Hi I want to say how happy I am that I’m able to do a full load of cloths as if I would have went to a laundry mat for me that saves time. It also have all the cycles I need including steam cycles and bedfding which does a great job. When it come to drying the cloths come out completely dry and has an extra drying feature to keep going to be able to use the no. Wrinkles feature do your close won’t come out crunch up oh and the machine is as quite as a mouse with no vibrations so I don’t have to worry about stuff falling off my machine. I love this space saving machine. No more carrying cloths from washer to dryers any more. Or having to go out to do laundry.

I love the AI and wifi connection to my phone so I can have full control over my laundry while being away from home. The detergent/softener cartridges save me so much time since I don't have to dispense them every wash, but only refill once a while. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait for my washer to be done, then transfer to the dryer. Everything is done with a single "start " button. Clothes came out fresh, clean and so soft. Energy efficient, no air vent needed, 110V which saves me so much money! This is a major upgrade and we are loving it at our house.

This washer dryer combo has consistently done a fine job doing the washing and the drying with never one problem. This machine is very efficient, it hardly uses any soap or fabric softener or bleach only what is needed to do the job. The the ergonomics of this machine with the touchpad controls is a blessing to use. this Samsung bespoke model is one of the best all in All in One machines I have ever used.

We have a habit of doing our laundry overnight, so this machine worked well with our schedules. Some cycles, such as the heavy wash, can take quite a while, but again, it doesn't matter if you leave it overnight. The system is full of sensors to let you know if it what needs to be cleaned. As long as you keep up with cleaning the system, it should work well. Some of the maintenance might be more than what most people are used to, so be prepared for that, but the machine works so much better than my old system for both washing and cleaning.

Really like the "one hole" concept of the all in one device. Not having to remember to load the dryer, etc. The build quality is excellent, this is a substantial device. The user interface is easy to navigate with a large amount of choices. The energy and water usage is incredible. It uses so little of both you wonder how your clothes come out so clean and dry. It does take some time to do a load with the full AI economy engaged. We expected that and it is not an issue for us. I would recommend the Samsung device without hesitation.

I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you’re also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

Great at washing everything. Worst thing is cleaning this SD card lint filter that does not stand on its own and can not be plced anywhere in a bespoke mannr. And then…The drain is hidden behind the cartridge of soaps and the hose barely reaches the end of the unhinged door. And then It is not at an incline where just any bottle can recieve the run off water. Ifs just nightmare and not worth the money to commit to this maintenance. Im so upset I came to this website lookin c accesories that would help the cleaning process. Not even writing this review is easy, look at the darn typos that generated idk what these letters are jumping.

I used to have a huge washer and dryer so I would do laundry about 3 x a week and save because I am doing fewer loads. This takes smaller loads (or else the time needed really goes up). I do need to figure out how to be able to stop in between the cycles so I can remove microfibers--just hasn't been such an issue that I have taken the time to look into it. And, the automatic detergent injection makes my clothes smell nice longer. I don't know how the engineers did it but the clothes are less wrinkled if I don't get to the right away--I love that.

Initially, Samsung wasn’t my first choice, as I’d heard some negative stories about their appliances, and I didn’t even realize they made an all-in-one unit. I started by researching their competitors to see how well they performed, especially on drying. That’s when I discovered Samsung's model, which was actually ranked best for how dry the clothes come out. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some cycles take a while; for instance, my comforter cycle took five hours. Only time will tell regarding its longevity, but so far, it’s been a fantastic machine

Washing machine overall was a great purchase. Our only complaint that is preventing us from rating it 5Stars is the software issues and long drying times. This washer/dryer combo is not for anyone who is not tech familiar. The interface is not very user friendly and can be confusing at times. The software updates and self cleaning take very long but if you schedule them during the overnight while sleeping you’ll barely notice. If you set it to wash and dry in one setting the AI usually over compensates resulting in a much longer wash/dry cycle. If you do a standard wash and a timed dry, we have found the loads do not take as long.

We got the pedestal and would highly recommend getting it because the washer sits very low and having it puts it right at the size for me and I am just over 5 feet tall . The drawer on the pedestal is very convenient to have for storage. Capacity is very nice can fit a large load however it takes twice as long to dry. Touch screen is very convenient and fairly easy to use.

