The performance of the phone is very very good. I have the 1 T B version. So the performance should be good overall all in one it’s a great phone but yes, I miss the s pen that feature should not have been removed

I've been eyeing this phone since it was announced and i finally got my hands on it today. I bought it online 3 days ago at a price that was really a steal. The display blew my mind with it's easy accessibility to use it while still closed. The camera quality is to die for. I can't believe that the battery life is so long lasting. I've been using the phone non-stop and its only at 85% since the morning since The Z Flip 7 is powered by Samsung's Exynos 2500 chip, built on a 3nm process, which offers solid performance improvements over its predecessor. The hinges, when opened, are almost invisible and durable. The phone closes and opens so smoothly. All in all, I'm truly in love with it. Can't recommend it enough.

The display is quite impressive, crease has decreased an AMAZING amount, I am quite clumsy so the phone has fallen and survive every fall, on hard tiles, brick and carpet! Hope to see charging 2.0 tho, as the battery takes a while to charge. The camera is absolutely amazing! I use it to take pictures of flowers all the time, but the performance is okay. It is great while playing games but struggles to play YouTube above 1080p, but it may be a me issue. But I have tried to apply a silicon case to it and found out that the phone corners are really easy to accidentally bend, and now the top left corner (when unfolded) is slightly bent outwards and doesnt sit fully flush with the other side, like a millimeter or two off.

After 15 days of use While I'm overall satisfied with my Z Fold 7 purchase, I do have a few concerns and suggestions that I believe could enhance the user experience: 1. Fragility Out of the Box The device feels quite delicate, especially when unfolded. Given its premium price, I strongly recommend that Samsung include a protective case in the box. It would offer a peace of mind. 2. Missing S-Pen Support The Z Fold series is built for productivity and creativity, and the large inner display practically begs for stylus interaction. 3. Camera Quality Although the Z Fold 7 features a 200MP main sensor—the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra—it doesn’t quite match the Ultra’s overall camera performance. 4. Camera Bump & Stability The camera bump is noticeably large, especially given the phone’s ultra-thin profile. This causes the device to wobble when placed flat on a surface, making it unstable for use on a desk or table.

My new z fold 7 has a gap when folded, this is seriously concerning matter as I already see water leakage or dust slipping through the phone. I visited multiple support centers today and all of them are trying to push me away saying this is normal and it is expected, where as their own stores demos devices have no gap. The premium support tag is just nonsense for z fold 7 customers. I have read multiple articles in Reddit about this and how some of them got a refund or phone replaced. How can this be an expected design if there's a clear gap when folded, this causes the phone to damage in long run and not all devices are impacted. I would appreciate samsung take this seriously and provide me a replacement.

In particular, i am impressed by the unique large format offered by the device when unfolded which is incredible for viewing photos, browsing the web and reading books. The quality of the photos and the screen itself is very high. I was skeptical as to whether this phone would be thin and light enough to be user friendly - but it is. Battery life is reasonable. I am still getting used to some Android features, and sometimes the internet seems to freeze on the device for no apparent reason but the phone gives a great user experience and I am delighted with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the fold z7 after my successful pre-order of the fold z5 and I am amazed by the improvements and find myself using more of the features than I did before. The handling is so much better, sleek and slim yet feels bigger by a mile to be able to stream my shows and movies. I have always been a sasmung user from my first Note 3 following every release to the z7 only missing out on the Note 5 and fold z6. Every upgrade has left me impressed and given me more functions. When AI came to my Z5 I didn't really latch on but in the short time I've had my Z7 I find myself using it more by the day. The other major improvement I'm feeling is the voice recognition, having a strong welsh accent I've always found myself repeating but my Z7 seems to understand way better. This weekend I also got the opportunity during my daughters 7th birthday trip to the Theme park to really test out the camera, I was blown away with the slow motion features and editing and how clear the zoom is even during fast paced actions. I rate my Z7 and 9.5 out of 10 only losing half a point because I wish I could have got it sooner haha. Thanks Samsung and keep up the improvements, I look forward to further feature explorations in my upcoming Thailand holiday trip for video editing.

My first Fold, before I had the s23 Ultra which I loved, however it was to big. What I love about the Fold is when it's folded it's small and light, and when you need the bigger screen it unfolds beautifully. Also the camera is amazing! I have some amazing portraits, editing on the large display is great. The battery life isn't bad either considering the powerful performance. I am fully converted to the Fold and LOVE IT.

Bought the blue 1tb version. Its unbelievably thin and light. The best fold from samsung ever. It has the potential to be the best phone ever if samsung did not ditch the spen. Only issues so far are some app are lagging or glitchy like in routines i used 2 differrent launchers but always goes back to one and fb lags a bit. Other than that im loving it.

