46mm model brings subtle but meaningful upgrades that make it a worthy new device. Visually, the watch is quite a treat. I very much liked the cushion-style bezel that seemed to add a modern twist to the classic round display without moving away from looking like a watch. The diamond-cut edges blend matte and glossy finishes, giving it a premium feel, which go especially well with smart casual that I tend to wear. I also had the watch face set as something that looked classic and analogue to match. And as someone who loves the tactile satisfaction of turning a bezel, the “clicky” feedback is spot on. The strap mechanism has been redesigned too, so that there are no more fiddly buttons like its predecessor. A simple lock-and-release system makes swapping straps easier and more secure, which will come in handy when I buy a collection of straps, which I tend to do. I also feel that the watch sits more comfortable on my wrist - it is definitely flatter, so less of a burden when you wear to bed. Performance-wise, the watch definitely holds its own. Brightness has been boosted, meaning it's easier to see in bright outdoor daylight, and the battery capacity has also increased, so that it lasts for around 1.5 days+ now on full charge. The overall experience feels smoother and more responsive too. New features like Gemini voice assistant and antioxidant index measurement add a health-focused edge. It's great to be able to just conjure up AI on your write and ask quick questions and get it to take notes. Also, though not medical-grade, the health monitors do offer helpful insights for everyday wellness, giving you more information so that you can adjust your day accordingly. I also found it helpful that the watch supports Google Maps integration, so I don't have to walk around with my phone in my hand to navigate. In short, the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is ideal for those who want a smartwatch that looks great, performs reliably, and offers meaningful upgrades.

The design is eye catching, the functions are new, I prefer talking to google Gemini on my watch as its convenient and better functioning. I used to have an apple watch and the comparison is alot better. When im exercising I've not got to think oh I need to start tracking my fitness it's just automatic which is what I really needed. I can't wait to take it on my holiday with me to see what more I can do and use the navigation on my watch.

I’m not an afficianado on the world of tech but I am pleased with my choice of phone on this occasion and it was surprisingly straightforward when transferring everything from my previous phone, (also a Samsung). It’s fair to say that life is a lot easier when you choose the same maker each time. In my opinion, the Samsung Galaxy is, and will always be, the phone for me. The battery is superb and I love the display and not least I love the size, it’s just right.

The display is bright and easy to see even outdoors, and the new Wear OS 6 with One UI 8 and Gemini AI gives it a modern and smart experience. I like that it offers many health features such as sleep, stress, heart rate, and even advanced wellness insights, though some readings aren’t always perfect. The battery lasts about one to two days depending on use, so I still need to charge it often, but it’s fast enough to power up in about 90 minutes.