Buscaba una lavadora nueva y comencé a evaluar cuáles se ajustaban a mi presupuesto. Opté por esta lavadora debido a su impresionante tecnología. Mi decisión se basó en varias razones: la integración con el ecosistema de mi casa y mi celular era crucial; es secadora y no usa gas, lo cual consideré muy importante pensando en la posible escasez de gas en el futuro; ahorra agua y cuenta con inteligencia artificial para facilitar el lavado. La he usado durante 4 meses y ha cumplido todas mis expectativas. Solo tengan en cuenta que es una lavadora grande, necesita agua caliente y fría, y requiere cobertura WiFi en el área de lavandería para un funcionamiento óptimo.

The unit is space saving and sleek, lots of options which I love and extremely easy to use. The unit is super quite and is very stable during the hi-spin cycles. The energy/water/detergent savings alone will be great! I have used it now for alil over 2 months and not one issue. Love the convivence of putting my laundry in and not having to move it to the dryer...the clothes come out dry - not damp from what i heard on other models. Clothes never felt cleaner actually!!

On top of that, I love that I don't need to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I get an app notification once everything is washed and dry. If you want to take a few pieces of clothing out of it before drying, you also get an app notification. Super convenient. The "set it and forget it" aspect is incredible—being able to throw a load in and have it finish completely washed and dried without having to switch machines saves so much time and eliminates forgotten, damp clothes. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily manages large family loads and bulky bedding. The ventless heat pump system is very energy efficient, and the AI features do a great job of guessing the perfect settings. I bought this 6 months ago but didn’t get installed by my contractor till about a month ago. I love it but know that I am not using all of what it has to offer. I took a star off because when I was researching the 3 different washer/dryer combos, The other 2 had pedestals available. Since the Samsung was so new, they predicted that there would be one available probably in August. That hasn’t happened and I get the impression it is not in the near future if at all. This is not ok because the unit sits very low to the ground. If I had known there wasn’t going to be one, I would have gotten an LG. I feel I was mislead and that is very disappointing. I am stuck now, I fear.

Only issue is the time it takes to do a load. So where we used to have a washer and dryer going at the same time now you have to wait 2plus hours for a song load to finish before starting the next one. Our bed comforter took over 4 hours of just dry time before we manually stoped it. Overall it’s been pretty good the features are nice it’s good to leave for the day and come back and the close are clean, which is really convenient. But the overall wash time has doubled.

Best decision to get this product! I’m free from having to be home to transfer from washer to dryer. I’m no longer taking certain garments out to hang dry because the heat pump type of drying is much easier on your clothes. Love the app too…easy to use etc.

Super Efficient, quiet, love the touch screen module. Is a great looking machine. The feature to fill up the soap and softener chambers and never have to manually add soap is so cool. It has so many features and different wash types. Do not be intimidated by the combined was/dry times. I like the super speed wash. Clothing is always dry before the actual cycle is complete. Buy it, you won’t regret it It is easy to download the app snd get connected from your phone. I didn’t buy the stand. It’s not necessary but to drain the machine and clean the filter on bottom you will be lying on your stomach without it. The unit holds alot of clothes. Great overall machine

My clothes come out so incredibly clean, and it is very simple to use. I appreciate all of the different settings, including an AI feature that will choose settings based on the material of the items you put in the wash. I have this connected to the SmartThings app on my phone along with my other Samsung products, and I love how when the laundry is done I get a ping on both my phone and tv! The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.

I loved it so much, I bought two! There's nothing like getting through your chores by wiping out the laundry in a matter of hours and because it washes and dries, you do not need to swap laundry out into the dryer. You simply visit the laundry room and it's done. The app tells you on your phone whats going on with the machine and when the cycle is complete, so there's no guesswork. They. are quiet and the display is crisp and easy to comprehend. It's also nice not to have to fill the detergent and softener so often as it self-doses and with accuracy, about 45 loads until you have to refill the containers.

