Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

I bought this machine less than 2 years ago and really loved it. It is quiet and it cleans clothes well. We are a household of only three and it did not have heavy use but a month ago the right side counterweight broke off of the plastic outer drum. I hoped the drum warranty would help pay for parts but the warranty only covers the steel part of the drum. Only 2 years and repairing the machine costs more than buying a new one. I suspect the bolts holding the counterweight were not properly tightened during manufacture, causing the weight to loosen and resulting in it breaking the plastic tub. Hopefully a one-off because I generally prefer Samsung appliances.

The washer has a large load capacity, what is the most important for a family of five. I’m an active person who likes to exercise and run every day, so my clothes are very soiled after. I threw them in the washer and after a short period of time they come out fresh and like new so it has an “Activewear” setting for that type of wash which makes it easy. It also has an LED display so it makes it easy to see in the darkest of rooms. Another plus it’s energy star rated so it’s Economical. I highly recommend this product.

This 4.5 cu. ft. front load washer is a good appliance, but it has a few drawbacks. On the positive side, the capacity is pretty good and easily fits large laundry loads. The sanitation cycle is also decent for getting clothes clean.However, there are some performance issues. The washer shakes a decent amount during operation, and the overall noise level is a little too loud for my liking. Furthermore, The spin cycle is also great, extracting a ton of water so clothes come out barely damp. Additionally, it has recently started leaking from the door seal sometimes. It gets the job done, but the noise, shaking, and occasional leaking keep it from being perfect.

N'ACHETEZ PAS CES PRODUITS. J'ai acheté 2 ensemble de ces produits et je le regrette déjà après 24 heures. La laveuse n’essore pas convenablement les vêtements même au niveau maximal. Les vêtements sortent de la laveuse détrempés. Comble de malheur, la sécheuse ne parvient à sécher les vêtements qu'après une très longue période, même à la température maximale. De plus, ces appareils font de nombreux sons énervant et beaucoup de musique inutile. Je comprends pourquoi ces machines étaient en vente à rabais. J'avais des appareils Samsung depuis 2009 et ils fonctionnaient très bien, mais j'éviterai cette marque à l'avenir.

from day one, the washer was loud while in spin cycle. after working with both home depot and samsung for months, it was determined by samsung certified technicians, that the noises were due to using the washer pedestal which samsung made. we were told there was nothing they could do and to eliminate the noise we should not use the pedestal. we cant even put anything on the top of the washer because it just vibrates off. we are also unhappy with samsung and their service. several times my wife would create a ticket with a service tech only to have it lost and we would start over again. service was unacceptable.

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.

The best part of this is its quiet I can now adjust how hot I want the water to be. The touch pause and stop I love, it washes my clothes super fast which I really do need if I have to run out. The features that I like are how many rinses you want. I can hold 2 full size comforters. I like the quick wash the most because washes your clothes very fast if you're in a rush. Like that it’s front washer and the color white goes with everything, I mostly use the quick wash because I wash my uniform every day when I come home from work.

My washer does an excellent job leaving the clothes nice and clean. The noise level is very low. It’s beautiful and works very well. The quality is superior and is very efficient. Its value is excellent so because of its excellent quality I find that the value is excellent. The workmanship is of great quality I’m very satisfied and impressed by it . The color and size is exactly what I wanted. I’m very pleased with my purchase and satisfied with my washer. The size is outstanding in value. The glass top is really an asset. The spin cycle is different. The vibration is very low. The capacity is a strong indicator.

We had previously owned a Samsung front load washing machine which lasted for approximately seven years before the repairs ended up costing as much as simply replacing the appliance. My wife is satisfied with the new washer so far. The new design seem sleeker and is slightly larger in cubic feet than our previous Samsung front load washer. The wife seems satisfied with the easy to use controls as with our last Samsung front load washer. Our new Samsung front load washer is equipped with an anti-vibration system, which is noticeably quieter.

