I don’t use the flex zone often, but it was a game changer when I need to change it from freezer to fridge to marinate a huge batch of chicken for a family cookout. It has big and wide enough shelves to take any big tray as is without the need to put in another container. The design works perfect for me. It is elegant and the beverage zone is very helpful to put your sodas and ready to go drinks. The two ice trays are more than enough for me. I think one is enough to make use of the other part. The only thing I found not very helpful is the finger prints over the femme glass. Other than this, all the features and spaces are very well designed to make use of each part. Will definitely recommend.

I also really like having different ice options, as I use different sized water bottles on a regular basis. Having an alarm to tell you when a door has been left open is also reassuring, as we have 2 kids in the house that aren't always the best about making sure things are closed. The app is really functional, and I can check on the temps in the fridge/freezer to make sure everything is as it should be. It's also been easy to keep clean because the exterior doesn't really show fingerprints, even with a lot ofu use. Overall, great fridge.

I like the counter depth especially because my kitchen is small. The beverage center is a superb addition to my household. Having the self filling pitcher is very handy. It is one of my favorite features. I find the 4 doors so much more convenient over my previous 3 door French door refrigerator. The ice maker is not my favorite. I find it difficult to get the cubes out and many clump together. The smaller cubes are okay but I wish they were a bit smaller. The glass does show fingerprints quite easily but the sleekness outweighs the inconvenience of cleaning it often.

We ended up just having the bottom left as a fridge. I also love the beverage zone as well, we usually fit all the beverages there and it looks so nice and neat! The dual ice-maker is a great, it offers two options for the ice size and my favorite is the smaller ice! If you are big on technology I would recommend you download the Smartthings app, it’s very helpful. One last thing I want to rave about is the stainless steel design, it prevents fingerprints to show all over the refrigerator.

The four door option with a water container is excellent. The cooling is superior with the metal cooling. It appears to be highly efficient and offers decent amount of space for being a counter depth refrigerator. I love the fact I can change the doors from freezer to refrigerator if extra space is needed. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this purchase. I am surprised I no longer see it in stores. Happy I got one before it was gone .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I felt overwhelmed by so much technology.but when I downloaded the Smart Thing application I found it very easy and I liked having control of my refrigerator in the palm of my hand I like its large capacity, the duality of changing from refrigerator to freezer depending on my needs. I love their two ice boxes. I also like the modern style it gives to my kitchen and, best of all, the envious look on my friends' faces. The only suggestion for my taste would be to put a drawer for the ham and cheese Update I like that I don't have to touch it when opening the door and the fact that the fingerprints wipe off easily. I also love the great capacity of having enough ice for my different needs I definitely like everything.

The two separate freezers are perfect for separate storage. It has an ice maker with two trays for two different sizes of ice cubes. Despite being a side-by-side refrigerator, its dimensions are compact and it fit very nicely into my small kitchen. And most importantly, it has smart control that I can use remotely from my smartphone. I love my refrigerator and will recommend it to my friends.

I was excited to buy this 4door bespoke refrigerator not only for the beverage center but for the feature where you can change the panels. My home's accent color is orange, so I wanted it in clementine glass. Only to find out after I purchased the ref and now wanting to change the panels that the clementine glass was discontinued and is no longer available. I am so disappointed coz that was my deciding factor in choosing the refrigerator. I could have picked a different brand were it not for the changeable panels.

I really like the full space, the UV deodorizing filter, the smart beverage zone and the possibility to change one part of the space from fridge to freezer and vice-versa. You have great and useful features. Controllers are easy to use inside the fridge and using the app. Also this fridge is modern, clean and stylish. But.... I give lots of ZERO stars to the useless and stupid installation and user manuals. I can't believe why a world- known company like Samsung still writing poorly, confusing instructions. Note: all my home appliances are from Samsung and all their manuals are shame. So, installation and user manuals are my frustration point.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn’t) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we’d known that before buying ours. This will be our last.

We weren't sure about the beverage compartment, but are finding it very convenient. The auto fill water pitcher is so useful. Milk, creamers, etc. Are easily accessible. Even better, the icemaker keeps ahead of our needs, and with two sizes of ice cubes. Freezer space made for easy access and optional fridge side will come in handy. Best decision we've made!!! Highly recommend.

The top doors rub against each other when trying to shut.. Service repair was informed by Samsung to replace all four hinges. After replacing hinges door steel hits other door so Samsung advisor told repair man that is common and we have to live with it. My trust in Samsung‘s have now gone to zero if this is the way they treat and the way their products now are the four-door fridge is nice. Good concept poor quality. Would not recommend getting that fridge.

I love the 4 door-approach and the convenience of storage in the four separate doors. It is easy to access and stores a lot for being a counter depth refrigerator. The food stays cold and I am confident when I go to the refrigerator the items will be nice and cold. The flexibility of having four separate doors allows for easy storage and use. I love the metal cooling feature as it feels like it cools better than regular refrigerators with a plastic backing. The water container is nice to have. The ice trays are a little difficult to get out and in based on the location, but having a couple of options for ice is wonderful. Overall, I am satisfied with this refrigerator and would recommend it. I hope they keep the four-door concept as this was one of the main reasons I purchased.