Este equipo presenta fallas y errores a la hora de secar, no hay manera de quitar este error y lo peor es que ni los técnicos saben que es o como funciona este equipo. Aún peor, el soporte de Samsung es HORRIBLE, solo saben decir lo sentimos y ya, no solucionan. Se atrevieron a decir que es un "error normal"... como un error va a ser normal? Y te dan tantas vueltas para intentar aburrirte o que aceptes reparaciones que ni tienen nada que ver con el problema. Eviten comprar este equipo, al menos por ahora porque como es nuevo, seguro esta lleno de errores que no van a corregir hasta la próxima generación.

I now never have to wash a load of clothes twice because i forget to move the wet clothes into the dryer quick enough and the notifications when the load is finished washing and drying is excellent. I'm honestly in love with this machine and go out of my way to look for dirty clothes to use it, not even kidding which is sad. The ONLY issue i have is the size of the machine but if you have a laundry big enough, get it. It's well worth the price and washes AND dries the clothes perfectly.

Allowing us to start and finish at preset times without having to worrry about moving laundry from the washer to the dryer. The capacity is surprisingly big, but drying does take longer than a dedicated dryer. The mobile interface with the SmartThings app is easy and keeps us in control. We have had a couple of parts break down already which required service. But the service was quick and resolved the issue. The lint trap area could use a redesign. It’s hard to get lint that forms around the trap compartment. We had to buy a long handled brush so we can keep it clear.

Absolute worst. Will not meet any times specified. Constantly have to clean bottom filter. Condenser more than difficult to clean without specialized brushes or vacuum attachment. Fastest washing time on super speed was 1 hour 18 minutes wash only then a typical drying tim of 2 hours. Half of the time I have to add a cycle of 30 to 45 minutes timed dry to finish drying. Auto detergent works occasionally. Bedding is a 6 hour 30 minute cycle. Terrible product. Will replace as soon as possible and set this machine by the road for free, with sign stating works with aggrevation. Samsung should pay me back.

I purchased WD53DBA900HBA1 in December and want to order a second front-filter kit. I have two 'adult' boys living with me and anticipate a filter problem in the near future. I want to have a second filter on hand so they can just swap it out instead of having them 'clean' it.The filter is 3 parts: the frame and the two mesh parts that fit together. I am being fastidious about keeping the lint filter clean and the slot clean and dry. I am doing this because cleaning the entire unit every few months seems like a major job (removing the entire cover. Please let me know how I can order a second fillter.

Si le tengo que poner algunas contras es por ejemplo que si se te queda un calcetín al fondo del tambor tienes que tener el brazo muy largo o meter la cabeza en el bombo, el filtro te pide que lo limpies casi después de cada ciclo de secadora pero está contra no es muy mala, mi otra lavadora secadora de una marca también prestigiosa (AE..) Dejaba muchos restos de pelusa mojada después de terminar un lavado secado y los transfería al siguiente lavado, la máquina muy pesada olvídate de rodarla para fregar. En definitiva la máquina es un espectáculo y muy bonita en color gris oscuro

Best washer I've ever had. The ventless dryer is amazing. The sanitizing option has made everything cleaner. The capacity on the barrel will allow my whole king size bedding to wash all at once. There is a cycle for every kind of material and option. It's mostly silent with the exception of a low vibrating sound when it's drying. The best part is that there is very little heat that comes off the machine when in operation. I recommend buying the pedestal with it so that you don't have to crouch to get clothes out after drying.

The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔

If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don’t care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.

There are so many features that you can do with this. We have samsung phones and one samsung tv and it is linked with them to let us know when to put dryer sheets in. You dont have to put dryer sheets in if you want to start a load when your out. Depending on the load size, it can take about 2 to 3 hours. It also depends on the settings that you have it on. I feel like it was worth the money spent. Also I have it set on normal dry and have had no issues with damp clothes.

We bought this in May and already having issues. The clothes are still saturated even when you put dry cycle to, “ more dry.” You can only wash small loads! It takes 5 plus hours to wash one load, making it difficult to get many loads done in a day. It was a terrible purchase. I would return it if I could!! Not worth the money! Now I’m stuck with the bill and having to go to the laundry mat on my days off because of the lengthy time it takes to do one small load! You can forget washing towels or covers! Just completely dissatisfied and anyone that ask, I tell them the same thing, DON’T BUY!

