Clean Station Steam+ lava automaticamente i panni ad alta temperatura* con acqua e vapore, li pulisce e sanifica con il vapore** e li asciuga con aria calda a 55 °C***. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I thought Samsung was a reliable brand, but this is a dismal product that is basically a scam. First of all, great features but they don't work so you have to turn them off. Secondly, basic features like vacuum do not work and leave debris on the floor. When mopping, it gets stuck in the same place. There is a picture of a 5 year warranty but it's actually only 2 years. Absolute scam and should be reported to trading standards. Finally, no replacement mop pads or dustbin filters are available for it. Absolutely disgusting from Samsung.

I've been really pleased with the Robot 3 in 1 cleaner with the VAC and Mop functions! ...However think twice about buying!! - You can't get replacement mops heads anywhere, Ive been trying for three months ...and when speaking to Samsung customer services they are unable to say if they will ever restock and recommend searching retail outlets, again searched there with no joy. So I've paid a large amount on money for a Samsung device that one of the main functions will not be available due to no accessories available. Please go with a manufacturer that gives the whole round support including accessories for you device.

No mapea demasiado bien las habitaciones. No puedes dividir según que habitaciones porque te dice la app que son demasiado pequeñas. Se quedan pelos enredados en el centro del cepillo. Te dice que hay manchas resistentes pero en realidad son reflejos de la luz del sol en el parqué. El robot dejado de reconocer los obstáculos al poco más de una semana de uso y se lo hemos tenido que enviar al servicio técnico. De momento estamos desencantados con el robot, estamos descansandos con el servicio de postventa y aunque no tenga que ver con Samsung también estamos desencantados con la empresa del servicio de recogida.

I purchased this vacuum, as my wife requested addition to our household in form of a robot vaccum. She has high expectations for such equipment and was initially underwhelmed and struggled to map the ground floor in our house. I asked her to be patient and try again and the mapping was successful. It performs very well, cleans and mops the floors very close to edges and helps to keep the floors cleaner adding more free time to do other things. App is intuitive and my wife is very happy with it. Pleased with the purchase. The only negative I have is that spare mop pads are not currently available on Samsung UK website and this needs to be resolved asap - please make all maintenance / spare parts available.

Very good: navigates well around obstacles, mop feature is really useful, so are the automatic mop cleaning and vacuum empty features. Very easy to operate from phone once set up. It does not like small stones which can be sucked up and jam the long rotating brush under the robot but it is easy to remove the stones. Less than perfect: need to be a bit of geek to set up mobile phone control of the robot. Also although not found in the instructions, the cleaning station must be located on a firm surface such as plastic tiles. On some ordinary carpets the cleaning station (which is quite heavy) sinks into the carpet and the robot loading ramp rides up, such that the robot cannot climb up the ramp and into the station.

It is completely waste of money to buy this vacuum cleaner. this is the worst product I bought it till now. it didn't even clean the along the edges properly. The worst is thing is that if you are not satisfy with vacuum cleaner wants to returns then you have to pay 20% of the cost for using it. I don't understanding how can we know about product without using it. It is literally grabbing money for the waste product. I recommend never ever buy anything from Samsung. even many reviews in the internet says it is worst but I believe in Samsung.

