[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Fold 7 this past summer when it was released. I've owned a Fold 4 and 6 as well as some Ultras. The Fold 7 I found so far to be the most appealing to me because of its thiness and larger screen size when closed. It's snappy in speed and processing allowing me to get work done and respond to customers quickly while multi tasking in multi windows. I find myself using the AI features more than before and found it useful to automatically remove photo bombers in pictures and other less desirable items or shots. It has worked better than I expected. It's the first Fold phone I've had that's comfortable in both my hand and pocket.

This phone makes my Z Fold 4 feel ancient. Its much lighter, so it's easier to carry and to type on the front screen with one hand. Its slimmer, so it fits nicely in my jean or stretch pant pockets. The camera is great!! and it's easy to take group photos with my Galaxy ring. I only wish that it had an Spen. I kind of miss it. This phone is a beautiful multi-tasking powerhouse, and like any other Samsung phone I've had, it just feels good in my hand when hold it 😃 I would recommend upgrading from any phone to a Z Fold 7. Its the best thing out there right now. Makes me want to upgrade everything in my life to match the caliber of this phone.

When I need to take notes, and research information online, this phone is always there to get the job done with the power of Samsung Notes, combined with Samsung Internet. The Zfold7 is also a great assistant when it comes to long articles, because Galaxy AI summarizes the articles, and saves me a lot of time. It also helps me when editing videos, thanks to the audio erasing feature for clearing out unnecessary background noise. I highly recommend this phone for people that are always on the move, and need to get things done with multitasking.

Eg; maps, yxt, calls...Anyway the phone is able to do everything I want. I have since retired so now I use my phone mainly for 4 wheeling maps and pictures of scenic views of places I end up. The only complaint I have is the screen where it folds. It's a minor thing but I mention it merely so that everyone is aware. Overall the phone handles pretty much everything I have thrown at it. It has been bounced around and been covered in dust and rained on and has kept on working. I would recommend this phone without reservation.

This version however is light-years ahead of the others with better everything. The front screen is now 100% usable and the fact that it is so thin and light makes this the best experience yet. The only thing I miss from the others is s-pen support as I used it for editing. The AI experience is also wonderful. In combination with Google Gemini, I was able to crop photos of my deceased and living aunts, uncles and grandmother with samsung AI and create a beautiful family picture that brought tears to our eyes. Overall however, excellent user experience.

The design is amazing, I can not believe how thin this phone is. It's amazing and feels like a normal phone. The camera quality is really really good. It fully justify the big camera bump at the back and honestly I don't mind that at all seeing how good the camera is. The display is always amazing on Samsung products and the performance is really fast. Only downside for me is the battery capacity. I wish it was a bigger batter and this was the reason why I gave it a 4 star. But let's hope samsung see my review and consider that for a future foldable.

(See images for comparison with Fold 6.) Better camera. Bonus if it's lighter and still holds incredible battery capacity. What more could you ask for? The typing experience has never been this easy. I've previously owned an Ultra device, and it feels like this is the perfect size for a Fold. I'm an avid reader of ebooks and like to watch YouTube videos daily; the main screen more than accommodates these tasks with ease. The camera is unbelievable. The size and weight difference between the 5 and the 7 is insane, I can't believe they were able to make the phone so much thinner and so much lighter but pack in so many extra features. I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface of all the AI features, it's gonna take a while to learn all the cool things this phone can do. Safe to say Samsung is leading the charge on foldables, this phone is seriously impressive. It was pretty pricey, but with the pre-order deals and trade-in of my old phone, the price came down significantly. Well worth the money in any case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy fold 7 would be a five-star maybe even six stars out of five if S Pen was still supported. I have buyer's remorse as I should have purchased a refurbished Galaxy fold 6 and received the S-Pen support. I am an avid note taker capturing notes in work, to do lists, nonprofit meetings and personal life using the s pen. I am not recommending this device to any of my friends that need a foldable device and would recommend the Galaxy Fold 6 that supports the S Pen. However, the other features including Galaxy Ai, split applications on the inside screen and routine tasks are a nice addition combined with the 200 megapixel camera sensor.

The crystal clear resolution and easy to use functions. Also it is the thinnest of the fold series to come so it doesn't feel bulky in your pocket even with a thinner case. I was skeptical coming from another phone company about the picture quality. I use my video and camera a lot when traveling but after taking a vacation my pictures came out great. The daily use for the inner screen is not as much as I thought. But when using for entertainment or multitasking it is amazing. Also the volume is not bad for a thin phone. I am going to have this phone for a while. Excited to see what unfolds in the next fold series.

The greatest thing about it, it can last all day. The quality that is not heavy or cheap material. With the case it can handle a drop and screen is still good. This phone can run multiple apps at the same time. Good for school and business. It maybe a bit expensive but your paying for something that is great and use of every day, so it can make your life easier for access on anything you want. Now having had it for a few months, while I do still think it is an extravagance, I also find it hard to imagine not having it. I used the phone fully-opened for so many apps, from surfing the web, to filling out forms, to playing Roblox with my kid, I still get a slight excitement each time I crack it open (no pun intended, I've treated this phone the same as every other phone I've ever had and it is a champ, so issues, no fragility; I was gardening the other day with it in my pocket and not a specs of dirt or dust when I opened it later).

