2. Mobile phone should switch on and reach home screen without any passwords/locks (pattern, face recognition, PIN, fingerprint etc.)
3. Phone IMEI should match the IMEI provided during request generation and the phone Brand and Model should match the one provided at request generation.

A. 1. From the ‘Mobiles’ page on Samsung Shop, select the mobile you wish to buy.
2. On the product page of the device, enter pin code where you wish to avail the exchange offer, and click option called 'Buy with exchange' on the right hand side of the product.
3. Now, you will have to click on the “Exchange Now” button of the type of exchange that you wish to avail.

i. You will find two drop downs from where you will have to select the mobile brand and corresponding model that you are planning to exchange for the new phone.
ii. You will also have to enter the IMEI number on your device in the space provided.
iii. When you enter the required details, you will be displayed the amount that will get deducted from the original price of the new mobile and the amount that you will have to pay.
iv. Now you can click on 'Exchange and Buy' and proceed to buy the new phone at discounted price.
v.Old device will be evaluated and then picked up by our partners at the time of delivery of new device.

My girlfriend bought it for me as a gift and I have been obsessed since. I don’t have to sit near the charger every now and the. Battery last past 24 hours for me and charging is faster. Display is perfect and with a smooth performance this is gold to be honest. Thought I’m not a camera person I take pictures of whatever I come across it takes quality pictures. I bought this to replace my A31 which i have been using for last 6 years. It served me well hence happy to buy another A37. It has gorgeous display, snappy perfomance, and filled with AI features, which i believe would be useful during my studies. So far battery is holding strong. Camera is awesome. Easy to connect and speed is fast. Hoping this would last also 6 years, just nice that samsung now offers 6 years os updates.

I got this samsung model in April 2026 and i love it. Regarding camera, I noticed the phone has a very fast shutter speed, which comes in handy when shooting in windy conditions, especially for close-ups. That was usful during sandstorm. Reliable primary camera for everyday photography is plus. 12MP selfie shooter, which is capable of recording videos in up to 4K resolution at 30FPS, just like the rear cameras. M Galaxy A37’s display delivered an enjoyable content-viewing experience. While I wished the bezels could’ve been symmetrical, the display offered a great blend of detail, vibrancy + contrast.

The 5000mAh battery is the best part of this phone. With 5G on, I get 1.5 days of normal use and a full day when I’m on it non-stop. Screen time averages 8-9 hours. 25W fast charging gets me 0-50% in about 30 mins which is super convenient. Battery doesn’t drain overnight either, maybe 2-3% only. For the price, battery performance is 10/10.

I loved my a 37 it's was so fast and the display was amazing. The only downfall i had was the battery life started to rapidly decline after about 7 months. Other than that it was an amazing phone
