First of all, great features but they don't work so you have to turn them off. Secondly, basic features like vacuum do not work and leave debris on the floor. When mopping, it gets stuck in the same place. There is a picture of a 5 year warranty but it's actually only 2 years. Absolute scam and should be reported to trading standards. Finally, no replacement mop pads or dustbin filters are available for it. Absolutely disgusting from Samsung.

I took a punt on this even though I saw a lot of negative reviews about in online. Unfortunately I've been disappointed. For an eye watering £1299, it has only managed to partially clean my home once. Mostly it just goes around in the same circle until the battery dies, like it's confused or think something is in the way, when there isn't. The one time it did manage to partly clean the place, it went into the kitchen and mopped for a out 1 metre and then returned to the docking station to empty the water and remove the mops to finish it on just vacuum mode. I've tried resetting it, checked the sensors are clean, lowered the sensitivity modes to no avail. I tried to contact Samsung technical support who suggested I book a repair but on both attempts they just stopped responding after i said yes. It was 10 pm I noticed so maybe they finish but to just cut you off without even saying anything is just odd to me. Also, when I used the recycling option for £300 discount, which isn't based on the value of the item, I accidentally added robot as the item i was recycling instead of cordless. After give 2 email addresses to contact (both wrong departments they stated in the email reply) and 2 phone calls and various online chats I was promised that it would be changed on the phone and updated once done - it wasn't and turns out they can't change it once the order is made. Fair enough but now I have traded in a working £400 robot vac as scrap which whizzed around with no issues whatsoever for a £1300 robot that just starts going around in circles until the battery dies in various places. the battery is going from 100% to 65% in approximately less that 10 minutes For £1300 I could have got a flagship robot vac with a well known brand but I was loyal to Samsung and now I've completely gone off the company for life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my new Jet Bot Combo AI Robot Vacuum and Mop but only after I figured out how to use the app. And it was actually a simple swipe up of the finger that solved everything. So I am going to tell you what I discovered so you don’t have to be as frustrated as I was. The vacuum is very easy to assemble and setup in the station. You fill it with water and charge it and it’s ready to go. You have to download the Smart Things app to use the additional features of the mop/vac and the additional features are why I wanted it in the first place. Like scheduling cleaning, knowing water level, room customization, home monitoring, driving mode and suction strength along with several other things. The first picture I have included shows the map of my home after the robot mapped it. Didn’t take long. Maybe 10 minutes. Along the bottom of the picture it gives you the options of how you want to clean. Mop, Vacuum or Combo. When I got to that first page after mapping I was wanting to look for the other features and couldn’t find them anywhere. What I did not do was swipe up on the small vertical line above and to the right of Fully Charged. Doing that revealed all the additional features of this wonderful JetBot. I love that it can mop or vacuum or both. I love the mapping feature because the different areas are named and you can pick which area you want to clean. The auto dustbin emptying as well as auto water emptying and mop cleaning is HUGE to me. I have used my robot for a week and I haven’t emptied the big bin in the station yet. I don’t like that the robot doesn’t detect when the dustbin is full and empty it and then resume cleaning. It only empties at the end of it’s cleaning cycle. It is fairly quiet and the mop does a decent job. It wouldn’t be good for muddy floors but it does a good job with maintenance cleaning. It has not gotten stuck once and recognizes obstacles really well. I love that on the app you can put a line across a stairwell so the robot knows it has to stop there. There are still features I am still learning about every day and thus far I am delighted with my Jet Bot.

The hardware is really good! Suction 9\10! Wet mopping 9\10! Cleaning job overall - 8\10! However, the software... it is not working okay. Obstacle recognition - never gets proper results. A plant pot? Surely it is a cup or a plate, haha. Furniture leg? No, it is a "sock". Also, it can stuck on a simple sun glare from a shiny floor and avoid a pretty large area. Another joke is scheduled cleaning. BST (British Summer Time) it fails to recognize, so if you have scheduled your cleaning at 6PM, yup it will run at 6PM and also it will send you about 10 notifications an hour later (at 7PM) that cleaning can not be started by schedule. I could continue the list on and on, but that is just a top of an iceberg. If they improve the soft, I would name it the best vacuum (I had 2 others previously).

