While the device is a superbly designed and efficient tool, I am extremely disappoint3d to find that my Book5 360 has been rendered completely useless by an OTA update that has completely killed the laptop. Over two weeks later and I still do not have a working laptop. It is under warranty and less than 6 months old. Shockingly bad service from Samsung who know this is a widespread fault on this model but are continuing to sell this laptop to unsuspecting customers and provarocating on supplying a replacement. I have many devices in the Galaxy ecosystem, but this is a very poor situation for Samsung to be failing their customers so badly.

Fast start up, great performance, and touch screen works very well with hand or pen. Very easy to carry due to weight and slimness. Handles Photoshop and Lightroom with ease, even the processor-heavy enhancement in PS. The obny slight niggle is that it would be great to have somewhere on the laptop itself to store the pen.

It converts from laptop to tablet with easy (my Tab s10 ultra struggles with this }. The display is nice. not as heavy as my old laptop was and definitely a lot thinner and therefore feels more portable! I'm still looking into have all 4 of my Samsung devices connected to my laptop :}

Dumb how the speaker is at the bottom basically no sound at all comes out and also this just gets scratched really easily as when you put it down as the tablet side the top will get scratched no matter where you put it. Should of put a small rubber bit at the top

The Galaxy Book 5 360 has the newest generation i7 processor with updated battery and ai performance. I bought this to replace a faithful workhorse of mine that I've had for 4 years but which had started to slow down a little. The 360 has a folding hinge so that it can be used almost like a tablet and with the included S pen, it is perfect for drawing, marking up documents and editing photos/creating digital art. The near 16 inch screen is bright and vibrant and the videos look great. The included AI on windows 11 (Copilot) is so useful as it integrates into Office 365 and with this laptop being built for AI, performance has been top notch. What I really love about this laptop is the Samsung ecosystem and it perfectly syncs with my Samsung phone through notes and phone link and I can even use my Fold as a second screen. It almost feels seamless to go from working on my laptop to my phone and back to my laptop again. Battery life has been great so far lasting the whole day without charging. But the slim battery charger won't be such a hassle to carry in any case Would recommend 10/10

The Samsung Book 5 360 is advertised as a "Copilot PC," but that label is more misleading than helpful. While the device itself is a decent laptop in terms of hardware and design, the Copilot branding suggests AI integration that simply isn't delivered out of the box. Samsung doesn’t provide any real AI features exclusive to this device. The "Copilot" feature refers to Microsoft’s AI assistant, which is available on many Windows laptops anyway. Worse, when you try to use the more powerful Copilot features, the system prompts you to pay for a Microsoft 365 premium subscription. Samsung doesn’t include this in the purchase—meaning the AI tools are mostly locked behind a paywall. If you're buying this laptop expecting enhanced AI integration or a unique Copilot experience, you're likely to be disappointed. You're essentially getting a regular Windows laptop with typical specs and some light marketing spin. There’s no added value in the "Copilot PC" branding unless you’re willing to pay extra for Microsoft’s services yourself. I am well impressed with this Samsung Galaxy Book5 360. This is a 2 in 1 device at the very least. What are the outstanding features of this device for me? I was looking for a laptop with a touch screen, with good battery capacity, lightweight. This laptop delivers all these features, but it does not stop there. You can use this 360 laptop as a tablet as well. You prefer to write or sketch? Well you will find that it is possible with this device, as the S Pen is included. Laptop is very responsive and so far I have not noticed any delays while working on it, regardless of what I am doing: watching movies, playing games, looking for information on the Internet or just using work related applications. I am a bit of a fan of Samsung devices. I own Samsung smartphone and found it really handy and easy to have the possibility to connect and share my files to/ from smartphone. Laptop is quite thin and lightweight it makes it so much easier to carry around as and when needed. To top up all the great features, there is possibility to purchase a great device with storage memory of up to 1TB! Honestly, it is absolute pleasure to use this laptop from the very first moment you lay your hands on it.