What a piece of art the phone is. Slinger than ever, the folding hinge is se thin yet firm. The crease on the display is almost invisible unlike the previous gen. The camera which is 200 MP main is amazing and has a beautiful zoom as well. The portrait shots are so much better than the previous gen at edge detection. The background bokeh is like dslr as well. The screen brightness is ho to the mark and the anti reflective display coating does wonders. It gave us a glimpse of what to expect for the fold 7 and it hasnt dissapointed. the display is clear and big. the pouter screen is very usable . it would be great if we had a setting to have different font sizes on the outer screen and inner screen The camera takes really awesome pics, especially in 50mp and 200mp. the HDR nas 4k video is stunning. never mind all these experts with eagle eyes. The average user will be impressed. The battery life could be better and after a day of mederate to heavy usage you may have about 30% battery left but if it gets you through the day then it has acheived its objective . perfomance is fast and smooth. so much technology to play with . so much customisation possible, and the design speaks for itself. Samusung have certaily caught up and surpassed the comptition with its slimness and elegant sexiness. IT oozes class. As with everything else , handle with care and it will look after you. The outer screen has a proper width, so I can type and scroll comfortably without needing to unfold it for basic tasks. That alone makes it feel more like a daily driver than just a novelty. But when I do open it up… wow. The 8-inch inner display is just stunning. Bright, smooth, and great for everything from watching Netflix to taking notes during video calls. I use split screen constantly , usually with email on one side and Chrome or YouTube on the other. It genuinely feels like carrying a mini tablet in your pocket. The Galaxy AI features have been surprisingly useful. I didn’t think I’d use them much, but I already rely on the Note Summarizer and Live Translate more than I thought I would , especially when I’m traveling or working across time zones. Battery life has been fine for me , I get through a full workday without any issues, and I do use my phone a lot. The 200MP camera is another standout. Shots are super detailed, and low-light performance is excellent. For a device that commands a premium price, the Fold 7 has seriously let me down. The color started fading shockingly fast, and it now looks worn and cheap—completely unacceptable for a flagship product. This isn’t just a minor flaw; it’s a glaring quality control failure. I expected durability and refinement, not a finish that deteriorates within weeks. Samsung needs to take accountability and offer a fix or replacement. If this is the standard now, it’s a major step backward.

I'm loving how it can be used as a full phone in the closed mode and then have the extra large screen for when I want to play games and watch films. I was skeptical looking at the handset without a case on it as I definitely need one with how often I drop my phone. However with the case it still has a super slim profile and the built in screen protector does the rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 for a while, and I like it more every day. First, I was impressed by how thin and light it is. When I compare it with other non-foldable smartphones, it is lighter and thinner. The best feature of it is the foldable screen. If there is something too small to be seen on the main screen, in the blink of an eye, I can have it on the big screen. The only issue is that sometimes scaling doesn't work when you change the view from a small to a big screen. Z Fold 7 is fast and works smoothly. 16 GB of memory makes the difference. Both screens are perfect. Excellent colours and refresh rate. Sound gives you an unmissable experience with your favorite music playlist. The smartphone works perfectly with Bluetooth earphones and with my car audio. It is a premium product and I recommend it to everybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from Fold 5 and for the most part the Fold 7 is a huge improvement. I was never bothered by the thin form-factor on previous devices but I have found the wider screen a much nicer experience. Battery life has been solid even though I wouldn't class it as exceptional. Camera quality is superb and really pleased with the new AI features. The only area I would class as a downgrade it's the loss of the under-display camera. Personally, I would have preferred to lose the inner camera rather than have that beautiful screen interrupted by a hole punch. Losing the S-Pen hasn't bothered me at all and trade that for the new design is worth it. Performance so far has been excellent!

Its my 10th or 11th Samsung I'm using, and honestly I regret for last 2 times i didn't switch to something else other than Samsung. My Samsung S23 ultra had a stylus and better camera than brand new flagman Fold 7 which ridiculous. Its impossible to draw anything without stylus meaning wide screen is useless for art. Internal Screen was replaced after 10 days of use just because of poor durability. After almost 8 months, there are still no updates for camera which resolved the issues, especially in night mode. Iphone 13 has a better night mode camera than 2025 brand new flagman phone. Good side, it's good phone for the meetings as it fits all presentations and its great for reading books.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the galaxy Z Fold 7 immediately after the unpacked event, and received the 16GB/1TB black model on July 22. Having had every Z FOLD model since the original, I was totally astounded by the advanced nature, in every respect, of this particular phone. The larger front screen was particularly useful in comparison to its predecessors. When open the inner screen was unbelievable in respect of both its size, lack of central crease, clarity and refresh rate. The thinness both when open and closed was truly incredible, and made it just like a standard brick mobile phone when it came to using it closed. The weight, in comparison to its predecessors, was stunning, as was the camera performance for both selfies and standard photographs including macro, video, night photography and portrait pictures. Furthermore, the lack of any gap when closed, has to be seen to be believed. In standard everyday use, battery life has lasted 35 hours.

No great shakes! My Z Fold 4 did everything my 7 does and it's camera was better in every respect! I use the camera a lot so that's a huge disappointment. On the whole I'd have been better off getting my 4 fixed (thanks, Samsung, for a crappy ribbon cable and black screen of death) than 'upgrading' to the 7!

I got the Fold 7 on the 22nd of July. I smart switched from Fold 6 to 7. That is the longest time I used the Fold 7. After that, I put it back in my phone pouch. Every day I would look at it and admire how thin it is. But upon looking on the 3rd day, I noticed that it was not fully flat when I unfolded it. For a phone this expensive, it shouldn't have this kind of issue. I don't like the replacement journey. It was a hassle and overwhelming. I should not have ordered the Fold 7; my Fold 6 is a year old now and some days, and it is still flat when unfolded. I regret buying the fold 7.

First of all when unpacking you notice how sleek the design is an how thin it is considering it's a fold phone, Samsung have really out done themselves. The phone is also very light and easy to hold in one hand when folded, when unfolded then obviously it becomes a lot larger but it is still easy to manage. The screens on this model are extremely responsive which makes use so much easier and pleasurable. The phone has all the usual apps and things that any Samsung user has come to expect from Samsung but this phone comes with a whole lot more and the quality is beyond compare. The picture quality is phenomenal as is the sound and having AI on the phone really takes it to another level. Overall the quality of this phone is just exceptional with all its features, design and look and theres nothing that makes me think "that could have been better". Since then, this issue has happened several times: while sending emails or performing other tasks, the screen suddenly freezes and remains unresponsive even if I exit and return to the application. I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