I included a picture example of phone set up for AI Robot Vaccum. You can select the rooms to be vaccumed and mopped or just vacuuming. You can name your Vaccum. Another great feature is the ability to select the days and time you want it to run. This vaccum can be set to greet the kids at the door when they get home from school. At first I was worried my dog would be scared but she wasn't. She ignores it and the vacuum is strong and quiet. With this vaccum you will have the ability to see what the vaccum sees on the camera. You can set it to avoid even small objects that wouldn't be dirt or garbage. My floor is always clean now it feels like we hired help. I'm grateful for the peace this brings to our family. Samsung really came through with this successful product.

Once it was all set up, I easily connected it to the Samsung SmartThings app. There you can see all features that this amazing Vacuum can do. Compared to my previous vacuum robot, this one is quieter, faster, and doesn’t need to empty during cleaning. Other things that make this a good buy are that when it mops, the water dries fast and it has a camera so you can check in on it—or your house when you’re away. There is an install video which is very helpful to have it ready to go in a short amount of time—although mine was only 25% charged out of the box. There are some drawbacks that I’ve noticed. I think because it can see things compared to my previous robot vacuum, it knows not to bump into things and so it doesn’t go to the edge around the walls and other objects. When changing to mopping, it returns to the base and installs the mop piece on its own and it also adds water by itself. However, it did not mop my bathroom or entry area with hard floor. At the end when it dispenses the dirty water and cleans the mop head, it takes about 10 minutes and it’s loud so putting the base in a bedroom away from you would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this vacuum and I think after a few software updates, it’s going to blow anything else out of the water. The vacuum does a tremendous job navigating the various floor types on my first floor (thick carpet, area rugs, hardwood) and knows when and when not to lower the mop during the mopping function. The vacuum works pretty effortlessly as well, generally getting most areas of the floor. The SmartThings app doesn’t have quite as many features as other competitors I’ve used, but imagine Samsung will continuously improve on this over time. The only areas where I’ve had some difficulty are during re-docking and occasional missed spots when vacuuming. When the robot is done, it seems to have difficulty redocking at times and needs to try a few times before it gets it right. Not sure if this is just the placement of the docking station, but hopefully this improves over time. In addition, there are times where it misses vacuuming a few spots in the house even though they are mapped appropriately. Not sure why, but again, hoping this improves with software updates.

Won't need to empty or fill too often which is a plus. Was very easy to set up, didn't look at the instructions once. Self explanatory. It mapped out my house very fast, able to navigate around all obstacles. Picks up the dirty with great precision. It knew what part of my house was the kitchen, dinning room, living room. The self clean part is amazing, all I have to do is empty dust, dirty water, and fill with clean water. Only uses water no chemicals don't need to continue spending on it after initial purchase. Being able to set it on a clean schedule while no one is home is great since I have 2 toddlers and they follow it every where, caught the 2 year old sitting on it. Surprisingly it held very well and carried him (don't recommend allow them to use it as a hover board though haha). Connecting and controlling through the smarthings app. Added features I did not anticipate is the pet care. Can notify if dogs are barking, can locate pet and allow me to see them live on camera, play music to entertain pet. Everyone that had seen it is intrigued by it. I love it so far and can't wait to clean out house less. Relax and let it vacuum and mop the floor!

It is not only significantly quieter than our previous vacuums, it also moves in a much more elegant fashion — no longer rudely bumping into our furniture, walls, and tables and startling our dog!! In fact the first time we ran the robot, our dog simply watched from the safety of his bed without running after the robot in fear of it knocking over something on our coffee table or pushing his blankets into the corner. These two factors alone, coupled with its effective suction, are already convincing enough for me to recommend this new Samsung JetBot. But the addition of smart AI avoidance means we don’t need to run around pre-vacuuming and picking our dog’s things to ensure our robot completes its task — we can actually just let it run itself without worry and pre-care! It can empty and charge itself without getting stuck in our bathrooms and we can luckily trust it to get the job done. While we don’t quite use the mopping function as much due to our hardwood’s specific chemical requirements, knowing we have that feature for other areas of the home is great. The mapping is accurate, and we love the ability to spot clean and amazingly… use the live view to check on our home!!!! What an ingenious feature. All in all, an amazing addition to our home care arsenal!

