Her Birthday gift and she loves it. The Air Fryer oven with the basket is amazing at cooking fries and baked chicken with roasted vegetables. The glass top for easy clean up. Mom finds the warmer burner to be handy. The Glass front also for easy cleaning and Clean Look. I am able to hook the stove online and can see when its in use and left on. The knobs have a cool Safety feature PInch , Push and twist. Avoid Accidental starting up the stove up and a lock for the button to avoid starting the stove. They really out did themselves.

I purchased this oven approximately 4 months ago. It is absolutely the worst. The cooktop is fine, however, I absolutely dread having to use the oven. It takes forever to preheat and then it doesn't hold the temperature. Food takes more time to cook. If you even take a quick peek to check on your food, the temperature drops 30-40 degrees. It's a disaster when you are baking cookies, as they take a short period of time to bake and then you have to wait till the oven preheats again to put in the next cookie sheet. I have been cooking for over 45 years and YOU have definitely taken the joy out of it.

It matches my kitchen cabinets very well. I love that the stove top heats pretty quickly. I do have a little trouble seeing the front controls. If they had been back lit it would have been helpful. I am also constantly bumping into the controls and turning on one function or the other. Locking the controls panel remedies this. Also, the air fryer basket is nice but a drip pan is needed. I love that the app notifies you when the oven has finished heating. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Cooking and grilling are now a combined option with the four standard burners and a center grill plate, though I will most likely be using the center grill for smaller items such as sandwiches. One of the other reasons why we upgraded to this model is the safety options. Pinch and push buttons to prevent the little one from accidentally turning on the oven, and a convenient lock button on the front. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this product for safety and a sleek modern feel that will fit right into any home.

It has an extra warming burner and the air fry feature is great for cooking foods that should be crispy without having to add a lot of oil. We use the keep warm setting on the oven a lot as well and it keeps food nice and hot without cooking it further so it gets overcooked which is really nice when part of the dinner is still cooking but I need to keep the part that’s done hot. It looks very elegant in the kitchen, I would recommend it to anyone.

My last stove was an old open-element model with an oven that never kept the correct temp. The Samsung, though, keeps a solid temperature and the size of the oven is outstanding. There is one drawback, though, to the size - it means the drawer beneath the oven has to be smaller... but I'm adapting. Just can't keep as many sheet pans as before. Everything else is good. I think my ONLY complaint would be that the front control panel is not backlit. In the evenings, if I'm using the stove I can't see the buttons on the control panel without turning on an overhead light. If they would backlight the control display I'd be very happy...

This range looks great and the child-proof knobs do their job. I have had performance issues with this range since the beginning. The front right burner does not regulate temperature well. It usually just has two settings, max and off. Less than one year after purchasing, it would not turn on. Luckily it was repaired under warranty. Now a few months later the front right burner wont turn on. I would not recommend this item if you like to cook everyday, or if you like to let things simmer at constant heat level for a long time. It is unreliable.

The air fryer option is a little slower than my regular air fryer, it takes double the time to cook at the same temperature. I do like the feature of being able to preheat the oven from my phone. My elderly father likes to cook on it as well and I’m able to tell if he left the burners on with my phone even if I’m not at home. I could not with the previous stove and he frequently left them on. I haven’t used the steam clean yet, but that is another added bonus.

I especially like the new safety feature of the stove top precision knobs that require you to pinch and push to turn them on. The new, white design works well in our kitchen with our white cabinets. I love the large capacity oven with the built-in air fryer. It is convenient and works great for making quick French fries and chicken wings. The clean up is also a breeze when using the self-cleaning feature. It effectively and thoroughly cleans the oven making it a lot easier for maintenance. One feature that could be improved is the bottom drawer. The depth is very shallow and small compared to our old Samsung range. The storage area is very limited. Overall, I like this range and would still recommend it.

It does operate different than a counter airfry system so we are still getting used to the temp, cook times etc and I’m looking forward to decluttering my counter top once we get it down. We did place a drip sheet on the rack below the airfry “pan” for less clean up. Not sure if/how that could affect the airfry but we will see. The smart things app is awesome! I am using it to create a smart home. I love setting my oven temp without having to stop what I’m doing. Oh and we love the precision knobs. They assist in the child proofing though with little ones I’d still add that extra layer. The lock button even locks the oven from opening so you don’t have to worry about the oven opening while it’s cooking.

We will often have all of the burners in use and the layout makes it easy. The airfryer portion is easy to use and the large tray the stove came with lets you do more at ounce. The Smarthings app was easy to setup and link the stove. The convection portion works great and the oven has more than ample room.

It's a vast improvement over the old stove. The oven preheats faster and it evens sends me a notification via the SmartThings app! The knobs are so easy to turn precisely change the desired heat level. What makes the knobs even better is that they have a safety feature in which you must squeeze the knob in order to actually turn on the burners. The center burner comes in clutch when heating up tortillas and making quesadillas because I don't have to use any kitchenware since it has a griddle available. Even with the griddle area I can still place a pot or pan on each of the additional 4 burners that are available. I haven't used the air fryer or self clean feature yet but when I do I'm sure it will live up to all of my expectations.

