I love the power, cool, and power freeze features, They are especially useful when you have groceries that have gotten warm in the ride from the store and that have to be kept cool. There is lots of room for groceries, fresh fruits, in the refrigerator section and ample room for ice cream, frozen vegetables, fish, and meats, etc. in the freezer section. It runs very quietly and my electricity bills have been lowered this month. That’s how energy efficient it is. You really can’t go wrong with this model. It is a beautiful refrigerator.

I do not like how the shelves are placed because I cannot fit anything to tall on the shelves and I can only fit a few items in the doors. I tried to move one of the shelves but then it left a shelf that is too small to be useful. But the fridge/freezer stopped working after about 6 months of getting it. It actually just happened today so I called to troubleshoot but I still have to see if unplugging it worked because that was the only thing that could be tried. A fridge should not be a computer if it cannot work properly. Wish me luck. Oh, and the seal to the fridge ripped at the corners because it hits itself?

This fridge has been terrible from the start. As others have mentioned, the ice maker is total garbage! Within 3 months it stopped making ice, and then started again, but the tray would dump the ice before it was fully frozen which would then break and the water would freeze in a solid chunk in the ice holder. Now there is a crack on the bottom of the ice tray mold, so it drips into the holder and creates a constant solid piece of ice. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance (side note: we also bought a Samsung dishwasher is no good either)

the door swings open and no way to stop the door from hitting the counter. it knocked my 4 year old in the face swinging without any resistence or stop.. the door is heavy and her little hand gets stuck inbetween doors injuring her wrist bad! this happened to my hand also and hurt so bad. i have called counteless times and get the run around and no call back as promised. do not buy this fridge trust me..

No lo compren. Ha sido una pesadilla para nosotros, decidimos tirarlo y comprar otro de plano. Lo compre a finales del 2020 y dejó de enfriar y congelar en junio de 2022. Un técnico samsung vino a reparar (y carísimo pero hizo un buen trabajo) y ahorita en abril 2023, otra vez, dejó de congelar y enfriar. Al parecer nos volvió a fallar no por mala compostura ni mal uso de nosotros sino que la tecnología smart inverter tiene defectos y lotes defectuosos que hacen que falla en un lugar, lo reparas y falla en otro lado... y así es un sin fin... cada año tienes que componer y va de 2000 a 5000 pesos la compostura. The ice machine despenser takes a bit long time before it starts dispensing ice, making you wonder if its broken, if you are not familiar with the refrigerator. It does freeze ice cubes rather well/efficiently to keep you in good supply of ice. Back to the refrigerator and freezer itself, both are well designed and use space efficiently. A good refrigerator overall.

after the first one was retired, we bought this new one. it fits into our narrow, galley kitchen. for two retired people, it has space enough for our fresh food needs. the ice maker and water dispenser in the door are very much appreciated, especially in summer. temperature controls are easy to understand. the newly restyled door system eliminated the wide, sticking out handles on the older model. the stainless steel surface really does resist fingerprints.

One of the coolest thing is the finger print resistance - you can hardly see any prints and it's so easy to wipe off. I enjoy the all around cooling and the in case ice maker. I made a big bowl of punch and needed lots of ice, it was so awesome when I just removed the in case ice maker and added the ice I needed. The adjustable shelves are awesome, just slide and adjust. I am also impressed with the amount of space this refrigerator has - the gallon sized door shelves. I give Samsung a thumbs up for a well organized and designed fridge.

i was so excited when i got home to see my new refrigerator. it looks great and it was already plugged in by the installers. unfortunately it has an unsightly black 10-year warranty sticker on the front of the refrigerator. i tried to peel it back with my fingernail but it didn't budge. i looked at pictures online and none of the pictures showed this sticker so i tried removing it some more. this horribly ugly sticker seem to be a permanent fixture to the front face of the refrigerator. i finally got it off but there was a permanent glue residue left. like an idiot i got my kitchen sponge with scour pad and tried to take off the glue with some dish soap and totally scratched my brand new refrigerator.

We received this refrigerator a week ago and really love it. I fits perfectly in our space, cooled down very quickly and was easy to set up. Water and ice in the door works perfectly. The controls are pretty intuitive. Being able to put it in my SmartThings app is an added bonus. We replaced a three door (bottom freezer) with this one and now we are able to see and find everything without having to dig through the entire freezer to find something. So much easier and more efficient. We're very happy with it and haven't found anything we don't like about it.

Before buying it I did extensive research and to me it was the best value for the $. Both freezer and refrigerator parts have decent capacity. And I specifically was looking for a side by side model to avoid issues with ice maker. Overall we are happy with our choice. I removed one star due to water dispenser. After you use it some times it drips few drops of water after it was off and in creates water stains on the black dish below.

i bought it in the summer of 2021 and used it for about 6 months. i had a samsung french door refrigerator, but i bought it because it has more kitchen space and a simple design. i also like that it has enough capacity for a family of four, a very simple and clean design without a handle on the outside, no fingerprints, and a good taste of water. there is a lot of space required to open the door, so it is not at all inconvenient to open and close the door even without a handle. i trust all samsung products because i know that samsung is thoroughly consumer-oriented when it comes to making all of its products. thank you for providing a lot of products at a good price.

