[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaning a house is a tiresome job but not with this Samsung Bespoke Jet Al Vacuum. It's very light weight and above all cordless. I can reach any part of the floor with ease. It's also extremely powerful. The AI mode gets the job done most of the time but I also use Max and Jet modes sometimes. The battery lasts enough to clean the entire floor and recharging is very easy on the clean station. The LED display shows the battery percentage and the mode being used, which are extremely helpful. Connect with the smartthings app to make life more convenient and to monitor the progress. The best vacuum cleaner I have used. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this new samsung jet cordless vacuum. it picks up quicker and more efficiently than my normal vacuum. i also love the 3 speeds that this cordless vacuum offers. i prefer using the max speed, but the battery will only last about 15 minutes, without having to charge again. i also love that the filter and the dust bin are both washable. it’s also quick to charge and a full charge last me about 35-40 minutes, on the lowest setting, which is perfect for me to have enough time to vacuum my whole house. it also works very well on my rugs and my hardwood floors. i would definitely recommend this vacuum to all of my friends and family.

Hoy compré la aspiradora y la cargué completa. La empecé a utilizar aspirando el suelo y no llegó a 5 minutos y se apagó. La volví a cargar , tarda un montón en cargar y en 5 minutos se apaga.

That's enough for me to do most of my small 3 bedroom house but somebody with a larger house would struggle The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed

I am kicking myself for buying this vacuum, even more so because of the price. I have already had it replaced once when it kept showing an error. While yes this will pick up for the most part animal hair (ish), I have to go over it multiple times and even then, it doesn't always pick up the hair or dust/dirt. I only have rugs which I have to use a completely different vacuum on those, otherwise I have hard flooring which supposedly this should work great for. I truly wish I would have returned this product when I could and now I'm considering to just have it replaced and just get rid of it. Only great thing about the product is the warranty itself.

Espero nadie más cometa mi error, NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO, compré este producto con mucho entusiasmo y fe en la marca, ya que imaginé que tienen respaldo, pero no fue así, finalmente me hicieron perder el tiempo y dinero!!!, en resumen la batería dura 7 minutos!!!, o sea no alcanzas aspirar ni una pieza chica cuando ya se te apaga, y debes volverla a cargar unas 3 horas. me hicieron llevarla al servicio tecnico, el cual indicó que el equipo funcionaba BIEN, o sea que es normal que dure 7 minutos, lo peor es que no me quisieron devolver el dinero por satisfacción del mismo, en fin una vergüenza Samsung. Espero nadie más pase por esto.

Figured it could be an issue with this specific battery so I contacted customer support who gave me literally no help and lied stating that an additional higher up team would follow up with me in 48 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting for that call. On top of barely being able to use the vacuum, the main brush broke in its second use, super brittle plastic. Was really looking forward to having a small lightweight vacuum with this sleek design. Very dissatisfied both with the vacuum overall and how Samsung handled my issue.

I really love this stick vacuum. It has made it much easier to clean around our cat boxes and stairs than with my previous stick vacuum. The only issue that I have run into is that it reacts to the change in floor texture almost too quickly for my taste. It is an easy fix do not a big deal. I love that it empties out into a separate bag because it keeps the pet dander enclosed and less dust is produced. The app makes it easy to see the energy usage and get quick answers to questions about how to maintain the vacuum. I am really happy with the usage of this vacuum, but would like a storage tree for the accessories and more control on the AI floor control.

I purchased just the vacuum at first and then saw a video of the clean station. I definitely recommend getting it also. I have had mine since November 2022 with 3 dogs and vacuum every oth4r day. I still haven't filled the first waste bag! I bought so many thinking I would be going through them. The reason for 4 stars is battery life. I have a small house and I barely get through it before the battery dies. Sometime I have to recharge a bit just to finish the last room. My house is less than 1400sq ft. I have been thinking of buying a spare.

It started off as a good product, with no issues relating to battery. But one day during normal vacuuming, the two pieces of plastic which click together to hold the attachment in place, snapped/sheared and it is now not usable. Going through the returns process with Samsung (not Argos's fault) the warranty is NOT VALID because a broken product is classed as damage which in turn is classed as "misuse". I escalated this 3 levels higher and they wouldn't budge. It is a design issue and the product is not robust for normal day to day use. And on top of that, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY. It is absolutely not worth the price. Cannot recommend.