It has an ultra capacity load size so you can put considerably more clothes in it than with your regular washer. It doesn't matter how big of a load you put in it, it calculates the weight of the load and begins washing once it has done that. The screen is easy to use and understand. Having the all in one gives us so much more space in our laundry room too because instead of your traditional washer and dryer which takes up the whole wall of the laundry room. It only takes up half the wall.

You’d have to run a complete cycle and add additional time with the “timed dry” feature once the first cycle is completed. It takes about 5 hours for the clothes to be done. The amount of clothes you are able to wash at a time is small as well. It can fit a handful of clothing but the big bulkier items would have to wait to either wash by itself or wash in a smaller load. As this tends to leave some of the clothes really damp. Since it’s an all in one it doesn’t take up much space. This does allow you to put this in apartments, studios, college dorms. The look of the combo is sleek. It does give modern and allows you to see clearly on what you’re selecting for your cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it’ll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn’t communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it’s starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It’ll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.

While I think this is a decent and first of it's kind, then this is great. I like that I don't have to exchange laundry. Design flaws? Absolutely. The drain filter is too low, and you have to wait a long time for the water to release. If you happen to leave it alone with a small bowl, then you may let it spill. I also tried to use the internal support troubleshoot, and it didn't help when I had a clogged drain filter. At least I did figure it out. I like that it's small for tighter, cramped places. I wish it would also start cycles using the Smart Use, though. I could never seem to get that figured out. Also, why have "Bubble Soak" in the system, when it can't be used? I really wish that was available!

The Best Part: True "set it and forget it" laundry. Washing and drying in one go without moving wet clothes is a game-changer.Great Features: Fits massive loads, uses a standard 120V plug, and needs no outside vent. The auto-detergent dispenser and auto-opening door are incredibly convenient.Things to Know: It is very deep, so measure your space carefully. The ventless heat pump drying takes a bit getting used to, and you must clean the lint filter after every load. Verdict: Perfect for saving space and skipping the chore of swapping laundry, as long as you have room for its depth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phenomenal performance (set it and forget it)! Easy access to all vital components that require servicing/cleaning... DOES require lengthy drying times, and could benefit from an ever-so-slightly longer drain hose behind the detergent reservoir, but thoes minor considerations are more than compensated by the fact that no venting is required, and the unit operates incredibly economically on a standard 120volt outlet! My cat sleeps on his gel-infused memory foam bed atop the unit, which lulls him to sleep with it's gentle undulations (safely out of reach from my inquisitive hounds)!

Being able to get alerts about the status of the load on our phone and Samsung tv has been cool as well. We also like its AI wash mode.I also feel like the unit uses less water than our prior unit. Also love having an all in one unit, saved a ton of space in our laundry room. My only complaint is the lint trap channel in back (behind the actual lint trap) I had a large chunk of lint develop back there. Would love to see this fixed with an access port to clean better.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!

Also it uses a regular electric socket which is highly efficient. The machine senses the amount of clothing and decides on time of wash and drying and no worries it's all ready in about 2 hours plus. The detergent and softener can also be filled up on the bottom and you don't have to add any for a while. The dryer can be used separately as well and has many options as wrinkle free drying or presoak for stains. So many options. I did purchase a 5 year extended warranty just to be carefull as it's a heavy machine and hopefully with samsungs great reputation it will operate for many years.

This model is ventless which means it doesn’t need a hose to vent the air during drying time which also makes it great since my machine is located in the hallway besides saving space it looks so great to have the combo of washing and drying without even having to move laundry from washer to dryer. Recently moved to live alone and I decided to try out a combo laundry machine for the limited space I had and less laundry to clean but the machine itself is a lot more spacious! My recently bought curtains and towel sets fit easily and wash/dried effortlessly. It does not require a vent but I check on the machine and its humidity/warmth often out of speculation but there is not trapped condensation or overheating in the area! Said towels and curtains came out kind and dry but no extreme static, for any clothing I’ve washed either. I also enjoy the large compartments for detergent, bleach and softener that you fill up and lasts you quite a few cycles before a refill is needed. Vibration and noise are very minimal. I tend to run my laundry at night or during a nap and the only thing I really hear is the chime at the end of the cycles. No complaints from my condo neighbors either :)

