This is our 2nd Frame. 1st one lasted 5+ years, then the motherboard developed a glitch where it would turn off, intermittently on its own. After extensive diagnosing, we determined that our surge protector did not prevent a power surge from damaging the unit. We had & have the 65” Frame. Very TV”s that size are more than 50% cheaper, but we made the conscious decision to stay with the 65”, but upgraded to the Neo Pro (non-glass museum quality glass. One of the best decisions we’ve made (regarding a TV). Curiously enough, the next best TV decision we’ve made is to invest in the custom bezel, truly makes this TV a work of art.

I've wanted a frame TV for quite some time, and now that I have it, I can say it was definitely worth it. The new Samsung Frame Pro exceeds my expectations. For the moment I've decided to set it up in my kids play area. Once I have more time, I intend to mount it on the wall. When the kids aren't watching their cartoons, I use it to showcase beautiful art pieces. The TV adds a wonderful touch to the play area and the surrounding walls. Thanks to the wireless connect I don't have to stress about finding a spot for the cables. It's an amazing TV, and I totally recommend it to my family and friends.

I honestly love this TV. The 55” The Frame Pro looks amazing both on and off. When it’s on, the picture is super clear and colorful… movies and shows look incredible, and sports feel really immersive. But what surprised me most is how good it looks when it’s off. It actually blends into the room like real artwork instead of looking like a giant black screen. The matte screen makes a huge difference too because there’s barely any glare, even during the day. Setup was pretty straightforward, and everything runs smoothly. I’ve already gotten several compliments from people who didn’t even realize it was a TV at first! If you want something that looks stylish but also performs like a high end TV…this is absolutely worth it!!

I have heard about this TV for a while and have hoped to try this out. Sure it doesn't disappoint! The art mode genuinely looks like a real painting on the wall. The matte texture gives it a premium feel, and we’re definitely buying a matching frame for it. The screen looks amazing whether we're watching movies or the kids are watching animations. Our beautiful Frame TV is the perfect fit over our newly renovated fireplace. We are still in the learning phase of "how to", but the ease of using the remote toggling and on-screen menus makes it easy to adjust various volumes, pictures, and more. The picture, whether it's a photo, artwork, movie, or live TV, is stunning and gives a real sense of being in the sporting event, jeopardy stage, or newsroom. Nanglare was essential for us because of the placement, with 20-foot ceilings and lots of windows. The availability of Bluetooth in pairing to various devices-sounbar/Frame speakers, is easy to use and helpful when watching a high-impact movie where sound effects are important, as well as filling our room with the music channels. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

Our TV is mounted in a bright room with a wall of windows to the right, and the anti-glare technology works flawlessly. I bought my new Frame TV a few weeks ago, and I’ve been really enjoying it. The picture quality is excellent—everything looks bright, sharp, and vibrant. I also like that it comes with games, which is a fun bonus. My favourite feature, though, is the Art Store. I subscribed to it because I love being able to display beautiful artwork when the TV isn’t in use. It really makes the TV blend into the room like a piece of art. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I love my frame pro. The Aesthetics of the TV, the super thin bezels make it look like a real photo/artwork, and the contrast/resolution and low glare make it seem like a portal on my wall when i put it in wallpaper mode. The setup is super simple to do. I did it by myself in less than 10 mins. I was worried about the brightness before I bought it but rest assured it can get as bright as you need, and it doesn't have the issues of the older models. It's a 11/10 5☆ in my book.

Bought this 85 inch TV a few weeks ago, easy to set up, hooked up to my 5 year old Samsung soundbar and the sound is great! The screen is as good as my OLED, in my opinion, for the room its in, no direct sun, but quite bright, contrast is good, settings are easy to get around, and having my own photos on the screen when not in use, is really good. Decided it looks just fine on the cupboard, better than too high on the wall, so don't think it has to be hung up!

