I recently purchased this fridge and overall, I’m happy with its performance. It keeps food cold and fresh, runs quietly, and has a sleek, modern design. The shelves and compartments are well organised, making it easy to keep everything tidy. The only drawback is that the electrical cord is too short. I even had to hire an electrician at my own expense to relocate the power outlet so the cord could reach. A slightly longer cord would make installation much more convenient. Aside from that, it’s a reliable and efficient fridge—I’d recommend it, but be prepared to work around the cord length.

Had this fridge for about 8 months now - No overally happy with it. Three faults I have found : Vegetables stay crisp for only about 2 days as there is no control for the humidity for the crisper, the freezer door sensor is in the wrong spot and opens everytime when you have your hands full putting things into the fridge (we have turned it off) and lastly the Ice Maker continually gets jammed (I mean often) you have to empty the ice out, get the cubes out that are jamming it and then re load it again (it is a pain in the butt).

I bought this fridge a week ago after my previous fridge died and I LOVE it! The ice maker/dispenser is soo good and the touch open doors are soooo helpful when you’ve got full hands. Only downsides are no light on the water and ice dispenser (my previous fridge had a light and it was super handy at night time) and the plumbing and filter are a bit hard to figure out, clearer instructions for both would be extremely helpful!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is perfect for my needs. It is difficult to find a fridge that fits a bottle or glass cup under the water dispenser which this one does. I also like the size of the fridge and freezer and the fact that there are no unnecessary features, like viewing windows. This is a sleek and functional fridge that this well priced.

This fridge has everything i need. plenty of space between fridge and freezer. electronic temperature control. filtered water and ice maker. it's also connected to smartthings that you can control almost everything about the fridge on your mobile phone app, it'll also tell you when it needs servicing, which is a very handy function.

Purchased this fridge as I loved the style of it. It works great, and has a large amount of space. The auto open door feature is amazing. I have used the ice and water dispenser multiple times without any issues. Its super quiet and I have turned on the option ‘dont make ice at night’ which makes it even better.

Amazing technology. From soft opening sensors to voice recognition this appliance sets a new standard. So quiet and energy efficient. The only extra I’d like to see is the same soft close option. Loving the Samsung fridge… highly recommended. Now we are looking at other Samsung home appliances :-)

A great refrigerator for a family of five. We’ve been using it for a month and are very happy with it. Especially love the easy door opening — perfect for my 5-year-old. Door sensor is excellent and ice maker is simply awesome 🤩

The plumbing connection for water filter only comes in 1 size and Samsung does not provide an adapter to connect to you water outlet. Also note that if you paid for installation it does not include installation to water connection!

We replaced our 20 year old fridge with the Samsung 634L and was amazed with the improvements in fridge technology. Hands free door opening and freezer design make this appliance a great buy.

Really good product. It also has plumbing option. No need to fill it manually to get the ice. Fairly prices aswell. Built quality is also good. It has a lot of space aswell.

So far I am happy with this fridge freezer. I have had previous issues with the Samsung ice makers in previous fridges and so far this seems to be working fine