It’s very big , I can put my very big blanket and a pillows. The cycles you can choose how you need and always you can change them . The drying is perfect really dry and is giving you 10 minutes between washing and drying that you can take out some of the clothes if you need to and you have time to add drying sheets. The clothes coming dry no moisture. And there is almost no vibration at all and is working really quiet. I just love this machine. I’m only using now the Tides program it washing with cold water only and all clothes are sooo clean and smell so nice . Thank you .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this machine is that it washes and dries in one machine. I would always wash a load and forget to put it in the dryer. So problem solved. So far the only problem I’ve had is that when it’s in the drying cycle the clothes get tangled and come out wrinkled. I haven’t been able to find a way to have a heated dry cycle to get the wrinkles out, it only allows for an air dry cycle. That doesn’t get the wrinkles out. Other than that I am pretty happy with the machine. The drum has a huge capacity so comforters fit in easy. I like that it self cleans itself too.

It is the second one after the first machine malfunctioned from the very first load after delivery and no matter how many times they came to fix it it could not be repaired. However Samsung service was wonderful and gave me a brand new machine and this one has been great. The only thing I will say has been a slight negative is that I live in Michigan and my machine is in my mud room off my garage. In the winter months it takes a very long time for my clothes to dry due to the cold. Other than that it’s a great product. 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer dryer. The pro's: Dried laundry comes out completely dry. Don't need to change the load from a washer to a drier. No need for a vent. We have this in our garage and since its a heat pump it air conditions the garage as a by product of running the drier. The machine can sense how to wash and dry the clothes and it works well. The only con, which isn't really a con is that you have to clean the lint trap between each load (which i always do with any dryer) or it will not work as efficiently. BTW, this is very efficient for power and water as well.

I like that it can run Spotify and even connect the product to the app on my phone. I like that it is all in one machine and doesn’t take up much space and yet gets everything done all-in-one. The only downside is that the bedding settings take longer than usual for bedding and sometimes will still come out a little wet but overall when washing clothes and using the quick wash settings, clothes come out perfect every time.

We bought ours a month ago and the first week was a learning curve, but we love it now! I’ve found for most things to use the AI Optiwash and dry setting works well. I love not having to transfer the clothes to dry and tend to put a load in at night and in the morning it’s good to go! I also love the ventless dryer and how much cleaner my laundry room is without all the lint. Only downside is I wish there was a pedestal for it- it has a large capacity which is great, just hard to get down and reach to the back. The BeSpoke universal stand does not work for this machine.

No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.

Throw it in, push a couple of buttons, and come back when the phone dings. What could be easier? Lint removal is a snap with a two inch soft painters brush, and the automatic washing of the internal lint route seems to be working fine. The load times ate quite reasonable, a normal load takes between two and two and a half hours. We gained much needed space and added a utility sink in that area. We love it and recommend to all our friends.

I received an email that Samsung was releasing a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. I was very interested. I pre-ordered the Combo for $100 off. This product is amazing. Energy usage is beyond what I expected. My closthes come out cleaner and drier than they ever have, I couldn't be more pleased. I wish it had its own laundry pedestal though.

One of the biggest benefits has been how much time it saves me since I no longer have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Wybór nie był zbyt duży, ale Samsung zdecydowanie wyróżnił się tym modelem. Jedną z największych zalet jest jej ogromny bęben, dzięki tak dużej pojemności wreszcie będę mógł wyprać i wysuszyć w zimę kołdry i koce, zamiast czekać z tym do lata. Inne funkcje na których mi zależało to: podświetlany bęben, automatyczne otwieranie drzwi po zakończeniu cyklu oraz "bujanie" praniem aby uniknąć zagnieceń. Konkurencja również posiada te funkcje, ale tylko Samsung posiada je wszystkie NARAZ. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most technology advance washing machine and dryer I have owned, and supposedly the most efficient - I can see the energy and water consumption that I have been unable to know on any prior machines. Also being able to control from your mobile and see the energy and water consumption allows you to operate during periods when energy is cheaper. Very big drum that I am surprised at how much it can fit. Being a new machine, there was a strong plastic smell inside the drum; and a lingering smell and odour transferred to the clothes after the first wash and dry.