I was very impressed by the clarity and sharpness of the screen on this TV. The frame design allows for a professional and sleek setup. It blends nicely as a frame as well as a TV. The option for art to display is very pleasing to set a mood and make it feel cozy in a room. The physical setup was pretty easy but I definitely needed help to get it out of packaging safety. I had a little bit of trouble getting it set up even with all the QR codes and information. The initial software update took over an hour to download even on a high speed connection. The screen is very skinny so it could easily bend if not held up properly. There is a wall mount as well as standing feet included so you can choose either to hang or set up on a table. I chose to do the initial set up with standing feet until I had everything adjusted and updated.

This TV is absolute garbage. I’ve owned Frames for years; this “wireless” model is so bad I want my money and my old Frame back. It constantly loses signal to the “wireless” connector box (even though they are literally centimetres apart), you can’t play any gaming console on them as the refresh rate can’t keep up, and the software regularly changes (I have lost digital TV multiple times and had to reset everything to get them back). Shame Samsung, shame.

The inboxing and setup of this new TV went pretty well. The instructions were a little confusing but after getting it powered on it needed a software update. Once it updated it restarted itself and the picture was amazingly clear and lifelike. The frame itself is very thin and slightly flexible. Switching to Art mode was easy to do by pushing the power button once. It was really exciting to see the art options in such brilliant colors and crispness.

I love my new Samsung frame TV. It is so thin (thinner than some of my actual art) that it will hang perfectly flush against the wall. The tv even comes with an easy to install wall mount. I’m just waiting for a friend to help me lift it up. I love being able to change the artwork on the tv to match the season and have it look so nice in the living room. The actual tv functionality is great too. Picture and sound are way better than I expected.

An amazing piece of technology. Hassel free internet connection that identified my internet hub no password just automatically connected. The picture for TV mode and art mode is amazing. I love the remote TV box for wireless connection. I purchased a 75 inch Frame TV a few years ago and now the 85 inch and the quality and connection is flawless. Love my Samsung art partners and even up loading my own photos. Simply brilliant AI as well!!!

The best TV yet! We purchased for our fireplace wall to have it look like a picture hanging vs a TV. The features have been amazing! We have a very large sliding glass double door in the living room and there is no glare whatsoever on the tv any time of day! Honestly the best TV we have purchased. Looks fantastic on the our wall. The anti glare works very well. The wireless one box is great. My wife hates cables. Brightness as well.as the contrast is excellent. Resolution is what you would expect from a premium product. The upscale to 4k looks good. Only thing that is bad for us is having to pay for artwork. At a premium price for the PRO I would like the art for free.

Love THE FRAME PRO 2026 model. The flush mount on the wall with no cords is amazing. Picture is bright in our sunlit living room. No glare screen is a vast improvement over other TV's we have owned. Tizen operating system still is clunky and full of bloatwear--only major complaint. Samsung--for the money I spent on this high end set, I don't want to be bothered by your attempts to monetize advertising.

I bought this a few weeks ago and me and my partner have fallen in love with it. It’s super slim, looks amazing in our bright living room. I’m big on watching sports and playing on the PS5 and no issues whatsoever with the quality or responsiveness. It’s great for movies and tv shows especially with the soundbar! The only reason for the 4 starts is the price is high, I would value this at 2k vs 3k.

I recently got the Frame Pro and so far I’m really liking it. The image quality looks great and I love how thin and clean the design is. It fits really nicely into the room without looking bulky like a normal TV. I already knew before buying that most of the art features are behind a subscription, which I’m still not a huge fan of, but at least it was not a surprise. One thing I have not loved so far is the UI when trying to upload and set up your own art. It can feel a little confusing and not as smooth as I expected. I have also noticed that sometimes the brightness does not go quite as low as I would personally like, especially in darker rooms, but I am still learning the settings and figuring out how to customize everything better. Overall, first impressions are very positive. It looks premium, the display is impressive, and I am excited to spend more time exploring all the features.