My husband and I purchased all new Samsung appliances when we purchased our home. This was the worst mistake. Shortly after the 30 days we started experiencing issues. The icemaker is the worst. It freezes up and makes a huge mess. When trying to dispense ice it gets clogged and does not come out properly. In fact we purchased a countertop icemaker because we can no longer use the one on the fridge. When trying to get an appointment it is a long process and inconvenience. Needless to say they call and make an appointment for said date, on that date they call and then schedule the appointment. Like why can't I get the actual appointment the first time instead of having to wait another month. I do not recommend this fridge. Also, the whole sales pitch of fingerprints...they are visible and it does show smears.

long story short, we can't keep any items we don't want frozen in the vegetable drawer. we have had to throw out on a frequent basis, most vegetables due to freezing. we have had a repair person come out to no avail only to tell us to make the temperature of the fridge warmer. it is already at 40 degrees and anything above we will risk spoiled food. in addition, the outside finish is starting to finish, and despite being coated to prevent fingerprints, the coating seems to be ineffective with 3 kids! overall, i would stear clear of this product, as i have read other reviews with the same issues.

i really like samsung products but this one left much to be desired i will start by the cooling issue, vegetables freeze even at the recommended temperature the biggest let down is the water dispenser. it is placed so badly that if you try to fill up a bottle or glass, you have to use one hand to hold it at the edge, and the other to push the lever behind, is not on an angle, also water drips after really, no light? my 15-year-old fridge has it .i should had asked or test it but i presumed light comes standard, never seen one without it .overall is ok but i would not buy it again if i had the choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was so excited to get a new fridge and really thought this was great when it first showed up. then, i realized that counter depth is meaningless. i have to remove my cabinets so get it to fit. it was the same size as my other fridge but you couldn't open the doors because of the design. it was so pretty and then, i realized that it is much smaller on in the inside. there isn't as much space as you think there is. the worst of all of this and i am really angry about is that it is ruining my food! you can't make the temp in the fridge any higher than 40 degrees. everything is freezing! lettuce is ruined! this product has caused more problems than it is worth. buy something else!!!

i had a good experience with samsung in the past so took a shot at this one and kind of regret it. - i didn't want a connected fridge but making compromises with other models/brands i chose this one anyway. and, unsurprisingly, there is not way to disable the wifi on the fridge. why? isn't there enough saturation already that now i need my fridge to be another access point broadcasting 24/7? - it is not fingerprint resistant at all. - the ice maker is weird. it works, but unlike my past fridges, it takes several seconds for the cubes to drop and when they do, you don't know if you'll get one, 3 or maybe 5. - the fridge makes a very high pitch sound when it runs. not that loud but quite irritating.

My family and I recently purchased land and are building a new home and this fridge is perfect. I love the color and overall design. It fits perfectly flush with our counters and with the handles being recessed instead of on the front of the doors it really looks sleek. I also like how much room is in the door. A gallon of milk and tea can easily fit in one of the bins. The adjustable top shelf is so handy, I no longer struggle to find a place for hard to fit items and it makes organizing much easier. I have two rowdy boys and am happy to say that the fingerprint resistance feature really works, I was impressed. It is fantastic fridge!

Compré este producto en noviembre del 2022, directo de la página llegó en 11 días. Me gusta muchísimo es muy espacioso, el congelador muy espacioso y que la máquina de hielo este en la puerta ahorra espacio, funciona perfecto la máquina de hielo y hasta lo da crusheado si quieres, hace hielo rápido, las bandejas de la puerta del refri son grandes cabe botes de un galón, lo único los estantes no se pueden cambiar de lugar, es decir subirlos un poco o bajarlos, pero fuera de eso todo bien enfría y congela súper bien, el filtro es un poco difícil de conseguir es cuestión de buscarlo con tiempo, su diseño es muy bonito y no se ve las marcas de las huellas tanto. Es silencioso en general, solo hace ruidos muy fuerte como crujidos o un golpe, en el manual dice es normal. Estamos muy felices con esta compra y si ahorra luz, al cambiarlo lo notamos en el recibo. Tiene 10 meses en uso y todo bien.

I completely understand where you are coming from. This icon symbolizes Override Mode. When this is turned on, it ignores the Smart Grid from the utility company. You can find this on page 39 in the user manual down. ^Pat

We made the mistake of purchasing the refrigerator online. We did not know that the ice/water dispenser had no light. This is a real disappointment. We could not find an after market light we could mount on the icemaker.

We plug the fridge in started running very quiet, it looks like it can hold all of our things for that we have from the old fridge. The drawers are perfect for my toddler son to easily get into the fridge. My favorite feature of this fridge is the flex drawer where I can put things in flat like a cake without having any problems , it was easy for it to slide out. I also like that it has more space in the freezer area that I can put more things in.