It no longer allows removal and you have to clean with a brush, which only a child’s hand can fit into the slot for really. Holds large loads and gets them clean quickly. Love having the extra room in my laundry area from this being all in one instead of two separate machines. The touch screen is nice not inherently necessary. If you’re already familiar with the Samsung Galaxy tab interface this will be an easy switch from analog controls.

I bought this about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Not having to worry detergent and fabric softener every load or changing from washer to dryer is the best thing for me and my family all the kids have to do is load and hit start. And it fits everything. Sometimes the bigger loads or huge king blankets feel a bit damp but we don't use extra dry mode and after they are out of the machine and folded they aren't damp anymore. But the ventless feature is great as well can place whereever there is a waterline without worry about ventilation to the outside.

Our laundry needed one appliance so we did our research and decided on this. Its a bit pricey buy very functional which justifies buying it. We wash our clothes and then switch on the drying cycle. A few hours and its all done. Its a large size so one wash a week is enough for us which lets us save on water and electricity. We have fallen in love with it due to its simplicity, and variety of washing and drying programs preprogrammed in the AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for a while now, and while it's a great product overall, it does take some getting used to. The unit's large size made finding a washer pan that would fit underneath challenging, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the drainage hose for the water filter is far too short, making it difficult to maintain properly. Initially, the lack of customization options was a downside, but the experience has definitely improved with recent updates. Once you get the hang of it, this washer/dryer combo is a solid choice

Compré este producto hace poco más de un mes y supuestamente porque una prenda se atracó con la puerta, el diagragma se deformó y ahora pierde agua al lavar. Samsung indicó que eso no es cubierto por la garantía y que tampoco disponen de respuestos para poder resolver el problema y que puedo entregar ese equipo en parte de pago para comprarme otra cosa, osea debo entregar un equipo con solo mes y medio de comprado como parte de pago de otro perdiendo todo el dinero que eso implica porque Samsung no tiene respuestas de su producto recién sacado al mercado.

Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to buy a new washer and dryer. I saw that all in one was the same price or less than buying them separate. I have a small laundry room and now there is room for our laundry basket and some other stuff. It is very heavy, so make sure you don't need to move it. It took a few weeks to get the settings down, but now the clothes are coming out perfect. The filter is a little bit of a hassle, but I had to clean the standalone unit, so no big deal. Maybe an option to just stick a tube in the laundry detergent. Overall, I would never go back, if anything, if I had more space, I would have bought two of them. If I was building my house, I would make sure this would go in most of the closets, no more hauling clothes anywhere!

We needed a ventless system because our current dryer vent would constantly get wet and was going to cost a small fortune to move the vent. This combo doesn't need vented, is used with a standard 110V outlet which saves money and because it's an all in one you don't even have to move from the washer to the dryer! We're a family of 5 and live on a small farm so we do 1 to 2 loads a day and we cloth diaper our infant. This thing handles it all just fine and a single load from start to finish averages 2.5 hours which is excellent. We have all Samsung appliances and they all link together from the app which is convenient too. This was our best appliance purchase.

We received this unit yesterday. The installation people ran one cycle to make sure it wasn't leaking. We then ran the calibration and one load of laundry, everything seemed fine. Today, the unit will not power on. We have checked the breaker and done all of the troubleshooting, it will not turn on. Of course the first appointment for repair to come out is not until October 25 and Samsung already hauled away our old units, so we have no way to do laundry this week. We went back and forth on this unit based on the mixed reviews and regret it immediately.

This is literally the WORST machine on the market. It advertises “large capacity”, “good for pet hair”… ALL LIES. I bought this while I was pregnant thinking it would make my life easier and it’s done nothing but add stress to my life. Worst money I’ve ever spent. The compressor has gone bad twice in less than a year, it won’t dry a normal size load, everything you wash smells like mildew.. and on top of that Samsung customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give this machine negative stars, I would. I will never buy another Samsung product in my life.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with this washer and dryer! Both machines are quiet, efficient, and do an excellent job. The washer gets clothes thoroughly clean, even on shorter cycles, and the dryer dries everything evenly without needing extra time. They’re easy to use, have plenty of cycle options, and handle everything from delicate items to bulky loads with no problems. Overall, they’ve made laundry much easier and more convenient. I would definitely recommend this washer and dryer set to anyone looking for reliable performance and great results.
