Hi tech department I am disgusted with the battery life of my watch 7. About 1 month ago the watch battery life diminished from >2days to less than a day. I tried deleted the cache, I tried resetting the watch with and I also tried resetting and NOT restoring the old settings. For the first day the battery life is back to normal. Then after the first day - it's goes to the disgusting battery life. I don't want to take to social media and tell whoever will listen, NOT to buy this watch... PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE BATTERY LIFE... I AM BEGGING YOU SAMSUNG... PLEASE!!!

I got the watch as an add on to the 25 ultra. It's ultra laggy. Too much tech built into a watch. The health app is all over the place and it's not user friendly. Finding a simple music player like YouTube on the watch while working out stops you from actually working out to find everything. Rotating your arm to get the time eventually becomes a work out because the watch is trying to figure out what it's purpose is in life. The battery is 24 hours dead. Use it or not. It's 24 hours. With all of its processing power it's absolutely pathetic. I've gone back to my Huawei fit watch which is probably R300 at most. Do not buy.

Bought this a month ago for tracking my health activity and dietary plans. first off i am using a Galaxy S24 Ultra so i am not sure if that adds to the features, but so far this watch7 (Bluetooth) has exceeded my expectations. You have to wear the watch for 7 days to fully get the AI integrated with your patterns and also study you eating and work outs. On day 7 i had a FULL sharable pdf with all the stats i needed and didn't now i needed. from my weight monitoring to my irregular sleep patterns (i work shifts) down to my calorie intake and sleeping skin temperature. This watch is worth everything is offers, i have used the Watch3, Watch4, Watch6 and now this 7 and i must say best Galaxy watch yet, haven't used the Ultra due to pricing but i have NO complaints currently. If you are in the Samsung eco system i guarantee you this is the watch to get!

This watch is an absolute con. I bought it solely for the health monitoring, and it isn't even able to provide a basic heart rate graph. The oxygen reading can't be done continuously, or even scheduled regularly. The ECG looks like a drunk monkey tried to draw a straight line. The sleep apnea feature is a black box, giving only a yes/no answer without any further information. And Samsung knows it. They know they're selling snake oil, because they've intentionally blocked the user from seeing any raw data. To make it even worse, I've spent thousands of Rands over and above the cost of the watch, on a Galaxy phone, since Samsung has blocked this from being paired to a tablet (even their own Galaxy tablet), and straps, since the one that comes supplied is sized for women and children. It's so bad that I'll probably be contacting the Consumer Commissioner - I was entirely misled by their claims.

The battery on this watch is extremely poor, a few times it went from 100% to dead in 12 hours. It's so poor from a reputable company like Samsung. They even suggest turning off certain features to save battery. Why should I deprive myself of features I paid for to save battery? My friends have Huawei and other brands that have way more features, and the battery lasts well over two weeks, sometimes up to a month on a since charge. I personally will never buy another samsung watch again.

The teach on this watch is unnecessary. You spend most of the time trying to figure out the watch and still struggle. I am not able to install WhatsApp business on the watch as it only allows standard WhatsApp. The battery life is the worst. It’s been 3 days since using it and I’m charging it almost twice a day. Within an hour of charging, it’s full and after 7 hours of using, the battery is finished and the watch is off. Do not buy

I'm reviewing the Galaxy Watch 6. Had the watch for just over 2 years, went swimming as normal in a pool, WITH the waterlock on. The watch died completely, Samsung refused to even acknowledge, absolutely no damage to the watch and yet I was told there's nothing that can be done. Don't waste your money, buy an alternate brand. I now sit with an expensive brick that can't be used.