Do not buy one of these. The idea is good, the app is pretty great, and ‘some’ of the tech works really well, but the overall product is unreliable - base station floods, onboard dust tank doesn’t empty - and Samsung service/support is by far the worst I have use in the last 10years. We purchased in November 2024. We had various teething issues with mapping but it did generally figure things out, and did a fairly good job of hoovering and mopping in the background each night. Then in Dec we realised the onboard dust box wasn’t emptying itself. Eventually a full reset resolved this. Then in Jan we found the Cleanstation tank/washing bay wasn’t emptying. More calls and emails to customer support, who very very clearly aren’t trained on these machines - try resetting it again etc. Eventually, after 2 weeks of wrestling with the useless customer service/support team, they agreed it needed collecting. By this point the device is barely 6 weeks old, but it’s outside the return window so warranty kicks in and you have to use their Service agent. They say they will arrange for it to be collected. No time given, no warning til DPD announce they will be collecting ‘that day’, and will be bringing a box. DPD and box arrives, but device doesn’t fit in box. Not even close. Customer services says ‘oops, it’s a new model (which it isnt) and we don’t have any larger boxes’. Very sorry, call you in 48 hours, taking personal care of your case now, etc. Hear nothing. Courier calls a few days later saying they are being tasked to collect it and deliver direct to service agent. Courier is good and does as promised. That was over a week ago. Since then, Samsung have tried sending DPD again, again with too small a box to collect a device that was collected over a week ago. Not a squeak from Samsung/their agent about what’s going on with my machine. Emails and live chats promise call backs. Calls to the help desk are answered only to explain that their system is being updated and they can’t do anything but they will call me back. No eta as to when. I was excited to be an early (ish) adopter, and am somewhat privileged enough to be able to afford the hefty price tag, but on the basis of my experience I cannot recommend either the product, or frankly the Samsung brand/service support offering. If someone from Samsung gets a grip of this matter and contacts me by CoB 16th Feb with an acceptable resolution to all the above, I’ll consider reflecting their solution in an update to the above.

Au quotidien, mon robot aspirateur laveur Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI+ Steam est devenu un véritable allié. Grâce à son intelligence embarquée, sa puissance d’aspiration et sa précision, il garantit un nettoyage complet et parfaitement uniforme. Je gagne un temps précieux chaque jour, sans jamais sacrifier la propreté de mon intérieur. Certes, un nettoyage manuel hebdomadaire reste utile, mais grâce à lui, les sols restent impeccables entre deux passages. Même s’il ne traite pas les plinthes, les coins ou les zones trop basses sous certains meubles, il prend en charge 90 % du travail. Résultat : il ne reste plus que quelques finitions rapides, pour un intérieur toujours impeccable avec un minimum d’effort. Je recommande vraiment le robot aspirateur laveur Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI+ Steam !

I love how smart the cleaning feels – it navigates smoothly, covers every corner, and switches between functions seamlessly. The suction is excellent, and it leaves my floors spotless with minimal effort on my part. It’s stylish too, so it doesn’t look out of place at home. Honestly, it’s made cleaning so much quicker and easier. I come home and my floors are spotless.

The hardware is really good! Suction 9\10! Wet mopping 9\10! Cleaning job overall - 8\10! However, the software... it is not working okay. Obstacle recognition - never gets proper results. A plant pot? Surely it is a cup or a plate, haha. Furniture leg? No, it is a "sock". Also, it can stuck on a simple sun glare from a shiny floor and avoid a pretty large area. Another joke is scheduled cleaning. BST (British Summer Time) it fails to recognize, so if you have scheduled your cleaning at 6PM, yup it will run at 6PM and also it will send you about 10 notifications an hour later (at 7PM) that cleaning can not be started by schedule. I could continue the list on and on, but that is just a top of an iceberg. If they improve the soft, I would name it the best vacuum (I had 2 others previously).

Ich kann von Diesem Gerät nur abraten!!!! - Im September gekauft (auch weil ich sehr Samsung-Markentreu bin) und das Gerät ist in diesen Monaten vier Mal defekt gewesen. Laufend wird die Nutzung durch Fehlermeldungen unmöglich gemacht. Ein Saugroboter sollte das Leben erleichtern und nicht eine Laufende Belastung durch nötige Eingriffe und Reparaturen sein. Jetzt kann ich das Teil wieder zur Reparatur bringen. Daher mein Fazit!

C est l Aide Indispensable pour l entretien de votre maison. Avec son AI intégré gérer depuis tout vos autres appareils Samsung. Ca rends le quotidien + confortable. Un vrai gain de temps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. Service and delivery were punctual. The set up and app integration was very easy to set up. The Hoover is great. With a large surface area to clean it does it really well. I love how easy it is to control via the app. Meaning I can be out and able to set cleaning routines etc. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to reduce their cleaning tasks

We’re thrilled with the cleaning performance! We simply set the schedule, and it runs overnight, leaving us with perfectly mopped floors in the morning. It’s also a huge time saver—we created a second map for our upstairs area, and by moving the station upstairs before leaving for work, we return home to spotless floors once again. It’s been a fantastic addition to our home!

Broken within first year of use. Sent off for a repair and DPD / Samsung have lost the vacuum. Absolute shambles of a company and customer service is absolutely shocking. No call for three weeks and no update only to be told today it's missing. Asked for complaints procedure only to be told there isn't one. Do not waste your money or time with this company.

I will start by saying I am a Samsung person, I love the brand and have phone, tablet and every TV is a Samsung. This machine and the awful customer service has soured the brand for me. Our Jet Bot AI can mop the floors but has no ability to suck anything up, the most important part. It actually gathers dust and dirt up then dumps in places like the kitchen periodically. We contacted Samsung immediately and asked for a refund or replacement, this seemed impossible to them - even though it is actually UK law. Their customer service eventually took it away for repair which is not what we wanted. It has arrived back from the repairer absolutely filthy, and now completely broken. Customer services have offered me a £50 voucher to compensate! What am I supposed to do with £50 against a machine of this value??? Avoid buying one of these - if it doesn't work they won't help you. I am considering throwing it out and buying an alternate brand. A very costly nightmare.

HOWEVER, the massive issue with it is that you can't get parts for it. I'm in need of a new roller brush as the rubber fins on mine are damaged, and no one sells spares. Samsung themselves can't help me.

Also ich habe 2 Hunde im Haushalt und richtig staubsaugen tut er nicht. Er wirbelt nur alles zusammen und saugt dann nur zum Teil den Dreck auf! Die Hundehaare wirbeln durch die Gegend und es liegen die Häufchen Haare herum anstatt das er dies einsaugt! Auch die Haare verhedern sich in der Bürste vom Sauger.... !

De samsung bespoke jet bot is een handige dweilrobot. De obstakel detectie werkt redelijk goed, hier en daar raakt hij nog wel eens hele donkere objecten maar voor de rest is het de eerste die niet op mijn (hoog) vloerkleed vastloopt. Hij stoomt de dweilen en voorkomt daarmee dat de dweilen gaan stinken, echter is het wel raadzaam om iets in de afvalwater tank te doen om daar bacteriegroei tegen te gaan. Als hij het kleed gaat stofzuigen laat hij de dweilen achter in zijn basisstation, dit was een functie waar ik naar zocht. Verder maakt hij een 3d map van je huis waardoor je makkelijk 'spotclearing' kan doen. Je drukt in de app op de locatie waar je hem wil laten schoonmaken en hij rijdt er zo naar toe. Een ding wat ik mis is een reservoir voor schoonmaak middel. Volgens de handleiding mag je ook geen schoonmaak middel aan je schoonwater reservoir toevoegen, ik vermoed omdat hij dit water ook gebruikt om te stomen en het schoonmaak middel dan in je thermoblok achterblijft.

Some 3 months ago now I purchased a Robot Vacuum and Mop from Samsung. The device on the whole isn't great as it is often getting stuck, going to the wrong areas and not completing cleaning tasks. I've reset it a number of times as well as reinstalling the SmartThings App. It will only map 25% of my house now where as previously it did more. Beyond this it has a fault that the camera isn't working. I have called the service centre around 9 times to get this resolved and had a number of email exchanges with SmartThings team. All of these interactions (apart from one) have been incredible frustrating. When I finally convinced a member of the Samsung technical team that there is a problem and a repair was booked, the logistics partner, DPD, are useless. I was not contacted to arrange a date and therefore wasn't in when they came. On the rearranged date, they didn't turn up and sent me a photo of a random field somewhere. Before I can rearrange, the whole repair has been cancelled. Avoid at all cost!

I thought i would upgrade from my eufy 10 pro… mistake lots of features on the samsung that sadly don’t live upto expectations poor suction, no edge to edge cleaning and the app mapping puts walls where it wants. And lacks features that my old eufy had.

First time owing a robot vacuum and already love it. It made a very accurate map and got straight to work, did a nice job on the floors. The app will let me know when I need to empty the dirty water/vacuum bag etc. Overall it's a great bit of kit

Very impressed so far with the robot. Had waited ages for a product that did both mopping and vacuum with an auto empty charge station and was willing to pay the premium when it did finally arrive. Does a brilliant job.,, when it decides to. The software is a massive let down. Kinda feels like 95% of the development was spent on the hardware - which thus far seems amazing, and then the software was an afterthought. (Not sure if I’d better on android but the iOS app crashed regularly) Frequently gets lost, decides not to do some areas for no reason (or if there is a reason there’s no easy way to find out why). The mapping is kinda okay: should be a way to add rooms or point in the right direction. - took 3 attempts to get it to map one room in my house as it kept driving past the open door and ignoring. Got one more (small) room which I can’t split off (bathroom) so refuses to mop. Overall… works amazing when it works, but software is defo lacking. Hopefully with a bit of development this changes as I’m aware is a new product. Maybe feels a bit like a beta.

So far I have had this robot for about a month and it's worked great. Like all robot vacuums it isn't perfect but does a lot better job than ones I have previously had. The base station is robust and works fantastic easy to clean and maintain and enables the robot to do his job well with minimal input from me. The only downside I have found is that the roller brush gets hair wound up in its centre that needs unraveling even though there is supposed to be a hair grinder. But I can live with that once a week for not having to hoover. The mop does a fairly decent job of keeping the wooden floor in a presentable state and means I only have to mop once a week which is great even though I own a dog it manages to keep on top of mucky paw prints so I am impressed. The app is easy to use and very well presented with lots of options including pet care so I can monitor what he is up to while I am out. The only thing I would say is samsung need to make accessories like dust bags for the base station and new mop pads easier to find on there website. I definitely would recommend it though if you want a fully automated hoover and mop it's one of the premium choices out there.

Ik heb deze robot stofzuiger mogen testen .Ik ben al in het bezit van een ander merk ,dus heb goed kunnen vergelijken .De Samsung Bespoke Jet doet wat hij belooft. Het installeren was zeer makkelijk en binnen no time kon ik hem uit gaan testen.Het bedienen via de app is erg handig.Als eerste gaat de stofzuiger een map maken van de ruimte en slaat deze op .Je kunt dus ook iedere keer kiezen of je alle ruimtes of bijv alleen de kamer en keuken wilt doen.Hij rijd makkelijk langs alle obstakels in tegenstelling tot mijn eigen robotstofzuiger die overal tegen aan botst en telkens vast loopt in het rooster van de convectorput.De Samsung gaat ook feilloos over van de plavuizen naar tapijt en op het tapijt hoor je dat hij extra zuigkracht geeft.Het basisstation is wel erg groot,maar daar in tegen heb je er ook weinig omkijken naar omdat de reservoirs groot zijn en dus niet vaak geleegd of gevuld(schoon water) hoeven worden.Hij zuigt en dweilt goed en tussendoor spoelt hij de dweil schoon.Je kunt hem programmeren zo dat hij op bepaalde dagen of tijden automatisch opstart,dus zonder omkijken altijd een schone vloer een uitkomst als je net als ik 3 hondjes hebt rondlopen.De functie om je huisdier in de gaten te houden heb ik 1 keer gebruikt,maar heeft voor mij geen toegevoegde waarde.Het enige nadeel wat ik kan bedenken is de prijs ,wat toch wel een flinke uitgave is.