The vacuum frequently gets "caught" in rooms with a hard floor to carpet transition. It also needs help to get up the ramp back into the dock. I wish it there were a sensor to know when the dust bin was full and empty automatically when full. Instead it will continue attempting to vacuum when full and makes a mess. I would love to set a routine to clean my whole house and empty as needed, but the only thing that works is to do one or two rooms at a time. Otherwise it seems to vacuum well and is thorough. I haven't tried mopping yet.

I opened the nox and took all the items out and started putting the vacuum together. It was pretty self explanatory and didn’t even have to reference the instructions, after I got it all put together I put the vacuum on the base station to charge. As the vacuum was charging I filled the clean water bin up and proceeded to add the vacuum into my Smartthings application, this was easy for me already being a smartthing housewhole, it might be a little learning curve for a new user but its pretty easy to figure out. The first run I just did a vacuum run and it also mapped out my flooring. I put some objects in the middle of the floor to test out the AI object detection “a shoe, sock, and some play poop from one of my childs toys”. My previous vacuum that was suppose to be able to avoid things like this is no longer with us! It did a great job of avoiding the object I placed on the floor along with my old blind and deaf dog. No animals were hurt during the making of this revew! The vacuum was very speedy at vacuuming the floors and did a very good job at it and I’m really like not having to deal with emptying the dirt from the vacuum as it returned to the base stations and emptied the dirt. Next test was the mopping feature which really surprised me as the previous vacuum was suppose to mop also but was less than desirable results, but this new one did a fantastic job like 10x better than my partner which does zero mopping I really appreciate not having to put much effort into the mopping feature as it empties the dirty water into the dirty water clean and if it need more get it from the the clean water bin. Overall I have been extremely pleased with my new floor cleaning army of one!

My cleaning routine used to be for me to vacuum every other day. This helper tackles both vacuuming and mopping at the same time and even empties its own dust bin and cleans its mop heads! What's even better is it takes itself back to charge if it needs to and picks right back up after. The AI object recognition is awesome - it navigates around my son's toys, furniture, and other items with great care not bumping into it The All-in-One Clean Station is easy to use as well. Just add fresh water every couple of days, and empty our the old dirty water. It automatically empties into the the dustbin inside the All in One Clean station and from time to time you empty out that part. It washes the mop pads with hot water and steam and refills itself with water when needed. My old mop is jealous. It is a pro at knowing when it goes over a rug to keep vacuuming but stop the mop heads from touching the floor so it does not get wet. The suction is powerful enough to pick up all the crumbs, dirt, and pet hair my boy leaves behind. It is so nice to wake up to a clean floor It is also not very noisy so I have mine programmed to run each night after we go to bed. I simply set the routine program easily in the Smart Things app on my phone and choose how and when it should turn on automatically. I don't have to worry about a thing! I can easily turn it off and send it back to its station if I need to as well. I can also see the map of the rooms where it has been vacuumed and where it still has to go. No more guessing if the robot vacuumed in a spot or room or not. I no longer use a pinball vacuum like my old one and do not know where it goes after bouncing off something. I highly, highly highly say you need to get it. Especially if you love a good clean floor and hate mopping like me. Get it, it is a game changer and I just love it.

The setup within the SmartThings app was super easy and it has a ton of additional features and customizations. The Pet Monitoring feature is really cool and works surprisingly well. -Cleaning: The cleaning on this puppy is absolutely wild. It has either vac only or mop and vac model. Having three dogs and three girls in the house makes for a ton of hair, this thing kills it at making sure our floors are hair/fur free. So far, we have it programmed to mop every other day and vacuum every day. The floors look and feel super clean. The robot is able to reach the corners and edges of the floor really well with both the vac and mop, so having those little missed spots are a thing of the past. The cleaning station has a 1gal. capacity for clean water and self cleans, sanitizes, and drys the mop pads after every clean or every 20 minutes, depending on how you set it. The vac has all of the usual features, self empty, self fills the robot water tank, etc. - AI features: I feel like this is where the device really shines/differs from other products. It has a whole suite of AI features like object recognition, obstacle avoidance, stain recognition, pet detection.. the list goes on. Most of the features work well and I imagine will only get better as the algorithms improve. The robot has yet to run out of charge while cleaning, even on the vac+mop mode. It does have a resume function, so if it does run out of juice it will just pick up where it left off. The mopping on this guy works super well, the spinning pads are a huge improvement from the traditional mop vacs that just drag a wet cloth behind it. - Mapping: The map function is very detailed, it creates a 2D and 3D model of your house, with little models of your furniture and objects. While it's cleaning, it will also alert you on the map where it ran into objects that it had to go around or avoid. Overall I would recommend this robot hands down. If you're looking for an all-in-one solution to clean floors with the minimal amount of work on your end, this is your guy.

