This fridge came to us damaged and after hours on the phone to customer service and emails back and forth we are still no where near a solution 5 days later. It is putting so much stress on our family especially with a newborn baby. Customer service say that they cannot give more than a 10% refund if we keep the fridge or we return it but be without a fridge until we can get a new one in. Plus they keep going back and forward between different departments. As a huge company I expected better. I agree with other comments below, avoid getting a Samsung appliance. Sure the features are lovely but you would expect for the price more help when you need it.

Very dissatisfied with this. Broke down after 4 months, had to destroy approx £150 of goods as it was 11 days before a repair appointment. The engineer arrived with replacement part, without even seeing the fridge. So I feel this maybe a common fault. I have been offered a "Good Will Voucher" of £50 This is the highest level of compensation allowed. All this is part of warranty so beware.

100% worth the money as I'm saving a lot. Easy to connect the fridge to my smart things app on Samsung device. Can monitor the temperature and power saved. I can also log my food onto the app. I get notifications whenever the door is left open bit it does self close. There's so much departments which are big. I bought this as I have a big family

Great fridge... I've now had 2 of them about warranty the 2nd now. Why ? The integrated runners the freezer drawers run on get smashed to bits in 3 years. Samsung great work with the 20 year motor but if fridge itself feels and is cheap plastic junk. Just like all appliances these days

Cannot recommend this samsung fridge freezer. We bought the product being very energy efficient and perceived durability. We have however received a replacement fridge freezer and the replacement has been repaired twice by a call out engineer. The call out engineers have stated that the fridge is not made well and many leak water. Our fridge despite two additional parts put into it, continues to leak water onto our kitchen floor. As the repair were undertaken over a period of time which was beyond the warranty Samsung is not willing to replace or makee any further repairs. If there are any problems with the fridge - simply return it at the first instance and do not have any faith on the product. We paid a large amount of money for the fridge and were hopeful that it would return its money through energy saving. However this has not occurred and we are left to replace the fridge after 3 years. (the first fridge failed after 2 years( Hope this helps.

I purchased this fridge freezer just because of its low energy consumption. Have to say, I am not disappointed. Along with this, it is quite and has a large storage- more then I ever need really. Simple to use, no fancy frills, just does its job. This was an expense item to purchase and I got it in time before the electricity prices went sky high around 2022. The only thing that plays on my mind is will it last 10 plus years to give me a payback/ overall savings? Marked down because of its high price, just hoping Samsung have used quality manufactured components in the fridges construction.

I replaced my 14 year old Samsung with one as similar as I could find. Delighted with the replacement, seems so much bigger inside, although the outer dimensions are the same. I have been using it 5 days only but could not be more pleased. I like the sleek lines and sleek door opening, also the shelves are movable, the bottom one folds back allowing 2 litre bottles of milk easily to fit. The Two drawers in the top perfect the top one in two sections. I cannot so far fault it. I already have a Samsung washing machine and tv and they are the first brand I would check out next time I need to replace anything electrical.

Very poor quality !!! As soon as I unpacked it I noticed a stain on the refrigerator door I don't even know what it looks like glue I'm sorry but for brand new fridge freezer is unacceptable(1200 pounds price) trying to clean it but it doesn't clean with anything so I'm not sure if it's glue. One of the freezer drawers had a big scratch my wife was afraid it was cracked good thing it's not cracked. The refrigerator door is very poorly mounted on top the distance is greater below is less. It looks like a 5-year-old has installed the doors.Once again very poor quality from Samsung for such an expensive refrigerator.

Lost one star because minor dent was found that must of been done pre-delivery & not picked up, also spent 2 hours plus on live-chat sorting out 15% off for dent & correcting a livechat persons mistake for organising a incorrect collection! So product great / after service not so good :) advice employ uk livechat to do uk livechat you will save money & buyers will appreciate the quicker solving times :)

Very poor quality of plastics inside fridge, they comes off. First I thought it's because of icing inside, but I see now other place under drawers coming off too from opening drawer. Soon this fridge goes to recycling centre and I bought 6months ago. Never ever again I will buy anything this brand. Today been fixed icing problem, but inside covering plastic is rubish. Anyway very very angry and not happy. They said will fix everything, but fixed only icing inside.

I love the build quality and sleek look of this fridge freezer. Out of all of the manufacturers, only Samsung and Hisense matched my criteria. In the end, I opted for Samsung even though it was twice the price. It was energy efficiency A, had a shelf for larger bottles, had a five year warranty, plus a couple of promotions i.e. £100 trade in for my old Zanussi + 5% off with Black Friday. Unfortunately the door was dinged so looking to get that rectified by Samsung themselves. Quick and easy to setup. The shelves aren't adjustable but there's plenty of room. The freezer may be too small for larger families but it'll prevent me from stock-piling. Top tip, measure every aspect and double-check the features on their website as it's easy to assume.

Despite being advertised as being customisable and being able to replace the door panels, you cannot. We have only had the fridge for a few weeks and one panel has become damaged. After hours on chat and on the phone to Samsung, it would appear that it is not, after all, possible to replace the door panels. Misleading advertising and a disappointed customer.