The front loading is easy for me height wise, but not too low for my taller family members. The capacity is a huge upgrade from my previous washer, allowing me to wash my king size comforter and sheets in one load. The washer machine is so quiet during the entire cycle that I don't hear it even in the room right next to it or feel any vibration at all. Save yourself an anxiety attack. Save yourself!!! Please do not, I repeat do not get this washer. This was the absolute worse decision I ever made. I have yet to have one wash in which it has ran smooth. There was a time in which I fell to my knees crying asking God why me. Why does this washer hate me. It wants to destroy me. It jumps, it has broken its own legs off. It has been perfectly balanced and still tries to destroy me and my house. I called my warranty up and they did not help at all! Please again I say, stay away, this will destroy your emotions. You have to hold the machine while it runs and shut it off when you can't hold it back from running away. It's so annoying.

I purchased this washer on June 2024. It worked great so far but it started giving problems since 9/5/2025. The washer stopped functioning in SPIN cycle. No issues with drain too. I think it's some software issue. I am trying to submit a repair request and it's webpage keeps loading non-stop. Samsung has big product quality issues. My wife told me not to buy Samsung washer and to save 100$, I purchased this washer and regretting it. I will never buy Samsung appliances. I have bad experiences with multiple Samsung appliances - two Washers, dryer and refrigerator (rubber seals worn out or cracking) too.

I can just hear it upstairs (it's in the basement) so it's not bothersome but I know when to switch clothes to the dryer. My last washer didn't have this so I would always forget about the wet clothes. I'm really enjoying testing all the different settings. I also am really happy with the capacity - it's much larger than my last washer; I can fit basically twice as much laundry in it, so only have to do one load when I used to do two. I have no complaints so far.

But after I got the water pressure fixed let me tell you my clothes for the last 5 years has not been clean. I’m telling you this cleans my clothes so good. And where I have a 2 and 4 year old grand children that pee in the bed. Plus, I have 3 dogs. And this machine cleans my clothes so good. And the technology has amazing. It holds twice what my other washing machine held. And the design is beautiful. It barely vibrates when it’s spinning. I’m going to eventually stack them. I love them the doors are designed perfectly. I’m disabled. It really helps me a lot. Thank God that I bought them. I highly recommend.

Its a bit smaller but we didnt need 5.2 capacity. Also new to front load washers. I am super happy with this purchase. The clothes come out clean and smelling great and seems to get them done alot faster than my old washer. Front controls are also great instead of at the back and top of the unit. Samsung has never let me down and this washer is the perfect example. When we need to purchase a new drier it will be samsung. I wish there was an app that controls the washer.

It's reduced the amount of time I'm doing laundry in half. After washing everything from bulky oily carpenter pants , to towels, and my clothing. I am very pleased with this machines ability to remove any and all stains I put in front of it. The washer is very quiet. When I shut my laundry room door, I forget the washer is even being used. My old washer has a terrible spin cycle where we could feel the vibrations throughout the house. This new unit has no vibration.

Pleased w how clothes come out w little water still absorbed on them. In my 27 year old washer I replaced, the clothes were always wet. I'm still getting used to the cycle choices and hope to find more info online. I feel a quick user guide on paper would have been nice in the packet. I haven't gone online yet for detergent quantity tips or cycle usage to save changes to certain defaults, instead of redoing each time. i.e., on the normal cycle I sometimes want cold instead of warm/hot. And I seem to only need med spin on the loads I did. It defaults to high.

The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

The washer was replaced because the DYI repairs to defective pedestal finally failed (it was defective when purchased by Samsung said it was not warranted). We needed a pedestal, so we bought a new washer/pedestal combination and gave to old Samsung to our son. The new washer is as good as the old washer, though it is taking me time to like the LED bars for the level of various functions (for example, six lights above the level of cleaning needed instead of just "light" or "heavy." I recommend this washer.

