Do not buy this fridge. The plastics inside fell part, all cracked. Samsung did not care and wouldn't honor the warranty.

We had to have a fridge freezer that fitted the pace in the kitchen. The samsung fridge freezer that we brought with us was too tall and try as we did we couldnt make the space taller! So that ones in the garage --- I love it! So bought this one --- very different. No easy ice making, in fact the ice making tray is best suited to a dolls house --- tiny! To access the freezer you have to fully open the door to pull out drawers --- who designs that one?! The handle/pull part is so low ----- fine for children. We pull it open higher up --- never seem to use the handle part. The veggy drawer also very small. Wish I could have fitted the other one --- the best! Oh well!!

We've had this fridge for a couple of weeks now, and it's been fantastic. So much quieter than our old fridge! The design is very sleek and stylish, and even though it occupies similar physical dimensions to our previous fridge, thanks to advancements in technology it has a greater capacity. The adjustable shelves in the fridge and on the door are very versatile. Although please note that unless you remove a shelf you will not be able to stand up a cider/beer bottle in the main fridge - these will need to go on the door. That's the only drawback so far (and the reason for four stars on design). The freezer is great, and the drawers are capable of holding a significant volume of items. Would definitely recommend!

Loving this fridge so far, it was a big space upgrade from my last one but was one of a handful of fridges that actually fit in the specific fridge nook in my rental property. Some great features and functions that are usable with the Smart Things app, love how classy it looks, and it's pretty decently energy efficient. Only thing is the 2-part folding shelf is a little flimsy and not the most user friendly, but not a dealbreaker and I'm sure it'll be useful when we need some more space - it's just not as usable as the standard glass shelf.

When we arrived from overseas we did not have much time to shop around for a fridge. Having owned samsung in Malaysia, we decided fo stick with the brand. We hoped on the website and bought this. We are not dissapointed. Enough fridge space for the family. Chills our food. I can put my large wok in it while i prepare other food. It does not make any annoying sounds. Freezer fits large items like tubs of 2L ice cream and larger packs of frozen food. We are so happy with it and made a good decision sticking my samsung.

Our old fridge died 2 weeks before Christmas, but we were able to replace it within 3 days from Samsung. The delivery process was quick and easy. The replacement fridge needed to slot into set smallish space and this one worked perfectly. The fridge is streamlined and has height adjustable shelves that work well for us. Easy to clean inside and out. Love the digital temperature readout on it and the warning beeps if the door is left open for too long. (excellent reminder for absent minded kids!)

When our fridge started to play up, we didnt have much time to decide on one, so we spoke to a few friends and they highly recommended this one. After owning it from december, we are glad we bought it. Its proven to be a powerhouse in functionality and technology. The cooling is precise. The storage is large. The smart features are next level. Its much less noise than our old aging one. The delivery was quick and samsung support has been exeptional.

A good fridge with some drawbacks. The distance between the shelves means you cannot put large pots in the fridge. The door shelves could be organised better to create more space. The fridge can be a little vibrating at night , but its not too bad to disturb our sleep. The freezer takes a while to freeze meat and fish. I have noticed some condensation at times inside the fridge. I hope samsung can fix these in the next revision of this fridge

I recently purchased the Samsung refrigerator in silver, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The sleek, stylish design fits perfectly in my kitchen, adding a modern touch to the space. Refrigirator is average imho , thats why i rate it 3. I replaced my old one because my husband always complain its too loud and wakes him up at night. This one still makes loud sound at nighty. It has smart fridge features but i will never use them so not useful for me. It also sometimes has condensation on shelves so then i have to clean the fridge to remove it. But it does work as a fridge should do cooling and freezing food.

I recieved this as a house warming gift from my father in law. He bought us the best fridge in the market. He is tech savvy so he chose a smart fridge so we can control it within the app. It cools well and keeps our food fresh. Our old fridge had a top freezer but after owning this, i think i preffer bottom freezer because it fits plenty of food. It is not make much noise and cools well Thank you father in law and samsung

Twist ice maker is a life saver. My husband like cold beer and sometimes he forgets to put in fridge so the ice maker is so handy. I like the matt silver color, it is easy to clean and does not leave fingerprint marks. It is very spacious inside with plenty of led lighting so you can see food clearly at night if you dont want to open the lights. Smart is awesome to have to as it gives me more control over the fridge.