The vacuum was purchased for use in a small apartment. It lasted a little longer than 1 year and then it failed to start. Changed the battery and it still will not start. This was lightweight and easily stored which was a plus in a small apartment. However, the battery charge does not last that long and it needs to be charged numerous times even for a small apartment. Then it refused to work when I needed it most. Had to use my mother's old stick vacuum. Would say the brand but I don't want to advertise in this forum. Looking for a brick and mortar place to get the vacuum serviced as well but that has been futile.

PROS: Great vacuum, lightweight, powerful suction… CONS.. BATTERY LIFE …. Key wording UP TO 60MINS.. Max life I’ve gotten out of vacuum is 15 mins straight, if you use it for 10 mins set aside for 30 mins or so, when you turn it on again the battery is dead. It may be with this model only, my sister has the same issue & replacement battery prices are outrageously expensive. My model does not come with 2 batteries. I only get to use it on my area rug before battery dies, like I said he has great suction wish I could do entire house. I would have returned it for an upgrade, it was a gift and I was not comfortable asking for receipt or where it was purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are using this jet 75 cordless stick vacuum in our 43 foot rv. we love the power it has to pick up all the dirt and dog hair that accumulates. we use it on our hard floors as well as multiple rugs throughout. we love the fact that it is battery powered as outlets are a premium in our rv. the battery lasts up to an hour on a single charge, plenty of time for me to clean the rv from one end to the other. i then just put the battery back on the charging station to use the next day. it has a great hepa filtration which keeps our air quality good. great attachments allow for cleaning of tight spots and ceiling fans. lightweight so i don't feel tired after cleaning.

Its an excellent machine that definitely rivals Dyson on every level. A much quieter machine that picks up flawlessly. After reading some reviews I was worried about battery life, but this is excellent as well. After seeing it in action, the rest of the family and friends will be buying this machine as well. The only complaint I have is that one component needs to be purchased separately [soft brush] for the machine and the box I received was opened and mangled. This made me worried I received a return item.

This Samsung Jet 75 had really help us keep the spills and messes under control. It’s also easy to use to vacuum around toys and larger objects as well as get under the tables easily which we really love. It lasts a good amount of time and while you cannot do the whole house on one charge it gets the job done if you break it up. We like all the power features and the fact that now we can use it anywhere, even the car. Love that we are no longer tied down to a corded vacuum. I would definitely recommend and have really enjoyed it so far!

i've been through so many vacuums, as i have dogs and cats. i cleaned a few hours prior with my corded vacuum then went over the same area with my jet 60 and it picked up so much fine dirt that the other vacuum missed! it's honestly was amazing, and that was on the medium setting. i vacuumed my entire house and some before the battery died and it was on the high setting most of the time. it's only been a few days but hopefully it withstands my pets fur! i also vacuumed my car floor with it and it worked great. i love how lightweight, quiet, and versatile the jet 60 is! especially for the price; you can't beat it.

I purchased this vacuum two months ago. Firstly the Jet65 Pet has the most powerful suction of a cordless vacuum of many I have used. Emptying is easy. Charging of battery is quick around 2.5 hours. However the stick could stand higher for taller people. Also the battery life isn't great. Forget using high mode unless vacuuming one or two rooms. I have been using from low to medium and have never have been able to finish the whole house no matter how quick I run over the floors which is very annoying. The cost of a second battery is too expensive. Battery life disappointing more so the cost of a spare battery.

Easy to use, light weight and versatile, it out performs previously owned stick vacuum cleaners by a country mile. In our family we have a dog who sheds profusely, and this cleaner does a wonderful job in picking up all that fur, from carpets, rugs and hard floors. I am sincerely amazed at how much fur and dust gets collected from what looks like reasonably clean floors. For a small machine this has all the features I need - variable power, useful attachments, easy to put together, easy to empty the bin, does what its meant to do.

I only wish i had one sooner - it looks beautiful, sucks up every bit of dirt and dog hair easily, its really easy to empty the dustbin, the filters are washable and its rose gold - what more could you want? The attachments that come with it are super useful also. I can easily vacuum the whole house without the battery running out, and the vacuum can "flatten" out to vacuum under lounges & beds. Its super quiet on the medium setting too and the high setting is really powerful. Looks great wall mounted too. Love it.