I do like the fact that it has a different and improved motor system and also has easy access to the washer filter for periodic cleaning. I also like the fact that if desired you can access the washer via bluetooth app. However, I urge all to read the reviews before connecting. here is the major issue - and it is a big one! once you start your washer and after 1 minute - you can't add any more items. the only way to unlock the door is to let the cycle finish. so what you add won't be washed - but will be rinsed, at least. i tried everything from unplugging for a couple of hours (5 minutes was supposed to do it) or pushing several buttons for 10 seconds as advice on google. i even had 2 service calls and still have the same problem. i haven't had another machine in the last 2 decades do that. otherwise, it is a satisfactory low end machine.

The machine is very effective in cleaning every garment that is put in it, including a comforter.. any garment that you wash in the machine after the spin cycle comes out almost dry which means that there is less time in the dryer needed to dry the clothes. I am partial to front loaders because I feel they clean and don’t tear your clothes up. The washer is very effective, even on a delicate cycle and very quiet. If using softener or beads, The effectiveness is not diminished in a Samsung washer but comes out smelling wonderful.

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

I didn't use that much but really loved all the different sanitizing options. This washer sadly doesn't have that option. Is very basic tbh. Basic wash cycles, basic look. It's spinning pretty fast and I can actually hear the spinning downstairs even though it says 'low vibration". I don't know. Not impressed but money is tight and I needed a washer asap. Had to stay with Samsung cause I didn't want to waste money on a new dryer too.

The LED display and springy chime when powered are are sure to excite even the most grimmest of laundry doers. I was impressed with the 9 preset options available to me. Specifically impressed by the ability to alter preference of rinse, temperature, and soil level (with kids this is essential). The washing machine is quiet and does not shake like previous machines I have owned. I went into another room and could not hear the wash in spin cycle. Impressive. The dryer is equipped with technology that actually senses when your clothes are dry. No more over-estimating or under-estimating dry time. Great duo.

We had a Samsung previously that lasted 12 years and was reliable. This one, so far is even better I believe. It has more options for temperature of the water, extra rinses, spins and seems to wash a bit more quickly than my old one did. I love it so far, AND it has a 20 year warranty! I like the redesigned door seal too that’s supposed to cut down on the mildew problem the old door seals had. I’m looking forward to using it for many more years!

It has many helpful features, including quick wash and sanitize modes. It is rather large as well and can hold a good amount of clothes and or bed sheets. Does wonders for my mans dirty work clothes! It runs surprisingly quiet and handles my endless overly filled big loads without struggling. not to mention the amount of dog hair it runs thru it , even so clothes come out clean every time. The vibration control helps, but you do need it level or you’ll notice movement and some clatter. Cycles can feel a bit long and there are no smart features, but if you just want something reliable that works without fuss, it does exactly that.

I love how I can use different settings depending on what I am washing. I have never owned a front loader but I have to say it is now my favorite. It holds quite a bit of clothing. I love the area where you add your soaps, it has a max fill line on it so you know how much soap to use. The washer is so quiet and plays a nice little tune when it's done. The LED lighting is an absolute plus at night when doing laundry. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for an upgrade. My favorite Setting is the normal setting, you can pretty much use it on anything. I also feel this washer cleans my clothes so much better than my past ones.

Awful experience with Samsung appliances. The washer has issues where it becomes unbalanced in the last rinse + spin cycle causing the washer to rinse, drain repeat with no resolution. The only solution is to manually drain it using the emergency drain at the bottom next to the filter. This is unacceptable, as someone who has used an LG front load washer, I've never thought issues like this existed. What happened to the times where companies made products that just worked without any tricks. Get it together Samsung, or drop the business.

Bought this washer 3 years ago (in COVID time)...the first washer could not be installed because it failed the hookup test. The installer said he has never see this happen in all his 30 years of the business. The second washer failed after 3 years. The huge C shaped bolt broken in half and water everywhere...again the repair man from samsung said He had never seen this happen and that products were just being slapped together during the quarentine time. BYER BEWARE....still in contact with Samsung to see if they will make it right.

