It does seem to cool refrigerated items faster than our last and we can see, via the app, our energy efficiency. We enjoy the quick slide-back shelves for taller items. The only negative we have so far is the water dispenser is on the slow side, I feel like I stand there too long waiting to fill a 12 ounce glass. In the future, I think our family would prefer the four door with the easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer. Also, the beverage station would be a great feature next time, too.

The middle shelf can not be adjusted so to speak and is very flimsy so when you put heavy things on it it bows. And the retractable shelf thing is a cool idea but once you do that you loose all that space and can only fit like 1 gallon of milk comfortably. And the little shelves on the bottom of the door are useless cause if you put anything there you forget about it cause you can't even see what's there. But the one upside is the ice makers. They are awesome! Of and the water dispenser on the outside dribbles water onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.

I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

This is anything but a mega-capacity refrigerator, a turkey might be a difficult fit. Ice maker issues of years past were supposed to be fixed, they aren’t. It has 4 types of ice, they don’t work properly. Getting ice out of the door always has shavings making it messy whether choosing curved or crushed ice. The ice/water dispenser lever scratches easily. For the price paid, I am very very disappointed!! I do not recommend this product and will not purchase this brand again.

Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. Upon setup, the fridge went from an ambient 76° to 34° in the fridge and 8° in the freezer compartment in about 3 hours. We had our first batch of ice in a little under 12 hours. I really like the SmartThings interface, as it gives phone notifications if a door is left open, along with turning Power Cool and Power Chill on from you phone (which is handy to make ice production start quickly). Compressor runs very quiet and overall the look and layout of shelves is exactly what I wanted. Great first impressions overall indeed.

Great fridge. Lots of space, well lit inside. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work well. It’s nice to have cold filtered water! The ice maker seems loud but my old one didn’t work so maybe I’m just not used to it - the dogs bark every time it drops ice. Love the deli drawer. The shelving is great. I have found something for every shelf. It is consistently cool/cold. Don’t know anything about corrosion or frost, it is less than a week old.

The Bespoke is big and spacious and the SmartThings app is a great feature. Once the refrigerator was setup and running, both the refrigerator and freezer quickly came down to optimal temperature much quicker than expected I loved the “all around cooling once I added food. I have not had any issues with the refrigerator nor freezer and I am very satisfied. I love the slide in shelf feature as I am able to store larger taller items on a shelf. The slide in shelf was a well thought out design. I am so very happy with my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, it was a great choice that I would recommend.

One thing I noticed is that the inside layout is a bit different from traditional fridges. The top shelf sits slightly higher. Some people might not like this, but I actually like it because it makes the middle shelf easier to reach for everyday items and bigger items. I also like how everything feels organized without being restrictive. There’s still plenty of space for taller bottles and larger containers in the doors!! which is a big plus. The fingerprint resistance is also pretty good for everyday use. Overall, it feels very practical while still looking stylish.

The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

We went from a side by side to a bottom freezer and I was concerned that there would be a loss of storage space but I am pleasantly surprised and happy with the ease at which the doors open and close. The don’t “suck” shut like my old fridge they have to be purposefully closed but I like that, and if left open a chime will sound. We went with water and ice in the door because we wanted crushed ice. If I could charge one thing, I would do chewy ice and crushed out of the door and cubes out of the freezer bin. Instead of 2 different types of cubes one in the door (along with crushed) and one in the freezer.

The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

We brought this Samsung Mega Capacity 07/28/24. We like the overall size and multiple Ice types. The only complaint is the adjustable sliding shelf. I think it is a poor design creating a weak point. The shelf is not supported very well at the side walls and the front mid-point where the shelf halves meet can sag with even what should be considered normal weight. Being a technical person, I made a support post that looks pretty good, but still!!! Samsung, feel free to contact me and I am hoping there is a non-sliding option available to me.

We replaced our 16 year old Samsung with this fridge. It does seem a little louder than our older model. We are happy with the cooling part of this fridge. It works well no complaints with that. The ice maker is a lot quieter annd produces ice well. We haven’t had to change the filter but it seems like it would be more conveniently located in this fridge. Our biggest complaint is the design of the shelving inside and how it minimizes the amount of space available. There is minimal room for larger items. Specifically gallons. So you’re supposed to put your gallons on the inside of the door. One gallon of milk fits but the second gallon does not fit it has to sit on top of the piece that sticks out at an awkward angle. But wait there is the middle shelf that retracts halfway. Great I can fit 2 gallons there … then I realize the space behind it is no man’s land. You have to put something small behind your gallons and every time you want to grab it you have to remove a gallon of milk to get to it. Very uneasy to access. Such a waste of space. Why isn’t the middle shelf adjustable to move up. It’s an less than an inch shy of being able to fit a gallon. Did anyone at Samsung buy groceries and see what height a typical gallon of milk/tea/water is. What about the bottom shelves on each of the doors. Seriously unless you’re on your knees you don’t even know they are there. This is a great way to forget about what you have in your fridge. Just put it there. Oh wait don’t forget it’s gotta be really small like a jar of grey poupon how many condiments do you have that are that small anyway? If you like condiments just know you’re not storing very many on the doors. With the small amount of space within the fridge you aren’t going to have much room for it inside either. Ditto for the freezer. What is going on! I guess if you live by yourself this fridge would be functional but forget about it if you like to stock up on any type of groceries. So bummed about this purchase. I’m told by the sales rep the typical fridge now lasts only 10 years. I can at least look forward to 10 years from now that I can find a fridge that fits my lifestyle. Until then at least this fridge is teaching me everything I don’t like about a fridge. I loved my old Samsung. It looks like now I’ll be purchasing another fridge for my basement to be able to store any overflow. I can tell you it wont be Samsung.