Brand new bespoke range has touch control glassfront panel that is designed with front touch controls that are not backlit. Impossible to use range without very bright light to see what you're doing, Bad design! Very disappointed in Samsungs design! What were they thinking! Now i'm stuck with a brand new expensive range that is very difficult to use. I guess we'll have to eat a lot of take out. Unhappy in Jersey. Buy American!

Crumbs catch in that area, the oven heats up really fast as well as the burners. The self changing feature is great however it does not clean the glass so you still have to do that part. I also tend to bump ask v the buttons on the touch screen while cooking, but for the price look and features I can get over those issues.

I am extremely disappointed with this Samsung stove. After purchasing it and using it under normal household conditions, the surface has developed permanent stains that are clearly not caused by food residue, spills, or scratches. I have followed all recommended cleaning instructions and used appropriate, non-abrasive cleaners, yet the marks remain and appear to be a defect in the material or finish itself. For an appliance at this price point, I expected durability and quality not cosmetic damage that cannot be removed after normal use. This issue makes the stove look old and poorly maintained even though it is relatively new. An appliance should be able to withstand everyday cooking without permanently staining. I would not recommend this stove based on my experience, and I strongly encourage Samsung to address this manufacturing or material issue for future customers.

The white glass is very classy and beautiful , I love that it’s also easy to clean. The oven cooks food so well and the cooktop is very precise with temperatures and also has a warming burner to keep food warm after cooking.I love the air fryer option, I have made ribs that I normally cook on the grill and they were just as delicious. It was very easy to crisp off the outside and get the barbecue sauce nice and crisp at the end of cooking like I normally would do on the grill. I am very excited to make more dishes using the air fry oven setting . I am also pleased with the precision knobs and the capacity of the oven, I replaced a a double oven that had already started having problems in 2 1/2 years of use, this oven is made much better and I’m sure will last overtime. I would definitely recommend it.

It looks great, especially from afar. Up close, beware that there’s a considerable amount of plastic (knobs, plus a big panel on the top/front. I am so pleased with the precision knobs that require a squeeze and twist to activate the burner. This is a wonderful safety feature! In case your installation crew doesn’t remind you: you’ve got to run a 400° oven for an hour before your first use.

Very versatile and comes with WiFi connection capability. My sister's dishes are better and tastier than before, she says it cuts on her cooking time by 30% and it does save money in the process. We can do few things at the same time, the reminders on the phone app are great so nothing gets overcooked or "burnt". This is a Gas oven not electric by choice and comes with air fryer that I personally do not know how to use but my sister likes it that she is using it tow or three times every week We have not tried the self cleaning yet as it is still relatively new, it also comes with some attachments that are very helpful and practical. There is an area in the middle that functions as a grill and very helpful to make hamburger for the kids, non sticky and easy to clear. Thank you Samsung.

Where is the user manual that explains how the knobs work, what is the smart control and how is it used, where is the Convection, what to clean the top with etc. I used the top once and the marks from the frying pan won't come off. I used Cerma Bryte cooktop cleaner which is the same thing I used on my other stove top.

Bought so I could preheat the oven while in another room but can't do that without having to go press start on the oven itself which makes the whole thing pointless. Massive let down. I cooked several items, and it turned out great. Easy clean up with the grooves around the grill. The air fryer pan is huge! When I made dinner for myself I barely used the pan. Then I like the storage under the oven, Nice place to store the air fryer pan ;). I really love the style of this oven. We plan on redoing our kitchen around it because it is so nice looking. Smart things app! This is so useful. My honey-do list will be complete. If I forget to turn it on and leave out, One tap of my phone gets me back in business. I baked some biscuits the other day before work and hit the oven on as I was getting up and it was ready for me to pop some biscuits in before I left for work. I think it is a keeper. Then cleaning the oven is a breeze, Just push the button. I am happy with the new knob style too. It makes it safer. So I would recommend this range highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's good and bad news. First, I want to say that this one industrially handsome range. I love the appearance of it. The squeeze and push feature of the knobs will save me many headaches. Overall, it could be a bit more hefty. Now for the negatives. The interior coatings are not to my satisfaction and shouldn't be to Samsung's satisfaction either. There's a 1" area that is nearly absent of coating. Not good Samsung. Now for the kicker. When I connected the gas and plugged in the unit, the range displayed a C-dG or (C-d6) Code for Gas Leakage. This led me to download the complete user manual which should come in print form, but doesn't. Per the "Solution" on Page 51 I removed the thin back panel and noticed one of two wiring connectors at the top of the gas connection section not connected at all. This is not acceptable! How this range left the factory in this condition is beyond me. I decided to make the connection and the error code went away. I suspected there was no gas leak or signs of combustion yet your range stated otherwise. This cannot happen to another customer.