I like thia fridge very so much. I also like the freeser very so much. Both are very much space and i like to fill them with all the food and drink i love to buy. It cools the things we buy very fast and keeps them cool. I like the ice cube trays inside the freezer because sometime when we have guest we need more ive to cool the drink. It is very nice color finish and so easy to clean. It is a very nice fridge.

We managed to score this fridge on a sale for a good price. I chose this color because dust shows on black or white . Its chills really fast and keeps our fruit and veggies nice and fresh. The freezer is of decent size, however i wish they made it a tad larger. The freezer is frost free and temp is adjustable but we have it a minus 18. It fits large pots too when im lazy to empty out the food in containers.

I've only recently purchased this fridge so can't give it 5 stars yet. So far, it has done a great job keeping to temp and I love the app feature. Its also a great size for singles or couples. The only negatives I have is the ice drawer, I wish it was a little bigger to gold more ice cubes and the bottom shelf on the door is a bit of a waste to use for storage, there isn't enough room for large items

Basic features I wrongly assumed all fridges had, like a recessed grab handle on the side of the door, are inexplicably missing and make for an irritating user experience. Likewise the bottom freezer drawer doesn't pull out past half way making access to items at the back difficult. It also seems shorter than it needs to be, compromising internal space. Overall just a poorly designed product.

Bought it as I had to, quickly, without much attention to detail. The power plug should be flat not straight as it does not allow for the fridge to go 5cm deeper. The missing door handles are stupidity for the sake of slim design. I am using shower suck-on grab handle. The drawers system without guide rails is a cheap rubbish, have already lost some nerves on it.

Im in love with my new refrigirator. I am upgrading after 10 years and i feel like this one has all the new tech in it. It has good energy star rating. I love the stainless steel look as it gives a nice glow to my cooking space. I do like how they designed the interior as it lets you store more food. All material seem of high quality. Thanks

So far very happy with the fridge freezer especially with smart control feature and when compressor warranty is 30 yrs! Service centre also effective and efficient with regards to 1 replacement inside door shelf that cracked upon delivery. My only other comment is that the in box/out box compressor warranties could be made clearer.

Fridge Works ok no idea why it has to have wifi I bought 2 of these to have side by side. These fridges has a wine and a ringing that gave the whole house hold a migraine and noone could figure out why ungil a few friends came to stay. as soon as i turned them off all of out headaches went away. what a waste of money that was.

This is a really good fridge. I love the smart features and AI. Cools the food nicely and temp is accurate. The size will fit a small kitchen as the fridge is not too bulky. The compressor is quiet. Fits alot of food. Freezer is a good size for family on 4. Guys delivered and unpacked it for ua which was a bonus.

Good amount of useable space inside compared to other fridges of a similar footprint and easy to monitor and change the temp of fridge and freezer sides. Only complaint is the handle on the fridge compartment doesnt have an indent to easily pull it open like most fridges (freezer does though).

I haven't had the fridge long enough to give an accurate review of its performance, but the finish is better than I expected (the silver colour is a brushed stainless steel look). It looks and seems good. I was expecting a light in the freezer too, but there isn't one. However, I was not impressed with the way it was packaged (or delivered). Samsung needs to become more environmentally aware! There was a huge amount of polystyrene around the fridge – corrugated cardboard is a far better alternative. Also, getting it off the polystyrene base packaging would be impossible for someone on their own (it wasn't easy even with two of us). The delivery was by two men in a hired van (not very professional!) who brought it into my kitchen. A better solution by Samsung would be to have the delivery people unwrap the fridge and take away the packaging for recycling, as polystyrene can only be recycled in commercial quantities (that a consumer has no access to). That would also solve the difficulty of getting the fridge off its base packaging. I now have a huge amount of polystyrene that I can only slowly put in my bin, destined for landfill. Not satisfactory! Also, on the SmartThings app, it only displays the set temperature, not the actual temperature of the fridge and freezer. Surely one of the main purposes of the app is to check that the fridge is at the right temperature, which it fails to do!
