This is the best fridge ever!!! We had the previous model that not only had issues but the design was terrible too! However this model we cannot love anymore, the ice keeps up, the doors fit not only a bottle of milk width wise, but the doors hold several bottles, the design of this model has been very well thought out! Have had it 10months, love it!

I bought this over a month ago and I am loving the AI capability which allows us to see food inventory, connect to the internet for food recipes, watch the news and listen to music whilst in the kitchen. It has a very spacious freezer. The only thing I noticed is the camera capability sometimes turns off and it doesn't show what has been put in the fridge nor taken out of the fridge. We'd need to reset it. It would also have been great if it had a separate deli section (pull-out drawer) inside the fridge. Currently it only has the veggies section and the fruit section (pull-out drawers). Otherwise, it's a great product that I would recommend.

I bought this like 19 months back and did not gave any problem except 1, there was ice deposited near the fan in the freezer which caused the fan to close because of which the tentative inside the freezer tend to rise. But thanks to Samsung support they were quick to provide support and fix it

I've had it less than a month. Good things: Quiet, great design, looks really nice and high tech. Nice sound from speaker. Bad things: Family Hub is very slow, the resolution and viewing angle are not great. Basically feels like a very old / cheap tablet built into a fridge. AI is very buggy. Software widgets are very limited and some not very well designed. Hopefully this is resolved with later software update. If it can stand the test of time, it will be a very good fridge to own.

The fridge features have been great, but the software for the AI has been a letdown. At the moment the AI camera does not work, latest update broke the app. The developers working on this are not testing their software correctly. The photos it takes of inside each of the doors rarely updates and can be days out of date. When it does work the camera will detect good with 70% accuracy, not a deal breaker but not amazing. I've owned this fridge since May 2024.

The last software update has destroyed the functionality on this fridge. Items no longer recognised by AI camera, timer crashes (how does a timer crash). Screen constantly freezes. Fridge AI software and operating system has a lot of bugs. Not to mention the theme now looks ugly. No idea why Samsung allowed such a flawed software update to end up on these fridges. Please fix software. Its a great fridge but the software kills any smart functionality

Such an upgrade compared to our old Samsung fridge! We are so happy with how many features this fridge includes - from having plenty of ice dispensed at all times to being able to put up a memo, it can do it all! My personal favourite feature is the auto refillable water jug - sooo much quicker to top up your water bottle or cup using the jug and now without having to do the extra chore in filling up the jug! What can’t this fridge do! Highly recommend

We absolutely love our new fridge! We didn't think we would use the AI function very much, but we love it! The kids like to check the weather and we all post little notes or drawings for each other to see. The kids love that they can choose from small ice or big cubes and they love the auto-filling jug - every person who has come to our house, the kids have had to show them our cool fridge!

Growing up I always wanted a silver or black fridge that dispensed water...that was what I wanted because all my friends had them and we couldn't afford it. Now I finally have one and I LOVE it!! To make things even better - the AI functions are great, the screen is responsive which I'm very happy about, and the speaker is beautiful (I don't think we'll ever have it not playing!).

I bought this fridge couple of weeks ago, still struggling to setup certain features. There should be QR code to get to the setup video of the model, which will makes things more convenient for consumers . Also as per capacity of the fridge it has less shelf space than my old 550 Ltr Fisher Paykel Fridge. Which we are planning to sell but now will be keeping it as 2nd fridge ..

We purchased this in January 2025. Most things are fine but the fruit and vegetable drawers do not seem to keep the fruit and vegetables fresh for more than a week (if that). I'd have expected that to be a lot better for this price - we have a LG fridge that has kept things crisp/fresh for 2+ weeks. Same fruit picked the same day - different fridge.

We did a lot of research to know what fridge would be best for our family, and this one definitely fits all our needs and more. It is an awesome size without being gigantic, and the tech is easy to use. We all have Samsung, but you really don't need Samsung smartphones, etc, to use all the features on the fridge.

'Smart' features mostly broken. Software is buggy and performance is horrible. Fridge part of the fridge is fine, but if you are wanting to enjoy the benefits of the screen/apps, stay away! List of issues: 1. AI Camera only takes snapshots as you add/remove food. You won't know what's in the fridge unless you 'show' it properly each time (it keeps the last snapshot for the left and right doors, but no image of the inside of the main compartment which is dependant on you holding it/scanning as you add/remove). The camera also activates as you open the drinks door, which is silly as it can't see anything (the camera is in-between the French doors facing outwards). 2. SmartThings App on the fridge doesn't work. You'd think you'd be able to use the smartthings app on the fridge to control/see you other devices. Well, you can, if lucky. I've only seen my other devices show up once. Most of the times its blank (will probably be fixed by a software update... one might hope). 3. Energy Monitoring is broken. The fridge is supposed to show energy usage in the smartthings app. It doesn't. 4. The screen turns itself off/goes to sleep when you are using it. Playing music/watching a video? Will turn off and stop playing. Looking at a recipe? Will turn off, and then you need to go through all the steps again to find the same recipe, only to have it disappear as you are cooking. I'm hoping this is a software update fix because this was one of the main reasons I got the fridge. 5. Performance. I have to reboot the screen/fridge every day or so as the interface gets really laggy. Button pushes don't register, swiping is slow. 6. Apps. As this is a custom OS, you don't get an apps store. No YouTube music, only Spotify and TuneIn radio. Included apps are pretty limited. I'm sure there are plenty of other issues with the software, but this has been my experience in the ~1 week since getting the fridge. Overall it feels like no-one put the software through any real-world testing. I'd only recommend this if you are confident these features will be fixed in a software update and like the drinks bar thing.