No way does the battery last as long as suggested, biggest failure is the Jet head. Any sign of human or pet hair the three rollers underneath jam and makes it impossible to roll along or if on anything that isn't carpet it will mark the flooring... further more the felt got ruin within days rendering it useless. No option to upgrade the head and complaints to Samsung well your just wasting your time and energy. Ive had this cleaner a month and I live in a small flat and it just can't cope. It's frustrating every time you use it. expect no more than 15 mins runtime on medium setting Ive wasted my money, please don't make the same mistake I did and just look for better options.

Bought the 75+ due to my dyson having issues. Right out the box I could tell the difference. Great suction power, almost to much on high as it sticks to the tiles. Dual batteries make being able to hit the entire house in 1 attempt a breeze. Overall, highly satisfied. I've seen other comments about longevity but anyone who's worked with removable batteries knows not to leave them installed or they will eventually die. Durability doesn't seem to be an issue, I'm a 6ft 245lbs man that isn't light handed and this seems to be made to stand up to that. Unless your swinging this at a wall, should hold up nicely.

Good value alternative to “leading” brand, feels very well built and has plenty of suction power. I did some research before buying this as it has some mixed reviews online. I am very impressed with it so far considering its price point is a lot less than others on the market but don’t let this put you off as it’s a quality item. All I will say is the motorised brush is not as aggressive as the “leading” brand it has replaced however it still picks up pet hair and dust very well. Only gripe is I want to buy a set of spare filters and they are a 1/4 of what the vacuum cost to buy so I will give that a miss.

I have replaced my current Vacuum Cleaner with the Jet 60. The amount of fine dust that this picks up compared to my old Vacuum Cleaner is amazing....I had thought that the carpet was clean! I only use the Jet 60 on the medium setting as I find that this is more than enough. The Jet 60 is supplied with a Crevice tool and a Combination tool The Crevice tool is great to vacuum up the crumbs that fall between the seats and the centre console in my car, and with the Jet Fit Brush attached to vacuum my car mats I find it ideal. Even though it's quite light the quality seems good. I haven't yet run the battery flat so not sure how long it will go between charges. Altogether a great vac!

I couldn’t justify the cost of a Dyson but when this vacuum went on sale, I thought I’d spend a little more than I normally would hoping it would be a worthwhile investment. I wish I did it sooner. This vacuum is perfect, it looks beautiful, it has a wall mount that doubles as a charger and it has the attachments for vacuuming your car or mattress etc. It’s powerful and a dream to use. If I could find a man that could make me as happy as this vacuum, I’d marry him (and give him 50% of my assets) in a heartbeat. Will buy again if ever required…. But it won’t be a while as it’s got a good warranty.

it meets my expectation except the brush head. it is very hard to move the wand sideway or horizontally. i need to use my free hand to manually guide the wand. you can transverse across the floor by doing small/narrow v shaped movements up and down, but not a direct horizontal move with one hand. i think the reason is that the turbo brush head sits directly on the floor, while other brush heads for hardwood floor have about 1/2 inches of hair, so they don't directly suck onto the floor, and you can freely move the wand sideway. samsung needs to come up with a better design for hard wood floor.

I bought the Bespoke AI model about 3 months ago. I also have the Jet 75 and Dyson V15. This is an entirely different vacumn. The battery life is very good and the auction is amazing. This review only applies to the top of the line Bespoke AI model. First, for all those who are down rating this model due to having to clean the micro filter, you need to realize it needs to be cleaned because it's picking up all the dirt that the Jet 75 and Dyson V15 left behind. Once you get your carpet really clean, the issue goes away. And again, this only applies to the Bespoke AI. Best vacuum I've ever owned

I have it in our garage near and outlet which makes it easily accessible and always charged. It does have 60 minutes worth of charge capacity, but the storage is so easy I always put it back on the charger. It is far and away the best portable/stick vacuum I have had. My wife has never thought our previous stick vacuums were powerful enough or portable enough (too heavy), but she loves this product. Emptying it is easy. I can't say enough nice things about it.

Esta no es mi primera aspiradora inalámbrica, y por estar pasando a un modelo más reciente y de marca más reconocida esperaba encontrar un producto al menos igual de bueno que el anterior, pero no ha sido el caso. Es error mío no fijarme en que por ejemplo este cabezal no trae luces LED, y es impresionante lo útil que era ver con claridad que todo queda bien limpio. Tampoco está bien implementado el movimiento de este cabezal, que resulta incómodo de guiar y girar. Claramente el equipo de diseño Samsung no ha comparado una aspiradora bien hecha. La califico de aceptable porque al menos la potencia de succión es consistente con los 150W que declara. Veremos cuanto dura y si hay respuestos.

