This is the worst Samsung TV i has ever bought. Never have been so disappointed with a Samsung purchase! The display quality is so bad that i have to manually adjust the brightness, contrast, sharpness, colour tone...in fact all the Picture settings available. Resetting to try again and again, but the display never seems right. When it is a outdoor scene, the display is extremely bright, but when the scene changed to indoor, it becomes to dark! The colour tone is too yellowish at times and at times to reddish. Sharpness is worst. It seems never sharp enough, unless it is 4K picture, not moving scenes. The marketing of the product is totally false!! I guess it is what you get with a low priced product. Set your expectations lower of you plan to buy this.

To be honest, I’m not impressed at all. The pitch is very dull lifeless the older TV I had before which was a Samsung. I’ve got an older TV in my bedroom which is a Samsung much brighter and sharper very disappointed in spending the kind of money I have on this particular model. I’ve tried everything to make it brighter. The display is dismal not very happy at all.

The TV is also very buggy. It has frozen on me and gone blank screen on several occasions, and yes I have rebooted, updated, clear cache etc. How can my TV from 7 years ago have a better picture quality? I only got it for the price but even still I am very disappointed with this

見呢部 QEF1 最近落到三千幾仲有得做分期，心思思入咗部放房。 雖然佢只係 entry 版 QLED，但色準確實好過普通 Crystal UHD 。Dual LED 令對比度睇落算係咁，雖然唔好期望會有 Neo QLED 種「純黑」層次，但平時睇 YouTube 同 Netflix 啲色係幾實淨。 呢部機得 60Hz 。如果你玩開黑悟空或Dead Island 呢類 Action 驚，畫質係夠做，要開Motion Xcelerator 。但如果你係 FPS 狂熱分子、追求極致 120Hz 嗰種順滑感，呢部就未必啱。

This isn't what we expect to hear about this model, as it features intelligent 4K upscaling via a Q4 AI processor, 100% colour volume and Quantum Dot technology. We'd love to help and to ensure you're having the best viewing experience possible. If your screen looks too dark or dull in your room, you can turn off the automatic ambient light sensor by going to Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Turn Off Brightness Optimisation. If you're watching older TV shows or low resolution videos, Q4 AI Processor will automatically clean up fuzzy, low-resolution images. You can turn on the AI upscaling by going to Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Turn On Intelligent Mode. A quick reboot will clear the cache along with any software glitches, and you can do this by pressing and holding the Power button on your remote until the logo displays, or by unplugging your TV from the wall for 30 seconds or so.