Do not buy one of these. The idea is good, the app is pretty great, and ‘some’ of the tech works really well, but the overall product is unreliable - base station floods, onboard dust tank doesn’t empty - and Samsung service/support is by far the worst I have use in the last 10years. We purchased in November 2024. We had various teething issues with mapping but it did generally figure things out, and did a fairly good job of hoovering and mopping in the background each night. Then in Dec we realised the onboard dust box wasn’t emptying itself. Eventually a full reset resolved this. Then in Jan we found the Cleanstation tank/washing bay wasn’t emptying. More calls and emails to customer support, who very very clearly aren’t trained on these machines - try resetting it again etc. Eventually, after 2 weeks of wrestling with the useless customer service/support team, they agreed it needed collecting. By this point the device is barely 6 weeks old, but it’s outside the return window so warranty kicks in and you have to use their Service agent. They say they will arrange for it to be collected. No time given, no warning til DPD announce they will be collecting ‘that day’, and will be bringing a box. DPD and box arrives, but device doesn’t fit in box. Not even close. Customer services says ‘oops, it’s a new model (which it isnt) and we don’t have any larger boxes’. Very sorry, call you in 48 hours, taking personal care of your case now, etc. Hear nothing. Courier calls a few days later saying they are being tasked to collect it and deliver direct to service agent. Courier is good and does as promised. That was over a week ago. Since then, Samsung have tried sending DPD again, again with too small a box to collect a device that was collected over a week ago. Not a squeak from Samsung/their agent about what’s going on with my machine. Emails and live chats promise call backs. Calls to the help desk are answered only to explain that their system is being updated and they can’t do anything but they will call me back. No eta as to when. I was excited to be an early (ish) adopter, and am somewhat privileged enough to be able to afford the hefty price tag, but on the basis of my experience I cannot recommend either the product, or frankly the Samsung brand/service support offering. If someone from Samsung gets a grip of this matter and contacts me by CoB 16th Feb with an acceptable resolution to all the above, I’ll consider reflecting their solution in an update to the above.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bespoke Jet Bot Combo in July 2024. I also own Jet Bot AI+ vacuum for 1st floor and Jet Bot Vacuum for my Master Bedroom. This Jet Bot Combo to take care the whole 1st floor (3000 SqFt). As you can see I have experience with Samsung robot vacuum and let me tell you they’re very easy to use and durable. The vacuum and mop cleaning are superb. I schedule MWF for vacuuming and Saturday for Mopping. The Combo unit is very smart, automate and self contained. Wash and sanitize the mop itself. The only thing I do is to replenish the clean water and throw the dirty water. I definitely recommend for this Combo but since I have this Combo for only a month. I can’t say about the durability, hope it will have the same qualities as my other 2 jet bot vacuums.

I am unsure how it all works, but the AI Object Recognition and AI Floor Detect seemed to work well. My area was mapped then I set for just vacuum. Did a great job. I then set to mop, and it worked as well! I like the Obstacle Avoidance system as it stops befor running into an obstical. my old one actually bumped into things, and left mars. The Clean Station says it has Steam Sanitation, Auto Wash, Auto Dry, and Auto Dust Empty. The unit actually tells you through a speaker that it is doing each step. Again, I do not know how LiDAR Navigation works, but it does. I just used smart things to set the mode and turn it on from work. Again, very cool! Early on, but initial impressions are great!

So I've paid a large amount on money for a Samsung device that one of the main functions will not be available due to no accessories available. Please go with a manufacturer that gives the whole round support including accessories for you device.