I really like the water station due to the fact that everything is right inside the door. If you want fresh water you have two options: the pitcher that fills up with fresh water or you can put your cup right up to the spout. Either option delivers tasty cold water. There are 2 ice options: ice bites and regular size ice. These are a fan favorite at my house. Having the smaller ice bites has been really fun. A spill happened. It wasn't even a food spill. JUST WATER seeped under the glass. I could not dry it out. Now I have discolor there. I consider it mold Its turning blacker and blacker. It fits perfectly in our space and we love how spacious the inside is, which was quite surprising! The Smart Things Wi-Fi aspect of the fridge is super easy to set up. It's also very convenient with the notifications especially when you have kids who forget to close the door. As a family of 5- soon to be 6, we need as much space as possible. This refrigerator is deep and the door storage has different sizes including one large enough for an entire gallon of milk! This not only allows for easy access for my children, but also leaves the interior for more storage. The freezer drawers are large and convenient. Having the ice tray in the actual freezer is a family favorite. Overall, we love having this refrigerator!

Lots of room for everything, large and spacious, easy to adjust the shelves to meet your needs. Recently hooked up the ice maker, that is a definite plus for us! Runs quietly, no issues. Love the look it gives my kitchen! The Wi-Fi feature also its great You can quickly and easily connect and control the fridge with SmartThings app. All around great product!

I previously had a side-by-side two door refrigerator from Frigidaire. I loved it, but after 10 years, it went south for the winter. I decided on this French door Samsung and at first I was a bit unnerved trying to figure out how many doors could be opened at the same time how to set the ice, etc. in about two days. I could not imagine my life without this refrigerator! I feel like this refrigerator meets all my knees. The depth of the main three drawers in the refrigerator is so deep it holds almost twice as much as in my side-by-side. I thought the bottom freezer would be hard to get to, but it’s so well lit and really not that low that it’s very, very easy for me to see everything in there, as opposed to having to go through each narrow freezer shelf in my side-by-side. This was a game changer for me. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had counter depth refrigerators, but this one is way more spacious. The fridge door has bins big enough for gallon size beverages. On the right inside is temperature control panel. The ice bins make small and larger size ice cubes. One thing this fridge is missing is a water station. I wish it had that. The refrigerator pull out doors can be accessed with just opening one side. The interior light is super bright and makes the fridge more inviting. The fridge has an alarm that will beep if the doors are left open more than 2 minutes. If you are tech savvy, the temperature can be controlled using the SmartThings app. Overall I am happy with my refrigerator.

It is a nice design, the water flow is good and two types of cubes are available. If I had one negative thing to say about it, it is that it does not have a water drip tray. Sometimes water leaks from it and this would be a good addition. Inside the refrigerator is very large and roomy. It has an adjustable shelf which slides in to accommodate larger items which is convenient and plenty of drawers to organize your groceries. There are many door racks so everything fits with no problem. The freezer is extreme large and has two sections so all of your frozen goods fit with no problem. It runs very quiety and effiiciently. This is a great choice if you are in the market for a new refrigerator. You will definitely not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely addition to my kitchen! I really like the big, bright interior that has a place for everything. In the left door is a dispenser for water and either curved or crushed ice. This fridge operates very quietly and even late at night there is no noticeable noise coming from it, only the occasional completion of a batch of ice, which is still quite quiet. My grandson really likes the freezer drawer which sits at the sweet spot for his height. The rollers work very well making cleaning under and behind a breeze. If I could change something I would make the top shelf adjustable, even if it's only a few notches it would still be a welcome change. It is nice having the app and the information it provides such as if someone didn't close the door all the way. Overall I am satisfied with this refrigerator.

Did a fair amount of shopping around for a new one, both on line and in stores until we came across this Samsung model. Not an impulse buy but a very quick decision once we looked at it ! Perfect size and color, depth and height ! Wanted the freezer on the bottom this time and the pull out drawers were ideal ! Two months later and my wife still smiles looking at it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a mega capacity refrigerator, very spacious in the refrigerator area and can fit almost anything. The All-Around Cooling keeps the temperature very well. Everything worked perfectly out of the box. We like the two types of ice (it took a couple of days to fill the trays). The water dispenser and water pitcher work great. Having the alert if the door is left open is a nice feature. Extremely quiet. No complaints, and it exceeded our expectations.