We used to spend entirely too much time hosting the repair guy for coffee than actually washing clothes with our old machine. Switching to this Samsung completely saved my sanity. It fits a massive amount of filthy farm clothes, fights the grease, and actually gets the hog stink out instead of just moving it around. It's not loud, but it's not entirely quiet, and that's okay; a quiet washer is like a quiet toddler - up to no good! It just works hard and does its job without any attitude or vibration issues as long as it's level. We leave the door cracked open to keep the seal mold-free, and it has been an absolute blessing for this farm house.

many problems here are 3. 1: door not reversible. irresponsible to design any appliance without this basic feature! 2: the filter, to be cleaned bimonthly. even on pedestal you will likely need to sit on the floor with foul smelling water! drain tube too short, blocked by the access door, too low to use without pedestal, and has hard to remove plug. 3: door gasket assures mildew grows and has 3 holes that catch debris (hard to see and harder to clean). company knows mildew problem but did not redesign. positive reviews, mention in a positive light, note “incentivized review” at the top right showing reviewer compensated. also ada statements: how do disabled navigate around door with laundry, clean the filter, or gasket. i expected more from the design team and the company.

I will need sometime to review the manual on how to adjust the washing time. 45 mins. for a normal wash is too long. 35 minutes is ideal for me as I don't like to over load. Also, the door does seem to be a little affected when washing men's heavier clothes, I hope this does not become an issue with the door locking properly in the future. The dryer is also a good purchase, very effective, again, I'll have to research how to control the timer manually because 45 mins it's too long.

This washer is fantastic! I haven't had any problems with it, except for the mildew that can build up around the rubber seal. Luckily, it's super easy to clean with a little bleach. I've learned that keeping the door open after each use helps it dry out, and I'm trying to make that a habit, even though I sometimes forget. From the start it would not spin without jumping all over. I talked with service. They talked me through a fix. It lasted 5 weeks. Had to fix it again. Finally requested a tech come out. He determined the machine had vibrated so much that the base cabinet was collapsing which was adding to the problem. Sitting in on the floor and leveling it helped but did not solve the problem.

I like how it fits in my laundry room. It also catches a good amount of the pet hair that comes out. I do enjoy having the top for storage or to use as a folding table. It has super quick settings which helps when we are ima. Pickle. The vibration can be a bit strong when it goes through the spin and rinse cycle but sometimes that’s my fault prolly for putting an extra piece or two in it. The noise isn’t bad. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

Not bad, but some of the settings are not the same. Their idea of soaking is to get the item wet, damp,really, and then wash as usual. Water savings should be substantial. Am now pre-soaking in bucket and transferring to washer after clothes have "soaked" not just been damp. Regular required cleaning was never needed to extent these machines now require, either.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

So fast things are working good. There are a couple of concerns though. One is that the washer doesn't spin as well as our last washer. Our clothes felt almost dry with our older washer. This new one doesn't spin out enough water. Secondly, the door on the washer can't be changed to the other side. The dryer door can be changed. We are going to try to put the washer on the left side of the dryer and see if that works. The only problem we foresee is that the drain might not be long enough for this. All in all we like our new set. I've just downloaded the app for three "Smart Care" feature, but haven't used it yet. The reviews on the app store for this feature doesn't look good though. Time will tell!

Product is of decent size not for very large loads. Is not very loud at all. Makes no sound. Make sure you get it on a level area, so you get no vibrations you can apply 2-sided tape under side of pedestals for extra stability. It is hard to keep clean as far as the rubber seal goes you have to keep the seal dry once you use it and let it air out or you will get the moldy musty smell. Overall, for the price and capacity and lifespan of this unit I would recommend it.

It came with the house, and was brand new. The washer did a wonderful job at washing clothes. It is quiet, and seems to be very efficient. The reason I gave it a three Star rating is because it is a front load washer. This is the second front load washer we have owned, and after the first, I said, I would never buy one. But it came with the house we bought. We have lived here for two years and it is time to replace the washer. The problem with front load washers is that no matter what you do, they always tend to smell like mold and mildew. We would leave the front door open on the washer. After each load, I cleaned the washer every time it started to smell or when the washing machine told me it needed cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it no matter what every two weeks. It still smells! I just don’t understand that at all.