I have only had this unit about a week but so far I am very impressed. It mops and vaccums well and has some really cool features. I have 4 dogs and this unit has been great about picking up thier hair and mopping up the mud from when they go in and out of the house. I would like to see a bit better edge and corner performance, but all in all this is a great machine. I bought this on a black friday sale at a significant discount, so I am very happy with the decison. If I would have had to pay full price, I would have possibly considered some of the competitors with more comprehensive edge and corner performance. I had the prior version of this unit and it was not great. I returned it for a Shark. I wanted a unit that mopped so I decided to try Samsung again and I am extremley happy I did.

I’m very unsatisfied with this purchase and wish I would have saved my money. It doesn’t pick up much as is and misses a majority of each room. The spin brush is constantly needing cleaned out as my long hair tangles it in one use. I thought the whole purpose of a self cleaning robot vacuum and mop was that it would be self sufficient but if you aren’t home while it’s cleaning it’s unusable and pointless. And when you are home while it’s cleaning it needs help every 5 minutes.

I use this as an everyday vacuum and then run a proper vacuum around the edges once a week. Sometimes the software does have some hiccups. However, this is only a rare occurrence. The obstacle avoidance is also excellent. We rarely see any furniture hit. The mop is also super helpful in keeping spills or stubborn marks at bay.

Waking up daily to vacuumed and moped floors makes me feel like king. It tackles both vacuuming and mopping at the same time and even empties its own dirt in the bin and cleans its own mop heads! All you need to do is add fresh water every couple of days, and empty out the old dirty water. The All in One Clean station holds the water and the dirt. It is smart at knowing when it goes over a rug to keep vacuuming but stop the mop heads from touching the floor so it does not get wet. The suction is powerful enough to pick up all the crumbs, dirt, and pet hair. I programmed mine to run each night after we go to bed. I simply set the routine program easily in the Smart Things app on my phone and choose how and when it should turn on automatically.. I highly recommend you get this! Make your life easier.

I purchased this vacuum, as my wife requested addition to our household in form of a robot vaccum. She has high expectations for such equipment and was initially underwhelmed and struggled to map the ground floor in our house. I asked her to be patient and try again and the mapping was successful. It performs very well, cleans and mops the floors very close to edges and helps to keep the floors cleaner adding more free time to do other things. App is intuitive and my wife is very happy with it. Pleased with the purchase. The only negative I have is that spare mop pads are not currently available on Samsung UK website and this needs to be resolved asap - please make all maintenance / spare parts available.

We have used separate mopping and vacuum robots in the past and have not liked the fact that the mop required specific cleaner to work. Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Robot Vacuum and Mop with All-in-One Clean Station with Auto Steam only requires water to function keeping the tower easy to maintain and keeps the floors chemical free for our dog. The capacity to hold water and dust is large, limiting the need to empty or fill water often. It is easy to set up and organize routines using the SmartThings app. Our house appliances are Samsung so it is great to use one app for all of them. It mapped out our apartment pretty easily and is able to distinguish obstacles without avoiding huge areas. The noise level is much lower, so we can easily start it when we are around as well. I like the camera function to check on our dog who likes hanging under our bed frame. It cleans so well that I can finally wear black socks and do not have so much dog hair underneath. I highly recommend it.

I always wanted to try these types of floor cleaners and boy does it lives up to all of the hype. After taking it out of the box and setting it up, which was super easy, I had to let it charge for a while. Once it finished charging, I set it up with the Samsung SmartThings app. When that was all set and done, I then selected for it to learn the layout of my home and let it vacuum. Depending on the size of your home, after it learns the layout, it'll tell you how long it'll take to vacuum the floor. The machine actually speaks to you. When the vacuum was completed, I selected for it to mop. Now this took about 2 hours to complete, so I recommend setting this up when everyone goes to bed. When it was done mopping, I checked the floors and it was definitely clean. After the mopping, if you go to the SmartThings app, it'll let you know if there was any obstacles in the way. It can even take video of it. This AI Robot Vacuum and Mop exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed so far with the robot. Had waited ages for a product that did both mopping and vacuum with an auto empty charge station and was willing to pay the premium when it did finally arrive. Does a brilliant job.,, when it decides to. The software is a massive let down. Kinda feels like 95% of the development was spent on the hardware - which thus far seems amazing, and then the software was an afterthought. (Not sure if I’d better on android but the iOS app crashed regularly) Frequently gets lost, decides not to do some areas for no reason (or if there is a reason there’s no easy way to find out why). The mapping is kinda okay: should be a way to add rooms or point in the right direction. - took 3 attempts to get it to map one room in my house as it kept driving past the open door and ignoring. Got one more (small) room which I can’t split off (bathroom) so refuses to mop. Overall… works amazing when it works, but software is defo lacking. Hopefully with a bit of development this changes as I’m aware is a new product. Maybe feels a bit like a beta.