Honestly this is very disappointing. Previous generations of Samsungs had an ice maker problem and now this newest generation of Samsung refrigerators can't keep their temperatures. It looks like another class action lawsuit is coming up. I went through 2 of these and they both have the same issue with maintaining the temperature in the fridge sections specifically. I have it set to the lowest temperature of 34F but the fridge routinely goes above 40 degrees before coming back down again. I first noticed this when I saw that my milk was spoiling much faster than usual and that meat was going bad in the fridge when previously I had no issues. Both fridges have had this problem and honestly it is very disappointing that Samsung can't seem to make a fridge right. The rest of the fridge works fine and there aren't any issues with the ice maker and freezer but the fridge is half the unit.

Conectividad, tenemos unos días con el refrigerador y las actualizaciones bloquean las aplicaciones muy seguido, al tener prácticamente un TV incluido debería tener las mismas opciones para agregar aplicaciones como VIX o Netflix. También la app de Spotify no me permite conectar un sistema de audio Sonos desde el refrigerador, espero que más adelante le den un upgrade de aplicaciones y actualización.

When I bought the flex fridge I was offered a code to get a set of free panels. I have been checking the website in the year + since I purchased the fridge to see availability of color and it is still only the 5 colors however the website still advertises the other colors. If the other colors are discontinued I Samsung should stop advertising the many color options because they simply do not exist.

We do have one question: for the lower left freezer door, there appears to be support nodules for some kind of shelf - but nothing came with the refrigerator that goes there. It’s so spacious and you have enough space for everything you might need. You can customize the bottom two doors, you can have them be frozen or for fruits and or beverages. We kept the bottom left as frozen only. That’s where you can find the dual ice maker, and the smaller ice is my favorite. What my family seems to enjoy is the beverage zone, it’s like having a mini store in your home :). It also has a automatic doors and it beeps if you forget the doors open, which my kids seem to do a lot!! If you also have little fingers trying to open the door and have fingerprints all over your refrigerator, don’t worry- this refrigerator has a anti print stainless steel option, and it’s customizable as well. One last thing, you can access the SmartThings app if you’re tech savvy! I would 100% recommend this product!

This fridge is great other than the ice makers. We have had multiple issues with it and now that it is out of warranty, it's not worth fixing for the price Samsung wants to charge. It broke under warranty and they replaced it which was great but then it started leaking water everywhere and is out of warranty so now it is shut off and useless. I expect more at this price.

The bottom doors can't be leveled no matter how hard I and my installer tried. We checked the display models in nearby hardware stores and they all have the same problem. So be aware that bottom doors can't be leveled and you have to accept that. For that reason I take 1 star.

This refridgerator comes with all the bells and whistles that you could want: 4 doors for easy access to the fridge and freezer, lots of room and good lighting, control ability inside the fridge or from your phone app, open door alarm and automatic door opening. It also has 2 different kinds of ice, a beverage station that is separate from the main refrigerator (with filtered drink pitcher, water dispenser and room to chill beverages). This is just so cool and I have never had or heard of a refrigerator like this. All this, on top of it being a Samsung brand make for an effiecient and wonderful addition to any kitchen. Did I mention I love this fridge?

Having the app and having it link to your phone is also great, you can control the settings from there as well such as temperature and lighting, etc. I love Samsung Smartthings. We have a Samsung tv, and an alert pops up on the tv if the door is left open. Which my kids frequently do. The freezer French doors are very handy. It's a good way to keep your freezer organized and avoid having things pile up in deep freezer frames and having to dig through them to find everything. The beverage zone is amazing. The water pitcher automatically fills after you use it, so you never have to worry about that. The dual ice maker is one of my favorite parts. It creates cubed ice and crushed ice. It comes with an ice scooper as well as holder for the scooper so it doesn't get lost or dirty. No complaints about this refrigerator at all and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Convenient when all you want is water or a bottle of your favorite beverage. I gave four stars because the auto door sensor for the left top door and the beverage zone handle are too close to each other in my opinion. If you are not paying attention and not being strategic in where you place your hand, you will activate the sensor, while your intent is to only open the Beverage Zone. It is opined that we should not try to stop the door from opening once the door opening sensor is engaged, which can cause damage to the motor. So I have to let the door open, then close, then try again to open the Beverage Zone door only. I find having to think and strategize before I open my refrigerator door can become a bit annoying. This is a task that should be a no brainer, in my opinion. I chalk this issue up to a Samsung design flaw. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

The 4 door configuration is better for us than a traditional 50/50 split because of the flexibility of the 4th door. Setting it up as extra fridge space with a couple of clicks in the app gave us options for storing refrigerated items that we don't often use down low and out of the way keeping the freshest things front and center up top. Having both ice cubes is great, my wife loves the small and I prefer the larger traditional cubes so having a steady supply of both is super handy. We also really enjoy the beverage center. Once we went into the app and set up the auto illumination feature that lights up when you walk in front of the fridge so you can see what you have to drink the glass door made a TON of sense. We also think the auto open feature (check your app or the fridge settings) is cool and helps to keep fingerprints in check. Overall this was a big upgrade from our last fridge and we are very pleased so far in the performance and ease of access on the new one.