I have enjoyed the multiple settings both different loads and within the loads. And I have now gotten used to it “singing” to me when finished. The only complaint so far is a small issue when added detergent and softener along with my sanitizer; there isn’t enough room in the reservoir to hold it and I have noticed it running out into the machine before the start of the load.

Zero stars. 3 weeks out of warranty, this washer destroyed itself. The counterweight in the machine broke loose from the drum, then broke itself in half. Dented the front of the machine, punctured the drum and leaked all over the place. This seems like a failure that should never have happened. The installation was correct - level and secure. We did a self clean monthly. The calibration was checked regularly. What a disappointment and a total waste of $.

The value for the product on this one can’t be beat. Has large load options, sanitizing with hot water and zero vibrations even when I disregarded the installers recommendation to not use my other brand pedestal we already had in place. He said it would wobble and possibly get off balance but it’s such a nice machine I’ve had no issues with it. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing better than my Samsung front load washer I was washing clothes by hands before and when I got this washer it changed my life the capacity is great the noise is low the shaking is almost non noticeable it let you know when it's done it washes my clothes perfect. The sanitation and my clothes is been totally resolved and I think a lot of it has to do with the super fast spin of the washer it gets all the excess water out for it to dry easy.

After getting it all hooked up the first time and turning it on for a test run, water went everywhere - leaking from underneath. Ultimately, the problem was a broken plastic "air gap" (I think it was called). The part was broken during shipping. To the company's credit they responded quickly to get someone out to fix it. The part was not readily available so I had to wait about 10 days to actually get it fixed. The repairman said that it looked as though the piece may have broken when the delivery guy stuck the dolly under and a piece of Styrofoam packing pushed up into the drain hose and breaking the plastic piece. Maybe a design modification would prevent repeat occurrences. Aside from that frustration, the washer has worked very well.

It gets our clothes clean, handles larger loads well, and does a good job removing everyday dirt and stains. I also like that it doesn’t leave clothes feeling overly wet at the end of the cycle. So far, we haven’t had any mechanical issues, and it runs consistently without any problems. The controls are straightforward, and the different wash settings make it easy to adjust for different types of laundry. Like any washer, some tougher stains still need pretreatment, but for normal household use, it does exactly what I need it to do. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable washing machine. Like every machine it needs to be taken care of. If you take care of the machine, it will last like you want it to.

Constant odor. Cleaning machine makes no difference. Must leak into inaccessible areas. Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. Huge hassle to try to get service. Gave up. Also, legs won’t stay balanced long. Had my previous (NOT Samsung) washer for over 10 years. Should have kept it. This one is terrible.

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

I love the sanitize feature to clean the washer. My previous washer was okay but this washer blows it out of the park. They are so many more feature. The bright led display is bright so i can chose my cycle. It has many different temperatures. Which us really nice. It also has different wash load options. You can also choose how many spins it does in a cycle. It washes my clothes with such ease and they look amazing coming out. It has a drawer that opens for detergent, bleach and softener. I usually use tide pods but i use the drawer for my fabric softener. I have had absolutely no problems with this washer. It has exceeds all my expectations. Overall i would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new washer.

I’m really happy with this product overall. It has plenty of space and looks modern, which fits nicely with my home. It works well, is easy to use, and runs quietly most of the time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are a few small things that could be improved, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a great product for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something spacious and reliable.

it does the job but it's soooo loud. i picked this one specifically for the vibration reduction and it does not do that. my room is far from where it is located and i can hear it with my door closed. along with that, the jingle that plays is long and kinda annoying. i turned it off, but now i don't get notified when my laundry is done which is not too big of a deal because i can tell that it's done when the loud vibrating noise is gone lol.

The one thing that prevents giving a fifth star is that the cleaning cycle takes over 3 hours. The first time that happened I called service to see why that was so. The answer I got was it should only take an hour or so. Well, come to find out later, that wasn't true. It does take more than 3 hours, so, make sure you allow for that in your plans to buy this washer.