This Jet Bot will suck up all that dog hair AND clean up the doggie footprints and my floors have never been this clean. The Smart Things app is how you control it. It maps out your home and it is surprisingly accurate. From the app you tell the bot what you want it to do. And then ON THE APP you can watch it maneuver through your home. I have attached a picture of my app with the tracks the bot makes of where it’s been. You can see it as the white lines all over the blue area named Room. I can be upstairs and check on my phone to see how far it’s gotten with the floor cleaning. Brilliant! It empties the dustbin and water automatically after each clean into a bigger bin in the station so you will not be emptying anything on daily basis. Maybe once every week or two, I am guessing, because I haven’t emptied mine yet and it’s been over a week of use. This has a hefty price tag but to me it’s totally worth it. Best robot cleaner I have ever had.

Very good: navigates well around obstacles, mop feature is really useful, so are the automatic mop cleaning and vacuum empty features. Very easy to operate from phone once set up. It does not like small stones which can be sucked up and jam the long rotating brush under the robot but it is easy to remove the stones. Less than perfect: need to be a bit of geek to set up mobile phone control of the robot. Also although not found in the instructions, the cleaning station must be located on a firm surface such as plastic tiles. On some ordinary carpets the cleaning station (which is quite heavy) sinks into the carpet and the robot loading ramp rides up, such that the robot cannot climb up the ramp and into the station.

My house is usually very cluttered with things that my old vacuums have struggled with, but this robot has no problem weaving around obstacles and avoids getting stuck so well. The mop feature is also really thoughtful - I have a combination of vinyl, really high pile rugs, and carpet, and the robot detects this and switches modes seamlessly. It also goes back to the base station to detach the mopping pads when it detects my high pile rug, which is super helpful! I'm also surprised by some of the cool features I didn't know this robot had - I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, and didn't realize how great this robot is for pet owners. It definitely handles all the fur like a champ, but on top of that, it was a home monitoring mode that lets you navigate your home and see live video from the camera. It even has a barking detection feature, and can seek out your pets so you can see them if you're away from home, and can even play music to soothe them! I didn't know about all these features when I bought it, so it was such a cool bonus. I really like the robot so far, and definitely recommend it!

The Combo AI robot vacuum barely cleans the wall edges while vacuuming and mopping as well. Almost 2 inches from the wall almost had all the white stuff I poured to test the edge cleaning. Check the attached videos. A robo vacuum at this price with such performance is surprising to say the least.. However, other regular areas that it does clean up (vacuum or mop), it does a good job. Not just the edges. The way the mop pads are position at the rear with respect to the curvature of the robo itself, it seems like it was never meant to mop close to the wall when it goes in a straight line next to the wall. Same is the case with the brush. Hardly touches the edge of the wall when the robo moves in a straight line alongside the wall. So design wise, it does not look like it was meant to clean close to the edge. So I am not sure if I am missing any setting that would fix this. Apart from occasionally missing the the door mat and not finding the clean station about a foot away and sitting there, the most annoying is the missing of the functionality. A Robo Vacuum/Mop that does not clean the wall edges for the premium price is a BIG let down for a BESPOKE top of the line product. It does have its limitations and for a while it was having issues automatically emptying the bin. When I called support they wanted me to ship it for repair but the problem seems to have selfresolved. I am concerned with the durability of the brushes and just keeping hair out of the moving parts as it does get tangled, also, its not great on edges and returning to the station. I hope some of these issues get improved with software updates

It is completely waste of money to buy this vacuum cleaner. this is the worst product I bought it till now. it didn't even clean the along the edges properly. The worst is thing is that if you are not satisfy with vacuum cleaner wants to returns then you have to pay 20% of the cost for using it. I don't understanding how can we know about product without using it. It is literally grabbing money for the waste product. The reason I only give it a four star was because the Smart Things design was not good enough for this advance Robot Vacuum. I can't believe this device can't be scheduled to clean specific room or area. This is a very standard feature which exists in many years ago of a simple and cheap robot vacuum. It's very disappointing that a such expensive and advanced robot vacuum can't support such feature. Hope Samsung can get this feature added in the new future.