As a university student, the Samsung Galaxy Book 360 has been an absolute game-changer. I needed a laptop that was portable, powerful, and versatile—and this one has delivered on every front. One of my favorite features is the S Pen and how effortlessly the laptop transitions into tablet mode. This versatility makes it ideal for taking notes so I don't have to carry a tablet and a laptop, I can just take this laptop in. However, I’ve noticed that switching from using the pen back to the regular laptop setup can sometimes be a little tricky. Occasionally, the pen isn’t immediately recognized unless I tilt the laptop back into tablet mode to reset it, which can be a bit annoying. I wish there was a place to attach the S Pen to the laptop itself. A built-in slot or magnet would make it perfect because at the moment I just keep it in my laptop case. The laptop is slightly magnetic so it can attach to it while in use but there isn't a specific spot for this. The performance of the laptop itself has been amazing. It’s fast, responsive, and has never lagged, even when I’m multitasking between lots of tabs. The battery life is amazing—it lasts through a full day of classes and study sessions without needing to recharge.

After unboxing my Galaxy Book 5 360 I was very pleasantly surprised. Firstly it came in sustainable packaging which is always a good sign. The design of the laptop is so sleek. The chrome colour finish and the feel of the casing feels great in your hands. It's incredibly lightweight considering all it's packing. The main highlight for me is the 369 hinge that allows you to turn it into a tablet. I know I will use it in this mode for them long trips and work meetings. Perfect for using on the go. The 16" touchscreen is a good size that allows you to complete all the tasks you need and great for taking notes and getting the creative juices flowing with the S Pen included. The processing power is insane. I have not used any tech that essentially has no lag in loading apps for a while. As this served as an upgrade for me it highlighted that Samsung have really gone all out to make a show stopper of a laptop. I love how long the battery lasts too! For basic minor tasks such as using spreadsheets and browsing, you will get a good day out of it omif not longer. I pray this lasts. Would I recommend this to friends and family? Absolutely! Good quality, great design and super functional for my needs. Gold stars all round!

Wow, what a great laptop I've upgraded to! It's very thin and lightweight for its size. Having another Samsung laptop with a 13.3-inch display, comparing the two differences in weight is negligible. Still, you get a much bigger screen and a faster processor with the Samsung Book5 360, making the experience bigger and better. The screen, being a 1080p 60hz OLED display, is bright and crisp, engaging content with vibrant colours. I'm used to editing in tablet mode, so this was great on such a big screen. The S Pen is handy, allowing for pinpoint accuracy when selecting parts for edit and scribbling notes using Snote for reference points, etc. Also, as mentioned, when using the Samsung Book5 360 to edit videos, I noticed that the fan noise is very low when pushed hard while rendering. It is excellent, meaning it can handle any job thrown at it without distraction. Transferring from my previous laptop was a breeze with Galaxy Book Switch, so getting all my information over took no time at all. The other major bonus of this laptop I noticed was the battery life, both in use and on standby. I saw a massive improvement (to my previous laptop) due to the latest processor and was pleasantly surprised that on the go, the Samsung Book5 360 got any job done, including editing and watching content with battery life to spare; this is an excellent laptop for those looking for a no worry all day laptop for general use, and a capable laptop if pushed hard. I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 for a while now, and it’s become my go to device to use for pretty much everything. One of the things that stands out to me is how naturally it shifts between a laptop and a tablet. Whether I’m typing away on its comfortable keyboard or flipping it over to draw, read, or just browse the web, it feels like the device is perfect for anything I throw at it. The display is one of my favourite features—it’s bright, inviting, and makes everything from catching up on a series to reading a news story a delightful experience. The colours pop just enough to make every visual a treat without feeling overwhelming. It’s a pleasure to look at whether I'm working indoors or out. The design of the Galaxy Book5 360 is sleek and lightweight, making it super easy to carry around without any extra bulk. I love that I can just slip it into my bag and be on my way, it never feels like its an extra weight to carry. The overall feel is modern without being flashy, which is just the right balance for me. I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