Filters everything out and finds dirt in my carpets that my big Kirby missed. I use it more that that big heavy vacuum. One or two rooms at a time on high, then recharge for 2 hrs. I can take a break and wait, my house isn't that dirty. Love the way you can hang and charge this when not it use. I got the Pet model, unfortunately there is no hanger for the Pet attachment, so I made one, no problem. Just wish my Kirby's roller bar came off to clean like this Samsung, super easy.

It is very easy to use and you can get into hard to reach places way more easily than with your typical vacuum cleaner. At first, when I was using it in AI mode, I didn't trust that it was 'sucking' hard enough to get at all the dirt. But I decided to give it a chance and I was not disappointed. There are still some times when I will crank it up to pick up stubborn dirt, but that is rarely necessary. I love the self-diagnostics that happen after you return the vac to the cradle. This really is a "smart" machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the vacuum is very powerful, convenient and lightweight. this samsung jet vacuum is different than other cordless vacuums. it is cordless and convenient but also powerful with an excellent battery life. the vacuum finishes the whole first floor without having to charge for long hours. i had never been able to vacuum the whole living room and the kitchen with other cordless vacuums, so i was really impressed. i like extra attachments came with the vacuum. there is an jointed attachment which can transform to a 90 degree angle between the handle and the cleaning head. i can vacuum over the windows, bookshelves and other high area i would have not been able to reach otherwise with the attachment.

It can squeeze into all kinds of tight spaces. Some cons would be the canister. It's pretty small and fills up quickly. It is not always the easiest to put back into it's slot. The charger. Since I don't put mine on the wall, it doesn't have a great spot to put it. As much as it picks up the fur, it still leaves some behind that my lint brush can get up so it's not perfect. This vacuum is also much lighter and easier to maneuver than my old vacuum as seen in the picture.

I purchased this product about 3 months ago. Before I went to the store I did a lot of research on vacuums to see which one was best for me. I have some Samsung electronics and home appliances so I was excited to try the vacuum. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star is because the vacuum doesn’t last 40 mins and I have to constantly use scissors to cut hair at the brush while using it. Samsung says this is great for pets but I would disagree. I waited and tried multiple ways throughout the past 3 months and every time I use it, it’s the same issue. This is a poor product for Samsung.

I was once again stunned by Samsung's new iteration of super powerful hexajet 280W cordless vacuum. With this new vacuum that has up to 100 minutes of vacuum time is wild. And it's so easy that our children can vacuum with it and put it away in the mess free clean station that comes with it. By mess free I mean even the children by the push of a button can dispose the sucked up debris into the disposable garbage bag that came free with the unit. My daughter owns and loves her Jet 60 Pet Stick. On her recommendation, my wife and I also bought one from the Samsung site. We picked it up at a Best But store. We charged it per all the directions. It operated very well on the first use. We recharged it after that use to a full charge. The next time we picked it up to use, it was COMPLETELY DEAD! We attempted to charge it again many times.using different outlets and checking all the wiring and equipment. IT WILL NOT RECHARGE! No lights ever go on. PLEASE tell us what to do or else we must return it! We can't tell whether the BATTERY or the CHARGER or BOTH are defective. There is no visible damage to any part of the system. Samsung, please respond!

so the vaccuum works great on floors. i also used it to vaccuum my fabric sofa and from what i could tell, great. i like that that head of the vaccuum is small and the vaccuum is super light weight, battery is great also. i wish the vaccuum had a light on the bottom so you could see what you're cleaning or missing. the pet hair also gets stuck in the wheels and on that felt pad at the bottom. it's really flexible and makes it easy to reach under furniture. but for the price, i would've rather purchased a different brand that the hair doesn't get tangled on and one with a light.

I love this product, I bought a brand, and after I have seen this vacuum I swap right away for this one. In nutshell: I like because: lightweight, TURBO POWER literally is lifting my carpet off the floor when maximum speed is on, flexible mean the head does not comes off the floor in different angle, fast charging means the battery is fully charge within 3 hrs or even less than that (I did not count), medium speed is just ENOUGH to get the job done in right manner, simple to use, I love the design is my favour. Downside: I have adjusted my battery with a flimsy sticker just to avoid been confuse. Definitely I will buy another one for my parents as a gift! 🎁 Recommand: 10 out of 10 . 5 out of 5 👍

This vacuum is just okay. We got it on discount (I want to say it was like half off) and I'm thankful we did because it is not worth the full price. Samsung sent a second battery with it so at least we get a decent amount of cleaning time between the two batteries combined. The brush head is easier to clean than some other vacuums which is a plus. The vacuum head does great with dust/dirt but it definitely struggles with anything bigger. The upholstery/stair attachment isn't the best and I find I struggle to clean my furniture with it because it does seem to want stay in contact.