The LiDAR mapping feature is top-notch, making the initial mapping of your space quick and accurate. I have two dogs and dark hardwood floors, so hair is a constant problem in our house. The Samsung Bespoke does a great job of keeping the fur away while providing a seamless mopping run simultaneously. The mop heads are on the back of the robot, which means there are no tire tracks left behind. You can customize the map with how much water you'd like to use or designate areas as no-go zones. Additionally, you can place virtual walls on the map, eliminating the need for battery-powered towers to keep the robot out of certain areas. Another impressive feature is the ability to control the robot through an app. This app allows you to schedule cleaning times, choose specific rooms or zones to clean, and even monitor the vacuum's progress in real time. The app is user-friendly and offers a variety of settings to fine-tune the cleaning experience to your preferences. For instance, you can set different cleaning modes for different types of flooring or adjust the suction power depending on the level of dirt. The battery life is excellent, allowing for extended cleaning sessions without needing frequent recharging. The robot can automatically return to its charging dock when the battery is low and resume cleaning once it’s recharged. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used robotic vacuums for well over 15 years now, and have been impressed that they have improved from wandering around aimlessly to forming a game plan to mapping out your home, and have needed less babysitting to make sure they don't get caught on something (more often under), and have gone from having to be started to being scheduled to having the ability to go for an extended period of time with a self-emptying bin. This vacuum, although I had some issues with it, seems like it is another step up. First off, the mapping of the home went off without a hitch and was both faster and more accurate than my previous vacuum. It made an attempt to divide areas up into rooms, and was generally ready to vacuum immediately after the initial mapping. From there I noticed the next big change - rather than relying solely on bumper switches or a 2-dimensional view of the world, it seemed to be doing some recognition of what is in front of fit. It would seldomly go until it hit a wall, and would avoid new obstacles (and flag them in the app). Perhaps the feature I am most excited about - it can both vacuum and mop. I previously had a vacuum with a mopping feature, but I didn't use it as it required attachments, and prevented really being able to set-and-forget a schedule for cleaning. This vacuum uses clean and dirty water tanks to be able to mop on a schedule, unattended. Perhaps even more impressive is that it can vacuum and mop at the same time - it will detect that it is off of the hard floor and raise the mop heads to avoid getting a rug wet, and appears that it would avoid running over higher-pile carpets and rugs altogether while mopping (although I do not have any rugs that are high enough that they should trigger such a feature) It is unfortunate that it uses dust bags for dirt collection in vacuuming mode, although I do understand how this can do a better job of capturing and storing the dust. I'm impressed, however, that the mopping feature uses plain water without any additional cleaner. I have had a few issues - it seems to get caught up on rugs more often than my prior robots, and I had an issue getting it to go between vacuum and mop programs - the base station should remove and install the mopping heads depending on mode, but I eventually had to flip the robot over and install the heads manually to get it to work. Altogether though, I am both enjoying the features of this vacuum, and expect the mopping feature to keep my floors beautiful.

Bought this robo vac as it was time for an upgrade and it intergraded with the SmartThings app which we have other Samsung devices that we monitor on there, the best app for smart home thus far. It doesn’t disappoint in the aspect of having all the needed technology to be able to run autonomously (schedule, water level, suction power, even monitoring pets and alert of barking when away).The AI needs some improvements, as it doesn’t always know the difference between a plate and our bedsheets lol. But you can tech it what it is which is a plus. One thing I’d like to see in the app is the ability to delete a room that you don’t want to vacuum, and in our case it picked up the outside of our house that it can’t reach. Can’t wait for updates that will help with the AI!

We then saw this one at our friends house and we loved it so we bought one. It does it all. Mops, vacuums and auto empties. The AI features are great as it enhances its function. Its scanning is very accurate so it cleans all our rooms perfectly. Its quiet so we can leave it on all night. Now we only have to do a thourough vacuum every 3 days because this does the job very well.