I took a punt on this even though I saw a lot of negative reviews about in online. Unfortunately I've been disappointed. For an eye watering £1299, it has only managed to partially clean my home once. Mostly it just goes around in the same circle until the battery dies, like it's confused or think something is in the way, when there isn't. The one time it did manage to partly clean the place, it went into the kitchen and mopped for a out 1 metre and then returned to the docking station to empty the water and remove the mops to finish it on just vacuum mode. I've tried resetting it, checked the sensors are clean, lowered the sensitivity modes to no avail. I tried to contact Samsung technical support who suggested I book a repair but on both attempts they just stopped responding after i said yes. It was 10 pm I noticed so maybe they finish but to just cut you off without even saying anything is just odd to me. Also, when I used the recycling option for £300 discount, which isn't based on the value of the item, I accidentally added robot as the item i was recycling instead of cordless. After give 2 email addresses to contact (both wrong departments they stated in the email reply) and 2 phone calls and various online chats I was promised that it would be changed on the phone and updated once done - it wasn't and turns out they can't change it once the order is made. Fair enough but now I have traded in a working £400 robot vac as scrap which whizzed around with no issues whatsoever for a £1300 robot that just starts going around in circles until the battery dies in various places. the battery is going from 100% to 65% in approximately less that 10 minutes For £1300 I could have got a flagship robot vac with a well known brand but I was loyal to Samsung and now I've completely gone off the company for life

La qualità della pulizia è nella media , purtroppo la mancata potenza di aspirazione si sente e si vede Non è in grado di rifinire gli angoli a differenza di alcuni suoi competitori, peccato perché sono dettagli già sul mercato da un po e per una pulizia efficiente è importante . La telecamera centrale a torretta non può ritrarsi e quei pochi cm se si hanno mobili bassi fanno la differenza in quanto non può pulire l'area sottostante, perché non ci passa , quindi ha senso posizionarla li ?anche se sembra di dimensioni contenute verificare le altezze , inoltre l'essicatura dei panni per 2 /3/4 ore utile per non far sviluppare cattivi odori ma dovrebbe essere opzionabile dato che per lo spessore che hanno i due panni in meno di 20 minuti stesi al sole sono perfettamente asciutti con zero consumo energetico , il servizio clienti samsung sconsiglia di rimuoverli per farli asciugare autonomamente ( al sole :-)) Non è possibile inserire detergenti anche se Mediaworld lo propone abbinato alla vendita , e poi in ultimo tornare al sacchetto della polvere proprio no , ci eravamo gia evoluti . Smartthings potrebbe semplificare e rendere più gradevole l'interazione , bisogna perderci un po di tempo se non si è pratici nell'utilizzo già dell app , quindi sicuramente da migliorare e questo lo rende non adatto a tutte quelle persone che hanno difficoltà o non amano star dietro a varie impostazioni. Non so a cosa serve bixby, perché a parte rispondere per dirmi che ore sono non attiva comandi vocali per la pulizia mirata , quindi se vuoi dire lava o aspira la cucina ... ti risponderà non ho capito prova un altra lingua 😝 ( nonostante la mappatura con i nomi delle stanze) quindi che funzione è? Info ora Ho 3 gatti e lo detestano, ha il pet care che ti permette di stressare meno i nostri amici pelosi con musica o monitorando con le immagini se miagola ma in realtà devo proteggere lui da loro , la spazzola laterale rotante è diventato il loro gioco preferito. Se lo vuoi regalare alla nonna per aiutarla semplificandole le pulizie , "potrebbe" non essere la scelta migliore. Inoltre essere un passo avanti data la rotazione dei panni , darne due in piu con la funzione parquet o per stendere la cera non sarebbe stato male , qualcosa in più e diverso rispetto agli altri robot. Quindi un po di migliorie lo avrebbero reso nel complesso un buon prodotto ma nel rapporto qualità prezzo ad oggi perde rispetto ad altri prodotti più performante ad un prezzo ridotto