We put this TV in our kids’ room to replace an older one that had been hanging on the wall for a while, and so far it’s been a really nice upgrade. The main thing my kids love is the Art Mode, they think it’s cool that the TV can look like a picture instead of just being a black screen on the wall, the seasons options are great and they have a 90 day free trial. My wife was actually worried the overhead light would cause a glare or make it hard to see from certain angles, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. The picture still looks clear from different spots in the room, and the matte screen definitely helps. I also like that the setup looks cleaner than what we had before, especially with the slim wall mount and not having a bunch of cords showing. Streaming and switching around between apps has been easy, which matters because the kids are the ones using it most of the time. It fits the room really well and feels more like part of the space instead of just another TV stuck on the wall.

I had a previous model of the Samsung Frame and loved it, but was ready to upgrade for picture quality and even better glare reduction. I decided to try the Frame Pro and boy were my expectations exceeded!! The picture quality is incredible - theater quality HD and the color is so sharp and vibrant. My living room is full of windows so daytime watching used to be a pain, but glare is nonexistent with the Frame Pro, even in direct sunlight. Setup and personalizing settings are even easier than they were before; I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I’m also so amazed by the Wireless Connect box. Not having to run an HDMI from the tv to the box or any of my devices has left my setup looking so clean and uncluttered, and I have had zero issues with connectivity. Mounting the tv itself was not bad - the instructions could have been a little bit clearer, but we were able to get it on the wall very quickly once we got the support placement lined out. Overall would recommend this TV to anyone - it is truly a work of art, adds a great design aspect to the room when it’s not in use, and definitely hit the mark on picture quality and viewing.

I absolutely love this TV. I honestly didn’t expect to be as impressed as I am, especially since our previous TV wasn’t that old. The difference in picture quality is shocking — this one is noticeably crisper, more vivid, and far more realistic. Colors pop without looking artificial, and the clarity makes everything from movies to everyday streaming feel upgraded. Setup was incredibly simple. The overall setup process was straightforward and beginner‑friendly. One of my favorite small touches is the remote. The fact that it can charge via solar or USB‑C is such a smart design choice. No more digging around for batteries or realizing the remote is dead at the worst possible time. The photo frame feature is a fun bonus. While most of the built‑in artwork requires a subscription, we chose to display our own photos as the screensaver, and it looks fantastic — almost like having a digital picture frame built into the TV. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a noticeable upgrade, easy to use, and packed with thoughtful features that make everyday viewing better. I've included 3 photos of the stock screen savers/art work that is available for free.

It’s incredible how much a TV can completely shift the energy of a room. Honestly, I was speechless when I first saw it mounted; it looks amazing and really stands out in the best way possible. The setup right out of the box was surprisingly smooth and simple. I actually ended up using my phone to navigate and control everything the first day because the interface is just that intuitive. The picture quality is stunning, and the sound is very clear, everything comes through crisp without needing much adjustment. The smart features are another big win. I set up the AI mode to let the TV manage the audio and lighting based on the room conditions, along with the light sensor. I had a few friends over recently, and the TV automatically turned on to show artwork as they walked in. Everyone was mesmerized by how much it actually looks like a piece of art. One minor gripe is that I wish there were more free art options included right out of the box without a subscription, but I’m glad you can at least upload your own content to customize it. If you look at the photos, you can still see the marks from where my old TV used to be. This model is so slim, especially with the included wall mount, that it’s perfect for a fireplace mantle. Most other TVs and their mounts stick out way too far, which ruins the aesthetic, but this fits perfectly flush against the wall. It’s a total game-changer for home design.