It vacuums, mops, empties the dustbin and even washes and dries the mop pads with steam, so they're always fresh. The AI feature is impressive. it knows how to navigate my home with many rooms and obstacles (i have 2 small children so toys are always laying around everywhere). It also can detect carpet very well. This vac is a bit pricey but honestly it is well worth the investment!

The worst Vacuum that I have owned from Samsung. I love Samsung products, but this is worthless. It cleans great and mops, but the roller brush has broken 3 times in 2 months. You cant buy the brush. You can't buy mop heads. It takes almost 2 weeks for them to send a new roller brush and now they want me to send in the whole unit. The roller brushes are defective. Just give me one that won't break in half. We even cleaned it everyday to try and prevent it from snapping in half. The design sucks.

I have bought 3 of these, 1 i returned with a water leak, i have 2 in my house, i love them, but they are not perfect. I originally bout 3 of the first Samsung robot vacs, 1 still works in 1 room of my house, battery replaced so over 10 years. The new AI models are fantastic but not perfect. I will run them \. When Samsung brigs out a new model i will buy another. So work that out... My floor is very clean now... Good work Samsung people. Just keep going and make them better. I will buy 1...

I bought this vaccum a year ago and had faulty and regretful experience as repaired already 3 times in a year and service team did not accept this faulty vaccum and been trying to repair numerous times. Samsung service team denied to give refund when I first reported and keep covering with service. This useless vaccum cleaner sitting at station and not functioning what it suppose to do. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Would not recommend buying this product if you have a pet. Have owned for 4 months and already replaced main brush twice. Not able to complete a job without having errors and needing to untangle hair from either the side brush or main brush. Sent back for a refund as it does not work as advertised for pets, only to be told it is working within there specifications and refused refund.

I will start by saying I am a Samsung person, I love the brand and have phone, tablet and every TV is a Samsung. This machine and the awful customer service has soured the brand for me. Our Jet Bot AI can mop the floors but has no ability to suck anything up, the most important part. It actually gathers dust and dirt up then dumps in places like the kitchen periodically. We contacted Samsung immediately and asked for a refund or replacement, this seemed impossible to them - even though it is actually UK law. Their customer service eventually took it away for repair which is not what we wanted. It has arrived back from the repairer absolutely filthy, and now completely broken. Customer services have offered me a £50 voucher to compensate! What am I supposed to do with £50 against a machine of this value??? Avoid buying one of these - if it doesn't work they won't help you. I am considering throwing it out and buying an alternate brand. A very costly nightmare.

Some 3 months ago now I purchased a Robot Vacuum and Mop from Samsung. The device on the whole isn't great as it is often getting stuck, going to the wrong areas and not completing cleaning tasks. I've reset it a number of times as well as reinstalling the SmartThings App. It will only map 25% of my house now where as previously it did more. Beyond this it has a fault that the camera isn't working. I have called the service centre around 9 times to get this resolved and had a number of email exchanges with SmartThings team. All of these interactions (apart from one) have been incredible frustrating. When I finally convinced a member of the Samsung technical team that there is a problem and a repair was booked, the logistics partner, DPD, are useless. I was not contacted to arrange a date and therefore wasn't in when they came. On the rearranged date, they didn't turn up and sent me a photo of a random field somewhere. Before I can rearrange, the whole repair has been cancelled. Avoid at all cost!

I really wanted to like the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo™ AI Robot Vacuum and Mop, but unfortunately, it falls short in some pretty basic areas. For a product at this price point, I expected much better performance. First, it fails to clean properly along walls, edges, and around furniture. It consistently misses about 6 to 12 inches of space near baseboards and corners, which defeats the purpose of having an automated vacuum in the first place. Even more frustrating, the vacuum refuses to clean my area rug—specifically one that has black weaves in the design. The AI seems to interpret the black lines as obstacles or drop-offs and avoids them entirely. This means large portions of the rug are left untouched. For something that's supposed to be "smart," it feels like a major oversight. Add to that the hefty price tag, and I honestly can't recommend this product. Hopefully future software updates can fix these issues, but for now, it’s a letdown. Plus Samsung wants a 15% restocking fee for their inferior product. BE WARNED.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS
