Everything is absolutely great! The monitor has great quality for streaming on all channels provided i love the smart things connectivity that I can use via my phone the screen size and magnificent! The remote can be abit laggy but nothing serious

We're delighted to hear that you're loving your gorgeous M7 M70F Monitor, Nicole. The display quality when streaming on the integrated smart channels is superb, and SmartThings connectivity is super convenient! For the remote, we'd recommend making sure no objects are blocking the monitor's infrared sensor, located at the bottom of the screen, and checking the batteries in the remote. You can perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the Power button on the remote until the monitor turns off and the Samsung logo reappears on the screen. The issues you describe can be caused by an unstable or inconsistent power supply, so we'd initially recommend checking your cable. Unplug the cable at both ends, and check the ends for damage. Also, check the cable itself, ensuring it isn't trapped, damaged, or kinked anywhere along its length.