I've been going back and forth on this TV for months, and honestly I'm glad I waited for the 2026 model. We mounted it in the living room and the first thing my wife said was "it looks like a painting" — that's exactly what sold us on it in the first place. Setup was surprisingly smooth. The wireless One Connect box is a game changer if you hate cable clutter. I ran all my boxes and streaming devices through it and tucked it behind the entertainment center — the TV itself has zero cords hanging from it on the wall. That alone was worth it to me. Picture quality on the Neo QLED panel is noticeably sharper and more vibrant than I expected from a "lifestyle" TV. HDR content looks great — the blacks are deep and highlights have real pop. It's not quite OLED territory, but it's impressive for what this thing is. Local dimming handles most scenes well, though I did notice a tiny bit of blooming around very bright objects on a dark background if you're being picky about it. Art Mode is genuinely cool. I have it set to display a rotating gallery and guests always ask if it's a real print. The matte finish on the screen kills glare in our bright Texas living room — no more repositioning furniture around sun angles. A few things to keep in mind: the Art Store subscription is required if you want the full catalog (30 free pieces per month otherwise), and the price point is definitely premium. But if you want a TV that looks like décor when you're not watching it and still performs well for movies and sports — this hits both marks. Would buy again. No regrets.

Setup was much more difficult than expected, but now that it's complete, I love the TV! The setup manual is for multiple models, not just specifically this model. It would have helped to have one diagram that pointed to exactly where the TV controller and the plug for the power cord are. The remote didn't work with the TV out of the box. I had to do an AI search to pair the remote. Eventually, I found the remote pairing instructions in the TV remote documentation. If it's something a customer will have to do during setup, it should be in the setup document. Some online videos produced by the manufacturer for setup would have been helpful: a video for setup, one for TV operations, one for art functions, etc. The Wireless Connect Box connected to the TV easily. As far as the TV functions go, the picture and sound quality are very good. I assumed I would be buying a soundbar, but don't think I need it! I thought I had heard that the quality of these "Frame" TVs' picture wasn't spectacular, but I think it's very nice! Onto the "Frame" functionality: The art collection is extensive, but I should probably slow down the rotation time, as I've seen it all within a few days. I decided to spend the money to get the Samsung library of art. It doesn't look like I can make playlists like one would do with music, but I might be able to control what is is shown by putting the pictures in the favorites folder. That should be good enough. I've slowed the rotation time and put a mat on the pictures. I'm having a lot of fun playing with the art. All-in-all, this is a great TV for my needs; particularly because I wanted a TV that doubles as a piece of art when not being watched.

I have wanted the Samsung Frame TV for YEARS, and now that we finally have it, I can honestly say it completely lived up to the hype. It instantly changed the entire feel of our living room and somehow manages to be both functional and beautiful at the same time. The biggest thing for me was wanting a TV that didn’t dominate the room or feel like a giant black box hanging on the wall. This truly looks like framed art. We had it professionally installed so it would sit perfectly flush against the wall, and I’m really glad we did because that clean built-in look makes such a difference. I also added a thin wooden magnetic frame around it, which made it feel even more custom and high-end. We ended up getting the Pro version, and honestly… GO PRO. The wireless slim box is one of the coolest features. We hid ours inside a nearby cabinet, so there are zero visible cords and no need to fish wires through the walls. It keeps everything looking incredibly sleek and minimal. The art mode is probably my favorite feature. We did the yearly art subscription, and there are so many beautiful options to choose from. I love changing the artwork depending on the season, mood, or room vibe, and my kids are obsessed with the fact that we can upload family photos too. People genuinely don’t realize it’s a TV at first, which still makes me laugh every time someone notices. It’s also super smart and easy to use. All the apps are already built in like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and we use the multi-view feature constantly. Being able to have a baseball game on one side while someone else watches a show on the other has already become one of our favorite features. The picture quality is beautiful and super crisp, clear, and bright without looking harsh or overly processed. Sports look amazing on it, movies feel cinematic, and even cartoons somehow look elevated. The matte screen also helps cut down glare during the day, which I love since our living room gets a lot of natural light. I was also surprised by how good the sound quality is. The audio feels full and balanced for such a slim TV, and dialogue comes through really clearly without constantly adjusting the volume. Also, the tiny remote is weirdly adorable. My kids think it’s the coolest little gadget ever. I just need to AirTag it before it disappears into the couch forever.
