The door in door features allows us to access everyday items without the need to open the whole fridge. Other features such as the autofill jug, ice maker, and spacious storage areas makes the fridge a great addition to your family kitchen. The family hub allows us to customise what we want on there and have added the family calendar on there, making it very handy. The ability to see inside the fridge from my phone has saved the day many times when I needed to see if I had something in the fridge while standing at the shops.

It’s super spacious and makes organizing food so much easier, especially for a busy household. The touchscreen is actually more useful than I expected—I use it for notes, checking groceries, and even playing music while cooking. It also runs quietly and keeps everything fresh for longer, which is a big plus. On top of that, it looks really sleek and modern in the kitchen. Has amazing features like ample shelving, every space is generous in size including in the freezer. Love the auto ice maker and the filtered water then all on top of that you have a computer in it. So many apps but my favourite is Spotify! My friends and family are most likely sick of me talking about my new fridge!

I went to the shop today WITHOUT a list for the first time EVER and while I was doing that the kids entered more items needed!!!!! We also cooked a recipe from the east cook station… it was so delicious that even the youngest at 11yo ate the entire thing!!!! The touch screen is easy to use connects to all my smart devices, provides me with a view of what’s inside without the need to open up to look in, great recipe selection and I love that I can hit my favourite music as I cook. The inside is spacious with ample storage room. The freezer has the shelves that slide out and lots of ice ready on hand when needed. I love this fridge

I was very excited to set up and was not disappointed. I have downloaded the app and can see what is in my fridge while I am at the shops! Even my husband can see it and now he does not have to call me to ask. Food will also not expire now because of the ability to entering the expiry date of the foods in when bought.

Iam sorry to say this but i really don’t like this refrigerator first of all when u drink water first class its not cold enough, plus the outside the fridge so easy to dint, i had old fridge hardly had any, last and not least because its so detailed inside the mold growing in between and ao hard to clean may to impossible because there is no chance to reach it. So I don’t recommend this product at all.

Are they worth the additional cost to have a smart fridge?...we are enjoying it but not sure, time will tell as not sure we are fully using it. Inside it is easy to organise and really see everything we have so don't lose things, except on the top shelf as I would need a ladder to see to the back! This we solved using some pull out plastic containers. Would be good for wine or bottles if there was a suitable rack. Having the adaptable freezer section again, lovely idea, but would take planning if generally have frozen things and want to use as a drinks fridge for a party...would have to cram into the ice side. To have it permanetly like that means a pretty small freezer is left to use as the top shelf is all ice maker. Finally and our favourite is having cold water and ice on tap - literally - that for us has been a life changer.

Love the interactive smart hub and the easy access drinks door. Massive ice making capability - too much for us. Door storage is good but not great. so far so good, loving the fridge. spent a day loading the food into the hub. a barcode option would be amazing and much faster. the hub is too limited for freezer, fridge and pantry. once i hit my 150 items i can't load any more so it's impossible to load all of my pantry items. there is no option to increase the storage capacity in the hub.

It is certainly a statement piece. Add in the ice maker and the concealed water dispenser and easy access to milk/juice it’s just well designed and functions perfectly. Don’t buy this fridge the coating on it peels away and Samsung does not cover it. We have had a couple of issues with the ice maker and shelves they have been great in fixing these but not the peeling. All 4 doors are peeling.

There is a long wait for it which we were able to plan around fortunately, so had it from Day 1 of moving in. The fridge compares favorably with our previous fridge in our last home, because it is quieter, more organised, sensibly crafted to allow one person tp pull it out and in if needed and has more carefully-thought design around the water and ice dispensing. The door is magnetic, which in itself is a strong plus. The screen is fabulous, and no exaggeration, allows us to leave notes (we are medical workers so cannot answer phones while on the job) for each other, keeps family pics on, lets us play music and even overseas radio! There is even a USB slot in it for batch uploads of pics. The color is strikingly beautiful and fits in well with our home decor (I realise this may vary with different households). The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the fridge lacks apps for other CCTV brands (hello!, Arlo?), Youtube, and now even Woolies has discontinued their app for it.

It looks beautiful in our kitchen, very sleek and clean design with a modern look that I love. I also love how the water dispenser is hidden, it just adds to that clean design look that I love. Also the water jug is fantastic, I like to put a few slices of lemon in mine for a little extra freshness to my water. And I never run out of ice, it has 2 sizes which is great, I use the smaller ones when I'm blending a smoothie so its easier for my blender. I've also found my fruit and veggies are staying crisper and fresh for so much longer! My strawberries and blueberries have been in my Family Hub for 2 weeks now and still as fresh as the day I purchased them! that's never happened before!. Even ham and salami just stays fresh for so much longer! Everything does! I also love the layout design of the shelves in both fridge and freezer. I find I have so much room and everything is so organized and tidy as its quite spacious. I also love the shelves on the doors of the freezer, perfect to put the frozen veggies and I like to put the kids ice cream (ones on a stick) there, they are easy to just open the door, grab & go! No standing there with the door open to find them or decide which ones they want. And the minute I'm out of something, my family now easily put it into the shopping list app, so I dont forget. Every morning Bixby tells me my Morning Brief! I LOVE IT! As my calendar is synced I never miss a thing and I'm reminded first thing in the morning! It's great. I also love the feature of being reminded of when foods will expire, such as yogurt. I even get meal plans with recipes and ideas! Honestly the functions and performance of my Samsung Family Hub have been outstanding, I could not be happier with our purchase. It really is great value for money.