I have only had my Jet 60 for a few weeks but I am definitely impressed with the battery life of 40mins and the ergonomics of not having to hold a trigger as with competitor brands I've used in the past. The light weight 2.3kg is perfect for me and my mum to use on the stairs and in our cars. I am also impressed with how easy it is to open the bin and clean all the parts, this was one of the reasons I returned a competitors product as it was messy and not easy to clean. I had a demonstration on this Samsung and made the purchase with the online store and I'm really glad I did.

I have had another brands fridges for a long time and while they have been great the design features of the Samsung won me over. Primarily the handle moulded into the side of the door made the look very modern but also adds space to the fridge. It is so clear and easy to see everything inside the lighting is great and most importantly the temperature consistency throughout the fridge and freezer is terrific. The ice maker while appearing pretty basic works like a charm. We are instant converts and love our Samsung.

I haven’t used it to the point where the battery died, but feel like I could vacuum everything I wanted to. It has good suction, and cleans well. The dust container is easy to open and empty. My only complaint is that my other stick vacuum has some kind of forward motion/power to help it propel over rugs-and I feel like I had to work extra hard on my rugs to get it to go back and forth-which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I do love having a vacuum on each floor of my house, and plan to keep using it. Not sure if I will mount it to the wall or not, but having that feature is nice for those who want that or have a space for it.

This has to be one of the flimsiest cordless vacuums I've ever used. I'll cover the pros first because that's a short list: Pros - it charges quickly, nice display on the top of the vacuum Cons - even on it's highest level it struggles on carpet, flimsy, small capacity dirt tank, very confusing to use I 100% regret buying this, has to be one of the worst vacuums I've had in a while. I have to make several passes over my carpet for it to pick up anything. If you're going to use this on laminate, LVP, tile, hardwoods it may be better, but don't buy this for carpet

I was surprised by the power the vacuum had a lot of suction and battery lasts me lo g enough to clear the floors in a medium sized four bedroom carpeted house. I like the AI feature that adjusts the power to the floor type, the telescopic handle adjusts to myself and my husband, the battery life is lone enough to do the whole house and then some and the cherry on top is the automatic empty station where I don't have to touch any of the debris or have dust everywhere!! I typically vacuum a room at a time throughout the week. Today was my first time vacuuming the whole house. I did so and I had 10 minutes remaining battery for my 2000 ft² home half of which is tile. Pretty impressed. However come time to place the vacuum on the auto clean station nothing came out. The vacuum turned on and wanted to suck the contents of the bin out but there was a clog and I don't know if this is something I should expect doing the whole house cleans since this is the first time this issue happened. The AI knows when to trigger more power and will conserve energy with its level. After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

We have stained concrete floors and when this is used on the highest settings, it sticks to the floor because the suction is so good. This can handle any sized job, can be used as a dustbuster as well. The only drawback is that the battery doesn’t last long on the highest setting, for this reason I feel like Samsung should provide an addition battery with this stick, given the cost of the unit. We have paired this with the Bissell Crosswave and our home has never felt so clean. If you’re on the fence, try it out. I’ll most likely be purchasing an additional battery as I don’t want to get stuck waiting for this thing to charge to finish cleaning the home.

I love the turbo roller brush and it doesn't get bogged down with pet hair. I have 4 labs and 2 cats and know pet hair. I love that with a click of a button you can increase the power and suction. This vacuum is great for my hardwood floors, tile and carpet. We use it in the main areas of our home (Kitchen, dining, living area) on the daily and have even used the attachment parts to clean crumbs and dirt off the car floor. It works a treat! It is so easy to pull apart for cleaning and emptying of the dirt canister and charging it is very easy too. The battery life lasts a good 30 mins on normal mode before going flat. Overall, it's very lightweight to hold whilst cleaning, the manoeuvrability is great, the head is very slim compared to other vacuums so fits well in tight spots or under cabinets, gaps under bed etc and you don't have to hold down the trigger constantly, just press the power button and release.

