Great device and does exactly what it says. The capacity is great without the overall outer size not being too large. One complaint - with the door glass being dark and the light very poor inside you are unable to see anything that is going on unless you are stood in darkened room!

We have only had this microwave for a few days but so far so good. It looks very smart in our kitchen matching all the other black appliances, it has worked well on the various tasks so far and is fairly easy to use which will become second nature with time. It has some useful features which I am sure that we will get the benefit of over the years. The oven is a good size & can easily accommodate a full size dinner plate & appears to heat food evenly. The only downside that we have found so far is the poor brightness of the light inside the oven so you can not watch the progress as the food is cooking so you have to open the door & have a look. Generally a good Microwave oven & hoping for long & reliable service from it.

Les fonctionalités sont bonnes (décongélation etc...). On ne voit pas à travers la porte mais on peut s'en passer facilement. Le gros point noir de ce micro-onde est la porte noire face avant couverture plastique, elle se raille des qu'on l'a nettoie avec un chiffon doux ! résultat quelques semaines d'utilisation, la porte est toute rayée, c'est affreux et bien dommage, ca manque vraiment de qualité à ce niveau là.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace another very similar Samsung which had developed a fault, but was covered by warranty. Really happy with this, just like the predecessor. The warranty claim experience with Samsung also convinced us to go with Samsung again for the replacement, as they were super helpful throughout. This new one is eve nicer than the previous one. The button layout is simpler and more intuitive.

Petit micro-onde au design très bien travaillé. l'anglais et l'unique langue requise pour la commande des fonctionnalités. L'étanchéité de la porte du micro-ondes n'est pas de bonne qualité ce qui pose un problème de sécurité sanitaire évident ! Défaut de fabrication ? Mauvais matériaux utilisés ? Économie du coût de fabrication ? J'ai le sentiment d'avoir payé la marque et non la qualité...!

Had the microwave for 4 months, and the power supply unit die. Thinking I can get a replacement unit, instead Samsung want to sent the unit to repair. Now I don't have a microwave unit to use at home for the week(s) while the unit is being repaired. I have paid for a microwave but now I don't have a microwave to use for unknown period of time.

I don’t recommend this microwave, it’s expensive and very difficult to understand, the turn table is not sturdy with an annoying wobble, the only thing going for it is it looks very smart but I wish I hadn’t bought it as the only feature I can use is the 30 second button, very disappointing
