Step 2: Get a call back from Samsung or visit the authorized service center near you.
Step 3: Schedule a pickup or drop off your device from your preferred location at your preferred location based on the time slots available or directly visit the nearest Authorized Samsung Service Centre. Pick up drop is available at selected location
Step 4: Samsung Expert will diagnose and repair your screen.
Step 5: If any additional fault found it will be communicated by the Samsung Expert and additional charges are applied.
Step 6:Once the repair is completed Your device is returned to you in optimal condition.