Included attachment come in handy and charging station is neat and tidy for all the attachments, except the motorized attachment. The only drawback is the low battery life. On max power I'm able to get about 15 minutes of continuous use. Might not be so good for larger homes. Samsung had a promotion offering an additional battery for free! I can interchange the battery and finish cleaning, which helps alot! Over all this is a great product and really enjoy using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum hoping I'd be use it for deep cleaning as well as for everyday use since I have two pets that shed a lot and wow it's better than I expected. Its lightweight, easy to store and maneuver since it's cordless. I've used it instead of a broom and it gets all the pet dander and dirt. The only negative I have is that the battery life drains more quickly if you use the higher speed setting and it can't be used while it's charging. To resolve this issue I plan on buying a second battery. But overall 10/10 would recommend.

Have owned for about 6 months. The suction is really good, but battery does not last long. Only good for quick spot cleans, not a full clean or even a small clean really. Advertised as a pet vacuum, which I don't think is accurate. I wouldn't recommend as a pet vacuum at all. Pet hair does get caught in the brush easily and stops working as a result. This does require the hair to be cut out which is easy to do to get it back to functioning properly again. Bought on sale, so reasonable for the price. Would not recommend at full price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the suction power but I don't like that it does not stand up by itself &the whole vacuum is made of plastic so not being able to stand up by itself it falls over easily & falling over too many times or falls over just right it's going to shatter the plastic it's made of, so therefore the vacuum is not a good vacuum becuz it's not going to last very long! Dustbin is very hard to get on feels like it will break when putting it on. So because of these things is why I don't like it I need my vacuum to be able to stand up by itself because as you're vacuuming of course you got to move furniture out of the way or move something out of the way and you can't do that the vacuum will not stand up by itself therefore this is why I give it one star

My Vacuum's motor broke and it is only over 1 year old. It seem insane that it stopped working because there was not a specific event that would have caused damaged; it just stopped working. There is no blockage in the vacuum. I cleaned the entire vacuum following the "how to" guide; it is spotless, but still does not work. The motor just makes a very loud noise and the smell of burning rubber (as if it is going to catch fire!). I feel cheated out of a great product. When I first got it; it worked great. But I refuse to have to buy a new vacuum every 2 years. My Mom's Kirby Vacuum still works and it is 20 years old! There is no reason for a vacuum to stop working in less than 2 years. The warranty on this is 1 year so it is not helpful in my situation

Great design and the vacuum works as intended as it picks up my dog's hair without a problem! The battery could last longer though. The vacuum is light, so a bigger battery could be a great addon for Samsung. I would buy a bigger battery if it meant I could clean both stories in one go. Must admit I was a bit hesitant to purchase this over the dyson since my previous vacuum was the dyson but there is no fall off in performance and I love the power button on the Samsung rather than the trigger action which Dyson uses. Before having this, I had an electric broom from another relatively famous brand that didn't work that well. The suction power was not great and often I found myself mad because it wasn't doing the job. The Samsung jet is quite the opposite: this vacuum is powerful, lightweight and does the job. It made cleaning so easy that even my husband help more during the cleaning process. The vacuum is lightweight, very easy to transport and excellent on hard wood, vinyl or ceramic floors. The suction is powerful which is awesome if you have 3 furry kids, as I do! Not to mention that is always being charged, since the wall mount is the charger! You will definitely need to have this vacuum!

It has very strong suction power and it's lightweight. I like that I can just pick it up and go whenever I need it. It cleans well and it's easy to dump it and clean it. The vacuum is a good length and the attachments are great, especially because they can extend. It's a lot easier to get in hard to reach places when I don't have to pick up a heavy vacuum attached to a cord. I find myself using this vacuum more than my old one.

Its a lot lighter than it looks, it’s very easy to clean stairs, window blinds and ceiling fans. I use it at the front and back doors, the stairs, and in the kitchen every day, instead of sweeping. The battery lasts about 30 minutes on low, about 10 minutes on high. But, low is strong enough to get small areas. I still need to pull out the regular vacuum to get the carpet really clean, but now only once a week instead of 2-3 times. I highly recommend it.