Precision Knobs are the best I've ever used on any range for precise control of flame especially on low heat. The convection feature seems useful for even cooking faster and more evenly .It has a large 6.0 cu. ft. oven . You can cook fast with the 17K BTU Power Burner . You can cook multiple dishes at the same time because it has different size burners that allow you to use pots and pans of all different sizes. It has garayes to go from edge to edge which gives a larger cooking surface for bigger meal prep. I have mixed feelings about the smart things app. this is where Samsung could do a little better. After adding the range to my smart things app, it removed our smart things Washer that we also own. I plan to research this more, but for now, I can only get the range added as an appliance and the washer refuses to be added back to the app. It's probably an easy fix, but it's irritating that Samsung doesn't have a more user friendly experience with this app since so much emphasis is given to it . Overall though this is a very good gas range and I would recommend it to my friends.

Plenty of room to cook on top with the total grill coverage there is plenty of room for a large meal to be cooked without a pot or pan touching. Grilling is really nice on here. The 17K BTU heats up quick for a fast fry or a larger pot warm up. So impressed with the power of all the burners. The air fryer basket is large enough for a good sized meal or a large side. The knobs are great no more accidental turning on. Convection cooking is the way to go. It keeps cakes and other baked goods moist. It also keeps roasts from drying out and cooking even. Everything I have baked so far has come out tasting good and cooked perfect. Then the smart app takes it all to a new level. You can cook for a large dinner and be able to get it done quickly using the smart app just takes it over the top. Start your dinner while your away. Or to be able to turn it off if you are coming home late. This range is a total winner. Not only looks great, But a powerhouse to cook with. Self cleaning works wonderful. Between air frying and baking it works really good to clean the oven. I was surprised how well it worked. So no more scrubbing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first reaction with this range is that it takes up less space than my old one but has far more cooking area and functionality. The dial controls for the burners have wonderfully granular control, holding steady flame at even very low settings. It's easy to get precisely the flame I want at any time without worrying that it will leap or die out easily. The oven itself has no hot spots and convection baking yielded shortbread cookies with perfect temperature and incredibly even cooking. (And the preheat completed both with app notification and a cheery tone that makes our robot vac sound grumpy.) Sheets of cookies showed no appreciable difference no matter which of the inner levels were used. Pizza baked up crisp and light. The air fryer mode made for corn dogs with great surface texture although still cold in the middle (cooked from frozen). Proof mode made for light well-risen cinnamon rolls and the convection baked cinnamon rolls came out even and moist. All main surfaces are easy to wipe clean but we've not used the self cleaning function yet. My biggest complaint is that the package does not include a manual for how to use specific modes such as airfry but that manual is readily available online.

One of my favorite function is, the air fryer that is built into the oven. When I used the air fryer to make hot wings, I had perfectly crisp air-fried wings. My range included a large nonstick air fry basket. The basket is spacious and made of quality material to prevent sticking or rusting. 

Another one of my favorite things about this range is the Smart Things App. The app instantly detected the oven, and adding the range was easy to do. Controlling my oven remotely has brought so much more convenience into cooking.. A great feature of the app is the automatic mode setting which automatically sets and times your food of choice. The App is very user-friendly which is a plus.

I found the griddle that’s included to cook food evenly when I made pancakes. They came out perfect and did not burn.

I like the precision knobs which has a child lock feature on each knob, which is a great feature to have being that I have young children in the home. With the precision knobs, it also gives me more of an ability to control the flames to my liking. 

The Self-cleaning works great. The self-cleaning works well for cleaning without any chemicals.

Overall, this has been one of the best purchases I have made for my family. I love the many features that are integrated into this range. Most importantly, it is spacious enough to cook multiple dishes at once.

The range connects to your phone via the smart things app which is very easy to use and was incredibly simple to set up. The only reason I struggled is I kept selecting oven instead of range for the appliance, but once I hit the right category, it has worked seamlessly. The oven is big enough to cook anything the at home cook/baker would need and can easily be adjusted with the 2 included shelves. It also fit incredibly well into the space. The air fryer was the main reason I got the this oven over another one and I’ve only been able to use it once to rewarm some fries which made it very easy and with no mess and they came out quickly in 5 minutes. The only negative is that the air fry only goes down to 350 so some recipes you’ll have to adjust the timing for it. The precision knobs are great at preventing you from accidentally turning on the oven as you have to squeeze them to turn them and they were very easy to use even for someone like my mother who is elderly with arthritis and hand issues. I have not yet tried the self clean option as I haven’t had any issues with needing to clean it. The only negative gripe I truly have with the oven is the oven panel and the issues I have with it is that it doesn’t light up as it’s not in an area where your eyes easily gravitate towards and also it’s incredibly sensitive if you lean up against that part of the oven at any point. Overall this oven has some excellent safety settings like letting you know when the oven was turned on (via the app) and the precision knobs to prevent accidental turning. It’s incredibly fast with preheating and will notify you when it’s done. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a range! Even those with a small kitchen like us!