The performance in games is great but the battery is really limiting. In comparable folding phones like the Oppo find N6 have a 6000 mAh battery. If i use the phone more than just a couple hours it will either die or get very close to dying. For being both a foldable and incredibly thin it has proven more than durable. The camera is good, not as great as the ultra series but still adequate for taking a decent picture. The Galaxy AI enhancement after taking a photo tends to make the image more vibrant and acceptable. Overall its a great phone but not for everyone.

The Z fold7 is so slim and yet so well built, it feels like it will last as long as any other flagship phone, with build quality, cameras, battery life and One UI8 software making the Z fold7 a perfect choice for business use and any user. The inner screen works very well with stylus pens, and I’ve found them to be very similar writing experience as previous Z folds which used proprietary S Pens, so I was happy I can still use a stylus to do everything I used the previous Z fold6 for. I can view photos clearly and check all my data with ease. I like the phone specially the inner display and the capability to do multi tasking , unfortunately for me , the front main display I was disappointed to see it much smaller than what I expect , so every time I want to text or reply fast without unfolding the phone I struggle to do that, I used to have the S23 Ultra which I traded it for Z fold , I never had that issue. The battery dies fast maybe lasts one day and couple of hours and I'm not a heavy user. so to me that's disappointing. I want to be able to use the phone at least 2 days before I need to charge it . Also when I video chat the phone gets hot , I never had this issue before.

This one made me switch to a foldable. I have been queationing the utility of foldables for a while and wanted to give this a try. I am loyal fan of the note series, then the s series, so, I was apprehensive of using the foldable without s pen support. However, the phone more than makes up for the lack of s-pen to the point that you probably won't "miss" it. And that's the only reason why this is not a 5 star review. I do think they will bring back the support in future. However this phone did give me the answer to the utility of foldables and I have been enjoying using it! Immersive display, great cameras, good battery and super handy!

The camera takes incredible pictures and videos. The volume is loud enough to hear and is clear. The audio function is very good as is the video components. I basically use this phone for everything. Galaxy AI adds to the convenience such as note summary. I use the Samsung notes a lot as I am student and the Galaxy AI comes in handy when I need the quick summary of my notes. Galaxy AI also has great features in photo editing. I have used it to add and delete objects with great realistic outcomes. The problem lies on the charging. Randomly, my phone started denying some chargers. When I try to charge it, it shows liquid in the charging compartment however there isn't any. The problem resolves itself eventually however it comes back often.

In particular, i am impressed by the unique large format offered by the device when unfolded which is incredible for viewing photos, browsing the web and reading books. The quality of the photos and the screen itself is very high. I was skeptical as to whether this phone would be thin and light enough to be user friendly - but it is. Battery life is reasonable. I am still getting used to some Android features, and sometimes the internet seems to freeze on the device for no apparent reason but the phone gives a great user experience and I am delighted with it.

I really love the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7. It incorporates many features that I had on my wish list (e.g., a slightly larger screen when folded, better camera performance, and other features). However, I have noticed that low light camera functions have degraded in the Fold and S series after 2023. I never worried about low light photos or moving photos in the past, but since 2023, the performance and/or auto correction seems to have degraded. This is somewhat disappointing given the higher price point. Otherwise, I am very happy with the Fold7 improvements and hope to see more improvements in the next edition as well as the Flip series.

While it could still be larger, like the S25 Ultra, it's now wider and not so narrow that it's not as practical. Plus, the phone is thinner and lighter. Not the brick that it that the previous folds felt like. If you have any of the previous folds, def worth upgrading to this new fold. Only gripes, no S pen, battery size could be bigger and Samsung needs to stop lagging on the charging speeds. Overall, the best Fold out there. Hopefully, the next version will have a larger outside screen, larger battery, and faster charging speed with a S pen..

I previously had the Z Fold 5, and skipped the 6 because I didn't see much reason to upgrade. The 7 is nice, I love the thinness and the weight. However, Samsung REALLY missed the mark by keeping the cameras vertical, instead of horizontal like the Pixel. The phone never sits flat on any surface because it constantly rocks back and forth, and putting a magsafe case on this phone makes almost all accessories impossible to line up correctly because they hit the camera bump. I think if they rotated the camera setup 90 degrees to the top of the phone, they would have had MUCH better end result. Here's to hoping they make that change in the Fold 8.

The phone feels futuristic, powerful, and very smooth. built-in Galaxy AI features are truly impressive — Live Translate helps me communicate in multiple languages, Note Assist keeps my work organized, and the photo editing tools save me a lot of time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from my older Fold4 to the new Fold7. Overall impression of the phone with Galaxy AI is very positive. Positives are the thinner and lighter weight of the phone overall. Do like the overall larger screen sizes. The camera is more powerful too. Good battery life also. Some design issues that I don't care for but seem to be inherently required are: 1. The phone can never lay flat, folded or unfolded, since the 3 camera lens need to stick out from the phone body. 2. S pen functionality was removed to make the phone thinner. I normally use my phone for work and for pleasure. I do read a lot and really enjoy the larger screen the Fold has.