Bought this Samsung Jet 60 as a 2nd vacuum for the house. Had the Dyson V7 in mind however, the lightness of the unit 2.3kg and the fact it has no trigger made picking this over the other unit so much easier. 40 min run time on low gives me plenty of time to clean my floors. With one figure I can power up the suction if I'm in a rush. Easy clean filters and the 180 degree swivel head makes getting under the sofa so much easier. Gave this to my elderly inlaws, both in their 80s and they prefer this over their much heavier Shark as they live in an upper cottage flat with stairs. I've recommended this range to a few of my friends as from the Jet 60 to the Jet 90, Samsung has a vacuum for everyone's needs. Best light weight cordless vacuum I've came across in years.

It’s supposed to be designed for pet hair, but the wheels clog constantly with fur, making it unusable. The wheels jam, it drags, and it leaves black marks all over the floor. How does a “pet vacuum” not account for pet hair? It’s an obvious design flaw and a joke of a product. This vacuum is NOT fit for purpose. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Look elsewhere — this thing belongs in the bin.

The Samsung stick is much lighter than my previous stick vacuum from another company and charges much quicker than the one before. I also like how quite it is compared to my last vacuum. I didn't realize how much i hated holding down the trigger on my last vacuum until I used the Samsung stick- which only requires me to push an on/off button for it to work.

I would say the battery estimate in the product description is pretty accurate when using the lower setting. If you use the highest setting it of course reduces the run time of the battery but still gives me plenty of time to vacuum my whole first floor without a problem. The suction power of a cordless stick vacuum exceeded my expectations. I have a cat and a busy household and it works great!

However, it is very nice to go any where I want to clean. It comes with three other accessory head types so depending on your needs, you can swap them out. The base with autodisposal also works really well (this in my opinion puts samsung way above dyson). Only place for improvement would be the weight and handling. Specifically, the swivel for the main head is somewhat uncomfortable and stubborn to rotate compared to competitors, making anything but straight-line vacuuming a workout for the wrists. Still a good vacuum and the ai feature is nice and pretty accurate!!

I am not disappointed. The suction was exceptional and could see dirt being pulled from a far with little effort. The batter life is just game changer for me and im not competing against the clock to complete the task of vacuming through the home multiple times. Very happy and in love with it!!

My children purchased this for me and after waiting 7 weeks for it to arrive we are pretty disappointed. The vacuum looks really nice and the suction on it is brilliant, however the battery time is ridiculous. After the first full charge it lasted what we thought was around 5 minutes. Placed it on the charger again (probably close to 3 hours to fully charge) and timed it's usage after fully charged. We got 6 minutes 40 seconds before it was Disappointing considering how long it takes to charge the battery.

It has the biggest dustbin I've ever seen on a stick vacuum (2 x any competitor's dustbin) which I'm so excited about. I think it's so light and easy to use. I can do my whole 3 bed 2 bath 2 living house with the one battery, although if it's super dirty it might need some extra charge, I don't mind as I think that's how it is with all stick vacuums and we can't expect miracles. I like it and I'm happy i chose it over its more expensive competitors.

This ai powered vacuum is so smart, it adjusts the suction power automatically and cleans my floor better than any other vac. Don't worry, you can still manually adjust speeds your self. The battery lasts forever and does my whole house. You set it on a stand that it changes it, automatically dumps the bin and bags it so you never have to touch it. And the dual action head is great for my dog hair! Definitely recommend!

Would not recommend. It is made of fragile, flimsy cheap plastic parts. A section of one of the connector pieces broke within the first few months of ownership. I have now had this vacuum for less than three years and the plastic accordion section at the bottom head has eroded so the vacuum can't perform proper suction. The head container is also cheap and nasty. The materials used are clearly not suitable for it's purpose. The manufacturers will need to address this to avoid duplicating severe errors

If you have and old Dyson and want to buy something new, stick with Dyson. So many issues with this but just starting with the design. 1 example- it must be charged using the whole wall bracket which must be pushed up into the machine. Dyson allows the plug to directly connect to the machine or feed into the wall bracket so you have both options. I have concrete walls and I don’t want this low quality vacuum to be drilled into the wall. Also as it must be loaded upwards onto the vacuum, it means it falls off just due to gravity. So yeh basically you are stuck with this screwed into the wall or you get the wall bracket and connect it to the machine then lay the machine down on the ground otherwise it will fall off. Just a small example but a fail that Dyson figured out every solution.

The battery will not last for more than about 10 to 20 minutes. The controls are easy to use as well as changing attachments. It is a great device for quick clean-up but not for whole-house vacuuming. But I do recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and maintain the vacuum. This vacuum makes about as much noise as any other vacuum. The design is nice and sleak. And the washable filter is convenient.
