i got mine for free as part of their December 2022 promotion. Of course I'm very happy to get it. For regular use it's great, youtube, netflix, some light gaming (not graphically intensive ones like genshin or cod, just the more casual ones), google suite, smart home stuff. all is well, battery lasts for a day just fine. my only gripe, is that it hasn't been 2 months. and it's not working anymore. stuck in a black screen. i just left it to charge for some 2 or 3 hours. mind you, i take great care of my gadgets and they last as much as half a decade on me. this one, i'm just using lightly and not that frequently. and this happens all of a sudden. don't bother buying this tablet. there are better options out there. troubleshooting it did no good. too bad samsung, this tablet would have been awesome if only it lasted for more than year or two.

I bought it 2 days ago, thinking it would be a 'good' tablet for a mid-range but my expectations were broken, the tablet is a bit laggy; playing games like codm or genshin is NOT recommended. BUT for watching shows on youtube and netflix it's a 4/5 because of the great display and immersive audio setup. For students like me who would use heavy apps, this might not be your tablet. Would probably return this one, due to the fact that this tablet is NOT for me, very disappointed for a samsung device.

I bought this and it's Exynos powered, should've went for a Qualcomm Snapdragon Design doesn't translate to how good the product will function Has features etc

Bought this half a year ago, it's good at start, the tablet was fast and can handle basic task, flawlessly scrolling with social media and playing some games like mobile legemd (ofcourse it will lag to demanding games like genshin, but it also lag when i play roblox despite its a midrange friendly game). But after i update to OneUI 6,everything seems so laggy, my screen often lags, it does glitch , i can't open recent apps since it freezes, sometimes when i scroll down to notification , everything is blank, like there is no icon of wifi, bluetooth etc. and even brightness slide the only thing to remove thos bug is to boot the system (though it will have the same issue after a few hrs). And the apps that used to be flawlessly running becomes super laggy. Please fix this
