Bought this machine around Christmas , and I absolutely love everything about it. The flexibility is AWESOME ! I can set temperature, speed. damp alert, on each cycle. No longer locked in preset programs that dont suit my laundry needs. It is super quiet, the AI function is very effective. Shorter cycles , with efficient wash. Love, love the auto dispenser laundry liquid, not having to measure every time, and it is much economical as well. I couldnt be happier with my purchase

Excellent dryer, with a family of 5 it has done well. We use the clothes dryer a lot as we are time poor. we used to do 2-3 loads in the dryer a day and sometimes having to redry or re wash cloths due to waiting for the dryer. With the larger heat pump dryer, we have reduced the amount of time clothes are drying for and able to dry far more at a much-reduced cost. Our power bills have reduced significantly and out clothes already feel softer as do our towels and linens

This is our second purchase of this exact same model. We now have one of home and one for work. I honestly cannot fault this machine at all or its companion dryer. I believe we purchased our first three years ago and it has worked continuously day in and day out without a fault. The intelligent modes are spot on perfect. This machine is a very slick in design workhorse. If you have massive doona’s no problem it takes an incredible amount of laundry and time after time evenly cleans. The one tiny fault but it has nothing to do with the machine - is that dryers unfortunately can’t keep up with washing machines. It’s a problem with all models. You almost need two dryers to keep up with the volume of laundry washing this machine outputs. Great machine and would highly recommend to anyone who just wants their machine to work and outputs as advertised.

Bought this over two months ago and can't use it as Samsung are unable to provide a stacking kit which is required to be used in the space i have available. It is advertised with images showing it being stacked and mention's multicontrol and stacking on the page but there is no option to purchase, Samsung don't know when it will be available to purchase in Australia.

I’ve had this for a month now, and I cannot believe how much fun it’s been to use, along with the app. I can fit my super king blanket better in this machine than I can a “blanket machine” at the laundromat. It is very quiet, dries clothes without causing excessive wrinkles and it matches my bespoke washing machine in colour and washing loads to the dryer. Amazing and a breakthrough piece of art, this dryer is coming from the future and added a sense of smart home to my house. My old double story machine looks old fashion next to this dryer. The only thing missing is a heavy duty stand to put this dryer on the top of my front and top load washing machine

We bought this dryer in February. We have already seen the massive reduction in power bills. Also our clothes and bedding come out of dryer so much softer than they did with our old tumble dryer. Overal it was an excellent desicion to purchase

I bought this Washing machine just over a month ago. I am totally surprised at how well it washes and the size 19.5kg and there is nothing it doesn't have. I even asked bilby to tell me a story and it did. Very impressed by the machine

Excellent heat pump dryer. Replaced my old failing one and this one dries much quicker and way more efficient in energy use. Highly recommend especially going into winter when sun drying just doesn't cut it anymore.

I bought this a month ago mainly to wash my dog bedding so i needed a large capacity. The bedding has never been so clean and smells amazing. The ease of the options and running it from my phone is amazing too.

Nice, big, works like a.dream. a lot quicker then my previous heat pump dryer but does not shrink my clothes.o can now fit king blankets and doonas without problem. I love it.
