[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this for about a month but wow, i'm incredibly impressed! The time/effort saved with this machine is insane! I now never have to wash a load of clothes twice because i forget to move the wet clothes into the dryer quick enough and the notifications when the load is finished washing and drying is excellent. I'm honestly in love with this machine and go out of my way to look for dirty clothes to use it, not even kidding which is sad. The ONLY issue i have is the size of the machine but if you have a laundry big enough, get it. It's well worth the price and washes AND dries the clothes perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most technology advance washing machine and dryer I have owned, and supposedly the most efficient - I can see the energy and water consumption that I have been unable to know on any prior machines. Also being able to control from your mobile and see the energy and water consumption allows you to operate during periods when energy is cheaper. Very big drum that I am surprised at how much it can fit. Being a new machine, there was a strong plastic smell inside the drum; and a lingering smell and odour transferred to the clothes after the first wash and dry.

Our laundry needed one appliance so we did our research and decided on this. Its a bit pricey buy very functional which justifies buying it. We wash our clothes and then switch on the drying cycle. A few hours and its all done. Its a large size so one wash a week is enough for us which lets us save on water and electricity. We have fallen in love with it due to its simplicity, and variety of washing and drying programs preprogrammed in the AI.

Have had the unit 1 day. Paid for delivery and install. Installers unprofessional and didn’t even remove shipping bolts - fundamental part of installation. And unit is huge and heavy - to pull out and remove was extremely difficult. Then, significant rattling sound and noises from the unit when spinning. Go through to Samsung to get it resolved (after 24 hrs) - need to wait a week for repairer to “assess” despite Samsung being able to ship a new product within 2 days. I should have listened to the reviews that were red flags. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Since we were replacing it, we decided to go all out and buy top of the range. This was our first choice. It is large and roomy and can fit a ton of clothes. My mother in law brings her large blankets and this washes it fine. The dryer is a life saver in the wet weather. We also noticed that it operates with low sound. It has a solid build and quality. It is advertised with a good water and electricity ratings and it appears to check out.

When you see it, its a monster and you think it will use so much electricity and water, but to my suprise none of this is real. It has decent energy and water ratings plus with 18.5kg, you only have to wash once a week rather then every few days if you have a big family so its saving you time too to do other things. Its also not very noisy at all, you can hear it but its not annoying. Beware that its a bit pricey hence my 4 star rating.

There were plenty of niche wash settings for different loads, double that of my previous machine, with transparent wash times displayed for each setting. Machine operation itself was smooth and quiet. I was also impressed that this unit has the same dimensions for my previous 9kg machine. My only issue was the Smart things app and initial sync with the new machine, but once through that I was fine.

No more waiting for the laundry to finish and no more waiting for it to dry on the line. Better yet, no more pouring detergent into measuring cups and leaking on fingers! Definitely going to do more washing because of this machine. It is expensive compared to getter a washer and dryer separately but hey, if I'm going to use it often, it's worth the convenience and time saved across the years.

At the time, it seemed fine, but it was only after we got the Samsung combo washer and dryer did we see how much friction was involved with previous process of washing our clothes. Now we put in dirty clothes, walk away and 2.5 hrs later we have clean, fresh clothes. My wife has said its the best appliance in the house. What a game changer. We are eagerly awaiting Samsung's robot which will fold the clothes and put it into our drawers.

Because we have a big family we need a big washer and big dryer. But our laundry is small. After consulting with samsung rep, he recommended this machine, we bought it immediatly and have been satisfied since. We can wash/dry in one load every 4 days, before we needed to do 2 to 3 loads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bespoke washer/dryer. 18.5kg of clothes it washes, a massive wash load but when i tested it i was genuinely impressed as it washed 18kg effectively and didnt leave a trace of laundry powder. 10kg of clothes it dries, well again i was astonished as it dried 10kg amd left no wrinkles or traces of damp moisture. The touch screen is very useful and makes a pleasure to use if you are used to tapping and swiping. Other than that its over 5k so be prepared to pay a premium.

I’ve used this many times now and I can say the washer and dryer combo along with the large capacity has been a game changer. It’s so handy as we are a larger household so we go through so many clothes. Now we don’t need to complete multiple loads and it saves us heaps of time and bills on energy. 用了一段時間真的很方便，洗衣機AI功能也很省事。會依照每次衣物的重量、材質和髒污程度，自動調整水量和洗劑用量，不用自己一直去設定，洗起來也比較省水、省洗劑，不會浪費。烘乾的部分也會依照狀況調整溫度和時間，衣服烘完剛剛好，不會過熱也不會沒乾。