In addition it has really increased the overall appeal in the kitchen with its modern black and stainless design. I love the design of the shelving system. It allows me to clearly see everything that I have available in my refrigerator with no hidden waste. My older refrigerator seemed deep and crowded where things would often get pushed far into the back and left to perish. The dual option ice maker is really amazing as well. I love having the option for smaller, chewable ice in my drinks. I use the larger “standard” size ice for the kids sports bottles. The hands free door opening system also comes in handy when I need both hands to hold a large dish of leftovers. I can simply use my elbow to trigger the door to open. Gone are the days of trying to balance a full pot of soup on one knee while freeing up a hand to open the door. I absolutely love Samsung appliances and can’t wait until I have my full kitchen outfitted with this Bespoke line.

The SmartThings app is very good because you can adjust your entire refrigerator there, and it also notifies you if someone left the door open. I love that it have the two doors makes it easier to fit in a big pot. Surprisingly it fit a lot of food and the freezer is very spacious. It's also very energy efficient and saves me more money! It's very silent so it doesn't disturb during the night. Something that I really like is that it is resistant to fingerprints because I have small children and they are always touching the refrigerator, so it is good that their fingerprints are not so marked. I love my new Samsung Bespoke Fridge! It's great justas everything else that Samsung makes!

It is the fanciest fridge we've ever had in our whole lives. I love the beverage center, and the water pitcher refilling by itself and the 2 versions of ice you can get. The beverage center is a game changer and I haven't seen this feature on any other fridges out there. You can get water from the fridge the traditional way or fill up from the pitcher already there which is full of cold water. Unbelieveable ! The ice comes in two sizes depending on the drinks needed and even comes with a scoop which fits nicely inside the tray. The silver panels on the outside of the fridge are also customizable, and my husband or I will change out the silver look to either an all white fridge or white and pink. I cannot wait to make this already beautiful fridge even cooler. I'm very grateful and happy with is. Last but not least - with the SmartThings App I can control pretty much all aspects of the fridge, from temperature, to lighting, and of course saving energy. A huge Samsung win with this one.

I think the beverage center is my favorite part… I love being able to get to my coffee creamer and the water pitcher quickly. Also, one of my favorite parts is that the water pitcher stays for which makes filling up water bottles super easy. I like how the doors open wide so that you can see everything in your fridge, and there are plenty of shelves and compartments for organization. Which has to use the flex space as a freezer, and my freezer has never been more organized. One small downside is you have to scoop ice from the trays rather than having an ice dispenser, but having the two different size ice cubes almost makes up for this inconvenience. We will get used to it. The refrigerator is beautiful and makes my kitchen look much more modern. Also, the fact that it’s counter depth makes my kitchen look more open. I love the sleek look of the stainless steel, but it does smudge easily. I keep a small terry cloth beside the fridge to wipe it down several times a day. Overall, I am super satisfied with the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice refrigerator. It looks really nice in our kitchen and matches our other stainless-steel appliances. I like that it is fingerprint resistant! I spend a lot less time cleaning it. We've been wanting a flex zone refrigerator for a long time now. I like having the flexibility of using one of the freezer compartments as a refrigerator. My wife hooked it up to the app and now we are using that zone to store our fresh meats and cheeses. There is plenty of storage. I like the fact that I can store tall bottles on the bottom shelf. We’ve had two parties at our house and this refrigerator is a showstopper. The Beverage Center gets a lot of use in our house, and you can see in there without opening the door. It’s my favorite feature. It is so nice having automatic ice again and the two different sizes are a nice touch. You can barely hear the ice when it is made. It runs very quietly overall. The Auto Door Opener is very helpful when we are loading groceries into the refrigerator. All it takes is a gentle touch to open the door. It’s very easy to access the extra features through the app and I love the welcome light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the coolest and best fridge I ever had! Hands down. Not only am I saving space because it's only counter depth and not longer like my previous one, but I am also saving money because it's so energy efficient. With the SmartThings App I can control pretty much all aspects of the fridge, from temperature, to lighting, and of course saving energy. It's absolutely gorgeous the way it is, has tons of space inside, and the beverage center ... well that's just on another level. You can either get water the traditional way or use the water in the pitcher that's already there. This feature is a game changer just by itself. I also love the Dual Auto Ice Maker and use it frequently for different kids and adult drinks. Another really cool thing about this fridge are the Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel panels. They don't attract fingerprint the way regular fridges to where you have to constantly clean them. Plus I really like that I can change the top and bottom panels from the stainless steel version to other colors, like white, black, or pink. My wife will probably go with white and pink but that's ok. I absolutely love my new fridge !