Great product from Samsung. After moving we had to buy a fridge freezer and Samsung was on the top of my list. The extra space inside is perfect especially that from the outside the size is the same as other fridges. Easily connected to WiFi and cools perfectly. The wheels are brilliant, makes it so easy to move if needed. Have to swap the door opening side and the only negative is that on the video it is a very easy task but in real life its fiddly a bit. Still, wont loose star. Great product and would highly recommend.

We’ve had our new Samsung fridge/freezer for a couple of weeks now, and so far, it has been an excellent purchase. The first thing we noticed is how spacious it is—there’s plenty of room for organizing food efficiently, making it easy to find everything. The cooling performance is impressive. The fridge maintains a consistently cool temperature, keeping food fresh for longer. The freezer section also works efficiently, freezing items quickly without excessive frost buildup. Generally a great unit but proceed with caution. Plus points:- virtually silent in operation. Plenty room for all the contents. Minus points:- Actually has too many shelves. Had to remove one from door and one from main body to be able to put anything taller than a coke can in it anywhere apart from the milk shelf and very top one (which my other half cant reach lol). I'd recommend you seriously consider an alternative if you need the doors reversed. My installers made such a mess of the first one it was rejected and a replacement sent. I'd say the second one isn't perfect either and for such an expensive unit I'd have expected better. Reading other comments about this unit it seems we're not alone in this. It is a great unit but we ended up quite underwhelmed by the overall experience.

The fridge itself is great, cooled very fast, has a large capacity, and looks great in the kitchen. The AI energy saving information is helpful. Unfortunately, this was a replacement fridge, as the first one that was delivered had no gas in it, and the freezer could not cool to below 7°c. The engineer informed us that this would have been due to the fridge being laid down or turned upside down at some time during storage or transport, so whether this was caused by Samsung themselves or their delivery partner, it’s unknown. The customer service wasn’t fantastic, I was left without a working fridge freezer for 4 days and they offer a maximum of £50 compensation for loss of food. The new fridge is here now though, and working great. It’s quiet, efficient, and spacious, which is what I paid the extra money for.

A thing of wonder! Maybe we're had really bad refrigerators in the past -- some certainly have been -- but this Samsung RL38A776ASR Fridge/Freezer is a revelation: leftovers and fresh produce last ages, the unit is relatively quiet, apparently it only sips electricity and it holds heaps of stuff. We love it. If we had one wish it would be that we could control the actual temperature of the fridge and freezer by degrees but the pre-sets available are nothing to complain about.

I'm disappointed with this fridge freezer. Yes, it performs well, it's quiet, fruits & vegs stay perfectly crispy for several days, low energy consumption ...but Samsung has cut corners when it comes to internal design and use of space if compared to my old Samsung fridge freezer. Shelves position cannot be altered (the top three shelves have been designed by someone who has never used a fridge! I have to buy new tupperware to fit in the tight space between shelves; forget stacking containers!), the doors shelves height cannot be adjusted (my old Samsung has split door shelves that could be moved up/down at different levels to adjust to the bottles/containers sizes) and the incredibly smart and useful ice cube drawer has disappeared, replaced by a tiny plastic ice cube tray! The bottom shelf split in two to accomodate taller items, which I initially liked but but by doing so you loose space as you are left with a very narrow shelf. Frustrating that for this price you end up playing a Tetris game to fit food into a fridge.

This fridge freezer has a lot of space and is easily customisable to suit everyone's tastes. The only slight niggles I have is it's a little taller than I would of preferred and I wish there was a way to alter the time the alarm goes off when the fridge/freezer doors are opened. Apart from that it has good features including wifi with plenty of space both in the fridge and the freezer compartments.

I have only had this fridge freezer for a week but I am very impressed with it. The Samsung Bespoke Space Max is very spacious, plenty of room for a families groceries. The fridge keeps food on every shelf and compartment cold, as does the freezer. It runs quietly with very little noise. What is there not to like.

Quite a lovely looking, spacious and complete fridge-freezer. A-Rated energy efficiency with great storage options including the multiple "boxes" with different temps and humidity, and the foldable/hinged shelf for tall things. Plenty of door space. Good freezer space for our needs with good sized drawers/bins. I like that the controls are on the door—they seem clear and functional without being too showy or distracting—and the doors/shell is all quite lovely to look at, if you like that design sort of thing. Downsides: connecting the wifi/app was a pain and took multiple attempts with several settings resets. I have a good wifi and smart-home system and a lot of experience with this, and am able to stick with it, but I can see it putting people off and thinking it's broken (do better Samsung—you should be good at this by now). Otherwise, nothing that I can currently see. Overall, a nice bit of kit. I like it a lot for a kitchen appliance (I did get a very good deal)

Previous fridge was too small and always over full after the weekly shop. This fridge has so much space that food doesn't need to be squashed in. Air flow is greatly improved and food remains fresher for longer!! Freezer space is adequate and a worthy compromise for the large fridge space.
